Address: St bus stand stall near plat form no 10, Bhavnagar, Gujarat

Dear team,

In bhavnagar bus stand the stall name jay gurunanak store take 5 rs extra charge in every food like waffers coldrink and buiscuit as the stall holder in st bus stand can not take any extra mrp from printing in wraper but why he is taking extra 5 rs in all product if action will not take in few days we are go for grivience or consumer court and forward message against gsrtc.

Padra to Somnath bus Rajkot deputation time4:15 always come Rajkot bus stand at 5:30 and Somnath deputation time 8:00am but always come at Somnath bus station 11:30 bus always late 3 to 4 hours please resolve the time management always same problems I am very disappointed GSRTC service
I booked bus gurjar nagari form gsrtc website on 14/08/2019 at 6.10 pm departure time from vadodara to ahmedabad but the bus came late at 9pm so I have to suffer for 3 hours and also they send a bus which was not gurjur nagri, it was a simple bus . I want compensation for that. I waste my much valuable time.

    Respected sir/ma'am,

    I want to travel as a single male on 25th of august 2019.
    Now issue is that,, bus is almost full but stlii there was a little hope. Three seats were empty but issue is that seats beside the empty seats were reserved by one lady. So i was not able to book a seat as a male traveler. Most importantly i had exam the day after.
    Hope gsrtc authority will surely deal the issue.

      I have complained that driver of bus no gj 18 z 3300 is told me that bus is not stoping in kuwadva chokdi further ticket is taken from ahmedabad to rajkot. I have told to lady conductor for stopez in chokdi but she was disgusting with me and other passanger for not stop the bus in kuwadva chokdi. My ticket number is 065962 dt 24 aug 2019. My village is 20 km beforethe rajkot. If i am going to rajkot than return 20 km route more time expend and more expence dooing for that so i have requist to do some special action to your driver and conductor

        તા:21/08/19 ના રોજ બગસરા એસ ટી ડેપોની ૧, મીની બસ તા:22/08/19 સવારે 5:૩0 થી રાત્રે 7:30 બગસરા થી દ્ગોનણેશ્ર્વ�... જવા, નીયમ મુજબ ડીપોઝીટ રૂ!9000 જમા લઈ ને અમોને જણાવ્યું કે, ૧ કિલોમીટર ના 35 રૂપિયા ચારજ થશે તેનુ ભાડું અંદાજે ૭૫૦૦ થશે અને બીજા દિવસે તમને જમા રકમનું રીફંડ મળી જશે,
        તા:22/08/19 મુસાફરી કરી રાત્રે 7:15 મિનિટ એસ ટી ડેપોમાં સમય પહેલાં અને તેના કિલોમીટર ૨૧૫ આવ્યા,
        તા:23/08/19 અમે ફરજ પર અધિકારી ને રીફંડની રજૂઆત કરતાં, અધિકારી એ અમોને હજુપણ રૂ!1500
        આપવા પડશે, અમોએ તેનું બિલ અમોને આપવામાં આવશે જેથી અમો બિલ ચુકતે ભરી શકાય, અને અધિકારી ફરજ નું ભાન ભુલી અભદ્ગ ભાષામાં બોલવા લાગ્યા, અને અમોને અપમાનિત કરી દાદાગીરીથી ૧૫ દિવસ પછી તપાસ કરવા આવવું

            I have to travel regular in bus for my studies from ankleshwar to surat, but it’s very bad to say that during the time between 5:30 to 5:45 in the morning there is no gsrtc service and no buses at all.in addition to that gujarat government has provided pass services for regular passengers which is very best, but what it mean when express buses are not there at that timing. I have to wait half an hour daily for the bus and the bus arrives is only sleeper bus which rent is quite high than express bus that i can’t afford daily.in short, our great gujarat state has the poor road transport services, no required number of buses between certain time period and cities.

              I booked my ticket from ahmedabad to rajkot on 23/08/2019 bus timing mentioned in "gsrtc.in" website is 16:45 (4:45 pm) and actual time provide by the bus conductor is 17:25 (5:25 pm is the arriving time to platform of ahmedabad cbs).
              I request you to please correct the online timing, due to this we are facing to much trouble.

                I recently booked a bus from ahmedabad central bus stand to godhra of 1:30pm (Express) but when i went on the bus point the bus was not express as well as i even didnt get my seat no. Though having booked. On the site it showed express road bus via-godhra (Only) duration: 2 hours but originally the bus went via - dakor, umreth then godhra and it took 3:30 for me to reach there. Please solve this wrong information problem

                    There is a capacity of 50 passenger in a bus. These fifty seats are reserved and more 30+ passenger upright in bus gallery. Due to overload passenger in bus, people who reserve their seat feel uncomfortable and even they have not space for breathing also. If any passenger feel suffocation and as a result if die so who is responsible for that????
                    So please do attention on this issue.

                          I am going to jamnagar in bus coming from maliya junagadh and jamnagar right now. It is departing from jungadh at 3.55 pm. Today the driver is talking on cell continue for 5-10 minutes. I have proof also. Please do the needful. Driver was talking with driving. I have seen this many times that drivers are talking on phone or cell while driving which is very dangerous.
                          Please look into this matter and solve it as soon as possible.

                            As we know your buses comes from Baroda to surat on that way they stop bus at varacha, after that kapodra and D mart. As you aware that if we paid express bus ticket then in case we have to reach on time and buses have to stop only particular station only then why you stop bus at above location. Same in case if you are not stop bus to Vyara Unai naka stand then give us specific and justify reason for that. 7:30am to 8:30 am buses pass from vyara they are not stop at location.

                              This is Tejas Vajar, Pharmacy officer from VADODARA. I am doing up down from SAMA VADODARA to SIHORA via savli. At the noon time the shedual of bus from UDALPURA TO SAMA BARODA is a 14/45 o'clock. This bus is lifeline for the many govt servent working different villages in this route.
                              Every days this bus is irregular because of miss management of st depot manager and we have to wait hours and hours and there is no any other easily avaibility of vehicle to reach at savli depot.
                              I request you please regular this bus for the conveniency for the passenger at fix time from UDALPURA, as there is only one bus run at this time, kindly do as needed to make it convenient for passanger to catch the bus on time.

                                I was booking ticket 19th august 2019 from surat to statue o[censored]nity. The amount of rs. 2722 deducted from pnb bank, but i don't get ticket confirmation. Instead is show me attahched screen.

                                I also raised the ticket on gsrtc helpdesk. Here you can see : http://93.104.211.157/helpdesk3/view.php?id=628911 and also mailed them on [protected]@mail1. Gsrtc.in.
                                No response anywhere. It is really ridiculous.

                                Then i try to check the ticket if it is booked. Then i again search for the bus for the 25th august from surat to statue o[censored]nity. The result populated with following details.

                                    I have an important meeting at 11 o’clock in ahmedabad. Accordingly i booked tickets for volvo at 8:20. I have been sitting at makarpura bus stand since 8 o’clock. Its 9:30 still there is no information about bus.

                                    What the hell kind of service are you providing.

                                    It is always on time whenever i take the bus from central bus stand. First time i opted for makarpura. And i am facing this issue. Even the inquiry person sitting there is saying its always an hour late.

                                    I need a call from your side. Today itself. Or else i will somehow contact your higher authority.

                                        For the last 3-4 days, i have been traveling in the same bus from gandhinagar to paldi ahmedabad, the bus time is about 9.50 am, gandhinagar, this bus scattered a lot of dust, waffers, biscuits, chocolate etc. Have not been paying attention to the cleanliness, i told the conductor, he said that the bus has come from the front, so it was not clean for 3-4 days, please pay attention to this.

                                        Last 3-4 दिन से मैं गांधीनगर से पालड़ी अहमदाबाद की एक ही बस में सफर कर रहा हु, बस का समय करीब 9.50 am गांधीनगर का है, इस बस में कुछ ज्यादा ही dust, waffers, बिस्किट, चॉकलेट आदि वेफर्स बिखरे हुए है, साफ सफाई की ओर ध्यान नही दिया जा रहा, मेरे द्वारा कंडक्टर को कहा गया, तो उनका कहना था कि बस आगे से आई हुई है, तो क्या 3-4 दिन से साफ सफाई नही हुई, कृपया इसकी ओर ध्यान देवे।

                                        पूछा तो बोले एक्सप्रेस बस है ।
                                        इस लिए ही शायद लोग सरकारी बसों को छोड़ते है

                                        I am travelling through gurjarnagari(Krishnanagar-Savarkundla via Botad), the bus started at regular time from gita mandir but after that 2 halts of 25 minutes within the span of 2 hours. I got late because of this unpunctual behaviour of conductor and driver. Their behaviour is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
