I submited my new connection line application last 1.5 year before but still gas line connection is not provided by gujarat gas company. Please do some needful action.

When we were out of station and companies men came and bill adding amount with rubber pipe changing while it's not happened in reality

Your company branch located in Jamnagar, and according to your order your contractor had made pits in the Mayur Park, last row, unnecessarily before 5-6 months. After that nobody is taking care to filling up the same. With in a short time monsoon will begin. These pits may create the accident, to avoid the such accident please fill up the pits. Thanks

My complaint is still not done connection in my house, already 12/05/21 - Your request / complaint for cust no.[protected] has been registered with request no [protected] and will be serviced shortly.- Gujarat Gas..generated but field contractor sayed give me 500 rs for drill or core cutting other wise i will not install your connection..also they use abuse word with my wife..jo hoskta h krlo me nahi krunga..5 se 6 mahina bhi hoajega to bhi nahi krunga.. also i am last 3 weeks to try on call to contact mr avinash from ankleshwer gas agency head they also not give me proprly reply further installation..pls take action on contractor person..they all are bangali's i dont know his name..i hope you will justice... And as soon as possible connection will done my home..

I have not get connection of gasline

My house renovation start but gasline 2 mtr. Fould in wall pls gas lines put out side.

I have submitted application to start gas connection. Pipelines and gas meter are fitted but after 15 days of application I have not getting reply when I will able to use.

I have fill up form and pay cheque dated 6th February. Gujarat gas give all person to give connection ho paid with me and after me. I say about this matter in local gas office in Godhra they say we give you connection in 90 days. After 90 days i told local office in Godhra about my gas connection. They are not given answer. Pls help me to given me a gas connection.

Me gas connection mate 6 February na roj form ane cheque aapel chhe. Mara sathe ane mara pachhi mari aaju baju raheta tamam ne mara sivay connection aapel chhe. Me aa ange office par vat karta teo e janavel ke 90 divas ma connection na male to j complain karvi. Connection n malva babate jilla na manager Rahulbhai Mistri ne pan phone karel pan temne pan sarkho jawab n aapel. Contractor ke je mari baju ma j connection aapta hata temne puchhu to teo kahe ke 90 divas pahela connection na male to j mari sathe vat karvi.have to 110 divas thaya chhata mane aaj din sudhi gas connection malel nathi. Office par koi jawab aapva taiyar nathi.

I had pay rs. 6168 on 18/05/2021. For temporary disconnection. I frequently call at customer care but not respons properly. It's more than 12 days now. My home renovations on going. If there may some accident at here. You are fully responsible for it.

We complained and then the man came and repaired it and after that the gas is coming really slow and my mom is unable to cook fast. Pls solve this issue

My customer no is[protected]. I've submitted a request for reconnection of gas pipeline 2 months ago. I've called multiple times to support centre as well. But no one has yet come for reconnecting the pipeline.

My gas customer id is[protected] and I have requested 15th March 2021 and paid 1000 for shifting gas connection. I have called many times but they said no one is there for service to this. Do urgently solve my problem

I have paid new connection charges for the month of March 2018 to Silvassa - DNH(UT) My Consumer No :[protected] Till date i have not received connection. I have complained made through online and Offline there is no action against my complaint.

I have register my connection re-fitting application in last 3 month, but till date i have not receive any responce your rajkot office, no any responce from your customer care department.

हमने 2 महीने पहले कम्पलेन की थी गैस लाइन reffiting की लेकिन जब हम ऑफिस पर गए उन्होंने कहा के plumber नहीं हे गाव गए हैं जब हमने प्लंबर से बात की तो उसने कहा के हमारा 250 कनेक्शन का पैसा अभी हम को मिला नहीं ही इसलिए हम कनेक्शन नहीं करेंगे इसलिए जब हम ऑफिस पर गए तब वहां से कहा के सब प्लंबर छुट्टि पर हे. हमे सही से response नहीं मिल रहा. रमजान महीना चल रहा हे बहुत तकलीफ हो रहा हें आपसे request हे कि आप कुछ एक्शन ले. धन्यावाद.
