Respected sir,
On dated 21.10.2023 PNR No G[protected] online booking Baroda by pass bus from Bharuch GNFC to Ahmedabad Gita Mandir.At bharuch gnfc pick stand bus come late half hour than real time .Than after bus suddenly route change In Baroda by pass instead of Baroda in side the city.
Main thing no any intimation massage for route change and also it's take more time when go in side the Baroda city.

    Gsrtc Volvo between Ahmedabad to surat 6:15 pm from nehrunagar on 20th October. The lady conductor Nita Parmer is shouting on me and giving wrong details and made me get down the bus...and then I had to catch the bus from next station because of her wrong information

      I sat with my family to go from Ankleshwar to Ahmedabad, but the conductor came and said that his machine was not running so you should get down, I requested him to make my ticket from Bharuch to Ankleshwar to Ahmedabad, but he did not. I missed my urgent work.

        I was travelling from Bhavnagar to Anand on 13th oct 23 by GSRT bus trip code 0745BGDNBRDEXP -BAGDANA TO BARODA along with my family with reservation seat no 11 &12. The bus ( GJ 18/Z8119) almost in time at 10 AM. We just about get in the bus, there was aloud sound of bursting with dense smoke. The bus tire had developed a puncture. The conductor was nice enough to guide us that we shall have to Waite still the necessary replacement of tire is done. But the benches provided in sitting area having defect in many seats-it was not possible to sit as the bench seats have broken supporting hinges.We had to seat on ground. My self is 84 years of age, my family also old along with other aged ladies had difficulty in sitting on ground
        After about one and half hour, the defecting tier was replaced. We were about to get in the bus, we were told that bus will go to workshop to unload the defective tire then it will come back to proceed further
        We had to get down at Karamsad chokdi. At the time of getting down from bus, the height to downside of road is such that it is extremely difficult to old lady to get down from bus-it is really FREE FALL without any support !!! I strongly believe that remedial measure should be taken to avoid such situations.
        I am a graduate of mechanical engineering with advance training in mechanical engineering in Germany with CDG-and worked as chief engineer with Birlas Century group of companies. And then worked as Technical advisor for more than 10 years. Especially for critical machine maintenance of continuous process industries-I am of the opinion that GSRTC should seriously think the importance of machine maintenance especially for the safety of the passengers including old lady getting down from bus

                  Today I was traveling by gsrtc bus from Ahmedabad to Surendranagar (AHMEDABAD, NEHRUNAGAR to SURENDRANAGAR
                  TripCode:1530ABDSNREXP51PNRNO/OB:G[protected], GS35823143 DOJ:[protected], :15:36:00, EXPRESSBoardingPt:AHMEDABAD NEHRUNAGARTxn Pass:gsbKpn44). The lady conductor was totally busy with talking on her cell phone. She was insulting the passengers now and then. She was behaving extremely rudely with passengers. When my stop came, I requested her to give bell for stop but she refused to do so and said that it is driver's duty to stop the bus and without listing me got started talking on her mobile. We pay income tax hence cannot tolerate such a irresponsible behavior from govt. employee

                        I am going up and down from Kodinar to Veraval daily and in the passenger pass scheme the pass is issued for only one route via Prachi or via Sutrapada so in the pass scheme the pass can be issued for both the routes then passengers do not have to face any problem and both Veraval and Kodinar If you talk to the bus stand, tell them that only one route is available in our system from which passes can be issued for this route and we are ready to pay the charges so that many passengers can benefit from this.

                          Change of Class of Bus

                          My complaint is that I booked 2 E-ticket from GSRTC. My journey was from Jamnagar to Gandhinagar in 2x2 Luxury Coach.
                          But when my bus came to Jamnagar Bus Stop it was not luxury, but it was simple express bus having 3x2 Seating.

                          So request you for a refund of difference amount into my account.

                          આ મુજબ ની ઓનલાઇન ટિકિટ બૂક કરેલ હતી સવાર ના હું 9.30 થી 11.45 સુધી રાજકોટ બસ ડેપો પર પ્લેટફોર્મ નંબર 8 ઉપર સાવરકુંડલા -ભુજ બસ ની રાહ જોતો હતો જ્યાં ભુજ, અંજાર, ગાંધીધામ કચ્છ ની બસ નિયમ મુજબ જ્યાં લાગે છે. પરંતુ પ્લેટફોર્મ નંબર 5 થી પ્લેટફોર્મ નંબર 10 સુધી ના આ બસ લાગવા માં આવેલ ન હતી કેમકે બસ બીજી કોઈ જ્યાં મૂકી ત્યાથી હંકારી ગયા તેમજ બીજી જગ્યાએ જ્યાં ઉભી રાખી હતી ત્યાં થી કંડક્ટર એ ફોન કોલ કરીને એમને મને જાણ કરવી જોઈતી હતી કેમકે હું બસ ડેપો હું 1 થી 1.30 કલાક સુધી હજાર હતો તેમ છતાં તેઓ એ મને જાણ કરી નહીં. પેસેંજર ઓનલાઇન બુકિંગ મા મોબાઇલ નંબર શા માટે નાખે છે કેમકે આવી પરિસ્થિતિમાં બસ બીજી જગ્યાએ મુકાય તો પેસેંજર ને મોબાઇલ નંબર થી જાણ કરવી એ ડ્રાઇવર તેમજ કંડક્ટર બને ની ફરજ છે તેઓ એ મને એવી કોઈ જાણ કરી નહીં જે st તંત્ર ની ગંભીર બેદરકારી કરી દર્શાવે છે તેમજ 9.30 થી જ્યારે સાવરકુંડલા- ભુજ બસ રાજકોટ માંથી ઉપાડી ત્યાં સુધીના રાજકોટ ડેપો ના cctv ના ફૂટેજ જોવા થી પણ તમે જાણી શકો છો પણ તમે મારી તરફેણ મા નિર્ણય નહીં આપો ને જણાવી દેશો કે અમારા cctv મા બસ પ્લેટફોર્મ થી જ ઊપડી છે ને મને થયેલ રૂપિયા ૭૬૦ નું આર્થિક નુકસાન ની નૈતિક જવાબદારી st તંત્ર ની છે. હું ક્યાં તમારા cctv ફૂટેજ જોવા આવીશ. સાવરકુંડલા-ભુજ બસ ક્યારે રાજકોટ ડેપો મા આવી ને ક્યારે ઉપાડી એ st તંત્ર ના અધિકારીઓ ને પણ જાણ નથી હોતી કેમકે જાણ્યા કર્યા વગર પૂછપરછ અધિકારી પણ માઇક પર સૂચના આપી દે.

                          એટલે મને થયેલ રૂપિયા ૭૬૦ નું રિફંડ આપવા જરૂરી કાર્યવાહી કરજો. જો મને યોગ્ય ન્યાય નહીં મલે તો હું st તંત્ર ને કાયદેસર ની લીગલ નોટિસ આપી ને જરૂરી કાર્યવાહી કરીશ.

                            We had boarded AC volvo from ahmedabad(9 pm) to saputara(7 am)..it was a horrible experience for us as we had children and aged parents..not a single toilet at any of the GSRTC bus stops was even practically usable..except surat..
                            they charged 10 Rs per pax to use the service but the condition was literally vomit inducing..cant even bear the smell..i dont know how gujarat govt is celebrating 'swachta abhiyan'..hats off..

                                Hello sir,
                                I contacted the online reservation booth at the Lunawada Bus stop (Dist. Mahisagar) on October 02, 2023. The person responsible for the task was Mr. Rajendrasinh Solanki.

                                When I asked abut the details of the Bus, he was shouting specifically when I asked him Bus time again to reconfirm as I could not listen in the first time. I dont think its a valid reason to shoult on passenger and abuse him as "deaf"
                                He did not stop there and told me to come with change. I requested him to check his wallet as I didnt have change either. But then he started to abuse again in front of all other passengers which was very embrassing moment for me.
                                I belive it the responsibility of reservation maker to provide change. However, when i told him to provide me the change whatever is available and I will forget the remaining amount (as I was in hurry to reach somewhere very important), he revert as he didnot have any change.
                                When I pointed him that I can see money in your wallet from outside which you can revert he got pissed off. Additionally, he should also informed me earlier before booking ticket then I wouldnt have booked in the first place.

                                But then he get utterly angry and started shouting and abusing.
                                This is not the way to treat passengers and administration should not consider themselves as Owner.

                                I would request to take some appropriate actions against Rajendrasinh Solanki so other passengers do not suffers

                                  Luggage charges

                                  I am traveling from Rajkot to Ahmedabad on date 2/09/203, I have 1 luggage bag with me approx weight 15 kg, luggage bag is commercial bag, conductor ask me that you have to take luggage ticket despite o[censored]nder 25 kg of luggage rule

                                  He give me ticket with 2 luggage as I have only 1 bag

                                  I additional charges 2x19 = 38 Rs

                                  Yesterday evening on 29th Sep 2023 at around 11 PM, bus driver of bus number GJ 18 Z 2931 driving bus at Surendranagar city area near bus stand was not is normal condition and his rash driving was risky for normal civilians. Myself was on 2 wheeler with my family somehow managed to be safe from being one of the victim. In interest of general civilians strict action is suggested against the driver.
