Dear Sir, I have paid for new connection on 02/01/2021 at Gujarat gas, bharuch, Gujarat. After 6 months of wait I went and asked costumer service person, they advised me to pay again and your previous fees will be refunded so I paid again and got the connection but I haven’t received my refund yet. Every time I go to Gujarat gas office they reply me that you will get refund in few days but I waited for more than 8 months and still waiting...

Went to Bharuch Gujrat Gas office for name change, where desk officer asked to submit entire property registration papers which is approximately 200 plus pages. I want to understand why property owner electric bill not enough for owners name change. Even electric bill is generated by government board... it’s very inconvenient for customers to xerox each and every pages of registration and disturbing the property documents. Why such harassment...

Respected sir, I have fully paid money as per rule to avail PNG GAS from Gujarat Gas limited on 26/06/2020. Till to this moment I didn't get connection from the company, even the responsible persons of Gujarat Gas limited have damaged my car while working carelessly after thoroughly servelence of my premises....

I have not been provided new PNG gas connections, even complaining in written about the same matter again and again to the Gujarat Gas limited...

I was applied for gas connection over 15 months ago but yet I don't get any response from Gujarat gas and when I went to an office and the talked to me very rudly and abusing behind my back . I just want gas pipeline connection nothing much so do ASAP because it's financially harming to me and my family....

I applied for new connection before 11/12/2019.
i have paid deposit which receipts enclose herewith.

Complaint:
Worst service, worst behaviour, rude people, refuse for service at late night because he was sleeping.
Every time they keep only one filling station working and all the employees are talking there, ignoring long queues of customers. Once I ask to start other filling points, he refused and said go to...

In ref to complaint dt 13th oct.some of officers came and examined my home but 1 month has been passed but no progress and nither any information from Gujarat gas regarding installation of gas pipeline ....

My complaint[protected] is open from last 1.5 months. Nobody is addressing it from Gujarat gas, Godhra center. Almost 6 months completed, still my new connection request is open. Kindly revert it asap. thanks....

My average bill is around Rs.350 monthly for last few years.
I got my last bill for Nov.2021 is Rs.2479 which is too high and in Nov. I gone out off City for vacation for 20 days and there is no gas consumption
So I request you to check my gas meter and reading

I applied New Connection on 24-Aug-21 with Application No. BH01100116 and ID[protected]. Lot of Complain in Customer Care but still not reply Gujarat Gas Company.

Login Period 3 Month but still not any call from Company.

Gas pressure is coming low. Even though we cleaned the stove....

About new connection installation they are not very much customer familier....

Hi it's about new connection fitting...

Cheque which I got after 1 month of running around was returned unpaid due to the reason signture differs
I want to get a reimbursement of the cheque return charges charged by my bank and i want direct credit to my bank account of amount of 1677...which is refund amount and charges for cheque return charged by my bank...

Gas bill is payment faild but my account is transaction susccesful...

I have received new bill dtd.19.10.2021 with late fee charge Rs.75 & previous remaining payment Rs. 340/-
I am oldest customer of Gujarat Gas co. ltd.
in past never paid bill after due date. Also previous bill dtd. 17.08.2021, bill no. R[protected] whose last date of payment is 07.09.2021 which is online paid on last date 07.09.2021 . Now I contact your billing clerk at Adajan main office...
