Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] Complaints & Reviews

On Monday, 28th Aug, 2023, bus from Mehsana (Old Depot) to Ranip came around 7:10 AM at Modhera Circle depot and in less than 15 seconds, driver picked up the the bus without OPENING THE BUS DOOR. Also, driver picked up few passenger from outside the main gate of Modhera Circle Depot at enter and exit time.

I request authorities
1.) To check CCTV cameras
2.) Ticket Collection records
3.) Bus time spent on track

And take proper action against driver as this has happened earlier also.

I want driver to apologize in written as well as verbal in front of passengers without 1 week from today otherwise I am going to take legal action that can cost harder.

Today I took a gsrtc bus at 1pm from Gandhinagar pathika bus station from platform 2 which was going to Ahemdabad via Civil (date : 27/08/2023)
While entering into the bus I asked the conductor whether the bus will go to civil or not.
He responded in a very rude manner and said to me "ab kya mein ek ek ko bataunga"
I felt very discriminated as I am a Hindi speaking person.
Even he was not announcing the stops when stops were coming.
He didn't have time to announce a stop and answer a person where bus will go but he had free time for watching the videos on phone.
I have travelled many times in gsrtc and I found the staff very supportive but this person was very rude and was not following his duty.
It is his duty to tell the person where bus will go . Even if 80 persons will ask it is his duty to answer 80 times.
I am hoping that you will take a corrective action for his this kind of behaviour so that next time no passenger will feel discriminated and offended

Do not stpo bus at haldharvas bus stand. We are 4 person on stand . Bus is not full by passenger. So take action to driver.

I tried to book a ticket on 12th Aug and paid via google pay ([protected]@GUJARATSTATEROADTRANSPORTCORPOR).
The money got transacted but I didnt get the ticket. And the seat was allocated to someone else.
I would like to request a refund.

સવિનય સાથે જણાવવનું કે અમદાવાદ વિભાગમા દહેગામ ડેપો આવેલુ છે ત્યાં પાલુંન્દ્રા સ્ટોપ આવેલ છે ત્યાં તારીખ 18/08/2023 ના રોજ હું તેમજ બીજા 3 પેસેન્જર દહેગામ જવા ઉભા હતા તે સમય 13:43 વાગે હલદરવાસ થી દહેગામ જતી બસ નમ્બર 4723 ને નિયત સ્ટોપ પરથી હાથ મારેલ તો પણ બસ ઉભી રાખેલ નથી તો રીક્ષા મારફતે દહેગામ પહોંચી ને જણાવતા કન્ડક્ટરે જે થાય એ કરી લેવાનું આમ કન્ટ્રોલર તેમજ આઈટીઆઈ આગળ કહેલ છે જેમાં તપાસ કરતા કન્ડક્ટર બેઝ નમ્બર 154 તેમજ દ્રાઈવર બેઝ નમ્બર 151 જણાવેલ છે આ બાબતે દહેગામ ડેપો ખાતે ફરિયાદ આપેલ છતાં કોઈ પગલાં નથી લીધેલ તો આપ સાહેબશ્રી આ બાબતે પગલાં લેવા વિનંતી
મેં કરેલ લેખિત ફરિયાદ પણ આપેલ છે

As many bus are running from Dharmpur to Valsad so to save time for our daily person please start again non stop bus of 7.45 am from Dharmpur to Valsad

For last few days bus driver slow bus and let girls come and after this driver speed up and not wait for boys students and other citizens
This happens couple of last few days
Because of this students must wait for 1 hour to next bus comes
There are around 10 12 students wait daily

I used to travel daily from Central bus stand surat to Ankleshwar. Today I am traveling the same but the conductor charged me extra money by changing the boarding station name that is BRC surat to Ankleshwar.please take necessary action

From Sarangpur to Vadodara Busno.GJ-18-Z-6751 is taking too much time and not following timing as per time table. Taking 2 break more than 30 min . Which is very long
Please look in too matter is very urgent

Today this bus comming at Sarangpur at 6.00 instead of 4.50 and reaching at Vadodara at 11.

Sub: To change the online time of sanchore Ahmedabad bus

I want to say sir that Sanchore - Ahmedabad bus is starting at Sanchore 17.45 but it's online time is 17.00 so there was big difficulties to reach ahmedabad
So I kindly request you to change the online time as starting time

We are students from dhandhuka, ahmedabad.we are doing up-down from dhandhuka to Ahmedabad daily, in mahuva - gandhinagar (express) bus.its time is 04:45AM in morning and our college time is 07:30AM, now from yesterday suddenly the route of this bus was changed and they changed the bus route from dholera which is from dhandhuka from last 15 years, we have only this 1 bus in the morning to reach college at Ahmedabad at a time, but now beacuse of this bad react form mahuva depot, we don't hsve any other bus to reach our college at a time, request to kindly re set this bus rout from dhandhuka not from dholera and if it's is not possible then start a new bus from dhandhuka at 05:00AM in the morning 🙏🙏

Bus scheduled on 7pm from silvassa to dhuliya didn't came. Due to which inconvenience is caused to passengers and tickets were also pre booked. This happens most of the time.

Kindly to inform that in the recruitment of conductor released by your corporation earlier age was given by you 18 - 45 years. But in the current recruitment released 18 - 45 years but its place is 18 - 33+ 1 is.right now.
Keeping in mind the corona period, the conductor recruitment 2018 released by your corporation was conducted in 2022. So from 2018 to 2022 there is no recruitment during this period. So during this period of 4 years we people have been preparing for this recruitment but we are not able to participate in this recruitment so please sir consider this application of ours application is to request you sir to make it 18-35+5 years (relaxation). We hope that you will resolve our application soon.

સવિનય સાથ જણાવવાનું કે ખંભાળિયા સતાધાર જતી બસ જૂનાગઢ એસ ટી નીકળી 5.55 કલાકે સરદાર બાગ જૂનાગઢ સ્ટોપ પર આવતા મુસાફર દ્રારા હાથ ઉચો કરવા છતા ઉભી ના રાખી બસમાં 12થી 15 મુસાફરો આવી શકે તેટલી જગ્યા ઉભવા માટે હતી તેમ છતા બસમા બીલખા સુધી ના મુસાફરો વધુ હોય છે અને બીલખા થી સતાધાર સુઘી બસ ખાલી હોય અને ખુબ ઓછા મુસાફરો હોય છે તે ડ્રાઇવર ને ખ્યાલ છે તેમ છતા ડ્રાઇવર પોતાની મંસુબી ચલાવી હતી જૂનાગઢ થી ખડીયા સ્ટોપ પર પણ ઉભી નથી રાખી તે પણ જાણવા મળ્યુ મુસાફરો દ્રારા જાણવા મળ્યું હતું અને જૂનાગઢ થી વિસાવદરના મુસાફરો ને મુશ્કેલી રહેતી હોય સાંજના સમય ની આવતી બસો મોડી જ હોય છે એકપણ બસ સમય સર નથી મળતી અને બસ ના સમય મા ઘણો સુધારો કરવો તો આ બાબતે યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરવી

સવિનય સાથ જણાવવા નું કે આપના નિગમ દ્વારા બહાર પાડેલ કંડક્ટર ની ભરતી માં અગઉ ઉમર માં આપના દ્વારા 18 - 45 વર્ષ આપવા માં આવતા હતા.પરંતુ હાલ માં જે ભરતી બહાર પાડેલી છે તેમાં 18 - 45 વર્ષ નથી પરંતુ તેની જગ્યા એ 18 - 33+1 છે.

કોરોના કાળ ને ધ્યાન માં રાખી આપના નિગમ દ્વારા બહાર પાડેલ 2018 ની કંડક્ટર ની ભરતી તેની પરીક્ષા 2022 માં લેવાયેલ હતી. તો 2018 થી 2022 સુધી માં આ સમયગાળા દરમ્યાન ભરતી આવેલ નથી. તો આ 4 વર્ષ ના સમયગાળા દરમ્યાન અમે લોકો એ આ ભરતી માટે તૈયારી કરતાં હોય અમે લોકો એ જે તૈયારી કરેલ હતી પરંતુ અમે લોકો આ ભરતી માં ભાગ લઈ શકીએ તેમ નથી તો આપ સાહેબ ને વિનંતી કે અમારી આ અરજી ને ધ્યાન માં રાખી ને 18-35+5 વર્ષ(છૂટછાટ) કરી આપવા આપ સાહેબને નમ્ર વિનંતી.

અમોને આશા છે કે અમારી આ અરજી નું નિરાકરણ જલ્દી કરી આપશો.
