I am Dr. Pankaj Raval.
I - with my wife, - was waiting at PICK UP POINT, PALDI, AHMEDABAD for a VOLVO from ahmedanad to surat. Bus arrived at 12.40 pm date 16/09/2019 Trip code 1214NHRNRSRTV46. i WAIVED HAND TO STOP. Driver noticed it & slowed the bus but did not stop. I followed the bus in auto & picked up bus from central bus stand, Gitamandir & finished my journey to surat.
When I asked Driver why he did not stop bus at pick up point paldi, HE MISBEHAVED ARROGANTLY WITH ME. I ASKED FOR COMPLAIN BOOK HE REFUSED. I ASKED HIS NAME & IS ID CARD - NO. HE REFUSED. HE AGAIN MISBEHAVED ARROGANTLY.
I have attached photo of the driver, conductor, bus no & tickets from ahmedanad to surat.
I request you to look into the matter & improve system & behavior of staff to behave properly with all the passengers in general & atleast with premium passangers of volvo.
I hope my suggestion will be considered positively & addressed accordingly

Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
When we reach to Ahmedabad, we have to pay more for Auto / Car with late night charge. And what prize for time ?
