Dear Sir, Bus No. GJ 18 Z 2305 of Bus Depot of Dholaka Taluk in which Mr. Nitinbhai who is working as a driver whose badge is No. 1505 today at 4:00 PM has not stopped the bus at Kasindra village despite being a passenger even though this bus was completely empty. After hiring the equipment, I asked him where the bus was standing at Badarkha village, then the driver sir said that it is up to us to stop the bus or not, you can stop where you want to complain, to which I did not care about the job. If you stop the bus and don't even let me and my family sit in the bus, I request you sir to take appropriate action in this matter.

Basically Madhapar Chowk Bus Station is the second busiest bus station in Rajkot city.

● But the 1st problem is that
THE Madhapar Chowk Inquiry Office opens very late, and the Inquiry Officer closes early, it is open only ( just 2 to 5 hours a day).

● Another problem was that the BEHAVIOUR of the INQUIRY officer was not good.
Sometimes he doesn't give the right answer.
(I am filing this complaint because I face both these problems regularly.)

So please work on this both PROBLEMS are GENUINE.

It's been weeks that vadodara- anand 7:00am local has been closed due to vacation but for students like us who's colleges are open are facing difficulties in traveling.
So it's my humble request on behalf of all student that please restart the vadodara-anand 7:00am local as soon as possible

Bus timing was 7 pm and we were in a traffic some 200 metres from busstop. My brother's confirmed seat was from surat to mundra. Conductor called some 10 mins before the time and left at 7 pm without any warning. After that to know where is currently the bus and next Stop we called him but he blocked our registered mobile number and also stopped responding from other mobile number. He also started blocking other numbers from we were trying him bcoz our journey was long and important. He also warned us to never call again. We again tried from other mobile number and asked him atleast tell us where is the next stop we can reach there.but he stopped responding. Then gain from other mobile no we pleaded him to tell where is the exact next stop so that we can reach there at time. Then he shared us and we reached there bcoz we were just behind that bus. There he told us that we do not call anyone for bus and never stop even for 5 mins. Such an unethical behaviour from public service official. Now the point is what is point for booking if the conductor never responds and what if we missed our bus which is always important for anyone traveling with the confirmed seat. He blocked our registered mobile number. Is this ethical. Just for 5 mins that too bcoz of traffic whuch was jst some 200 metres.such an unethical and shameful behaviour. However, during the journey.

It is crucial to set a benchmark and maintain a high standard of conduct for all your staff members. Instances like these should not be tolerated, as they tarnish the reputation of your company and create an unfavorable environment for passengers.

Last 5 days we have traveling gsrtc bus which stop held at hotel samudra where hygienic items not available and also very durty place to seat and no one can hear for order

Proble is that gsrtc driver and condctur also suffering for bad service of hotel samudra staff

Request to change Holt station of all St bus from hotel samudra to other hotels which provides hygienic items and health full products

I would like to draw your attention to the irregular bus service in our area. The buses never come on time and commuters experience a lot of inconveniences while waiting at the bus stop for hours.

On 13th May 2023 midnight I have booked Bus which is named Jasapur-Rajkot At 06:40AM departure from Mendarda to Rajkot.But GSRTC Application System Fault Ticket Booked With Online Booking Reference No.31228419 and Payment Done And Debited from Bank Account but not confirm ticket with PNR No. Because of GSRTC worst system in this digital Gujarat. i haven't know anything I have Refund back my debited money which is ₹114/- As soon as in possible fast time and revert back to me regarding complaints.

Limbdi is the depot under rajkot division of gsrtc. At the time of online booking and also in manual ticket booking by gsrtc, the name shown 'limbdi' and ' limdi'. Hence many time the passengers have trouble for online booking. You are kindly request to update the data in your system for actual village name 'limbdi' લીંબડી.

Today my reservation is Morbi to Surat morning 6:55 am our village charadva bus not stop so we reservation morbi housing stop but conductor was no any single phone and he ask our policy we not ringing the reservation client so pls my humble request many client was tried this policy. Above subject there are no bus depo in amod and depend on jambusar depo jambusar to bholav bharuch buses who pass from amod.Buses come from jambusar full and no seat availability in bus.passengers from amod depend on private vehicle.also no timing fix from jambusar depo buses and any time trip cancel jamusar to bholav trip and passenger from amod very long time waiting for bus.
We request to provide amod to bholav bharuch bus service for morning and evening time beacause government and private sector job employees come from bharuch. Requested to amod bus depo provide bus service for amod passengers.
