I am writing to express our deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the subpar bus service I recently experienced on 13th June 2023. Despite paying the full fare for the journey, I was provided with a service that fell significantly short of expectations.

On the aforementioned date, I boarded GJ-18-Z-5418 from Surat with the expectation of a comfortable and timely journey to Songadh. However, throughout the trip, I encountered numerous issues that severely impacted my experience and left me feeling frustrated.

Firstly, As a paying customer, I expected a smooth and uninterrupted journey, which was clearly not delivered. That bus service charge as per express bus and they instruct bus driver and condoctor to choose route of full traffic area in surat, i.e., puna patiya and bypass flyover bridge, all express bus take flyover and this route bus not take flyover and no passengers at this area for express bus, and waste our time approx. 20 to 25 minutes into traffic. We called DM of Songadh "Zakir Shaikh" but they argue with us "do whatever you do, our bus route decide with his choice. And if you have problem then don't use our bus". also don't respond our messages.

Moreover, the behavior of the depot manager of Songadh named "Zakir Shaikh" attitude towards customer service was not only disappointing but also reflected poorly on the reputation of your bus service.

Considering the aforementioned issues, I believe that I did not receive the service that I paid for. As a result, I kindly request the following resolution to address my concerns:

1. Training and monitoring of your staff to improve their professionalism, customer service skills, and responsiveness to passenger needs.
2. Implementing measures to prevent future mechanical failures and delays, such as regular vehicle inspections and timely repairs.

I expect a prompt response to this complaint and a resolution of the issues mentioned above. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this matter to the appropriate consumer protection agencies or local transportation authorities.

I believe in the importance of constructive feedback and hope that you will take this complaint seriously. I look forward to a satisfactory resolution and a significant improvement in the quality of your bus service.

      Respected sir,
      I am writing to bring your attention to ongoing issue of poor service of ST bus. Despite my continuous efforts to draw attention of Vapi depo manager by telephonically conversation and written application, the service of the bus seems to be disregarding the request.
      There is no availability of the bus to the students of Fansha High School to Nargol Bandar by 4:40pm. Because of rural territory there is no availability of rickshaw and other private vehicle, so our students are facing problem for last week, so kindly concern this application and help our students.

        Subject: Complaint against water leakage in GSRTC bus while raining.

        Sir,

        I am writing to you to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by GSRTC. On 12th June 2023, I boarded a GSRTC bus from Gandhinagar to Kodinar. The bus was overcrowded and the journey was very uncomfortable. However, the most disturbing thing was that the bus had a water leakage problem. The water was leaking from the roof of the bus and it was dripping on the passengers. This made the journey very unpleasant and uncomfortable.

        I am a regular user of GSRTC buses and I have never faced such a problem before. I am very disappointed with the service provided by GSRTC and I request you to take immediate action to resolve this issue.

        I would like to request you to:

        * Investigate the matter and find out the cause of the water leakage problem.
        * Take immediate action to repair the water leakage problem.
        * Ensure that all GSRTC buses are in good condition and that they are properly maintained.

        I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and that you will take the necessary action to resolve this issue.

          Driver and conducter fighting at rajkot bus depo stop . driver said that conductor is drunk and conductor said that he is not but driver blaim him due to he refuse to put luggage in deki of private transporter.

          i check storage box (deki). it is full of coconut which not if passengers but it is of private transporter and also 2 bag of chiili powder is put in bus..

          all passengers are introuble due to driver and conducoter are fighting

          bus route is Somnath to Radhanpur
          start journey from somnath dated on 12th june 2023

          first they are start fughtung in rajkot bus depo also speaking bad words in presence of passengers and also ladies paseenger

                Dear sir, I would like to file complain of GSRTC bus driver Rajdeepsinh mayursinh jadeja batch number 2817 for Misbehaving with bus passanger and he ask us to get off from the bus and talking with us very unprofessionally without any misbehave from our side and he is taking like he owns the bus and not government, like they don't have any right to not allow any passanger to not sit in the bus except some situations like intoxication and harm to passengers safety.
                Kindly sir look into this matter

                  Dear sir, I would like to make complaint against Bus driver whose name is Nirav Barot Bus NO :- GJ-18-Z-1697 Dakor to surat Gurjar nagari who has been permanent driver in Dakor depot, sir he has been irregular and he is misbehave to passenger now and then, he used to keep the relation with So many lady, woman in bus who always take a place along with his driver cabin while on journey, so there for we have been getting late to reach office or school, when passanger scold him then after he used to do mis behave with the passanger and used to fight with him
                  kindly take some necessary step against him so he can be on track soon & Generally, the bus drivers do not stop the bus at the fixed stop. The rather disdain the travellers and stop before or after the bus-stop so the passengers have to run after the bus. The passenger hardly approaches the bus when they start. In this way, many commuters fall and feel a lot of irritation and insult.

(2)number of times call received and long time talking with other person... (3) one call received at least 15-20 minutes talking in running driver...(4) in once time bus stopped and gone at pan parloure after moriya...Taking mava / gutka

                            I booked my ticket from surendranagar to nadiad in luxury coatch(9AM) but the driver came with normal express bus, i asked to conductor that why there is no luxury coatch bus he refused to answer & no one is taking responsibility about.I paid for luxury coatch i want my refund & assurance that it will never happen again.

                                  diu-bhavnagar, gurjar nagri, depart.Time: 9:40 am from una During this time bus reach some distance from st stand, conducter has misbehave with me & cheat to some poor person and harras the other passanger in subject to give back remaining rupees to passanger. I have try to return back them money to talk with him. In between i have feel smelling from his mouth, mentally behaviour not to good; suddenly, They have left me before my destination point. So, sir kindly i request you to consider it valuable problem & justify it to take action on the serious matter.

                                      With reference to my above mentioned subject this is to inform you that today we had reached to our departure point well 30 minutes before but GSRTC Bus booked in advance on Dt. 27/05/2023 did not arrived on time and we could not make our journey today from VADODARA, KIRTISTAMBH To CHHOTA UDAIPUR. I had also tried a number of times on your tollfree no.[protected] for the reason but no one was giving the proper answer and explained to us that an SMS will be received before 30 minutes of departure but I had not received a single SMS or Driver details. We had also waited 45 minutes extra after the scheduled departure time but then also I had not received any information from GSRTC.

                                      So, requesting you to kindly refund the amount at the earliest in my account.

                                        I am traveling from surendranagar to mehsana in bus Gj-18-Z-7291 khambhaliya JMN- mehsana. Time 13:00 date 30 may 2023 on surendranagar depo. While taking ticket i was give the full amount of fare 106 i given 105 i was searching for 1 rupee in my bag.. Which i given to him but he talked rudly and spoke abusive words to me for 1 rupee coin which i want him to apologize and please take strict actions against him because no one has right to do this kind of missbehave with pessenger.
