Dear sir
With reference to the above i would like to mention that i am lady member and i am doing up down since last 10 yrs from jetpur to gondal and rajkot route.
Now i have been transferred to ribda station i. E. 20 km from gondal to rajkot highway.
As i m the regular customer i have got only few 1 or 2 buses from jetpur to ribda.
Today i was late by 1 minute and i want to caught the local bus junagadh rajkot which is daily coming at about 7.45 to 8 am from jetpur bus stand which was in the station only n when i gave signal to stop the bus in the station only, even though driver has seen he has not stopped the bus and gone like he is the only owner of the bus.
Many a times its happen that bus itself started from station and not left the gate, the drivers are not stopping the same.
Secondly kindly provide me the bus no. Which has station ribda.
I would like to mention that there are many local buses passing from ribda station but all conductor are saying that no stop of ribda even though the route pay was mentioned.

Being a single lady member kindly look in to the matter and take action.

    I booked online ticket from mata na madh to ahmedabad in mata na madh - iscon cross road sl - us on dated 04/01/2020. But any reason bus not came at station. All passenger are awaited and shifted to express another bus. No any prior information of cancellation. I want to cancelle and refumd for the same but in my account there are no option of cancellation of ticket.

      Bus driver not stopping bus at majevdi get Junagadh . The bus was una Rajkot at 8:00 pm. And also Junagadh bus inquiry number isn't reciving my call. And they are not giving answer regarding to this problem.
      I'm a girl. And i have to reach Rajkot at 10pm. But the bus driver not stop bus. That's really really bed experience with gsrtc. You are not providing good service. If government paying you salary, then you must have to do your duty. I'm a single girl traveling. How can you do this man.

        I am student of Shree Jayrambhai patel college of business management which was formerly known as National institute of co-operative management. I asked manager of depot, named as "Ashish Patel" to create bus pass from NICM-CH 0 (Gandhinagar) (the old name NICM was duly mentioned in letter pad that i had given to manager) but he was sooo arrogant to me and behaved rudely as if I were creating a fake college. At least he should not behave as "a king of public". I think he has forgotten his role of public servant. Govt. doesn't give him salary for being a "king". Today, I am feeling very unlucky that I am born in such a country where no one hears you and there is democracy for the name sake only. There is purely monarchy in this country. Moreover, I've complained to his senior manager also, but due to "strong social bond", he has done nothing. What a great governing system of GSRTC!!! Hats off to you!!

          Bus was late by 35 minutes. Bus driver and conductor are having breakfast while driving leading to slow speed and delay in reaching the destination

            I have booked ticket for volvo on 25th 8.15am was on time still due to mistake of person on help desk l was standing on bus stand but bus went away was inquiring for 1hr at help desk and volvo booking counter but not given right answer and attitude was so bad had to miss my important meeting had to go by 9.30 bus no refund give. And was given answer with attitude what ever u want u can do it was ur mistake only

            In such condition he behave very rudely with passengers specially with females with children.
            This is very horrible to travel with such situation.
            He didn't come with baze.
            Today i was travelling by bus from mehsana to ambaliyasan but conductor refuse to take 10 rs coin...why?... government sector must will accept 10rs coin..

              આજ ની વત છે બસ સ્ટોપ હોવાં છતા કંડકટર બસ નાં ઊભી રાખી અને પેસેન્જર હેરાન કારી 1 km દુર ઊભી રાખી તૌ આવા કંડકટર માટે નિગમ કેમ કય પગલાં લેતું નથિ. અમદાવાદઃ મા પોતાના સ્ટાફ નાં માણસો માટે સેટ રોકીને પેસેન્જર ને ઉભા ઉભા મુસાફરી કરાવે છે.

                    I was traveling with my family on 01/02/2020 by Nadiad shirdi bus from bharuch to manmad. i was also reserve seat in this bus with seat number 24, 25, 26, 27. The time of this bus on bharuch bus stand is 9.30pm.But bus was come on 11.30pm i.e. upto 2hrs late.we are waiting upto 2hrs on bus stand. Also traveling time of this bus from bharuch to manmad is mentioned online is 7hrs 20min.But bus taking upto 9hrs 30min . Its so dangerous experience taken from this bus in my life.

                      My complaint is that I booked 1 E-ticket from GSRTC website. My date of Journey was 29/12/2019 from Ahmedabad to surat in sleeper class. My PNR no. is G32488604, OB Reference Number GS10265359 and tripcode is 1500NHRNRSHRD15. My total bus fair is Rs. 263/-. My Journey time was 3.30 P.M. On my travel date, I reached Ahmedabad bus station at 3.30 P.M. and inquired about my sleeper bus from depo incharge of Ahmedabad bus station. But depo incharge of Ahmedabad told me that the sleeper bus which you have booked has not come for some technical reason. He also told me that you might be traveled on some other bus instead of that sleeper bus which you have booked. He further told me that you would claim a refund of the amount of bus fare from GSRTC online, Considering the above facts and circumstances, I hereby request you to please credit the amount of bus fare in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige.                           Respected sir, the bus from rajkot to una via Jetpur has not came at Jetpur bus station on date 31/12/2019 I asked 3times at time 7&7.15&7.30 the happy to help counter said at 7.30 that it has gone at 7.10am but I was standing at the place covering 1-5 all stands but it has not came I am very sure about it request to file a complaint and please check camera if you don't believe 0530RJTUNAGJR47 this is the trip code many of passenger are too tired and getting so frustrated request to something on it

                            I want to bring to your kind notice that the cruelty & misbehavior shown by ST bus Driver and Controller of your department.
                            Yesterday evening date 30/12/2019, 7:30 pm, when i am coming from service in my personal vehicle at near valsad bus depot, swami vivekanand statue, where every bus turn to catch min road. Bus no GJ 18 Z 1616 driver hit my car rear door and run away unfortunately i have revived from incident no sever injury occur but i urge you to suspend that kind of cruel bus driver, i have already raise police complaint near my police station.

                              Hello sir
                              I'm Raghavendra Khandelwal travelled on 28-12-19 from Diu to ahemdabad AC Sleeper bus G32298364 at 8.00p.m. I lost my valuable bag 15, 000 approx and my branded shoes of cost Rs. 6000. Because beneath my seat their was a rectangular hole from which my valuables were fell down during journey. Please take this into consideration and give my compensation towards it.

                                I am traveling from una to ahmedabad. I have booked online ticket through gsrtc site showing time 07:45 to 16 : 00. When i asked the driver, on what time the bus will reach at ahmedabad, he replied 'almost three hour late'. I immediately de-board the bus despite online book and book volvo from mahuva to ahmedabad. I again asked the conductor and he replied that bus will reach at 6 pm, about two hour late. My onward journey is from ahmedabad by train is at 17 : 30 hour today and i'm going to miss it. Please tell me that who will be responsible for harassing me. A huge lose of my important task, my train tickets and also bus tickets

                                  I have booked m-ticket to travel from unjha to bharuch gnfc s. T. Stand on 21/12/2019 with other 3 persons. The trip code 1800sdpsrtguj, pnr no. G32308844 departure time 18.20 hrs. Seat no 29, 30, 31, 32. After 15 minutes of arrival time of the bus the system as well as gsrtc personal at inquiry window at unjha bus station have not given any information regarding bus no and time. He informed us when showing m-ticket in my mobile massage box...

                                  Dear sir,

                                  We came to know that, the speed of the bus has been reduced to 75 km/hr. All the passengers are complaining about the late arrival of the bus. Kindly requesting you all to increase the speed upto 100 km/hr as the private buses run. This will ensure a great help to bus and passengers for speedy recovery on time on highways when the bus is running late, as people are going to hospitals, airports, important work, etc. Also, passengers are paying a high amount for the speedy service. I request you all not to follow old mindset rules as we are in living in 21st century.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I am travelling in a gsrtc volvo bus doj:24/12/2019, pickup point:ahmedabad nehrunagar, time:16:00, bus no: gj-01-et-3655.

                                    The bus is totally dirty. Its full of dust smell. Even the curtain rods are broken. Almost 5 passengers got down the bus because of bad smell and dusty environment.

                                    I hope you people will resolve the problem at the earliest.
