Fitting Not done/manager not cooperative

Till date connection has not been install, since 15th Jan 21 customer care is giving false commitment that "today anyhow someone will come and install the connection but unfortunately till time no one appears" also personally visited but the staff attitude and ego is so high that i am standing like a beggar in front of them, that was the embarrassing moment for me. may i expect someone in gujarat gas really loyal to their work and some have...

Over bill

From last 1 year my bill amount is increased while we r using solar and we hv no gas geyser.. how can it comes 990 rs.? My neighbor’s bill amount is 400.. Please check my meter or line? And refund my 1year overbill amount as fast as u can....

Pending work for completion of gas connection.

My client number is[protected] and application form no is 80507253.

After installation of the gas line and meter, the person of contractor promised to give a RC guard for gas line (A guard provided where the flexible gas line comes out from ground and connected to the metal pipe) and the flexible pipe for connection of the stove which is included in the scope of the supply of contractor. My complaint is related to customer no.[protected] & request no. [protected] .

I initiated my request along with the requisite fee & documents on 2.2.2021 at your chandkheda office for starting my gas connection. I was assured that my gas connection will be started with in 10 days as pipe line & meter are already fixed up to my kitchen .

I reminded regarding above request on 12.2.21 & again on 14.2.21 to customer...

Full payment is done by the builder for gas connection. Gas connection still pending since last 1 year.

New connection required at R-32, R K County, Opposite Narmada college, Shuklatirth road, Bharuch-392011. Connection in the same building done but could not be done in our flat as was closed at that time.

Multiple request done to supervisor working at site but work not done.Two months have already passed ans still no confirm date is being given. Kindly look into the same and arrange for new gas connection at the earliest....

CNG pump

I have a wagon r 2014cng car, in mumbai my car gets filled in 8kg, but in rajasthan near swaroopganj at riddhi siddhi petrol pump, it got filled in more then 10kg, which is not possible and that though with a pressure of 200 kn offline filling, that has never happened.. Their is loot going on....

Gas line shift to upper ground-fitting cost high problem

Alteration in piped gas line

My costumer id is[protected]/ I had applied for alteration in piped gas line on 2.1.21.and paid rs 5500/-as a advanced payment. The request no is [protected].About 10 days had been passed but no compliance has made by guj gas. I have made complaints two times ie.on 7.1.21.and 10.1.21
But nothing is came out .so pl change pipe line without further delay. We being a cinior citizens of india frusted due to delay and we loosing rs 2000...

Dear Team,

Ref my customer ID [protected], I have done a payment of Rs 1586/- on 8th Nov'20.
Transaction ID: HGA1P[protected].

But this payment is not reflecting in the payment history on your portal.

Again I have received a bill of 2982/- with due date as 20th Jan'21.

Kindly make the necessary corrections & resend the revised bill.
