This is with regards to the subject mentioned above. I daily travels to anand from geeta mandir. Today i. E. 10th september, 2019. There's a heavy rain and i reached to the bus whoch was almost start. I ran for the bus and reched to the door of the bus. But the conductor had not opened the door and he miss behave with me. I portray this incident to the trafic controller but he was not cencern about and telling that you have to reach on time...

My name is chandan giri r. Goswami and i am a government employee working at district panchayat gir somnath. As i faced very bad experience of life and pathetic service of gsrtc. My complaining issue is regarding driver & conductor of bus route somnath to gariadhar as i heard that driver need leaves for few days and he is not getting it from his higher authority so they decided to stop this bus at junagadh...

As a responsible citizen of india, i would like to draw your attention towards the delay of buses arriving at anand bus station.

There is a bus baroda-junagadh which is supposed to arrives anand bus station at 20:20 but it arrives late by almost 45 minutes. People traveling in it are facing problems too much due to delay. Time is precious and nothing can buy it.

I am a regular passenger doing up and down from junagadh to saradiya. Some buses have no stop at saradiya. As saradiya is one of the hot centre now a days.
Drivers are good but they stop the bus but passenger has to buy a ticket from kutiyana.
Henceforth i request you to give stop of one particular bus atleast at pick hours of evening timing....

Currently stranded at vadodara bus station, supposed to travel to surat by volvo, the coach came, i was standing near the entry-level, but the ticket makee instead of making 2 tkts, prepared the report & coach drove away. How it will work there people do not listen to anyone.

I want to draw to draw your kind attention towards the irregular/suspended bus service (Like: from mundra to gandhidham at 0700 hrs am & 1900 hrs pm, from gandhidham to mundra at 0845 hrs am & 1730 hrs pm) in mundra –gandhidham –mundra (Kutch). How can gsrtc allot male seat beside female passenger seat. Every time i booked females seat but male passenger seat beside her even today happened the same from baroda to ahmedabad journey.in fact on tickets it shows clearly that this is female ticket but still they allot male passenger seat beside female passenger seat. Sir i am traveling in bus gsrtc from malegaon to patan. This is 18 hour route and bus conducter and driver said that bus will not stop for dinner. And with me in bus some other seat are also thier with thier small children. Children are so much hunger and driver said that if we stop the bus then in patan depo they will fine us 200rs for stoping bus... Please sir take some action as soon as possible.....

The bus deesa navsari was cancelled just before the journey, the trip and when the deesa depot manager was asked he didn't received the calls and when answered he misbehaved and cut the call himself and didn't received it again. Pnr no g29507413

I was about to travel from rajkot madhapar chokadi to dwarka on date 01/09/2019 time 3.30 pm. I was stand at madhapar chokadi waiting for bus gsrtc (Could not note bus number due frustration) rajkot to dwarka at 3.30 pm. When this bus reached at madhapar chokadi did not stop. I tried many time and show my hand to stop the bus but the driver didn't stop the bus and also bus conductor who was one lady deny to stop bus. I had to face big problems...

Bus arriving from ahmedabad central busstand to upleta (1:30 pm) is supposed to pick passengers from specefic destination. All buses stops at iskon stand but even after raising hands and telling the conductor to stop the bus the bus did not stopped there. This happened thrice and even after reserving the seat online it did not stopped at iskon busstand once
Hope you will do something about it....

The bus from ahmedabad to dhanera boarding at 8:50 from ranip bus station has a female conductor whose beahviour is pathetic... She is not concerned about the passengers.. One of the passenger was ill when we told her about the sickness she replied that there is your matter of concern none of our business... Does conductor has work of only collecting the tickets and being insensitive towards the passengers.. I request gsrtc to make her sensitive...

I was travelling from gandhidham to surat via bus number 2157. The problem is that at my sleeping sofa the window was jammed and could not be closed it. Due to rain the whole seat was wetted and nit able to sleep and had to travel on that seat because there was no any vacancy. I want my compensation right now. I am traveling in bantva to narayan sarovar bus, today on[protected]. I booked online ticket seat no. 30w. Bus was exchanged at toll booth neat gondal. There is some # on floor at my seat, i am not able to seat properly. I asked conductor to perform cleanliness at next stop at rajkot. He merely suggested to drain a bottle of water. Not even bothered to take care of issue. Shocking to me and my copassangers. An immediate remedy is expected....

This time it is the worst ever experience in terms of cleanliness and hygiene, the bus is extremely dirty from the inside as well as from the outside, the entire outside area of the entrance including door is full of tobacco splits and as soon as i entered inside entire bus is full of dirt empty food packets curtains, seats and floor is dusty with stains and grimy...

I was online ticket booking on date 9/8/2019 one ticket. My journey from anjar to danta on date 10/08/2019. I was waited bus station but bus not came on timing then i contact to anjar station enquiry office he ask bus will not come/ cancellation due to heavy rain and flood from samakhiyali kutch then cause road block. Actually, it is not complaint but a suggestion. Many times i observed and faced problem because of name printed on eticket by alphabetic order. For example, my son's name is started with a and my name with m, so every time my son's name printed on the ticket who is only 6 year old. As per rule i carried my photo id with me but problem arise due to my son's name on the ticket. I request to gsrct should be changed in the system as first name...

Gsrtc bus ac valvo (Ahmedabad to palanpur/ deesa) bus does not reach on every time late, many time complain to the driver and conductor but he is not responding perpor.

Need to check carefully and maintaining time table.
Management team look into this matter.
