I am traveling from ambaji to visnagar in gsrtc bus and i got the worst experience of your services. Conductor did force to my dad to take full tickets of my two children and my children still taking half tickets and when i asked about the matter he behaved so rudely to me. And he did not give even complain book and his batch no to me.
So kindly take strongly action about this matter

In gsrtc online bus booking their is one option that single ladies but if i am select this option and when at time to travel one gents sit is next to this single lady and conductor give rude answer to lady. And lady suffering this in night journey also, she is also suffering sexually harresment in this situation and every time gsrtc bus will late minimum 1hrs. Trip : jetpur to jamnagar on 30th oct'19. While driving driver was attending calls and was also interested in waving hi hello to all the passing vehicles drivers. Today i was travelling with 3 adults & 1 child with reserved booking from baroda to rajkot at 8am. When asked at inquiry counter they said bus will be on platform 6 @ 8am. I waited from 7:30am-8:15am and bus din’t show up. When asked again they said bus is gone. The bus depot dint even announce and total 10 people missed that bus. Please refund me....

I wanted to go to porbandar from junagadh today.

So today i stood at yogi park bus stop, near madhura, junagadh but the driver of the bus going from junagadh to porbandar at 8:30 pm did not keep the bus standing at the bus stop. I also called in junagadh depot but there was no response from me.

I am regularly travelling from mithapur to bhogat in okha rajula bus for my job.
Driver has taken 2:00 hours for 70 km to reach my destination in gurjarnagar bus and i told driver many times but he did not respond and told to talk our depot manager. You can track with help of gps regarding duration. Only one...

I have booked ticket from amreli to ahmedabad in ac sleeper bus which departs 11:30 pm. For that i have searched inquiry office to get information about platform. But inquiry office was not open at that time and i asked in other office they gave reply very rudely and told that it won't be open for 24 hrs. It closes at around 9:00 pm.

My compliant is what should a passenger do if bus time is after 9:00 pm. It should be opened...

Today i am stand up to ganesh chokdi to traveling to dakor and khambhat to godhra bus is coming and i hands shake and sit to bus when conductor is told me your service pass is not authorized to this bus again you will come to anand old bus stop this bus not stop to ganesh chokdi i tell him some bus stop ganesh chokdi why you angry me but conductor misbehave me

The bus driver did not stop the bus at lal darwaja, umreth station even when i signalled him to stop the bus, also the bus wasn't completely full or over crowded. Now i'llhave to wait for another 45 minutes to get a bus. Its 5:34 pm now, it takes minimum 1 and half hour to reach vadodara. Imagine when will i reach now. The bus no. Was gj-18-z-2663....

Yesterday i tried for reschedule gsrtc bus ticket but doesn't reschedual online. Then after i called call center but it didn't connected. Today i tried again got chance to talk with gsrtc care executive and they told me that you can cancel the ticket and book new ticket. Because ticket reschedule is availble before 24 hr. So they can't help it. But have tried before 24 hr and website didn't work properly.

Sub: please resolve late bus issue in this area likewike bardoli to kapadwanj.
In this dated my bus or gsrtc to timing 7:00 am kamrej from bardoli to surat.
But reached at 8:20 am late so please solve this kind of issue and allow or use gps to locate bus as early as possible. Bus number : gj-18-z-0214.
And kindly note that in future early timing or late timing must circulate in booking...

I'm having reservation (Seat no.10) on 29/10/2019 in rajkot-ambaji bus at 6:00 am. I requested the man and also the conductor to adjust that man in another seat... But the conductor and that man didn't gave any attention to my point.

Also behavior of both was not good. I raised the right point that seat no. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 are reserved for the ladies only. There were other ladies travelling in the same bus....

28/10/19 is the worst experience with gsrtc. Much more passengers waiting at stand from 5 am till 7.00 am there are no buses appoint till the time at its routine ssedule...
For bhavnagar and ahemdabad what this service is for no person authorised having responsibility for that 5 buses for its routine secdule is not been appoint for
