My daughter manali shah, age 19, a student of designing booked her journey from bharuch gnfc stand to ahmedabad nehrunagar stand on 16.09.2019 early mornign04.50 a. M. With pnr no. G29764262, trip code: 1915pnasgnhrnr3. We were waiting for volvo sleeper bus from 04.15 a. M. At gnfc stand and bus entered into stand at 4.57 a. M. And ran away without stopping and collecting reserved passenger. We tried a lot to stop the bus but failed. We keep following the bus by taking car upto 10-12 kms, but the attempt turns into failure.
We called divisional controller of bharuch, but no reply. Toll free no. Was dialed more than 30 times but no response. Tried to call md, ed, gm operations etc... The numbers available on website but all efforts were failed.
Today it was my daughter's submission day and we were compelled to drop her by private car.
This incident harassed us a lot especially my young daughter prepared for her designing submission.
Is it gatisheel, developed, service oriented, ease of leaving standard gujarat for which we prod a lot? This is the gujarat where no one is ready to serve as per norms and reflects as gross negligence of duty.
Please take my complaint seriously and give us justice and also request to give proper services for which the government claimed a lot.
It is also requested to refund my amount...

Dear sirs
I've heard that you are going to stop bus service between petlad ambaji from 1/10/19.
This bus covers many small villages like dabhou, balinta, and sunav piplav sojitra and many passengers are travelling in it.
I don't understand why you are discontinuing service.
Request you to not to stop this service

From three to forth month bus timing of kankapura to ahmedabad was very late. Bus already late but still bus staff take break almost 15-20 minutes at kheda bus station. When ever we say to conductor so they everyday give excuse for late bus time. As per our observations this thing happen with only one conductor and driver... Due to irregular bus timing we are not comfortable to travel and do updown for job with this bus.. So we request to management to check daily routine bus timing and take action on it...
Not only with this bus but to many buses running on late time. But management not take action... Reason is just because poor time management by gsrtc management and bus staff... Because of that public will suffer in routine updown...

Ticket not confirmed but payment was deduct and till now its not given refund in my account.

Failed transaction amount did not get refund about 30 days
Its take about 2 months but till now i can not get my refund amount. Refundable amount is rs. 562.

My name is iyan i am, right now i am seating in the gsrts bus number:-gj 18z 2623 of anand depo.
I was sat in this bus at 9.30 o'clock at anand depo.
And i am still satting in the bus right now i am at the piplod depo this is the total westing the time the time will arriving in dahod depo would be 12.30 pm but i am still in the bus. The vahicale is to slow on the road
Please improve it cuz all the person are accur the problem of time so please improve it.

This is to inform you that, gsrtc bus staff dont stop their bus at sanand chokdi bus stop. Many passengers with me ate waiting for himmatnagar route buses. But none of from gsrtc staff stop their bus at same point.

What purpose they are driving gsrtc buses??? This is so much poor service. Please get back with your valuable and positive revert.

I have travelled today by 1600hours which delayed by 30 min and i had been observed that no conductor in bus and driver is carrying dual responsibility while driving he was taking money and giving ticket to passenger it’s very dangerous for life of pass get kindly look into matter and take strong action against those who are responsible for the said act

This is to inform you that the conductor of the bus routed from ahmedabad to deesa (Gj 18 1996) dated on 12/09/2019 (Timing 7:40 am) is not allowed me to enter into the bus because i have a passenger pass.. He told that if you have a pass than you cannot travel with passenger pass... And because of that i was late at my work..

Kibdly take corrective action...

Our special route bus (Sardhar-rajkot)
Which actually time is near about 6:30 to 6:40 but it comes at 7:00 am or some times it come at 6:00 am and not stay at 6:30 am.

If any issues are creat in depo like festivals or durring merriage sizzons etc. Programs.
So our bus are not arrival at this days
So i hearby request to st depo to take steps on it..

And i hope and trust on the depo manager or commities that you take suitable steps on it...

I am a college student in ahmedabad, i am doing daily up down from gandhinagar to ahmedabad polytechnique. While departing from gandhinagar the number of buses available from 8:45a. M to 9:30 a. M are extremely low (I. E two) and either of them is often irregular in time as well people are carried in extreme rush (People are just carried like animals).

Also, on the other hand the buses coming from ahmedabad polytechnique to gandhinagar bus stand are not on time which makes the students and the other officials and employess to wait for hours long and wasting a lot of time.
So with all due respect sir/madam. I a responsible citizen of this country request you to shift your eye on this issue, investigate about it and take action of making the availability of buses more with regular time.

The buses which are often use to from gandhinagar to univeristy are as follows:-

1. Gandhinagar bus stand (Pathika)-polytechinque
2 gandhinagar bus stand (Pathika)-satellite

Paisa api ne pass kadhayo toi conductor e pass invalid karyo ne mane ticket api. To su amare paisa pn apvana ne ticket pn levani???

मेने ऑनलाइन टिकट 7सितम्बर 2019 को टिकट बुक किया था मेरी यात्रा 8सितम्बर 2019 को प्रारम्भ हुई थी जो दाहोद से गांधीधाम तक थी लेकिन दाहोद से बस चलकर गोधरा टोलनाके के पास बावड़ी पर उस बस का एसीडेंट हो गया जिसमें हम सफर कर रहे थे जिससे हमें हाथ व पेर में गंभीर चोटें आई है जिसका इलाज 108 की एम्बुलेंस द्वारा हमे सिविल हॉस्पिटल गोधरा में एडमिट किया गया वहा पर हम दो दिन तक भर्ती था मेरा pnr no.G29644550 है मुझे मेरा रिफंट अमाउंट देने की कृपा करें

My name is bhavesh patel & i am handicap person. I have handicap card but my problem is i can not book ticket online with handicap benefit. For that either i have to go bus station or travelling without booking. And travelling without booking is very complicated for handicap person. So my request please give option for handicap person to book ticket themselves either gsrtc website or gsrtc apps with handicap benefit.

This is with regards to the subject mentioned above. I daily travels to anand from geeta mandir. Today i. E. 10th september, 2019. There's a heavy rain and i reached to the bus whoch was almost start. I ran for the bus and reched to the door of the bus. But the conductor had not opened the door and he miss behave with me. I portray this incident to the trafic controller but he was not cencern about and telling that you have to reach on time to bus stand rather the conductor and driver often caring passengers out of the bus stand. The details of the bus, conductor and drivers are below:

My name is chandan giri r. Goswami and i am a government employee working at district panchayat gir somnath. As i faced very bad experience of life and pathetic service of gsrtc. My complaining issue is regarding driver & conductor of bus route somnath to gariadhar as i heard that driver need leaves for few days and he is not getting it from his higher authority so they decided to stop this bus at junagadh depot. My journey date is on 8 september 2019 bus timing is 01:15 pm from veraval and i am travelling with my family to amreli in this journey as we reached junagadh depot the driver is bluffing and told lie that he is not feeling well and will not able to drive bus anymore so both driver & conductor decided to stop this bus somnath to gariadhar at junagadh depot. As there is no staff support of junagadh depot manager or gariadhar depot manager they even not manage any driver for the bus and asked all passengers to move on other bus. Even they not refunded our express ticket and asked us to go in local bus or any other private vehicle. Even driver & conductor not given their names and phone numbers too. I also talked with mr. Vasava depot manager of gariadhar on their cell numbers [protected] & veraval depot manager [protected] but they also not responded to me & other customers. This is extremely bad service from gsrtc i faced. Take necessary action against driver & conductor for this type of misbehaviour with customers and harming government policies and let me know about this on my email below. As i am also a government employee and i going to forward this complain to chief minister of state mr. Vijay rupaniji & vice-chairman & managing director smt. Sonal mishra about this issue.

As a responsible citizen of india, i would like to draw your attention towards the delay of buses arriving at anand bus station.

There is a bus baroda-junagadh which is supposed to arrives anand bus station at 20:20 but it arrives late by almost 45 minutes. People traveling in it are facing problems too much due to delay. Time is precious and nothing can buy it.

Henceforth, i request you to throw a light on it.

I am a regular passenger doing up and down from junagadh to saradiya. Some buses have no stop at saradiya. As saradiya is one of the hot centre now a days.
Drivers are good but they stop the bus but passenger has to buy a ticket from kutiyana.
Henceforth i request you to give stop of one particular bus atleast at pick hours of evening timing.
