16- august 2019 bus of dharmpur to bhavngar of 10.15 pm arrival time at surat is late and now it's 12.10 am, i asked at inquiry counter they are saying bus will come soon, coom soon at any time not giving proper ans then i call to dharmpur bus depo and i came to know that bus is delay from there only and leave just before half hour but surat depo inquiry counter don't know or don't want to told i don't know but they should give the ans where the bus leave or approx time so if we have to reached urgent anywhere then we find the other route but they didn't told so after call dharmpur depo by me i came to know that bus just reached half hour so it on surat bus depo inquiry persons would have to call in dharampur depo to know the situation and give the ans and give the approx ans not we should find by any how where bus reached. So it my request to solve this kind of attitude that coming soon coming soon and try to give some ans where it should reached as it's very late. Late by more then 2hrs...

Ahmedabad Mahuva via dhandhuka bus time is 21:30 but not arriving 22:10 yet and conductor is not coming yet.
No local bus was stand in lilora near Jarod it’s was service of GSRTC many student were standing The bus was going in front of me but was not stop
I don't find any time table of Metrolink bus service on net. Is there any trip between Ankleshwar GIDC to Vadodara Kirtistambh.

    I have booked sleeper bus by paytm from bharuch to mehsana on 14th aug. 2019, time: 17.50 hrs pnr : g28880012 ticket id : pw80px
    Order id :[protected] trip id : gsrtc: 1615srtrdnslp15:12298:567:1054:14/08/2019 and i had to faced many problems regarding travelled from another bus as a express bus, time issue and uncomfortable feel so i request for full refund of money for bus ticket as soon as possible. I hope you solve my difficulty as fast and i attached bus ticket given by express bus.

      Respected sir,
      I was at junagadh depo date 16/08/2019 i raise the hand to stop the bus keshod rajkot via junagadh jetpur bus no 3835. But the lady conductor told me bus will not stop and behave rudely this happen many time. That conductor behave rudely not stopped the bus in depot. Thiis happen at date 16/08/2019. As our country is grown this kind of behaviour of conductor not tolerable. Sir please do something it is difficult to tolerate regular traveles. We ignore many things likes cleanliness is not in the bus and many more things bus conductor not stop bus in junagadh depo is intolerable old do something.

        The bus from bhuj to mundra in morning 7.20 is always late.. Bcoz of this we r working person i'm always reached late so my companies bus will leave me and my all day went fail bcoz of this bus... Frst this is reaching 8.50 npw 9.05 or not any proper tym... Plzz provide a proper bus who reaches 8.45 in mundra sharply for the company worker's.. There's many person who r traveling in this and working in company.. Hope for some action!

          Today as not much rain in palanpur still palanpur ahmedabad volvo bus time 18:00 was late of 2 hrs around 20 people was waiting and due to lack of less communication skills on duty staff was not giving proper answer, on 20:00 bus was came and then due to conductor waiting for him.
          No any value of time of all people as well not any responsive communication also not good service hope gsrt department give action on it.
          With hopefull ness as normal citizen of state want action on it
          Time gone we all wasted our time with next time hope you people be responsive and make service citizen friendly as well easy, efficient.

              When we travel through ratnal-bhuj highway on 14th august, 2019 between 6:45 to 7:00 pm, gsrtc bus no. Gj 18 bt 0269 (From rajkot to bhuj route) had made very harsh overtake in a turn by which our car was just been away from occurring heavy accident. The bus driver horned very heavily even though there was no scope for overtake since the road was having traffic and other vehicles too before us. He had not reduced the speed in turn and overtake our car very badly and we was just away from occurring of heavy accident.
              There after we can caught him at village kukma where we found that the bus was driven by him by putting ear phone in his ears and when we told him to drive safely and with due care on road where the traffic persits, he had abandoned the same also he had replied very badly and with rough behaviour like his driving.
              By asking his name, he has quoted his name as "shahid sumra" bearing no. 12519 and from jamnagar.
              Also again we had stopped our car (I10 gj12dm4428) and his bus at "sekhpir dargah" where police were there. Police had told us that fir may be done at anjar city which is a nearby place of occurrence of this bad event.
              Since there was a night and we were far away from anjar city, we would like to register our complain online. Kindly request to take proper actions against the driver so that heavy accidents can be prevented in time and the people should not run in a harmful manner.

                I am traveling from ahmedabad to anawal my bus is upto chikhli.. Bt from 2hr at morning 5am-7am no bus available for chikhli to anawal route.. 4-5 bus by pass this route directly going to surkhai vasda route i request regarding this atleast 1-2 bus you can run by surkhay anawal vansda route.. All people of that route face trouble at morning and in rainy session.

                  I have suggested management and one type request only for aver person in drive routes so time to time drop and pickup.

                  My trip baroda to mehsana

                  Actually baroda bus pickup time 06:00 pm but bus coming in baroda central bus stand in 7:15 pm.

                  Mehsana drop time 10:10 but still 12:30 in bus

                  Please time arranging preferred and i request my delay timing penalty to be provided.

                    I am deval parmar and i want to complain about bus conductor and bus driver.
                    I have done advance booking of 3 seats for route ahmedabad nehrunagar to dhasa road in ahmedabad amreli (Pnr: g28972018 & trip id:-gsrtc:1830abdamlexp51:100:10246:449:14/08/2019) of date 14/08/2019.
                    We have been waiting from 6:00pm at nehrunagar for schedule bus. But bus did not arrived till 9:50, then i got to know that bus had already leave from nehrunagar and currently at iscon. We request conductor to wait for 10 min. At iscon, so that we can catch the bus. But conductor didn't listen.
                    I did contact to the office and tc named saiyad bhai, but he also didn't know about the bus status. Conductor did not even register the bus at nehrunagar depo and gave the bus note to some random person. The tc of nehrunagar depo was also not be informed by conductor. Conductor didn't even checked that some passenger are left behind and didn't inform to tc or didn't even call on my number.
                    I have filed a complain at nehrunagar also about whole scenario.
                    I have attached some pictures of ticket and complain with it.
                    I request you to analyze the whole situation and take right action against bus conductor and driver.

                      I am comming from ankleshwar to surat via Gj 18 AZ 9420gsrtc volvo on 14.08.2019 .Driver driving bus very rough and also accepting call at time of driving. Many time we fill very shot break and did not feel safe jurney anytime with gsrtc-volvo service.finally reach at surat at 20.45 p.m and thanks to god for being safe .such type of driver behaviour is really not acceptable.

                        I booked 2 seats in ahmedabad to jusdan bus on date 10/08/2019 morning 10:30 bus... Due to whether bus got delayed 3-4 hours and after might got cancelled, after waiting for 2.5 to 3 hours i have to take another bus service gsrtc.

                        I called 5 /6 time bus depot there is no proper response and mobile app and web it's not allowing me to cancel ticket.

                        Because this is completely not my fault and bus got delayed 3-4 hours. I want my ticket refund asap..

                          Dear sir, i was travelling by gsrtc volvo on 14th august 2019 by the 2 pm bus from rajkot to ahmedabad. At the he time of boarding the bus the conductor did not check the tickets of persons prior to boarding at shastri maidan bus stop and as a result people holding tickets as well as without tickets boarded the bus. This led to over crowding of the bus and people with tickets had to wait on the aisle of the bus till the conductor had to tell people that there were no more tickets available and those without tickets to get down. Also as i was booked for seat no 3 was waiting for my seat to be vacated as a handicapped boy was sitting on it waiting to be allotted a seat. Meanwhile the driver of the bus came in from the passenger side and told me that either i go further in or go out. I told him that i was standing in front of my seat as a handicapped boy was waiting to be allotted an empty seat. He told me that i was standing on the cloth which was being used as a mat and which had got crumpled. I told him that due to over crowding it must have happened and he told me to step away from it as the bus should look nice when the passengers boarded. Can you please enquire in the following matter:-
                          1). Why did the conductor not check the tickets of passengers prior to boarding the bus thereby ensuring that the bus is not overcrowded and causing inconvenience to passengers who were already in possession of tickets.
                          2). Why was the driver using a dirty mat on the aisle and then being rude in asking me to step away from it.
                          3). Is the driver allowed to speak on the mobile phone using the head phones while driving. Your kind indulgence in the matter will am sure go a long way in improving the gsrtc bus services.

                            We had only one bus after 4:00 pm to the route surat to vesma that was surat to chikhli that has been stopped from about 1 month, we students are suffering in this rainy season. As they have provided only bus to palsana at 6:10 pm. We have to wait till 7:15 pm to board a bus to vesma. It is very difficult for us to wait till this late everyvery day. We request you to start again the of surat to chikhli as it was easy for us and we have had already given an application to the concern department and nobody had answered us regarding it. Please its an urgent request from us to help us as soon as possible.

                              Two time I saved my life from him
                              And other 5 vehicle are control it self very difficulty
                              So please take very strict step on him
                              He lost many passengers lives or many innocent people lives also so please tell him to drive safely on road and don't do this again don't dive rishky on road

                                  I have booked online ticket from siddhpur highway to ahmd ranip dated 11th aug. However as per schedule time bus was supposed to reach at 6pm, but did not reach till 7.45pm. My family including my 1.5 year daughter had to suffer heavy rain. Also, for entire time the gaps tracker did not provide any information. None of your customers care executives were bother to revert and final i have taken another mode of transportation.

                                  Kindly refund my entire amount.

                                    Hello,

                                    I am a regular traveller of gsrtc bus and was satisfied with your service.

                                    But today, i am travelling to nashik in surat-pandharpur bus (1330srtpndprg47) in which i reserved seat no 3. But the seat is very dirty and mud on the floor.

                                    So, i sit on another non-reserved seat but conductor arrogantly tell me to seat on my dirty seat.

                                    I am very disappointed with bus and conductor’s behaviour.

                                    I demand for the compensation due to this inconvenience.

                                      Abad baroda ac volvo bus
                                      Morning 7/30.
                                      Date 12th aug.
                                      It was really disappointing.
                                      There was water leaking continuously on me and my fellow passenger.
                                      It was an ac bus that too volvo so it should have not happened so.
                                      Water leaking and one needs to sit for 2 hours. It's really difficult.

                                      Seat no 13/14.

                                      I was so happy always with gsrtc.
                                      Please resolve my complaint.
                                      And compensate me for it.

                                        I vachhani riddhi g. Was traveling in this (From above mentioned) bus. I booked my ticket online. When i booked seat 14 it was single sleeper sofa last to second. But when i reached in the bus seat number 13-14 combined and it is in double sofa and in 13 seat number there was male person. How can this possible? Everyday passenger face this type of situation only because of gsrtc's service fault. I want justice. Please do correct seat numbers in onlile booking.
