Respected sir i want to tell you plsss in online booking you must have start handicap online booking bcoz in this covid 19 position we have very much suffered from this kind problems ans we are not able to manage regular standing in many lines and buy a tikit at counter there are many handicap person as up down staf so they will travel daily and they face very much problems so plss we heartly requested that start this facility at least this time plss

        I am harshil sheth. I had renewed my daily passenger concession pass on 20/3/2020 & within 2 to 3 days government declared the lockdown. Government had declared the lockdown so i am eligible to demand the extension of my monthly pass. My pass number is 208285 from nadiad depot. My i-card number is 19940. My pass is from nadiad to vadodara gurjarnagari (Nadiad depot 420)& it cost rupees 1980. So give me an extension based on my use. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com

          Hello sir,
          This is regarding one of the booking that i was trying to make via online portal of gsrtc for my in law travelling from surat to ahmedabad on 8th march 2020. I had tried three times to book tickets. Where, first two trials money was deducted from my bank account worth 467 x 2 = 934/-. On the third trial, finally ticket was booked with pnr number - g34346947, seat 18, date of travel - 8th march 2020 @23:30.

          I have attached the ob number details for my first two failed transactions along with the error received after the booking process along with transaction details.

          1st failed attempt - ob number : gs11008504

          2nd failed attempt - ob number : gs11008707

          We seek your help in resolving the above matter. I have called customer care service and it says that it will take about 21 days to refund in such matter. Since i have not received this, i feel cheated.

          I wish to resolve this at the earliest.

              Due to lockdown extension, had to cancel gsrtc bus ticket from amreli to gandhinagar. But they are refunding only 75% of the ticket value. They should refund full amount as ticket is cancelled due to lockdown.

                    Most likely the fact is that you used a poor service. I, in turn, use only services that I can trust. For example, since I don’t have my own car, I have to rent it on a certain site.                         I have a daily updown for the viramgam to ahmedabad for the job of night shift...

                        I am job lefting time is 4.30 is iskon area...

                        And surat radhanpur bus is arriving at 5.00 a. M at iskon junction but bus drive and conductor are not stop to bus at this bus stop why...

                        Bus conductor was to watching to me and you are to bell in bus but drivers are not to stop with bus at that time...

                        So i am very unhappy...

                        That why you are action for the bus drivers and conductor...

                          મે ટિકિટ લીધી અને એમને મને કહ્યું કે 2 રૂપિયા ખુલા છે મે ના પાડી તો ટિકિટ ના ૧૪૨ રૂપિયા હતા એમને મે ૨૦૦ રૂપિયા આપ્યા અને એમને મને ૧૦૦ પાછા આપી ને કહ્યું કે આ નોટ નઈ ચાલે મે કીધુ કઈ વાંધો નઈ હું તમને નોટ બદલી આપુ એમને મને નોટ આપી આને સાથે ટિકિટ આપી જેથી પાકીટ માં થી નવી નોટ નીકળતા ટિકિટ પાડી ગઈ અને મે નવી નોટ એમને આપી ટિકિટ ગોતવા માંડ્યો ને એ કહે મને પૈસા તમે આપ્યા નથી

                          The hygiene of bus seats are so poor. Window sills have tobacco's spit. This should not be the condition of bus at the time when the bus is just boarded from source station. Specially in this dark time of corona.

                            I'm varun, a regular passenger of gsrtc. I have a passenger pass from ambika nagar, kalol to income tax, ahmedabad. Today dtd. 19/03/2020, when i got down in the middle of my route at ranip bus depo for renewal of my monthly passenger pass and then again boarded on "kadi - pavaghad" bus he refuses to board and threaten to seize my passenger pass with him stating that "i cannot board on the bus from the middle of my route as this is not permissible as per the conductor."

                            I would like to add up a little more detail in my complaint. The timings when this happened was around 10.00am. Also when I asked for the complaint book note down whatever he did in it he said "tu complaint lakhis to e koi maru khai ukhadi nai le...Jaa je thay e kari le".
                            Yes, he said right..some conductor not to aloud to passenger pass in bus at Ranip bus depot..and he make it miss behave to the passenger..I request you to tell him make a all necessary.. whatever whatever...!!

                              As i m travelling to a kalavad to rajkot in gsrtc at 18 march 12:10 pm.in a bus, conductor behaving very rude and not giving change after i give 50rs and giving badwords to everyone. She says out of my bus i[censored] have not change i think she is a employee not a owner. So i highly requested to officer need action for this for future traveller.
                              No one can travel in gsrtc after getting insulted i[censored] cant take action on to a lady

                                સાહેબ શ્રી gsrtc માં online website ના કોઈ call receive નઈ કરતા, ગાંધીનગર માં એક સાથે બસ 10 આવશે ને નઈ આવે એટલે 1.30 કલાક સુધી નઈ આવતી અને ટાઈમ કોઈ નક્કી નથી અને ગાંધીનગર ની city bus ખાલી સચિવાલય માટેજ છે આમ પબ્લિક તો ઘેટાં- બકરા છે.જે દિવસે સચિવાલય માં રજા હોય એ દિવસે 2 કલાક સુધી નઇ આવતી ને સાહેબ ગાંધીનગર થી અમદાવાદ updown વારી પબ્લિક આ ખરાબ management ના લીધે પાસ નીકાળવા પણ તૈયાર નથી અને privete માં જવું વધારે prefer કરે છે.ને હું request કરું છું કે લોકલ બસ બંધ કરો અથવા private કરો

                                સાહેબ શ્રી ગાંધીનગર ની લોકલ બસ માં બધા ને ખાલી બસ લઈ જવી છે ને વચ્ચે ના stand પર ઉભી પણ અમૂકજ રાખે છે.ખાલી બસ લઇ જવા માટે ઉપરા ઉપરી બસો લાવે છે આ એક સત્ય હકીકત છે જે આપ તપાસ કરાવી શકો છો

                                  Today the daily morning bus from ahmedabad to gandhinagar geb was departure ahmedabad at6.58 am and ranip at 7.24 am. Means before time. Therefore so many daily passengers miss the bus. These passengers are govt servants and making daily updown to reach their workplace at gandhinagar. Let instruct concerned driver and conductor to do not start journey before time

                                    Gsrtc bus dwarka to ahmedabad stop in chotila at hotel sugar and spice food packet and cold drinks price is extra collect to all customer, why extra rupees collect solve this issue urgent.

                                    I think govt should stop to booking bus online. As every time bus is reaching 1 hour late from the scheduled time. It became tendency for every bus to come late. Then why we should book the bus. Gsrtc should seriously think about it and take steps to ensure that bus should not come late from departure time.
                                    I had lost my students bus pass so I informed to meshana bus depo so they say we can’t do anything things it’s your responsibility to handle your bus pass. I said them Is there any alternative to get my bus pass they said no any such alternative you have to do same process again

                                      It is very regret to tell u that why most of buses are not stopped at chhatral stand... Like ahd-ranakpur, ahb-deesa ac bus. Chhatral has a big gidc and so many people suffering and facing problem as drives denied to stop at chhatral chokdi... Gsrtc is working for facilitate to passenger and this way they are running vaccant seated bus but not stopped at asked station..
                                      As well as it is request that add stoppage of chandkheda stand...

                                        The departure time show me 7:30 am but bus left the gandhinagar bus stand at 6:00 am. So i can't take bus.
