Sir / mam i go ur cng pump hazira surat today at 9'30 pm and last 15 days ago also i refil the cng on my car after refil i give to my debit card but refelar say pos not working last one month i don't have a cash i am in big trouble last l call to my friend he came give me a cash and pay by cash
I was requested to you pls repair the pos machine our prime mister say use digital banking and ur pump was demand the cash pls as soon as possible to repair pos machine

      I have submitted the application on 26/09/2018 for gujarat gas new connection new connection then i after i have tried to contact 3 to 4 times to surat office but not getting satisfactory result from them and no one responding properly and here i am sharing my customer number [protected] please look in to this matter personally and solve our matter for this.

      Please check the evidence for new connection.

      I have booked new domestic gas connection for my house kitchen at Surat gujarat wide rec no. 047966 dated 26/09/2018 with payment of 8698 rupees paid. Owner name is Pratik Mahida Application no.[protected]
      At the time of booking of new connection the person verbally committed for 2 months for installation of this connection, since, 1 year all our neighbours used to domestic gas connection but after 8 months completed I often visited Surat office but they are not response.
      I hope you have consider my complaint of first priority and solve this problem..

          કનેકશન નું એડવાન્સ પેમેન્ટ કરેલ છતાં કનેકશન ન આપવા બાબત અજુ બાજુના એપાર્ટમેન્ટ માં કનેકશન આપી દીધું છે અને અમારા એપાર્ટમેન્ટ માં 14 માસ પહેલા કનેકશન નું પેમેન્ટ કરેલ છે તો પણ હજી સુધી કનેકશન મળેલ નથી અને જે એપાર્ટમેન્ટ માં માણસો રહેવા નથી આવેલ તે એપાર્ટમેન્ટ માં કનેકશન અપાય ગયા છે અને આપડા વડા પ્રધાન કહે છે કે ગૃહીણી ને ઉજ્વલા યોજના નો લાભ મળવો જોઈએ આમાતો અમે કનેકશન નું એડવાન્સ પેમેન્ટ 14 માસ પહેલા કરેલ હોવા છતાં હજી સુધી કનેકશન મળેલ નથી તેથી પ્રધાનમંત્રી ની યોજનાનું માન રાખીને અમોને વહેલી તકે કનેકશન આપવા નમ્ર વિનંતી.

              Respected sir, and whole team who looking behind this consumer complaints portfolio.

              I am from rajkot - gujarat. I just wanted to know - it is not compulsory to add gst number on gas bill (in rajkot)????
              coz i already saw a bill with gst bifurcation of other city, whereas in rajkot still we got bill with vat

              if it is, then till date we are not receiving bill with gst bifurcation and gst number, when gst is applied since 1st of july 2017 may be.

              Eventhough there is the option of sgst and cgst in the bill, still we got bill with vat.

              So i just wanted to know is it ok the bill with vat still????

                It's been one & a half year since we've applied for new connection for gas pipeline.in the application form, they've mentioned that in the next 90 days they would be visiting the site for survey, but till today no one has visited our place we've been taking followups since one & a half year & filed complaint trice for the same, but no action has been yet be taken from their side and no satisfactory reply has been given.

                Every time we use to call them & ask about the visit, they use to say that there is long queue and you have to wait. And when we ask for how much time we have to wait, then they say we can't say anything about that. And their sales representatives are roaming in the market & calling people for new connections.

                  I used to pay my bill of gujarat gas limited (Ggl) alway online (Auto debate) through hdfc bank.
                  My bill of oct – dec. '19 was rs.969/- paid on 02/01/19 against due date 09/01/19. (I. E. Before 7 days). But some how, it is refunded in on 11/01/2019 in my a/c.
                  According to hdfc bank it is due to some technical error at biller's end.
                  And ggl denied that they have not received this amount & they charge me rs. 75/- as late payment charges in my next bill.
                  I am very particular & always pay bill timely. It is either fault of hdfc bank or ggl.
                  So, why should i pay this late payment charge?
                  It must be refunded me with interest & unnecessary harassment.

                      Kindly inform you that I went to the Gujarat gas office (orange mall, chandkheda, Ahmadabad) in month of December for gas geyser fitting. But the official said that 1st fit gas gizzer than come. So I first gas geyser than I come to gas geyser office second time for gas geyser connection. But proximate after 1 month one of the official come to my home for gas connection but they said you need some modification. So I went to the office for 3rd time with 550 RS check. And our customers complaint number is [protected] and my customers no:[protected]. But on the date 23/03/2019 Gujarat gas official come to my home for further renovate about my gas geyser.
                      I don't understand why this type thing happen.
                      Last 4 month I'm suffering from your poor service. Your official why can't say anything when I came for 1st time.
                      I need compensation for this poor service.

                            -timely we are not getting bill and your company is charging penalties to us.
                            -in our area everyone is getting there bill timely but not to us.
                            -we have to go to your main office "adajan" for collecting the bill "since 2018"..

                              Dear sir, i m very disappointed for your service as i had applied for new gas connection before ten months and payment already paid at the time but still gas connection not alloted by the company so kindly update me about status.
                              I complain about this to provider but misbehaver by the staff and also by officer. After 3 times survey the contractor said that he has no manpower [plumber]. Then how can the company give him the contract for line fitting, please update about it and give me connection as soon as possible.

                                On date 14 aug 2018. I will pay by chq 5618. But the connection not
                                Yet given by you.
                                Earlier your executive promised the connection within 90 days.

                                We got suprising answer from their side that they have not surat muncipal co. Permission. And today 4 feb 2019 we have not connection but they give not committed for one date.

                                      This is to inform you that i had apllied for connection in october 2017. Its jan 2019 and all i am getting are fake reasons and next tentative dates for the installation. Its been 15 months. I have never seen such horrible service and arrogant staff. Kindly look into the matter please.
                                      Also i am attaching an image which i got in dec2017 from them
                                      Gujarat Gas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      We are facing issue in Gas connection where Gas pipe is not working well and some sound is coming.We request to you change the Gas pipe as soon as possible and check it.

                                        Dukh se kehna pad raha he ki gujrat gas service ka kam bhut hi slow he sir 4mahino se con. Ke liye payment kar ke aaya hu aur koi respons nahi he sir do bar office se bhi mill ke aaya hu per to bhi con. Aaya nahi he 1gas ka aur 2geyser ka payment bhi cheq se kar ke aaya hu per thadi khatam ho jaye fir line aaye sir kis kam ka waydaa 3mahino ka tha 4 mahine uper ho gye he 2chote bache he sir kitni taklif ho rahi he aapko kya bataye sir aesa hi customer ko service milty rahi to sir kya kam ka jo cus 3mahine pehle booking karwaye aur uske bad bhi office se koi jawab nahi jab jao tab 15din or lagenge aesa boll ke hath uper kar dete he please sollution kar dijiye sir[protected]ye cus no. He
