Currently stranded at vadodara bus station, supposed to travel to surat by volvo, the coach came, i was standing near the entry-level, but the ticket makee instead of making 2 tkts, prepared the report & coach drove away. How it will work there people do not listen to anyone.

These officials don't respect the people, who are providing them bread and butter. Same happened, when travelled from rajkot to vadodara on 3.9.19 by 7 pm volvo, the conductor was so ill mannered, that he misbehaved. Did not open the luggage compartment to place the luggage in the coach. I strongly object to the high handedness of such govt employees & suggest penal action.
Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Online booking rate is 54 rs. it's very redicules from GSRTC..I have enough proof of it. I am regular customer of GSRTC and expected that kind of inregularities remove & needful to people.
