Bus conductor in bus surat to kukarmunda on the date 29/11/2019 on time 5:45pm.
Already bus was late 1 hour and the behaviour of conductor with me. And i am a female passanger with reserved seat of bus. They not stop the bus for passanger and they behave badly with me and they speeck in public like abusive rough language.
When i demand for his complain diary his not give to me the complain diarty beacuase they have no available the complain diary that time.

Bus conductor name is mr. Hashmukh chaudhary behave too much badly in public place with female. They not follow any rulea and regulation. When i ask to his i already reserved my seat then his reply to me come in bus from heads of all passanger who stands in bus door. He dont have a manner to talk with a female passanger. He have no manner and respect to his job. He simply seat in bus and make sout on passangers.

Mundra Palitana Bus was not stopped at Request Stop of V.C. Fatak for

single senior citizen lady on[protected] at 10.45 A.M. approx. Even of several

request conductor has stopped about 1000 mtr. away. The controller of S.T. Depot has refused to take complaint.

Controller has not given conductor's baize no. even our several request.

    In gsrtc i have booked seat no 6 on date 23 nov 2019 for Ahmedabad to dahod sleeper seat no 6 booked then also gsrtc gives ordinary bus so i am not travel in that bus and told to gsrtc with mail and call center not gives support and dont give proper replay... Again today i have same problem GSRTC taken my 240 rs for sleeper bus Ahmedabad to dahod 00.40am 29.11.2019 it also cancel and not givem back my money and told me please teavel in ordinary bus. What should i do dont know. Amd gsrtc MD also not gives any replay on mail shameless system. Please give support and provide my 480 of two times bus seat reservation charge.       I had booked a GSRTC Bus ticket online for travel on 9th Nov from Ahmedabad to Dwarka at 8pm. But the Bus got cacelled at 7.45pm without prior information. GSRTC bus counter didnt refund my bus fare, as it was an online ticket.
      "*GSRTC Service Cancelled Alert: TripCode :2000ABDDWKSLP15 PNRNo :G31164465 DOJ :09/11/ 2019. Sorry for the Inconvenience. Eligible for refund". This message I received on my Mobile at 7.40pm.
      I tried cancelling my ticket online, but everytime there showed an error. I tried at least 15times, but failed.
      I contacted GSRTC helpline also, but got the same reply.. to cancel it online.
      I wrote an email to GSRTC customer care helpdesk, but didnt receive any reply for refund.
      Please look into the case so that I get my full refund & people like me are not harassed.

      I pay for services of a/c, and all with wifi also but there are not provide wifi...i talk for password also but the person ignore my argue!😡 they took money for giving wifi service but not provide me and the router is also not attached! This is not good😠

        Sir,
        Today 23_11_19 i had journey to mahuva to navsari via mahuva bus number gj18ay9179, i saw twice monthly buss pass to conductor but without seeing my pass he give me regular ticket and misbehaving, i told him you duty to check pass first then give ticket, he enger me and je thay te kari leje hu koena thi daru nahi, i told. Him about complaint book he again misbehaving and nahi male.. Such kind of behaviour defam the image of gsrtc. Kindly look into matter.

          While phone on conductor for bus status on before 11:00 pm, conductor told me that due heavy traffic in mumbai bus will be late by three hour, will come around 2:00 am to 2:15 am, after 2:15 am called to conductor, conductor told me that at manur puncher in one tire, we are changing it and will come after two hour (Total 5 hour late), at that time we are helpless, so come in other way
          Kindly arrange to refund our full amount

            My booking is in 6:15pm.. The bus was standing in busstation without any complain... As it arrives on the platform driver informed that ac in the bus is not working... I personally check the ac & it was in working condition and i have my further bookings from rajkot also... So kindly refund my money back... By all further bookings were also disturbed su to this...

              I m a college student. At ankleshwar bus station we have to issue our student pass.
              I've been coming here for 2 days still i didn't got my bus pass bcoz there is a long line bt the one who is responsible for bus pass issue is not giving any response to the crowd. People with personal relation can get easily bus pass bt the other people are unable to get it.

                Today i have visited bilimora bus depot for bus booking for marriage function but there was not given any clear information by the official only pass the work to each other & there office person said that the scheme is now over & said the hire charge is 8000 rs., my route is only 8 km & as per the scheme charges is 2000 rs. Upto 20 km, so i want to know the actual rate. Give me guidline for the same. Thanking you.

                  I was advance booking for travelling from dahod to dhoraji on dt.14/11/2019 for my wife and two children. But when i attand a dahod bus depot gsrtc official told my family bus was cancelled due to some technical problem and no one any seats any other dahod to dhoraji buses. My family was returned to home without journey.

                    Today i am traveling from ahmedabad to vadodara by intercity bus.. I am request to driver to please stop amitnagar.. And 40% of passengers want to stop amitnagar bus driver told me no and very rudly answer the passengers..

                    Time:- 10:10 am from ahmedabad.
                    St require for passengers convenient not follow the rule.
                    So please change the stoppage as per passengers convenient.

                      Bus is come from nizar and going to kheralu and i am traveling to surat. From vyara when i am going to take a seat... There is a huge vomiting by some one in bus at seat no.6, 7, 8.. And it smelling so bad but conductor dose not take any action before and after complaining. And government continuesly trying to apply "swatch bharat mission" how it is possible with this kind of irresponsible government employee not take any responsibility about cleanliness in government buses and government property... They need to take immediate action for this type of issues...

                        Respected authority... On date 16/11/2019 i was taken bus "chotila to rajula" from amreli. While i was came my destination rajula driver decline to stop bus as per scheduled routine stop and misbehaved with me and threatened me and told me that u could filed complaint online.. I dont care about complaint and i would doing as per my choice.. How dare you to told me that what should i do.. Please i request to authority to take a necessary action against this driver i dont know his name.. Please enquire

                          In the bus of tharad depot while traveling from deesa conductor misbehave with a girl on the date of 16/11/2019 and bus route is tharad to ahmedabad and bus timing of departure from tharad is 7:00 am so please take actions against bus conductor who is in duty and rudely talk with a girl. Please take action.

                            15/11/19 today i was travelling rajpipla to kamrej in statue o[censored]nity to surat volve.. When aroundat 10 :15 pm on came to kamrej station that time i m very tired sleeped.. Conducter already know one passenger left in bus but don't try to call when i was awake up around 10:17 pm after 1 km request plz stop the bus but didn't stop he told me... I can't stop it is not official stop.. I m stop dmart station. Sir again request stop bus but no stop up to dmrt station jakatnaka... I was face so many trouble late night. Taken auto from dmar jakatnaka to kamrej. This incidence not come again plz sir.
                            Volvo bus conductor n driver don't know i pay 153 rupees journey than n than behaved like this..
                            Statue o[censored]nity volvo without enough passenger trip route morning n evening because just of like this conductor n driver responsible don't attract to passengers.. Just taken salary n misbehave with passenger
                            Government thinking is good but this type of driver n conductor created bed impressions on passenger..100 % better private travels bcz just of like this conductor n driver how to behave don't know..

                              Continuously as a passenger i am facing misbehaviour of conductors daily. Today
                              When i asked conductor the about the stop, rathe than answering yes or no, he misbehaved with me that rudely replied that ask driver about the stop not to me. And began to shout over me. When i resist why should i asked driver i[censored] r here, then he shouted more and tried to attack me.
                              I request to punish him. So he will think before misbehaving like this

                                Required refund as bus not arrived at shirdi till 1:00pm which was scheduled at 11:00 am, currently traveling in another bus.
                                Booking was done on bus shirdi to amberli till baroda station with ticket amount of 555rs.
                                ​at 11:30 am informed online customer care they gave me amerali depo manager no as they were also unaware of any details regarding bus, i tried to call depo manager near about 15-20 times but he didn't picked up my phone than i called again online customer care and they gave me no of do office amerali they responded very well and gave me call back with in 15min regarding the status of bus, according to him bus is in breakdown at nashik and suggest me claim refund. Mentioned is details of my ticket

                                    I have done online booking from paytm of Volvo bus from ahmedabad to bhavnagar at 5:30 pm todayand passengers details are:- 17-mita thakker, age-69 and 18- umesh thakker, age- 70.. bis controller said that bus will leave from 6 no. Platform instead of leaving from 6 no. Bis leaves from 1 no. Platform. At 5:15 pm instead of 5:30 pm today MY PNR NO. IS - G31214333 and G31214310.

                                    They have should not give wrong information to the two aged people and they sat in the next bus of 6:00 pm and the conductor is taking money of and not transferring ticket from volvo to luxury.

                                    Please give my refund of booked volvo tickets as soon as possible.
