Sir,
It is to inform you that since 04.07.2020, the Gas connection is not working. I have called so many times in the customer care, everytime they replied that it will be start working by today but still it has not been started even they don't tell what is the issue and how much time it will get to he solved. So kindly do the needful immediately. Connection details is furnished as under:

    Today i have received bill message from gujarat gas dahod as "your gujarat gas bill dt. 24/06/2020 of rs. 777/- is generated for consumer no.[protected], which is due on 15/07/2020. Plz pay online via website https://applications.gujaratgas.com/Onlinepayment/frmBillPay.aspx or mobile app.". However i have not used single unit during this period because of lockdown i am out of dahod. I have raised complain on given number at gujarat gas dahod but they are not ready to listen my complain.

          As gujarat gas bill paid through amazon but it not updated in google pay after 3-4 days & showing due in google pay so i again paid the same bill amount of rs. 517 in google pay also & initially at amazon.

          So request gujarat gas authority to look in this matter & initiate rs. 517 refund & confirm

            I mehru having your customer had paid in lockdown period on date 17 may 2020 amount 152/-

            Add mota parsiwad near ice factory valsad

            Again today bill had generate from your gas company of rs 780

            And it dosen t had deduct the advance bill payment of 152/-

                My consumer no. Is[protected]. Almost more than a month has been over since connection, but still there is no cooperation from gujarat gas agency surat to start the connection. Repeatedly i requested to customer care officials, but still irresponsive behavior has been addressed from there end.in the name of corona, they are escaping the responsibilities, which is quite overwhelming to we government officials who are with family members without gas supply support. I request for appropriate action.

                  In our building we apply for 10 new gas connections other 9 flats work done by own your time but my connections is not from february month the service man said we called talk with engineer and it will cost extra charges for pipe fitting i said ok please do needfull make sure our connection fitting work is complete the process as soon as possible.

                    In june 2020, we received 1500 rs gas bill. And when we called customer care, they said that you haven't paid gas bill since octobor 2019. But we paid all gas bill till may 2020.. And we have proof... Kindly do

                              For my account no.[protected], i am unable to update meter reading to 1373 as per current reading on the meter. My bill is due on 12th of may, 2020, i have tried calling gujarat gas toll free no. Multiple times, i have even updated the same on the website, still reading is not getting updated.

                                    Kindly note that there are no clear policies to any of the officers sitting in the office about the days taken for dismantling and reinstalling gas pipeline. Applied for re installation since 20 days now and they are saying it will take longer days because of waiting period.
