Sir surat to ahmdabad volvo 2/2 seater bus stopped near vododara for diner.bus left without taking me .my 2 luggages is inside the bus.i have booked at Rs-503/- from surat bus stop to ahmdabad gita mandir bus depo.tell me now what to do and what about my luggage..i've told vododara depo but thy didn't helped.tell me what to do...not a single gsrtc member helped me because m not gujrati.making joke on me

તારીખ :22/12/2019 .સમય સવારે 3.00 વાગે હુ અને મારૂ ફેમીલી અમે કુલ 6 જણાને લીંબડીથી મોરબી જવાનું હોઈ સવારે ઉપર જણાવેલ તારીખ અને સમય પ્રમાણે લીંબડી બસ સ્ટેશનમાં સુરત - મોરબી બસની રાહ જોતા હતા.પણ4.00 વાગવા છતા બસ આવેલ નહી અને અમે GSRTC ની એપમાં જોતા બસ લીંબડી સર્કલેથી ડાયરેક્ટ નીકળી સુરેન્દ્રનગરવાળા રોડે જતી રહી હતી અને ડેપોમાં આવેલન હતી.ટી.સી પોઇન્ટ માં પુછતા તેઓએ પણ કહેલ કે આ બસ વાળા ને ઘણીવાર જાણ કર્યા છતા બસ ડાયરેક્ટ નીકળી જાય છે.સવારે આ બસ નીકળી ગયા પછી મોરબી જવા માટે બપોર સીવાય કોઈ બસ નથી. તો ST ની આવક અને છબી સુધારો કરવામાં આવે એવી આપશ્રીને મારી નમ્ર વિનંતી.

Sanand to khatraj 6:55 am mostly late by 3 to 5 minutes!!

Bus pickup time is 6:55 am but always they start late by 3 to 5 minutes at sanand depo only!!

There is no scope for excuse of trafic or anything else.

Also, the clock (Available in some buses) is late by 2 minutes, must be purposely running late.

For some unknown reason this bus is mostly late by few minutes in the morning!!

Further, lazy drivers takes 45 minus to drive 27 km distance.

What caused these to late only by 3 to 5 minutes.
This results in late by 15 to 20 minuts late due to railway crossing at sanand railway station.

It seems that the manager is not able to handle their staff,
Or they are not able to manage the same?

I am frequently travel by this bus. Mostly passenger of kathlal dropped on cross road of kathlal and they have many other buses for nearby station. So please stop this bus to book in st stand of kathlal because other people who are coming from remote area have wastage of time for people and petrol for gsrtc. Please stop in favour of rural long distance passenger.

I'm journey with gsrtc ac bus route surat netra departure time 7 p.m during trip bus stop so many times and collect local passenger like local bus, and cabin main door also open and light continue on to high noise observed overall bad feel during journey and waste of my money

In mehsana depo student pass desk time is 8:30 . But authorized person not came at 9:20 and many student are stand in student pass line.

Himatnagar depo bus reached at rajkot depo on 14/12/19 and bus departure from rajkot to mangalore at 3.15pm, one sit which was un reservation sit empty but conductor and one passenger are not allowed to sit another passengers as empty sit passenger will come and sit from gondal chowki, while bus was already departure from depo and said sit are in reservation sit and we have also paid ticket for sit too. My ticket no 221285 dated 14/12/19 time 15:18:30.

Request you to take action against conductor for un reservation sit not allowed to passenger.

Himatnagar depo bus reached at Rajkot depo on 14/12/19 and bus departure from Rajkot to Mangalore at 3.15pm, one sit which was un reservation sit empty but conductor and one passenger are not allowed to sit another passengers as empty sit passenger will come and sit from gondal chowki, while bus was Already departure from depo and said sit are in reservation sit and we have also paid ticket for sit too. My ticket no 221285 dated 14/12/19 time 15:18:30.

Request you to take action against conductor for un reservation sit not allowed to passenger.

We are waiting for bus at the janak smarak hospital stop, vyara, gujarat.
All local bus are taking a stop at janak bus stop, today morning date:14/12/2019, saturday, time around 10:00 am
Bus from udamgadi we are waiting for it to go to surat (Bus total udamgadi to surat)
When bus come but it take a stop away from a bus stop, we are waiting for it at the bus stop (Janak smarak hospital, vyara)
But it is not stop at bus stop inspite of waving a hand to driver.
This is not fair that bus not take a stop at the bus stop, but take the stop away from a bus stop..
This complain is not only for one bus but some other buses also done it... We students are suffer just because of it. We are not reach our hospital/job place/home at the time. I believe that because of this country get loss directly or indirectly.

I meet with an accident on 08/12/19 at around 10:10 PM near chotila on Rajkot Ahmedabad SH when GSRTC Volvo bus no GJ01ET5086 hits my car from back due to improper/unsafe driving skills of driver and his behaviour was pathetic. Please find the attached bus image.Please let me know how can I get the compensation for my loss.

-Bus name is Porbandar to Junagadh
-Time are 02:30pm, 05:00pm and 05:30pm
This bus has not stop to Porbandar airport

પોરબંદર - દીવ ની બસમાં આજ રોજ તા- 13/12/19 ના હું વેરાવળ થી કોડીનાર આવવા માટે બેસેલો.મારે સુગર ફેક્ટરીએ ઉતારવાનું હોવાથી બસ સ્ટોપ આવેલ ત્યારે મેં કંડકટર ને બસ રોકવા માટે જણાવેલું છતાં પણ તેમના દ્વારા બસ રોકવામાં આવેલ નહિ અને પોતાની મનમાની ચલાવીને બસ ને રોકવામાં આવી નહિ. અને કન્ડક્ટર દ્વારા ઉધતાઈભર્યું વર્તન કરવામાં આવેલ અને બસ રોકાશે નહિ એવો જવાબ આપવામાં આવેલ આમ એસ ટી બસ નો સ્ટોપ હોવા છતાં પણ કંડકટર સામાન્ય મુસાફર સાથે આવી મનમાની કરે છે તે કેવી રીતે સહન કરી શકાય જેની ફરિયાદ કરવામાં આવે છે જે અંગે આપ સાહેબ શ્રી દ્વારા ઘટિત કાર્યવાહી કરવા વિનંતી જેથી બીજા મુસાફરો ને થતી હેરાનગતિ રોકી શકાય.બસની વિગત આ પ્રમાણે છે.પોરબંદર -દીવ, તા- 13/12/10 બનાવ નો સમય 7:05 કલાકે.

In Traffic i was driving a car in Ahmedabad ST Stand road, one st bus going threw my right side, at turning suddenly driver taking left, even he don't know about my car position, he is busy in talking with conductor, bus back side was very near to the my car, and it's going to the crash, so i raise the accelerator and try to overtake, but he doesn't apply the brake and bus touched to my car, but luckily it touched on my back bumper so no damage at all, but my request is please stay away from GSRTC buses, they all drive like maniac

My name is fahad vhora. I was going vadnagar from visnagar i just reached at visnagar depot and i found a bus was available to go vadnagar. And bus was started to departure from depot and i raised my hand to stop bus. But driver denied to stop and left me on bus stand. So i want a legal action against this driver either he should give apology letter with commitment that he will never do such misconduct with any passenger during his job or must be suspend from his duty.

Bus depot was unjha.

The government of gujarat and gsrtc both recently avared the student pass holders that they can travel in mini buses through their student passes. But in grief i am writing this complaint that none of the mini buses are allowing the student pass and they charge ticket later. Bus driver and the bus conductor say that the depot manager told not to validate the student passes. Please solve this issue because more than 500+ students which are travelling in jamnagar - khambhaliya route are facing the same problem. So i believe that the greater authorities of gsrtc and gujarat government will try their best to solve this issue. Thank you

I call gsrtc massage given number (Conductor number) at 5.46 min. He reply that bus will reached within 5 min. I wait 15 min he has not called back me leave bus without collect passanger

I'm bipin from solaiya. Many students are doing up-down to mansa and got their monthly pass too. But they can't use the pass as buses stopped to come solaiya. Complained 100 times to mansa depot but no results. Mansa depot can't rob openly like this. Take an action. You can reach me at [protected]

I expect this complain take place priority as many students have to pay for private vehicle to reach school. Also, let me know if this is not going to be solved as soon as possible.

When i entered in to the bus from the rampura * which is minibus mehsana to himatnagar time 2:25 all the seats are reserved and just one seat is not reserved, and when i go to sit on that seat conductor denied me to sit on that seat. When i ask why should i do not sit on that seat, she replied that there are two seats allocated for only one conductor. When i ask for rule about that seat, she's started argument with me. So please take the strict action against that lady conductor. Other wise i must have to go for human rights. Or any other court.

I with my son, daughter in law and grandson were travelling from borvai to bharuch gnfc on 01/12/19 vide ticket no.257483 time of issuing ticket is 15:16:36 hrs. (Bus mandvi depot, surat div.) bus root borvai-surat - mandvi.

At areoungd 10.00 pm driver and conductor had refused to take bus at gnfc bus stand and tey have dropped us on highway out side the stand. On request they have reply, at night we are not taking bus at bust stand and behave very rudely.

Request you to pl. Take necessary action into the matter pl.

I am a student and I was going to give my exam I was in dhrangadhara- surendranagar local bus the driver was continuously talking with the another person in the cabin and when we told him then he had behaved Ridley with inappropriate language.

At limadi bus depo a person take money from ladies to use urinal. I complain for this last year also. Today i call to depo manager for this. But his answer is i give panalty to this person when i received compain about this matter. Its means any boday do anyrhing in limadi bus depo every day. Its penalty is 500 rs. So when complain regester about this. That person pay 500rs. And after this he take about 1500 rs. Per day for use o[censored]rinal.
