Dear sir
Sub: please resolve late bus issue in this area likewike bardoli to kapadwanj.
In this dated my bus or gsrtc to timing 7:00 am kamrej from bardoli to surat.
But reached at 8:20 am late so please solve this kind of issue and allow or use gps to locate bus as early as possible. Bus number : gj-18-z-0214.
And kindly note that in future early timing or late timing must circulate in booking site or booking app
So customer really sitisfied.

      Today i was travelling from mahudha to nadiad in bus (Mahudha-nadiad). I get out from the bus in nadiad bus depo. After sometimes i realised that i miss my thing (Dabba) in the bus... I immediately inform to nadiad bus depo... According to them, the bus has departed the nadiad bus station just before the 10 min of i reached there... So they inform me to contact to mahudha bus depo. I called to mahudha bus depo... While talking about to my issue they continuosly asking about the bus number which was not provided on the bus ticket. Then i have to inform them about my bus on the basis of the timing of the bus departing from mahudha to reaching to nadiad... After all i get my dabba back from the mahudha depo. At the end of the day... So my kindly request to you for adding the bus number in the ticket so people like me get their issue easily solved.

        I m currently travel in krushnagar to jetpur bus and i have tickets take a jusdan to ranpur and inform to conductot pls stop bus near alampur due to leave from bus. But driver have not stop bus, when ranpur come why not stop bus for my leave. And 1 customer take he was not stop from his bus stop in route why stop in relation and don't stop for my leave reply me strictly pls. Other i have all details bus conductor and driver

          I'm having reservation (Seat no.10) on 29/10/2019 in rajkot-ambaji bus at 6:00 am. I requested the man and also the conductor to adjust that man in another seat... But the conductor and that man didn't gave any attention to my point.

          Also behavior of both was not good. I raised the right point that seat no. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 are reserved for the ladies only. There were other ladies travelling in the same bus.

          There is no mean for ladies seat reservation...we are paying extra and planning a reservation just because to get comfortable seat and seatmate...not for letting them ruin our happiness of journey!!

          Please take necessary action on the conductor and work on to improve his behavior!!

            28/10/19 is the worst experience with gsrtc. Much more passengers waiting at stand from 5 am till 7.00 am there are no buses appoint till the time at its routine ssedule...
            For bhavnagar and ahemdabad what this service is for no person authorised having responsibility for that 5 buses for its routine secdule is not been appoint for
            And this # goverment is talking about vikas and development...

              Hello team,
              I want to file a complain of the driver of the bus. First the driver is driving the bus fast and just heatting the breaks so hard that is not safe and comfortable for the riders.
              He is acting like he is the owner of the bus and he owns something to everyone. There are two co riders in the bus father and his daughter. The father went to use the washroom at geet mandir and driver do not wait for the return. He just started the and start driving. She asked the driver to stop the bus for her father but he didn't listen just ignored her and keep driving. We are in the bus right now and she is crying for help. What to do?

              Please help to resolve the issue and the behaviour of the driver.

                I have booked two tickets from surat to vadodada, date of journey 26.10.2019, class gurjarnagri, time of dipurture 5.00 am and pnr no g30723041. I have reached at boarding point 20 min prior to the scheduled dipurture time. But not able to board on the bus as i can not trace the bus. Hence i took another unreserved bus and pay extra rs. 254 as fare for two persons.
                Kindly reimburse my early booked ticket amount which is rs. 260.

                  I reserved for halol to mehsana in halol-patan bus. Bus time was 4:45 and i be there around 4:40 a. M. But bus left without any contact or information. It's vert bad service from gsrtc and what meaning for reservation? I need my money back that i paid online for reservation. I gave mobile number while reservation then even they didn't try to contact me. I here by attach reservation details.

                    I booked a 5:30pm volvo bus ticket from ahmedabad to bhavnagar.
                    I had to leave the office early to catch the bus!
                    But it came at 7:45pm to paldi and its 8:30pm still i m in ahmedabad!!
                    It has become routine for ac buses to come late by 2-2:30 hr everyday!

He is from palitana depot... On the date 24/10/2019... He was gone palitana to ahmedabad... This bus arrive from palitana at 5:30 a. M.. I am daily updown in this bus...
                        So i am requesting to you... You take appropriate action on him... So he was drive bus very carefully...

                          My complaint description:
                          I am suffered lot with my wife and a little child due to wrong ticket booked by gsrtc online booking system.
                          As per the pnr :- g30233170 number i booked two seats for the surendranagar to ahmedabad nehrunagar.
                          Booked bus date:8-oct-2019, departure time: 17:15, but there is no entry of my booking in conductor’s booking list.
                          Moreover at inquiry counter the person told me your ticket information was wrong by system fault and said send an email to get refund.
                          Refund request already sent by 10th oct 2019 but still there is no any reply from gsrtc side so here i attached snapshot of the same.
                          Also i attached ticket, screenshot of message, conductor’s booking list for your reference.
                          I also called a customer care of gsrtc 3 times but still there is no any response.
                          I paid double charged to reach the destination due to heavy rush of festival dussehra.
                          So please do needful as soon as possible for my refund back as well as my total charged paid to reach at destination.

                            My PNR G30686101 travelling fr Baroda to Ahmadabad. Bus departure time was 4.05 am and when at 04.35, when bus not arrived, I picked up another bus to save my time. Booking bus conductor called me after I got into another bus which was just 300 meters away frm bus stand. I told him to pick me up and he denied rudely. I had to buy another ticket. Please help to get my money back

                              Ahmedabad to bhavnagar bus of 19:45 pm october 24, 2019 which came at iscon at 21:45 instead of 20:10 and was already running one and a half hour late also took a break of more than 25 minutes at toran hotel near dholera.

                              Inspite of saying for 10 minutes, the driver mr. Bharat bhai alone was late and came after more than 25 minutes.

                              I tried to discuss to him and he replied akho divas amare khavu k nai. To which i said kaik time hoi ne to which mr. Bharat bhai driver replied "kai time bime hoi nai".

                                My wife kesharbhen was traveling by st bus gj18 z 1856 on 23rd october from planpur to surat on the bus from deesa navsari sleeper by birth no 3.
                                When she reached her seat. The seat was so dirty so the passenger can't travel without cleaning.
                                I brought it to the notice conductor, he refused rudely to attend complaint. Saying that he is a conductor, not cleaner. It was a very unfortunate experience on my side that even he was unable to provide cleaning cloth etc
                                I demand to take appropriate action to the responsible person and inform me

                                  I harbir singh travelled from surat to vadodara on 15 oct 19 by baroda depot bus. Distance on tkt was 139 km. Fare of express bus was rs. 117/-. On return journey by bariya depot bus, tkt was rs. 126/- from makarpura to surat and distance was shown 160 km. Actually the distance from mkp to st is 8-9 km less than distance from baroda depot to st. Same thing happened with other passangers boarded from ank to st showing 9 km extra resulting excess fare. Please reply me. My mob. No. Is [protected].

                                    I booked a gsrtc bus from udaipur to ahmedabad via redbus. Keeping in mind that me & my family have a flight to catch at ahmedabad airport for goa, i booked this particular gsrtc bus as it was stated that it reaches ahmedabad at 6pm, this time was suitable for me. When i boarded the bus while talking to the conductor it came to my knowledge that bus would reach at around 8pm, that's 2 hours delay for what i had booked & paid for this bus.
                                    I immediately called the redbus app & give a detailed explanation of my concern the executive said it's the fault of gsrtc as gsrtc updates the timings for their bus, since then it's been 10 times that i have called the gsrtc complaint no. That is[protected] but there is no response from gsrtc. Who is responsible, who is gonna compensate my claims - gsrtc or redbus.
                                    I would get late & i have a flight to catch, my parents are 54 years old & we have ample amount of luggage too, the drop point of bus is approx 10km. Far from airport.& the conductor says the bus would reach at 8pm instead of what is mentioned (6pm). A time bound contract has been breached by a party of the contract.

                                      Please be aware that under your supervision, the bus from balasinore depot to vadodara - balasinor gj-18-y-1653 which runs from balasinor at 5:30 am and vadodara at 6:00 pm. Due to the sudden change of time it now leaves from vadodara at 8:00. Earlier, the route from balasinor to vadodara and vadodara to ahmedabad. Now its route has been announced from balasinore to vadodara and vadodara to lunawada. Because of that, she has to face huge problems in getting students, government jobs, private jobs and counting girls and passengers arriving on the bus.in particular, all the passengers who travel to vadodara to balasinor, daily, from hathmatiya, waghroli, jargal, vadad, kosam and thasra, have to face severe adversities, and to vadodara, umreth, dakor. Can't find bus or any other equipment. And all passengers from the last four, five days, arrive 10:30 am, 11:00 pm. And traveling girls get into tensions with them. We request that you leave from vadodara-balasinor bus or any other bus at 6:00 pm from vadodara to balasinore via vadad, jargal, waghroli route or after vadodara - balasinor bus number 1653 which is the time of the bus return. Due to the advice of the manager of balasinor depot and the officials there, the bus has been changed for the route. Request to do and the decision to take that decision sooner and if you do not help them in such a crisis, they will lose faith in st. We will have such a request from you.

                                        I am doing daily updown in bus. It's s route is from rajpipla - dahod. Daily the driver rests the bus at dabhoi to go and have a lunch early in the morning. The timing of the bus is from 7am early in morning bt the driver takes daily 8:15 to take the bus from dabhoi still he reaches the bus at 7:50 at dabhoi.

                                        Sir, this is not right to have this type of time wasting because this is an express bus so what is the meaning of having an express bus if it is not at a right time.

                                        Due to this irresponsible time we daily face problems like we are missing our lectures. Although there is not an another bus so we have no option to change the bus we have to choose this only.

                                        This type of drivers are alloted in the local bus not in the express bus so please make the driver punctual or else change the driver.

                                        Nd also the driver name is dipakbhai and he is proper from rajpipla only...

                                        Seva Sadan is given stop when any ST coming from Rajkot. I insist Bus Conductor to stop bus at the stop. But he was sleeping, I wake him up. He refused to stop the bus.
