આજે સવારે એટલે કે તારીખ 10/10/૨૦૧૯ ના રોજ, હું વિસનગર થી અમદાવાદ આવવા નીકળ્યો. વિસનગર બસ સ્ટેશન થી વડનગર હમેદાબાદ બસ માં બેઠો. વિસનગર થી ઈંકોમેંટેક્સ ની ટિકિટ લીધી. ટિકિટ નો : 247025. Date :10/10/૨૦૧૯ time: 06:32:04

જે બસ માં ટિકિટ નું માચીને આગળ જતા બગાડ્યું. તો આ બસ ના કંડક્ટરે અમને ટિકિટ પાછળ સહી કરી ને ઉતારી દીધા કે બીજી બસ માં બેસી જાઓ.

તો અમો ખેરાલુ અમદાવાદ બસ માં બેસવા ગયા. તો એ બસ ના કંડક્ટરે કહ્યું કે આ ટિકિટ ના ચાલે ફરી થી ટિકિટ લેવી પડશે.

તો એમને એમઓ ને બીજી ટિકિટ આપી. ગાંધીનગર થી ઈંકોમેંટેક્સ ની.

Tethi tamne namra vinannti chhe ke aap bharuch depo manager ne aa babate pagla leva vinannti karu chhu. Mane aasa chhe ke aa arji tame kabul so ane bus regular mokalso... Jai hind jai bharat

Padariya vagra bus ketlak samaythi aavti nathi. Bholav depo mathi bus biji koi jagya par mokli devama aave chhe. Pan padariya ketlak samaythi aavti nathi. Tr bus ma bachchoka gar, s. M. T mmm patel high school temaj biji school na students loko up down karta hoy chhe. Pan aa bus ne lidhe bo taklif pade chhe. I go to surat to ahmedabad volvo jurni date 09/10/2019 time depatuchr 5:45 surat my seat no is 13 and my pnr no g 30243468 drop water in ac blower in my head i not setisfide i compliyn to driver and cliner not responsbiliti and my head is veery durty in your volvo bus seat plz reply to ans me in 5 days

I am living in kalol. I am using transport services daily. I appreciate to government for providing good transport and other services.
I file this letter because there is no buses available at office and job time. People travel for job from kalol to ahmedabad between 8:00 am to 9:00 am, but there is only one bus available between that time and people are more than bus seats and standing space. There 4 buses available at 6:00 am and people are less than one bus seats. So i request you please provide more buses between 8:00 am to 9:00 am. So people can travel easily.
Please consider my request.

As a responsible citizen of India, I would like to draw your kind attention towards delay of bus named PORBANDAR-VADODARA. This bus is arriving late at RAJKOT BUSSTAND(SHASTRI MEDAN). I am a student who is traveling from RAJKOT to ANAND frequently and many of my colleagues are facing the same problem.

Bus Conductor was also missbehaving me when I asked for the reason of bus being late.

I hope you will try to resolve it as early as possible.

I have requested to put some more transport buses for route maliyadhara to valsad for students and extra. There were only one bus for the root maliyadhara to valsad therefore so many passenger come in the only one bus. No seats available for all one. So i request you for make a bus available for that route. There were already so much passengers in a bus. No one listens our complain sir/mam. Please do something. Check my complaint and try to solve it as rapid as you can because there were trouble for so much people. I have hope on you, please sir/mam

This is my 2nd time in gsrtc volvo from bharuch gnfc x to ahmedabad nehrunagar the ticket price is 366 but i was charged twice 370 as the lady conductor would not have change rather was not intrested in giving change back, i presume this would be everyday case and since she is lady conductor not very many people bother arguing with her, anyways i do lot of charity so 4 rupees would not bother me at all, its just so you know this is cheating either she gets higher pay or she will keep grabbing money from customers like us. Such a shame on our nations pride and dignity.

સવિનય સાથે આપ સાહેબ ને જણાવવાનનુ કે અમે આ બસ મા રેગ્યુલર અપડાઉન કરીયે છે અને આ બસ મારા ખ્યાલ મુજબ વિસ વર્ષ થી આ રૂટ પર સેવા આપે છે આ બસ 6:20 વાગે ધનસુરા થી વડોદરા જવા આવે છે આ સિવાય અમારે એક કલાક સુધી કોઈ બસ નથી આ બસ ન આવવાથી અપડાઉન કરવામાં બોવ તકલીફ પડે છે આપ સાહેબ ને વિનંતી છે કે આ બસ જુના ટાઇમ મુજબ ચાલુ કરવામાં આવે આ બસ મા રોજ ૫૫ થી ૬૦ મુસાફરો રેગ્યુલર મુસાફરી કરે છે

They are not giviving proper services to the passengers... Like not come on time... As they compare each other... Not want to pick up passengers... So drive away speedly or come late...

As today morning at 5:20am, manisha chokdi, baroda... (Bus no. 0609 from baroda depot)... I was waiting for a bus and bus came... But without taking stop... It ran away speedily...

They don't know the value of passenger's time to get somewhere...

Such a bad govt service

There is not any direct route bus from talala gir to morbi and morbi to talala gir.
There are many passenger for this route. Please provide atleast one bus service for this route.
We are lots of people from Talala Tehsil and we atleast need weakly route from morbi. Just because of we are not able to get any private route as well from the Morbi or from the Kutchh side as well.

I have booked gurjarnagri bus tkt dt. 28/09/2019 & 4.10.019 travel from nadiad to rajkot. But both date regular express bus - petlad to somnath came. Please note that we have paid more amount for gurjarnagri bus traveling. The tkt cost of express bus is less then gurjarnagri bus. We are paying gurjarnagri more cost for better and comfortable traveling.

I have talk with bus driver and conductor regarding this, also inform nadiad bus office in-charge, but both says that this is not their hand.

This express petlad to somnath (Nadiad departure time: 06:35 hrs.) is ruining last 15 days instead of gurjarnagri bus. Travelers are paying more.

Please not that why we pay more, if we have not given proper service as per given schedule bus class and standards..

Please advise, are you going to give us refund on my more payment because of non standers express bus instead of gurjarnagri bus.

Please provide refund for the same.

I am travelling from ahmedabad to gandhinagar with a valid monthly pass. But the conductor refused to consider it and i was forced to pay for the jounery. This is completely unfair as a traveller has already paid the amount of his jounery but the conductor forced him to pay again for the same. I claim for refund of this and want a sincere action for the guilty. As per the consumer protection law once a customer has paid the money he/she should not be charge again for that but the scene with gsrtc is totally different where i have to pay the sum twice for the same jounery.

Dear members, so rude behaviour by your bus driver as well as conductor. Today i am travelling with my family from ahmedabad ranip bus stand to mehsana. Firstly today is aatham. We all are waiting for bus. Bus no gj18z3365 is arrive conductor is not opening a door for almost 10 mins and showing so rude behaviour. Its so problamatic for us. After that we wait for more 15 mins and after that bus driver showing attitude and not allow us to seat as they have some relatives so he is saying"aa seat already booked 6" i mean seriously is this a public transport or private bus??? For me and my family its horrible experience which is highly not recommendable. Please teach your conductor and driver some manners. This is not their private bus. As a civillions we are not recommended this kind of attitude. Your driver is behaving like a child. Kindly note bus number - gj18z3365

This is to inform you that vijapur ahmedabad via kalol is long time running gsrtc bus on this route. Students, workers and various job holder use this bus daily. The passenger facing trouble after 3:30pm to 6:20pm due to no bus service during this timing and stoping of vijapur ahmedabad via kalol bus after 1/10/2019 on this route.

We all passenger request you to start the regular bus service for kalol to vijapur route during 3:30 pm to 6:20pm

આપ સાહેબ શ્રી ને જાણવાનું કે સવારે 7 વાગ્યા થી ઇડર થી અમદાવાદ એક જ બસ છે.તે બસ માં દરરોજ 90 થી 100 પેસેન્જર રોજ મુસાફરી કરે છે. તો બહુ તકલીફ પડે છે જવામાં તો નવી બસ ચાલુ કરવા આપ સાહેબ શ્રી ને નમ્ર વિનંતી.

નોંધ - વડનગર તથા ઇડર ડેપો આપ બસ નવી ચાલુ કરવા વિનંતિ કરશોજી..

Right now i am in the bus. Had taken start by 12:15 from nehrunagar, ahmedabad. And guess where have i reached at 5:10- zadeshwar chokdi, bharuch. Will take another one and a half hour to reach surat. What the hell is wrong with gsrtc timings? Am i going on a picnic that it would take seven hours to reach surat? And why the hell do you write that it will start at 12:15 and reach by 5:00pm. Do we indians even understand the importance of timings?

I also cancelled ticket on date 06/08/2019. My journey date was on 09/08/2019 from halvad road to valsad in sleeper class. My pnr no. Is g28860806 and my trip code is 1300bhjvldslp15. My total bus fair is rs. 354.
However, till date the amount is not credited to my account.
Please, credit cancelled tickets fair amounts in my bank account online as early as possible.
