Hello sir,
This is regarding one of the booking that i was trying to make via online portal of gsrtc for my in law travelling from surat to ahmedabad on 8th march 2020. I had tried three times to book tickets. Where, first two trials money was deducted from my bank account worth 467 x 2 = 934/-. On the third trial, finally ticket was booked with pnr number - g34346947, seat 18, date of travel - 8th march 2020 @23:30.
I have attached the ob number details for my first two failed transactions along with the error received after the booking process along with transaction details.
1st failed attempt - ob number : gs11008504
2nd failed attempt - ob number : gs11008707
We seek your help in resolving the above matter. I have called customer care service and it says that it will take about 21 days to refund in such matter. Since i have not received this, i feel cheated.
I wish to resolve this at the earliest.
