Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] Complaints & Reviews

I want to book ticket for 25 - october-2019 from vadodara to deesa, but on this route bus -1700nvsdsaexp51 is not available. It departs on 17:00 hrs from navsari and reaches about 22:00 at vadodara.
It is available on navsari - deesa route on online portal,. It is festival season so want to book ticket in advance, so how to overcome this problem.
Please help me out as early as possible because it will be full within few days.

I am vary disappointed with ahmedabad to gandhinagar route services like as ahmedabad, vadnagar, bapunagar kheralu, ahmedabad jaspuriya, krishnagar mehsana... Etc
Reason behind that their drivers are very nresposcible about their job. They are not stopping gsrtc official bus stop like koba circle, pdpu etc. Please make concern & take spy eye on these kind of acts for service better & trustworthy. Thank you.

This is regarding trip of 'gadhada to mata na madh' bus on date 23rd of sept 2019, i am anil ramani ([protected]) is waited for this bus since 2:00 am to 4:00 am at anjar bus depot for journey to mata na madh.
The bus was not arrive between that time, so i called my relative whom was journeying in same bus at 4:00 am ask for current location of bus.
He replied about current location about reached at madhapar village with escaping of anjar bus depot.

Hope you are doing well. My self manjeet rana booked a ticket from somnath to dwarka for 23/09/2019. My pnr no is g29916697. I was standing at near lilavati bus station at 1:30pm. But bus was not came there till 2:15pm. Then i had call to gsrtc helpline no. My call received by a madam, she gives me bus conductor no. Then i had call to conductor, he told me right now we are at veravel. He says that, if you want to come so please come here veravel bus station. Then i had decided, i will not go there and decided to cancel my ticket. But during cancel the ticket, i need password, but i have not that password. So i decided to register a complaint. So please observe the situation and refund me asap.

I have too much travel in gsrtc volvo and luxury from the starting of this buses every weekend. I have booked below bus but it is came before departure time and left me without informing, as i have came iscon before 4.20 a. M. I have tried to track bus but no tracking done due to no data available and system fault. This is first time in my life that i feel cheated as i m on time but bus left before 4 a. M at iscon. I m genuin customer of gsrtc. So i have traveled in ahmedabad bhuj ac luxury after paying money on 6 a. M. So requested to refund my money for below journey.

The audacious behaviour of the bus driver towards me...

I am informing this matter to you because their obnoxious behaviour with a woman is certainly not acceptable... I commute every single day... And bus depots are certainly not hygenic and as it is monsoon it is understandable that the bus is going to get wet. And if he had to tell me in a softer tone i would have understood but no... He has hurt my self respect and the bus is a gsrtc volvo bus... Other than this i won't be giving you any information.. This message has to be spread to all the employee s within the gsrtc... Wether the woman is from a well to do family or even if she doesn't belong to a good background, she has to respected equally... As i am too a women... And deserve equal respect.. The message must be given across.. Behave in a polite manner

I am from kuvadava, this is every morning problem for students doing updown to rajkot.
Bus frequencies are at half an hour and sometimes even more. And those buses are coming in village is always full of passenger, and we didn't find space for standing also.
So, i humbly request to you department that please try accommodate collateral routes via kuvadava, still only wankaner routes are not enough for students during morning time between 7:30am to 8:30am

When i stop on rto circle bus stop this bus come and i try signal to stop for reaching my destination gandhinagar but this bus driver slow down bus at rto bus stop and then speed increase and bus not stop at rto bus stop. The bus conductor see many passenger on the bus stop but bus not stop at rto bus stop

I have booked a bus ticket of 2:06 from anand to ahmedabad when i reached at bus station i was standing there from 1:46 and non of your bus came. A single bus came at 2:30 and the conductor of bus didn't accept my reservation. And i have to buy a new ticket by cash. So my money was wasted this is not tolerable. We are waiting for this bus from 12:20 pm still 1:15 pm. We are three passenger and we seen that there are sufficient space in the bus for us but bus driver did not stopped the bus at mission bus station. For stopping the bus we are request bus stop by hands up but driver do not respond us. We also run behind the bus.

I - with my wife, - was waiting at PICK UP POINT, PALDI, AHMEDABAD for a VOLVO from ahmedanad to surat. Bus arrived at 12.40 pm date 16/09/2019 Trip code 1214NHRNRSRTV46. i WAIVED HAND TO STOP. Driver noticed it & slowed the bus but did not stop. I followed the bus in auto & picked up bus from central bus stand, Gitamandir & finished my journey to surat.
When I asked Driver why he did not stop bus at pick up point paldi, HE MISBEHAVED ARROGANTLY WITH ME. I ASKED FOR COMPLAIN BOOK HE REFUSED. I ASKED HIS NAME & IS ID CARD - NO. HE REFUSED. HE AGAIN MISBEHAVED ARROGANTLY.
I have attached photo of the driver, conductor, bus no & tickets from ahmedanad to surat.
I request you to look into the matter & improve system & behavior of staff to behave properly with all the passengers in general & atleast with premium passangers of volvo.
I hope my suggestion will be considered positively & addressed accordingly

ઉના ડેપો દ્વારા ચાલતી ઉના-વેરાવળ મીની બસ જે ઉના થી ઉપાડવાનો સમય સવારે ૬:૦૦ કલાકે અને બીજો ફેરો ઉના થી બપોર ના ૨:૦૦ કલાકે ઉપાડવાનો ફાળવેલ, પરતું આ બસ નો રૂટ ઉના ડેપો દ્વારા અવારનવાર કેન્સલ કરવામાં આવે છે, તેથી તે બસ માં દરરોજ અપડાઉન કરતા મુસાફરો અને વિદ્યાર્થી ઓને ઘણી તકલીફ ભોગવી પડે છે, અને આ રૂટ માં આવતા તમામ ગામડાઓં માટે જિલ્લા લેવલ જવા માત્ર ને માત્ર આ એક બસ નો જ સહારો છે,

I was travelled from dwaraka to khambhalia. Dates on 19.09.2019. I have buy ticket from dwaraka to jamkhambhalia, but I want drop at movan patiya which is come before 10km before the khambhalia. Bus no. Is GJ18Z1623 Dwarka to baroda. Departure time from dwaraka 16:30 hrs. Bus no. I humbly request to conductor to stop at movan patiya because o[censored]rgent call from my home so I want to drop but conductor didn't stop the bus. Pls advice to staff if any such condition why can not stop the bus if passengers want to drop.

I've seen notice by Petlad depo are going to stop Bus service between petlad-Ambaji from 01/10/2019.this Bus started 7-00am from petlad-Ambaji vaya Sunav Kasor Piplav SOJITRA DABHOU Dethali Nandoli Khandhali Heranj Alindra Undhela Radhvanaj Kheda Amdawad Himmatnagar to Ambaji. petlad-Ambaji Bus service running regularly and time to time last 40years. Small villages are connected to mega city Ahmadabad by this bus. Many passenger like students, servic man, small business man, many type patient for civil-Hospital Ahmadabad, Yatrik for Ambaji mataji are daily up-down in this bus. So I request you Sir please don't stop this very important Bus service petlad-Ambaji for all the small villages. Thanks. Jai Bharat

​now due to its suffocating situation and I am feeling vomiting. requested to bus driver to let me sit there, he denied and said he is not allowed.

​i spoke to your CUSTOMER CARE and they are pretty useless. Requested to make my trip as well, but nothing came out.

Its a disaster of paying almost 800 for this ### stinky service. And you should be ashamed of yourself for providing such a bad service in Gujarat region.

Sir/madam,

I have complain that there are five to six sleeper busses scheduled at ankleshwar gidc stop towards surat in morning between 4:45 to 5:45 am. But these sleeper buses are skipping ankleshwar gidc stop and directly go to surat via valia chokdi.
There are many passengers at this time interval at ankleshwar. I face alot of problem as i am daily commuter.
Please see the matter.
