While fitting new connection the supervisor was already informed about water pipeline, and there was no need for supporting clamp for that, but he drilled that place on waterline and damage the water line. We as society called the plumber to attend as water was continuously leaking.
Tiles of the kitchen got broken for attending the problem and spoiled kitchens look.
What help from your side to repair the tiles and kitchens look.
Plumber charges paid by me, what about that.

With reference to the above consumer number I would like to inform you that my meter is not working which I came to know after receiving the latest bill.

Consumption in the bill specifies that there is zero consumption of gas whereas I have consumed the gas for domestic use.

Requesting you to kindly depute your technician on priority to check the meter & replace it if necessary.

My Customers no is[protected].My Last 6 month unit Consumption in every bill is 9.0 Unit. Current Bill, My consumption shows 15.0 Unit even after we are leave on 12 days. My Last bill and current bill date duration is 52 days. I want to know that how can I consume too much unit in 52 days. And In my current Bill my last unit shows 33.0 Unit at 07/03/21. And today I mean 09/03/21 it shows 34.0 Unit how is that possible??? I want to request to check my Gas meter. My gas meter changed before 4 months so I have little doubt on meter so plz check it once.

Till date connection has not been install, since 15th Jan 21 customer care is giving false commitment that "today anyhow someone will come and install the connection but unfortunately till time no one appears" also personally visited but the staff attitude and ego is so high that i am standing like a beggar in front of them, that was the embarrassing moment for me. may i expect someone in gujarat gas really loyal to their work and some have a dignity to their work OR otherwise. please do the needful ASAP to install the connection.

After installation of the gas line and meter, the person of contractor promised to give a RC guard for gas line (A guard provided where the flexible gas line comes out from ground and connected to the metal pipe) and the flexible pipe for connection of the stove which is included in the scope of the supply of contractor. Even after more than three weeks same is not received.

My complaint is related to customer no.[protected] & request no. [protected] .

I initiated my request along with the requisite fee & documents on 2.2.2021 at your chandkheda office for starting my gas connection. I was assured that my gas connection will be started with in 10 days as pipe line & meter are already fixed up to my kitchen .

I reminded regarding above request on 12.2.21 & again on 14.2.21 to customer care desk . Inspite of my repetitive request, my gas connection has not started till date .

I would request again to do the needful to resolve my complaint.

New connection required at R-32, R K County, Opposite Narmada college, Shuklatirth road, Bharuch-392011. Connection in the same building done but could not be done in our flat as was closed at that time.

Multiple request done to supervisor working at site but work not done.Two months have already passed ans still no confirm date is being given. Kindly look into the same and arrange for new gas connection at the earliest.

I have a wagon r 2014cng car, in mumbai my car gets filled in 8kg, but in rajasthan near swaroopganj at riddhi siddhi petrol pump, it got filled in more then 10kg, which is not possible and that though with a pressure of 200 kn offline filling, that has never happened.. Their is loot going on.
