Respected gsrtc team,
Every day i am from viswadar to junagadh s. T i travel by bus but now for some time in the evening, from junagadh to mahudi bus whose bus number is 4 and it comes more than 3 hours late in the last few days, i beg you to consider the reason why the bus is late. Carefully request the bus to do its regular time by taking stringent action in strict.

I booked 2 bus ticket from jamnagar to ahmedabad-krishnangar stand in dwarka-krishnanagar bus on 10-8-19
Bus should reach jamnagar on 14:30 as per the schedule but it reached 16:21. I have attached screenshot as proof that bus reached jamnagar late.
I got the information early so i leave jamnagar from another bus and i didn't boarded that bus so i want to refund.

I booked tickets to travel on 10/08/2019, from ahmedabad to paliyad in bus (Ahmedabad to jusdan), that bus got delayed 3-4 hours and after it canceld according my knowledge, due to that i have to travel from another bus service... Now when i try to cancel my ticket it's ot allowing me to cancel.. I try to call customer care also but there is no response from there side.

My name is kalpesh kavar my apple phone handsfree was missed during my travelling on 13/07/19 13:30 time.. From ahmedabad to morbi ac luxury bus. My seat no. Is 12. When i am also return from morbi to ahmedabad on 14/07/19 that time i have contacted to driver and bus manager for the same but still no any update or no one contact to me as this is costly product and i expect through this feedback msg gsrtc team do something.

Today when i was come to diu bus depo at 4:30 pm and i want to go veraval from diy. When i ask normally to conductor these bus will go veraval he behave rude with me and say get off the bus. All seat are book but seat wasn't booked.
Note :- please close and take action on conductor and driver asp policy form gsrtc.

I am siddharthsinh thakore living at kosamba (R. S) dist-surat tal - magrol.
I am doing service in surat, so daily i travel kosamba to surat and surat to kosamba by railway. But whenever i missed my train or train running late or train cancel, i need to travel by road. So that time i went at surat bus depo and asking for bus for kosamba but they clearly told there is no bus for kosamba. Also same reply give by bus driver and conductor "bus not stop at kosamba". And if sit in bus without any asking in group (Multiple people) then that time they given official ticket for kosamba and stop bus at kosamba. So my question is that why kosamba bus not stop even there is stop there?
I request you, kindly help us and give solution to us.

Gj 18 z 4326 surendranagar rajkot intercity ma ghana loko up down kare che aa bus surendranagar thi 7:30 vage upde che ane rajkot 10:25 k 10:30 vage pahoche che nokri karta loko ane bija ghana loko ne vagar karne taklif thay che. Aaj bus ratre time sar pahochade che karan ke driver ne ghare javu hoy che vagar karne passengers heran thay che aap saheb ne gps system pan check karva vinnti. Aa fariyad nu tatkalik nivaran lava aap saheb ne vinnti.

I was traveling today on 8/8/19 from ankleshwar to jhagadia from the bus rajpipla ankleshwar, bus no was gj 18 9987. Bus was departed at 8.05am from ankleshwar. The conductor has misbehaved with me when i ask her to open the door from inside as i was not able to open it. She told me that it is not her duty to open the door. Please do needful. As this kind of misbehave with customer is not bearable. I hope u will solve this complaint shortly.

On dt 6/8/19 at 0545 hrs i am waiting for modasa bus on torda bus stand. Zanzri to modasa bus passed at 0550 hrs on 6/8/19 torda panchayat then opposite puncture shop then behind that puncture shop dropped in torda flowing river to meru to modasa side.
Please instruct bus driver he should take passengers from torda bus stand opposite torda darbargadh. Then he should drive on torda river bridge for modasa side via meru.
I missed above bus. Then kundol to modasa bus came torda bus stand at 0552 hrs dt 6/8/19. I purchased ticket rs 14 no.116885 for bhiloda. I travel through bhiloda to modasa.
Why he drive directly and dropped bus in torda flowing water of river? Why not using torda river bridge heavy rainfall here? Photo of my ticket rs 14 attached

Anand depot's mind-blowing decisions cause trouble in the passenger..

Due to changing the timing of the regular st bus, the students and maid passenger coming to anand have to face many problems. Despite the passage of the month, the fare has to be removed in other vehicles.

Changing the timing of the regular st bus that has been running for the last 6-7 years is going to suffer a lot. A bus is loaded with 80 to 90 passenger.

When going to a depot in the depot, the government officials respond to whatever the passenger sends.

Mahudha depot bus running at 9.10 am from jasodanagar to dakor which has not official stoppage at krushi sanshodhan kendra. So pessanger of working at krushi sanshodhan kendra and farmers whom want to scientific cultivation of various crops can't reach in the era of honourable prime minister vision to make double farmers income. Ss so many persons problem will be solved. Famers coming from poor family should be given advantage of growth of gujarat which is no.1 position of india.

I was traveling in gujarat state transport bus with ticket no. 097894 dated 04.08.2019 time 19:02:38 from surat to ahmedabad with my family. The bus had been reached at ahmedabad at 01:00 late night and my wife was suffering from fever and i had my daughter she is only 4 years old. The bus passed away infront of my home and i requested with driver and conductor for stop bus and told my problems also but the driver not stopped bus even emergency case and started fight with me because of i spoke in hindi not reginal language. I had faced many difficulties in this matter. I felt partially with me because the driver was stop bus for other persons at many places. The driver no. Mentioned in ticket is[protected] driver 49142318n.
I request you to take actions against the driver and the conductor.

St depo anand આંણદ જીલ્લા માં છેલ્લા એક વષઁ થી એ. ટી બસાે ના રુટ મનસ્વી રીતે સદંતરબંઘ કરી દેવા, સવારે /સાંજે બસ ઉપડવાનાં સમય માં મનફાવે તે પ્રમાણૈ ફેરફાર કરી દેવાં તથા કેટલાક સ્થાનીક ડ્રાયવર કંડકટરો ની ૧૫ જણની એક ગેરકાનુની મંડળી બનાવી જીલ્લા એસ.ટી તંત્રને બાન માં લેવાયું હોવાંનું ખુલવા પાંમ્યું છે જે બાબત ખુબ ગંભીર કેહવાય.

છેલ્લા એક વષઁ થી ઉમરેઠ નાં વીવીધ ગામોની એસ.ટી બસો બાબતની વણઉકલેલી સમસ્યા ઓ ના સમાઘાન માંટે આજે ભારતીય કિસાન યુનીયન (અ) પ્રદેશ પ્રમુખ રવી જે પટેલ, રાજુભાઈ, જગદીશભાઈ હોદ્દેદારો સહીત પ્રદેશ ડેલીગેશન દ્વારા આંણદ ડેપો મેનેજર "એસ.એ પાંડે બહેન"નો રુબરું સંપકઁ -મુલાકાત કરી સમસ્યાનું તાબડતોડ નીવારણ લાવવા માંટે લેખીત આવેદન રજુઆત કરી હતી...

જે દરમ્યાન આંણદ નાં એસ.ટી ડેપો નાં ૧૫ જેટલાં બસ ડ્રાયવર, કંડકટરો નાં અસંવીઘાનાત્મીક રીતે બની બેઠેલાં યુનીયાલીસ્ટ/ટોળકી નાં મોંનદ એવાં "સાજીદ" કે જેઓ એસ.ટી વીભાગનાં યુનીફોમઁ વગર પઠાણી ઝભ્બા માં ડેપો મેનેજર ની કેબીન માં ફરજ નીભાવતા હોવાનું જાણવાં મળેલ તથા તેઓ ડેપો મેનેજર ની કેબીન માં અઘીકારીઓ જાણે તેમનાં પ્રભાવ માં હોય તેવો ડોળ ઉભો કરી ઉલટા ચોર સાહુકારી ઠોકે..જેવી તું તું મેં મેં જેવો માહોલ ઉભો થયો હતો...

#અવારનવાર પાસ ઘારક સીઘા યુવાનો, મહીલાઓ ઉપર જેવી તેવી દાદાગીરી કરનાર મે આજે ખેડુત યુનીયન નો ભેટો થતાં સમજાયું હશે કે "જગતનાં તાત" ની સેવા ઈશ્ર્વરે માંયકાંગલા ઓ ને નથી સોંપી...એક બે કે પંદર જણાં જોડે મીટીંગ/સીટીંગ ની વાતો કરનાર ભાઈ ને જણાવ્યું કે અત્યારેજ વાત કરી લઈએ...!!!

કિસાન યુનીયન ની રજુઆત ની વચ્ચે પોતાનાં મળતાવળાઓ દ્વારા બસોનાં રુટનાં સમય મનસ્વીતા થી બદલી કાઢ્યાં બાબત ખુલ્લી પડી જવાની વકી ને કારણે સાજીદે બઘા ને બોલાવી લઈ મીટીંગ કરી લઇએ તેવો સુર રેલાવ્યો હતો જેથી ભા.કી.યુ. (અ) ગુજરાત ને સમજાયું હતું કે આંણદ એસ.ટી.તંત્રનાં સનીષ્ઠ ઉચ્ચ અઘીકારીઓને કેટલાક તત્વો દ્વારા બાનમાં લેવાયું છે જેથી તત્કાલીન એસ.ટી.તંત્ર નાં નડીયાદ ડીવીઝન અને ગુજરાત વાહન વ્યવહાર મત્રાંલય દ્વારા ઝીણવટ ભયાંઁ ખાનગી રીપોટઁ મંગાવી ઉચ્ચ અધીકારીઓ નું ઈન્સપેક્શન કરી પ્રજા અને તંત્ર ને રંજાડતા તમામની જીલ્લા બહાર તબાદલીઓ તથા કાયમી ફરજમુક્તી નાં ઓડઁર કરી પ્રજા લક્ષી યોગ્ય કાયઁવાહી કરવા માં આવે તે માંગણી છે...

કેમકે ગભરું દૈનીક પાસઘારકો, વીધ્યાઁથીઓ, મહીલાઓ, દીકરીઓ ક્યારેય આ બાબતે ફરીયાદ નહીં કરે...

જો તંત્ર વામણું પુરવાર થાય તો જીલ્લા લેવલ નું આંદોલન શરું થશે તેની જવાબદારી અેસ.ટી. વીભાગ ની રેહશે...

એસ.ટી તંત્ર નાં કેટલાક ગભરું સરકારી અઘીકારીઓ ને બાન માં રાખવા તથા ગ્રામજનો ઉપર દાદાગીરી કરી રુઆબ બતાવતા હોવા ની વીગતો સુત્રો દ્વારા જાણવાં મળેલ નો ઘટસ્ફોટ થતાં આવનાર સમયમાં તે બાબતે ઉચ્ચ રજુઆત કરવામાં આવનાર છે.

સવિનય સાથ જણાવવાનું કે ખંભાળિયા કેશોદ બસ રોજે કેશોદ બાઇપાસ જતી રહે છે તારીખ 28/07/2019 ના 2:00વાગે જુનાગઢ થી બેઠો હતો અને અગતરાય ની ટિકિટ કંડકટર મને આપેલી હતી stop હતો તો પણ બાય-પાસ એ લોકો ડ્રાઇવર અને કંડકટર વયા ગયા લેડીઝ કંડકટર હોવાથી અમે અમે એનું સન્માન જાળવ્યું અને આજ તારીખ 2 ઓગસ્ટ કેશોદ થી ખંભાળિયા જતી વખતે પાછો ફરીવાર બાયપાસ થી ગયેલ છે તો આનું નિવારણ કરવા નમ્ર વિનંતી અને સાબિતી માટે અમારી પાસે ટિકિટ પણ છે અને ગામના સીસીટીવી ફૂટેજ પણ છે
