Today i was travelling mahua veraval bus no gj 18 z 0654 i asked to go for washroom and the counductor said no to travel anymore in my bus i can simply deborded from that bus but gsrtc staff has rudely told in front of all passengers i m working with airline since 5 years and in front of all pax he disrespected me

    Sir,

    This is to notice that during my journeys between ahmedabad and rajkot, i have suffered by unnecessary halts on private hotels/cafes which takes extra delay of 20-25 mins causing important tasks failure for the passengers. Buses can take long halt on gsrtc bus stand instead of these private hotels which are not safe too for the health.

    Drivers and conductors may be doing so for their personal benefits/discounts from the hotel owner but these hotels charge extra costs for the food items.

        I travelled through umargam ambaji bus on 28.07.2019.

        When bus reached 8 to 10 km from valsad bus driver said bus breakdown. And i have teavelled by 4 different buses to reach ambaji. It was take 15 hours.

        Bus failure by 5 km after departure.
        Thanks to driver and conductor they provide me another sleeper bus.
        Now my question is why gsrtc use fail bus for such around 600 km long journey.
        And one thing is clear that gsrtc routine staff also aware about the bus condition.
        When i ask they said that this is old bus transferred from another depot.
        Now public safety is tottaly niglect by depot manager in this case.
        Please provide new bus for umargam ambaji route.
        I want confimation letter from gsrtc that this bus will not use for further trip for passengers safety.

          Sir,
          We all the teachers and students travelling in junagadh - visavadar - bagasara bus early in morning. Bus gsrtc schedule time is 5:45 hr. But it is always starts very late from junagadh station. Due to that it creats problems in teaching schedule.
          In addition to it, condition of bus alloted to this route is extremly poor. Few row of seats at the rear part are in very worst condition.
          Once, we have already meet to stand incharge and complain orally. He promised to do needful in this regards. But the problem still continue with the same manner.
          You are requested to do needful in this regards as early as possible for the welfare of teaching and learning activity.

          Hi, I doing job at surat and i traveling dharampur to valsad via bus. there is passsenger pass window is open at 9 am to 5 pm. so i am unable to get my passenger pass. so i requesting to u for starting a digital pass or set time of window 7 am to 7pm.

              On the date of 28th july i travelled from vadodara to rajkot in bus title of bariya to rajkot. The condition of bus is very bad and the travel speed is less than 30 kmph. It spoiled from kheda and hoult to 1 hr and then he send to bagodara and then bagodara to rajkot bus is full of passengers. So please place good buses to long route.
              Gsrtc having enough money and this is example of the management and we people can think where is going to our money.
              They can't provide extra bus to complete journey and place in very difficult conditions.

              My self amarat i am traveling many times in gsrtc Bus from Dhanera to Deesa but conductor have no coins and not giving us 4 rupees out of 30
              Please online services Like Upi Paytm Phone pe And G pay option in But for pay Bill of Journey.
              I already booked ticket Ahmedabad to Anand. And Trip has been cancelled but did not get any message of cancellation. This is really worst service by GSRTC. I NEED REFUND MY MONEY ANY HOW.

                I have booked 2 tickets for journey from ankleshwar gidc to vadodara makarpura.in volvo on 27/7/2019. But because of some reason we missed our bus.. We did not travel in that bud.. So i want to cancel that tickets and also wanted refund.. My bus pnr number is g28722084.. I am ready to accept the refund after deduction of some charges on my tickets.                   Respected sir,

                  I am daily using gsrtc bus the issues are 1) bus speed is too slow. 2) maintenance of some buses is very poor, so there is big risk for passenger life 3) bus is running according to bus driver and conductor rules not as gsrtc rules for example, when i was traveling by bu, 2019s, with number gj 18y 7005, bus has taken too long time to reach ahmedabad on 26th july 2019 in evening. 4) buses are irregular in time.

                    Today i am waiting from kanodar station to patan still 1 hour one bus ambaji to harij driver batch number 40658 not stopped bus even after i put on my hand time: 14:53 please do needful for that type of driver...
                    Note: direct bus are rearly and my son 3 year old and my uncle age 50 going to patan so direct bus is very important

                      Respected sir/madam,

                      I am a student live in gondal (360311) dist. Rajkot. Government provides concession pass for travelling in gsrtc to students for pursuit of education. I really appreciate that our government is supporting people to get education.

                      But now a days government replaced many buses with new mini buses in which bus driver and conductor not allow us to get in. They refused us by saying your student pass is not allowed in this bus. As a result we can not reach our educational institute. 1 or 2 mini bus drivers are allowed us to take rajkot but only in the morning not at the time of return. Government give us concession then why they are refusing. We complaint about this several time in depo office but still the issue is unsolved.

                      Government is providing us concession pass but what is the use of it when these lots of mini buses don't allow us to get in. Most of the bus is replaced by this new mini bus. How we suppose to reach our institute.?

                      We are students between gondal - rajkot requesting you to take necessary steps regarding the same.

                        I had a booking confirmation through gsrtc website from statue o[censored]nity (Navagam) to baroda central dep. Time 18:20.
                        Pnr number: g28712481
                        Ob reference no.: gs8777623
                        I have been waiting at the pickup point from 5:00pm till 07:15pm.
                        I am not able to track the bus or did not get any response from gsrtc customer service.
                        I had to board ac volvo bus at 7:15pm with a new ticket.
                        The conductor had suggested to cancel the earlier booking vide gsrtc portal, i had tried to cancel but it portal shows cancellation time is over (Screenshot attached).
                        With reference to the issue, i request the authority to cancel my booking and refund the amount.

                          I have been travelling from himmatnagar to idar both driver and conductor don't stop bus than i shiut stop so they stop and misbehaving with me. Whole bus was mostly empty but they not stop for me at stand. Bus name bhuj khedbharhma khedbharhma depi's bus and batch number of conductor is 941 and driver is 81. So please take necessary action against them teach staff that how to deal with customers and made priority first

                              I used to park my two wheeler at geetamandir bus port of ahmadabad city. There it is privatized to better management. The system is good but the concern and the problem is that this people are not providing any receipt of the parking fees.
                              Whenever i asked them about fees receipt they denied. Same was mailed to authorities but no reply from them as well.

                                The bus of gujarat state transport routed from ahmedabad to disa is not stopped at sabarmati bus stand even though i have told him to stop at 7:30am because of that i was late for my work... This is not a once or twice but it happens frequently... The driver always do the same most of time...

                                  Driver has drunked...he also harassment a girl..mene bahut baar complain ki he iske bare me..ye bus me ladkiyo ko chhedta he marta he...raste me utar deta he..usne meri wife ko mara uski chhedti ki or usko har roj paresan krta he..dhamki deta he...please try to understand bcz i have only one option to travelling in ur bus..nd your driver like heaven than how can we trust our goverment..no safety in our s.t.bus...and also bus is long route so how we manage...your bus driver are clicking photos nd blackmail girls and wo photo dikhake girl ko darata he baad me uske sath jabrjasti video banata he or pic bhi khichvata he or net pe upload bhi krta he...i have proof for this guy..please help me as soon as possible..i[censored] have any question than i upload photo copy of police case file...i also submitted case in mahila police station ans also case transfer to social services trust...try to undestand our prblm nd as soon as immediately process...

                                    Today i was travelling from atkot to rajkot in a bus dhari-rajkot gj18-z5213, while on the half journey to rajkot i asked a men who was seated in seat 10 which is reserve for ladies, on seat 9 a lady was already seated, i asked him to vacant that seat but he argued and denied to do it, on the same the driver and a lady conductor also didn't supported me. (Being a lady though)
                                    This happens only because we women dont oppose for our rights!
                                    Please take some action and create awareness about seats reserved for ladies.
                                    Humble request from women who should be seated in order to be ignored!

                                      These is the second time, i was travelling with my grandmother of 84 years old from baroda to ahmedabad volvo on 21/07/2019 at 6:15, their was zero information regarding its cancellation or delay, i waited till 7:00 i didnt get any response one volvo came n driver shouted for surat, he also dont provide information, horrible experience with such a aged lady i have to travel at 8;00 n reach at 12;00 my rupees was also gone, for what i m paying or what about customer safety.

So i lost my job opportunity in firm like railway. If they reply properly i could manage my lost time. So today i lost opportunities and great loss. So i requests you take step and refunded my loss
