So she shouted on me and misbehave with me. And she said me to get out of bus.

    I travelled in a GSRTC Volvo Bus from Nathdwara to Ahmedabad, and had a horrible experience. Once it started raining outside, my Lower berth seats started leaking water from the roof. And it was happening with almost all seats of the bus. We had to seat (2 persons) in a single seat as the other was completely wet due to the constant water leakage. Our clothes, luggage everything was covered in water. Even after paying for a luxury bus, this is what we get in a GSRTC bus! Are we paying loads of taxes for this service? Or is everything corrupted now! Does not government pay enough to GSRTC to maintain the busses? Worst experience ever. The conductor said he had complained a lot of times about the water leakage problem, but no one contacts for repairing. I am Never ever relying on government busses again. I demand for a refund!

      Today on Dt. 24.06.2023, bus No. GJ-18-Z-2943 minibus of route Dahegam - Makarpura ( Baroda) local bus driver had not stopped the bus at College stop at Kapadwanj at 9:58 AM. The driver of the bus clearly seeing passengers at above mentioned stop, and passengers also raising the hand to stop the bus, but still he ignored the passengers & not stopped the bus. The passengers was wating for the bus for more than 35 minutes for traveling to Baroda, but the driver does not willing to stop & take the passengers. This is a very serious issue & you are requested to take appropriate action against the driver.

        The payment for the Volvo ticket booking was done and amount was deducted. After that one sms informing about successful payment was received but no PNR number and ticket were provided. If the status of transaction is checked on GSRTC then it shows successful. And at the same time when I check in history then the same transection is shown in failure list. So no resolution is available. If I am calling on customer care number then no customer executive is talking after waiting for 15 20 minutes on call. I have tried for more than 10 times to contact GSRTC customer care through their provided number, I did get failure all the time. How can I get my resolution and give me refund or ticket for my booking.
        Event depot manager are also refusing to answer.

          Sir aapke conductor apni man mani chalte he usse phele kisi ladies ke liye stop kiya or jb mene FCI ka bola to bol rha he waha koi stop nhi he

            This complaint is regarding Rajpipla depo bus conductor weird & rude behaviour dated on 20-6-23
            of Rajpipla-Kirti-Rajpipla GJ 18 Z3713 bus timings around 5 to 5:15 P.M. As bus is mostly breakdown or late, when bus arrived i asked conductor for bus timings 5-6 times but he didn't reply single time(On 20-6-23 bus is also under maintenance, so delayed). I ask for complaint book conductor denied & not provided. Rajpipla bus depo always having bus delay related issues. Also enquiry telephone always not working or if by chance call rings no response from operator. Please take necessary actions to make services better...🙏

              રાજકોટ થી કાલાવડ ચાલતી બસ નંબર
              GJ-18-Z-3527 સવારે ૯:૦૦ વાગ્યે બસ ઉપાડવાનો ટાઇમ હોવા છતાં ૮:૪૦ મિનિટે એટલે કે નિયત સમય થી ૨૦ મિનિટ વહેલી ઉપડી જાય છે આથી ટાઇમ ટેબલ પ્રમાણે મુસાફર ગેરમાર્ગે દોરાય છે..

              તો સમયસર ઉપડે તેવી વ્યવસ્થા કરવી

                  Actually i was booking volvo bus from Ahmedabad to vaghodia cross road for monday 6:15 Am bus but in that money has been deducted but ticket has not been booked can u plss check on that and raise my refund money as ticket hsnt heen booked

                    We were to travel from Morbi to Halvad on 17th June 2023. The driver of bus which departed from Morbi busstand to Dahod at 10:00 PM were extremely rude and disrespectful to us. He told us to get out of the bus and didn't gave us ticket to Halvad despite of the fact that route banner on the bus had Halvad station in it. The driver was using swear words and continuously provoked us to fight back. On telling him that the route on the board permits Halvad station, he replied that it's his bus and he'll not stop there. Furthermore, on complaining the same to the officials at enquiry seat and management, they were ignorant for the matter and didn't reply in an affirmative way to solve the matter.
                    I request the officials to please consider the complaint and tell the Morbi GSRTC management and the driver of the bus from Morbi to Dahod departed at 10:00PM for the same. Adding on to it, I request this complaint of mine to get looked upon widely. It is very disrespectful for a passanger when drivers and conductors behaves unfriendly and in negative manner.

                      Today on 16th June. Ahmedabad Rajkot Volvo bus cancelled. At first hand this was not informed to traveler who had reservation. On asking staff at Nehrunagar bus depot they replied rudely. On requesting not to talk rudely, one off the person started abusing and even stood up in threatening manner. They abused old age men and women. This is absolutely unacceptable and direct actions to be taken to these people

                          I am writing to express our deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the subpar bus service I recently experienced on 13th June 2023. Despite paying the full fare for the journey, I was provided with a service that fell significantly short of expectations.

                          On the aforementioned date, I boarded GJ-18-Z-5418 from Surat with the expectation of a comfortable and timely journey to Songadh. However, throughout the trip, I encountered numerous issues that severely impacted my experience and left me feeling frustrated.

                          Firstly, As a paying customer, I expected a smooth and uninterrupted journey, which was clearly not delivered. That bus service charge as per express bus and they instruct bus driver and condoctor to choose route of full traffic area in surat, i.e., puna patiya and bypass flyover bridge, all express bus take flyover and this route bus not take flyover and no passengers at this area for express bus, and waste our time approx. 20 to 25 minutes into traffic. We called DM of Songadh "Zakir Shaikh" but they argue with us "do whatever you do, our bus route decide with his choice. And if you have problem then don't use our bus". also don't respond our messages.

                          Moreover, the behavior of the depot manager of Songadh named "Zakir Shaikh" attitude towards customer service was not only disappointing but also reflected poorly on the reputation of your bus service.

                          Considering the aforementioned issues, I believe that I did not receive the service that I paid for. As a result, I kindly request the following resolution to address my concerns:

                          1. Training and monitoring of your staff to improve their professionalism, customer service skills, and responsiveness to passenger needs.
                          2. Implementing measures to prevent future mechanical failures and delays, such as regular vehicle inspections and timely repairs.

                          I expect a prompt response to this complaint and a resolution of the issues mentioned above. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this matter to the appropriate consumer protection agencies or local transportation authorities.

                          I believe in the importance of constructive feedback and hope that you will take this complaint seriously. I look forward to a satisfactory resolution and a significant improvement in the quality of your bus service.

                              I am writing to bring your attention to ongoing issue of poor service of ST bus. Despite my continuous efforts to draw attention of Vapi depo manager by telephonically conversation and written application, the service of the bus seems to be disregarding the request.
                              There is no availability of the bus to the students of Fansha High School to Nargol Bandar by 4:40pm. Because of rural territory there is no availability of rickshaw and other private vehicle, so our students are facing problem for last week, so kindly concern this application and help our students.

                                Subject: Complaint against water leakage in GSRTC bus while raining.

                                Sir,

                                I am writing to you to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by GSRTC. On 12th June 2023, I boarded a GSRTC bus from Gandhinagar to Kodinar. The bus was overcrowded and the journey was very uncomfortable. However, the most disturbing thing was that the bus had a water leakage problem. The water was leaking from the roof of the bus and it was dripping on the passengers. This made the journey very unpleasant and uncomfortable.

                                I am a regular user of GSRTC buses and I have never faced such a problem before. I am very disappointed with the service provided by GSRTC and I request you to take immediate action to resolve this issue.

                                I would like to request you to:

                                * Investigate the matter and find out the cause of the water leakage problem.
                                * Take immediate action to repair the water leakage problem.
                                * Ensure that all GSRTC buses are in good condition and that they are properly maintained.

                                I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and that you will take the necessary action to resolve this issue.

                                  Driver and conducter fighting at rajkot bus depo stop . driver said that conductor is drunk and conductor said that he is not but driver blaim him due to he refuse to put luggage in deki of private transporter.

                                  i check storage box (deki). it is full of coconut which not if passengers but it is of private transporter and also 2 bag of chiili powder is put in bus..

                                  all passengers are introuble due to driver and conducoter are fighting

                                        Dear sir, I would like to file complain of GSRTC bus driver Rajdeepsinh mayursinh jadeja batch number 2817 for Misbehaving with bus passanger and he ask us to get off from the bus and talking with us very unprofessionally without any misbehave from our side and he is taking like he owns the bus and not government, like they don't have any right to not allow any passanger to not sit in the bus except some situations like intoxication and harm to passengers safety.
