Today i got bad experience from gsrtc. I am insulted in bus by driver. At nagalpur bus pickup stand me and my some friends take mini bus gj-18-z-4063 with board of mehsana to ranip. I have bus pass of nagalpur to mandali and my friends has pass of nagalpur to bhasariya. We showing our pass to bus driver. He accept all pass of bhasariya. But when he saw my pass he stop the bus and ordered me to get out from the bus...

I was booking tickets online from adipur to morbi new on[protected] for[protected] in morning volvo ac bus bhuj - rajkot. Amount of rs. 504/- for two tickets debited from my bank of india account but no ticket, message or email received by me. On calling to helpline number no response was given to me in this regard.
I have again booked online ticket in same bus same date and time for my old age mother father.
Please do refund...

I am very glad to writing to you that gsrtc doing wonderful work. But still some imporvement is required.
Currently i am traveling in surat to radhanpur bus at 23:00 clock and in this bus there is problem with seating arrangement and many people are facing with this problem due to old seating format. I have also booked window seat number 30 but it is at another place. Like me many people specially ladies...

Hi, at 14th july 2019, we made transaction on gsrtc website for ticket booking from surat to Ahmedabad.
We made payment for ticket for the bus which is from surat to radhanpur via Ahmedabad.The bus time was 7.15 p.m.
We try ti book for the seat 11 and 12.
But the amount 400 was deducted from our account and ticket couldn't booked.
Then we made another transaction for the same seat number and this time it was successful.Another...

This complaint is regarding escalation of id 2381406, as there is no response (Refund) since 1st july.

This request is to refund the amount as bus was cancelled due to some technical issue.
My journey from junagadh to ahmedabad was planned on sunday, 30th june 2019 at 18:05 hrs.

Hi i am rameshbhai chaudhari. I am travel everyday in valinath to ahemdabad bus. My starting point of journey is tavadiya and end point is sabarmati. Daily bus was arrive to sabarmati at around 7:10 but today bus was arrive to sabar mati at 7:40.. So i request to you change the bus. Bus number is 9541. Bus was is old so bus can't run very well so all passengers pass holder are hard to reach at job place. And student are hard to reach college...

I ashka vyas, traveled in gsrtc ac bus on 10/07/2019 from ahmedabad to palanpur at 18:00 hours. The bus supposed to reach palanpur at 21:30 instead of that it reached at 22:30. Thus it reached palanpur 1 hour late. The reasons for delay are:
1. Bus started from geetamandir central bus stand at 18:20 instead of 18:00
2. It takes lot of time for conductors to give tickets and conductors are not traveling so bus has to wait for...

I have travelled from vapi to baroda in bus no. GJ 07 YZ 7159 on 10/07/2019 which is Volvo Sleeper bus from Mumbai Mulund to Bhuj.
First of all, the bus time from vapi bus stand is 19:50 and bus came to stand at 21:00, which is late by more than an hour.

There is very insecure, uncleaned & poor seatting service in surat-bhuj gsrtc sleeper coach buses. Even it's long root, then also no seriousness about repairing & maintaining cleanliness of seats & vails in bus. So it's difficult to travel such a long root & they don't even stop the bus in good hotels where good foods are available....

More than people always go to sanand from ahmedabad due to service in sanand morning at 8:30. Sanand depo bus was more than late arrival and when come bus conductor every day told no gas in bus so bus consumption more time due to filling gas so no body like to travel in this bus because daily gas problem in this bus (Jetapur bus). Today jetapur and nalsarower both buses not come at time and all passenger were late....

We are 5 passenger come from mehsana and going to vatva.
Before few week ago vatva bus time schedule change and before we rich at pathika bus stand round about 7.30 to7.35 am. Vatva bus was gone.
According to my information jasoda chokadi bus also going on round about 7.15 to 7.25 am and after that vatva bus was back to back come and going early.
Because of that we miss the bus and be late...

Today i was travel in vadodara veraval bus. Conductor and driver of this bus was too much misbehaving and rudely. When i was asking the name and details about them for complaining they didn't give and also said that they are don't care about any complain.

When i said my ticket was at kesod and i want to drop near vanthali bus stop they also give ans rudely and didn't stop bus till the kesod. And give me stupid...

I booked ticket of tharad but they booked thara instead of tharad. And they send the messages also tharad. This is big mistake by gsrtc. We are very irritated. I am complaining in tickets windows at bus stand but they say this is online mistake so we can't help you. I am also buy insurance so give me refund. And solve this problem and take steps. Give me a justice....

The below conductor whose image is attached misbehaved with me while in was travelling today i.e. 05/07/2019 nearby 6 to 6:15 in blue board sleeper coach bus from anjar to gandhidham. Muje pura raste khali seat thi fir b baithne nai diya bola reservation hai. Mene kaha reservation wala aye tb me khada ho jauga fir be nai mana.
