I lost my last month paid bill and receipt, i paid in post office near about 23/08/2019

This bill come with last month amount also.
My father paid amount in bhakti nagar post office. We visit them they told we cant give you duplicate receipt, you visit main branch

Can you tell what to do in this case

I tried to called in your customer care number still more then 1 hour its continue busy???

I tried in alternate number but number doesnot exist

The company will not providing me the new connection.till 9 month the worst work of this company n wosrt management who can not provide a simple connection on second floor from the first floor. I complain maximum 7 time on online n one time on the office but still still they can't do anything

      We have apply for new connection in month of march 2019- application number 80256790. Its been 6 month and we don't have any updates for the work. We give a call on customer care number they are updating its pending by contractors side not from our side. Such a rudely answers we get from the customer care from chandkheda branch. No one is taking the step on serious basis.

      Because break my house so many year old..then Built new house..i stop gas pipe line for 2 months

        I am live in jhangirpura, surat. I have faced some issue regarding gas pump when i am going to fill gas in my car. They always taking money in cash and i want to used my card but they told they don’t have any device. Government try to digitized all things but they don’t. So, please provide that machine. I have faced difficulty many time when i don’t have money in cash.

        Excavation has been done in front of my house from last 3 months and still didn't any progress has been observed to complete this project.

        We have to suffer from so many problems due to this excavation and even they didn't started work on it after registration of so many complaints against it

          I have received below massages from gujrat gas but yet connection is not done i have many time call to the local Silvassa office but not getting proper response we have raised many complaint but yet not get connection done.

          1) Complaint no [protected] dated 18/04/2019 after this Complaint Massage is received your commission is done and billing will start soon as on 01.07.2019. but yet not done

          2 ) Complaint no [protected] dated 08.08.2019 massage from Gujrat GAS Will be serviced shortly

          3)Complaint no. [protected] dated 14.08.2019

          I hope you have consider my complaint of first priority and solve this problem..

          It has been 10 months after booking for gas connection, they told the connection will be done in 5-6 months still no effort is done to provide connection. Every time they tell us it will be done in 15 days...but nothing has been done.
          I was applied for gas conaction at 08/05/2018, but till gujarat gas not providing me a gas connection and not give positive responses from customer care staff so i would complain for gas connection as early.

          Please give me positive response and please provide me connection at earliest. ...

            I live in bhavnagar near central salt and chemicals. Horrible misuse of customer's absence. I have not been living in the premises for quite a long time (2018) and have never used gas whatsoever. I am getting charged 900 monthly. I personally went to the service and explained my situation and prepaid a sum of 1500 in advance to cover up minimum charging requirements. They still charge me 900 rupees monthly!! Very corrupt company. Horrible and i absolutely do not recommend using their service at all. I am going to lodge a formal complaint and make sure that strict action is take.

                Apply Connection 70 bungalow and 50 flats before 10 months in all payment pay.
                Last 6 months we had sent you requested for connection joint complete for rajkot office .
                In 1 months the work is going on work CONTRACTAR parth agency RAJESH SAVALIYA pipe line complete in underground line not joining from last 12 days is not working.
                Last 5 days we requested to CONTRACTAR RAJESH SAVALIYA but is work is not starting.
                I request my incomplete work last 2 days complete it.
                Than i want to take consumer security level position i want to take.

                My bill for this time was 977 Rs. However I paid the bill twice by mistake.

                Please help me understand if the amount will be adjuated against the next bill or I will get refund of the same.
                My customer ID is[protected] I have complain about meter fixing work pending for last 1 or 2 months, there is no proper response from toll free numbers [protected], [protected] every time when we call on this numbers they're not giving proper answer and behaving like they are teasing us . We are suffering from last 1 to 2 months.

                  Regret to write that five months have passed and yet we have not received new gas connection.

                  When we follow up at [protected], Guj Gas Bhavnagar customer care they say we have no idea. pl contact Ghandhinagar.

                    My gujarat gass connection already paid all payment but connection not run... They fit connection pip in my house last one month but line not start.. We are surat office more complain but not responce all time say two days done...

                      It to inform you that i m trying to solve my my complaints about gas geyser fitting but there is no any further process taken by gujarat gas. On 23/03/2019 i complaints about this matter but they mark as solve the complaint. But in reality there is no any further process. My customer no:[protected]. So i request you please take immediate step to solve this.

                      Respected sir, suddenly I received higher amount of bill which is 5362/- in April-jun 2019 so please come & check our meter.

                        Misbehavior, rood behavior and arrogance by gas station employee,

                        I am frequently visiting ashwini gas station, vartej, dist. Bhavnagar to fill cng. I have faced many instances of rood behavior and arrogance from pump station staff. The main issues involved are self-indulgence and discretionary behaviors on various issues such as 1. Filling of the gas quantity, 2. Change money, 3. Avoid to return chiller money by hook or cook and so on..

                        I have raised my concern by lodging the complaint, telephonically to gujarat gas manager, bhavnagar office, on 22/04/2019 and then written, as telephonically instructed, on 25/04/2019. On repeated instances, i have also lodge my complaint to mr. Anurag kelkar by email on 04/05/2019, but still i haven’t any response from any relevant authority! Even not from the staff of the said pump station. Believed, may be due to bureaucratic work culture and monopoly! Is it?

                        Such behaviors are not acceptable to me and so many other customers, whose voices are not reached to you. I believe, it is also not for the company as well, as it is denting the company’s public image, goodwill and brand.

                        Change and return of chiller less than rs. 5 is not a matter affecting to me economically but morally it is not acceptable, i have also loosely herd somewhere that the unpaid chiller are the remuneration of such employees! If true then shocking!

                        Expecting prompt action. I believe, as there are so many customer care no., area wise on your websites, your customer care cell is working in the best instruct of the customer, in customer friendly environment

                          We are sr citizen couple of 70+ age living in vapi. Apllied for new connection vide cust. No.[protected] about 9 months back. We met your local staff from time to time inquiring about status of connection no proper reply was ever given. We wrote request letter to your r. O.in gandhinagar for early connection considering our physical hardship dt.9/4/19.in reply we got information that it will be given in a week and next day co, s surveyor came & saw location etc. He told us to call vapi local office and inform. I did so but c connection is yet to be given inspite of daily calls to vapi office.

                            Respected sir, i had received a gujarat gas bill of 1801/-rs. Having period of nov-jan 2019 which was so much higher than my previous bills.. So i called to customer care for rechecking of meter and they told me to rebate my money in next bill... But they neither return my money back nor rebated in my next bill... Rather they adjusted my paid 1801/-rs money in my last gas bill and not rebated in next bill so plz do needful for it... I have gone to office but they are not responding me properly... And now two more bills have been given me to be paid so plz do helpful as early as possible for my complain...

                              Due to gas leakage our consume of gas unit exceed than average. We went to gujarat gas authorised office to request them that consumed of gas unit exceed because of gas leaked it wasn't consumed by us. But they denied our request & told us to pay full amount of bill. We need your help regarding this & hope for the best reply. We have attached current & last gas bill for your reference.

                                As per attached a person visited today in absance of myself and give wrong information to my nominee and fulfilled a form in his own writing for refund reason...
                                we are interested for connection, we had seek for connection but after 3 month we hadn't got connection and when we complain here, responsible came and full fill attached form for refund... it is intensive in respect of previous complaint so kindly order for to receive our gas connection

                                  Since morning gas flow have stopped in all flats of sanskar city without prior notice.

                                  We are fail to understand why this happened.

                                  Request let me know when you will start the flow.

                                  Also request to please inform us at least one day before you stop gas in future.

                                  We are facing issues for food during lunch time.

                                  The issue are faced all most 300 flat holder having your connection for gas.

                                  Request to get resolved as soon as possible.

Aa/2018/08779 dated 24/01/2019 i applied for connection with required amount but up to till date i haven't received said connection on time, while i had seen that lated application of other after mine are got connection befor time and within 15 day,

                                    i have booked my connection on 25/02/2019. and paid anmmount of rs.9158/- on behalf of that.. but yet a time i didnt recieve my connection. thats why i have to cancel my connection. i ahve get receipt of that on 14/05/2019. please gove answer for that and make process as earlier as possible for canceling my connection.

                                      I have booked new domestic gas connection for my house kitchen at mahemdavad gujarat wide rec no. 96504 dated 13/07/2018 with full payment paid. Application no. 80145675
                                      At the time of booking of new connection the person verbally committed for 3 to 4 months for installation of this connection, but after 11 month this domestic gas connection is not installed till date.

                                        I used to pay my bill of gujarat gas limited (Ggl) alway online (Auto debate) through hdfc bank.
                                        My bill of oct – dec. '19 was rs.969/- paid on 02/01/19 against due date 09/01/19. (I. E. Before 7 days). But some how, it is refunded in on 11/01/2019 in my a/c.
                                        According to hdfc bank it is due to some technical error at biller's end.
                                        And ggl denied that they have not received this amount & they charge me rs. 75/- as late payment charges in my next bill.
                                        I am very particular & always pay bill timely. It is either fault of hdfc bank or ggl.
                                        So, why should i pay this late payment charge?
                                        It must be refunded me with interest & unnecessary harassment.
