      I booked online ticket (PNR No. G[protected] for my wife and son on 28/04/20023 through mobile application of GSRTC.

      Journey date: 29/04/2023 Departure: 5.25 am Ahmedabad Ranip Bus station and Arrival to Ranuj at 7.35am

      I want to inform you that I waited for this bus at the Ranip bus station from 5.15 am to 7.00 am but the control room at the bus station did not give me any information about the delay. Also I was not given any contact number of the bus conductor so that I could contact him. Even the person on the toll free number said that the information is not available with them for the bus delay and they don't have any contact of bus conductor. I did not know what to do and finally I left the station helpless at around 7 am. Then, at around 7.15 am the conductor gave me a call that the bus has arrived but I had already left by then. I asked him why he did not give me any information about the delay when bus was running more than 100 mins late. But he did not give me any reply.
      I feel that such conductors should be severely punished for not updating the status to the passengers who are waiting early morning for almost 2 hours. Also the control room person showed no cooperation as if they are there for nothing.

      I am writing this message to beg for justice and refund of my money. Why the conductor's number is not shared with the passenger and how this conductor can leave passengers waiting for almost 2 hours?

          Dear Sir/Medam,

          1. I am presently serving in Indian Army. My name is Chudasama Kiran Kumar.

          2. As on 18 May 23 during pick up of ST Bus No GJ 10 6428 from Mangrol to Jamnagar local state transport bus of Jamnagar Bus depot. Conductor is misbehavior to me and not permitted to me for 30 kg luggage in the bus. At the time of bus pick up near by so many goods are their he says these items not allowed in bus. My only point that I have hold only 30 kg goods other goods not me and persons of other goods holding will not waiting for this bus they waiting for another bus will coming at 4.30pm. He say that bus dikky loaded and full by Private Nandanvan Courier Services Goods of Jamkhambhaliya and key of the dikky not held with me. He says Key of back dikky only held with Depot Parcel service Mangrol and Jamkhambhaliya. I asked him and tell that if checking is come in your bus and dikky required to open then what action you will done. He says I have seen only parcel receipt to the checking member key not required for physically check. During I travelling in the same bus and reached at Jamkhambhaliya their are so many private goods from the dikky are downloaded to the private persons and something setting of payment has been progress at this time.

          My question is why conductor not permitted to me for 30 kg goods and why not holding key of dikky of the bus.

          In view of my journey ticket as on 18 May 23 is enclosed as a Photograph. May I request you to take necessary action against the conductor of bus No GJ 10 6428 as on 18 May 23.

            Dear Sir, Bus No. GJ 18 Z 2305 of Bus Depot of Dholaka Taluk in which Mr. Nitinbhai who is working as a driver whose badge is No. 1505 today at 4:00 PM has not stopped the bus at Kasindra village despite being a passenger even though this bus was completely empty. After hiring the equipment, I asked him where the bus was standing at Badarkha village, then the driver sir said that it is up to us to stop the bus or not, you can stop where you want to complain, to which I did not care about the job. If you stop the bus and don't even let me and my family sit in the bus, I request you sir to take appropriate action in this matter.

              Basically Madhapar Chowk Bus Station is the second busiest bus station in Rajkot city.

              ● But the 1st problem is that
              THE Madhapar Chowk Inquiry Office opens very late, and the Inquiry Officer closes early, it is open only ( just 2 to 5 hours a day).

              ● Another problem was that the BEHAVIOUR of the INQUIRY officer was not good.
              Sometimes he doesn't give the right answer.
              (I am filing this complaint because I face both these problems regularly.)

              So please work on this both PROBLEMS are GENUINE.

                It's been weeks that vadodara- anand 7:00am local has been closed due to vacation but for students like us who's colleges are open are facing difficulties in traveling.

                  Bus timing was 7 pm and we were in a traffic some 200 metres from busstop. My brother's confirmed seat was from surat to mundra. Conductor called some 10 mins before the time and left at 7 pm without any warning. After that to know where is currently the bus and next Stop we called him but he blocked our registered mobile number and also stopped responding from other mobile number. He also started blocking other numbers from we were trying him bcoz our journey was long and important. He also warned us to never call again. We again tried from other mobile number and asked him atleast tell us where is the next stop we can reach there.but he stopped responding. Then gain from other mobile no we pleaded him to tell where is the exact next stop so that we can reach there at time. Then he shared us and we reached there bcoz we were just behind that bus. There he told us that we do not call anyone for bus and never stop even for 5 mins. Such an unethical behaviour from public service official. Now the point is what is point for booking if the conductor never responds and what if we missed our bus which is always important for anyone traveling with the confirmed seat. He blocked our registered mobile number. Is this ethical. Just for 5 mins that too bcoz of traffic whuch was jst some 200 metres.such an unethical and shameful behaviour. Bus no is gj 18 z 3172 and date is 16/5/23 and bus time was 7 pm from surat to mundra. Incident happened at surat central busstand.

                      I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring a serious matter to your attention regarding the recent incident involving one of your bus conductors. On date-13/05/2023, I, along with several other passengers, experienced extremely disrespectful and offensive behavior from the said conductor during our journey. The conductor not only used harmful and abusive language but also disrupted the smooth progression of our journey.On 13/05/2023, I boarded Ahemdabad Gita mandir bus stop from with the intention of reaching Amreli. However, during the journey.

                      The incident has left a lasting impact on me and the other passengers who were subjected to such unacceptable conduct. It is disheartening to witness a staff member, who is supposed to provide assistance and ensure a safe and comfortable journey, behaving in such a manner. This kind of behavior not only compromises the social well-being but also affects the mental health of the passengers.

                      I kindly request you to treat this matter with utmost seriousness and take immediate and appropriate action against the conductor involved. It is crucial to set a benchmark and maintain a high standard of conduct for all your staff members. Instances like these should not be tolerated, as they tarnish the reputation of your company and create an unfavorable environment for passengers.

                      I urge you to thoroughly investigate this incident, gather evidence from witnesses, and take necessary disciplinary actions as per your company's policies. Additionally, I request you to implement strict guidelines and provide adequate training to your staff members regarding appropriate conduct and customer service. Such measures will ensure that incidents like these are prevented in the future, and passengers can trust in the professionalism and respectfulness of your staff.

                        Last 5 days we have traveling gsrtc bus which stop held at hotel samudra where hygienic items not available and also very durty place to seat and no one can hear for order

                        Request to change Holt station of all St bus from hotel samudra to other hotels which provides hygienic items and health full products
