I have been travelling from himmatnagar to idar both driver and conductor don't stop bus than i shiut stop so they stop and misbehaving with me. Whole bus was mostly empty but they not stop for me at stand. Bus name bhuj khedbharhma khedbharhma depi's bus and batch number of conductor is 941 and driver is 81. So please take necessary action against them teach staff that how to deal with customers and made priority first

I have booked gsrtc volvo bus from ahemdabad to udaipur scheduled to board from ahemdabad central bus station on 24.07.2019 at 9.30 pm i booked the ticket from mobile app of gsrtc, i have made payment but ticket is not confirmed and it is showing failed transaction kindly help.

I used to park my two wheeler at geetamandir bus port of ahmadabad city. There it is privatized to better management. The system is good but the concern and the problem is that this people are not providing any receipt of the parking fees.
Whenever i asked them about fees receipt they denied. Same was mailed to authorities but no reply from them as well.

The bus of gujarat state transport routed from ahmedabad to disa is not stopped at sabarmati bus stand even though i have told him to stop at 7:30am because of that i was late for my work... This is not a once or twice but it happens frequently... The driver always do the same most of time...

So, i request you to kindly take action against them..

Today i was travelling from atkot to rajkot in a bus dhari-rajkot gj18-z5213, while on the half journey to rajkot i asked a men who was seated in seat 10 which is reserve for ladies, on seat 9 a lady was already seated, i asked him to vacant that seat but he argued and denied to do it, on the same the driver and a lady conductor also didn't supported me. (Being a lady though)
This happens only because we women dont oppose for our rights!
Please take some action and create awareness about seats reserved for ladies.
Humble request from women who should be seated in order to be ignored!

These is the second time, i was travelling with my grandmother of 84 years old from baroda to ahmedabad volvo on 21/07/2019 at 6:15, their was zero information regarding its cancellation or delay, i waited till 7:00 i didnt get any response one volvo came n driver shouted for surat, he also dont provide information, horrible experience with such a aged lady i have to travel at 8;00 n reach at 12;00 my rupees was also gone, for what i m paying or what about customer safety.

Sir, today i myself shaishani pandya booked ticket from makarura depo baroda to bardoli at 10a. M. My pan no is g28542485 trip cod 0530kslgdukiexp tn8c52768548.in inquiry counter they reply about bus is coming just now. But till 11-45 a. M. Bus is not came. So i lost my job opportunity in firm like railway. If they reply properly i could manage my lost time. So today i lost opportunities and great loss. So i requests you take step and refunded my loss

Dear sir, last 7 saal se hmari city me gsrtc ki ek bhi bus nhi aa rhi he. Jiski vajah se bhot problem ho rhi he kyi bar sikayat darj krayi lekin koi action nhi ho rha. Aap to vaakif honge ki bimar, budhe, apang log kese 1km dur jakar bus pkdte honge. Ye meri aakhri kosis he ki apko request kr rha hu please aap ise smje or jald se jald kawant bus stop pr bus start kre

There is bus today on[protected] from ahmedabad to ambaji allready late to reach ambaji. Even i have booked the return ticket of 1:00 pm. Second thing driver and conductor does not know the road then why your team had choose them for unknown rout. What time we will reach and what time we will back from there it’s a big issue. As there is no scope to catch return bus of gsrtc. Today is the mistake of gsrtc and even if we are not able to catch return bus then who will bare our return expenses

I have booked on line bus ticket from surat to visnagar for dated 20/07/19 but when i received eticket there was not proper mantion the bus is coming from bhatar going to siddhapur there was mention bus timing & shortfom of first & last stop so i can not understand which bus i have to picup
So we are waiting for bus at central bus station surat till 10.35 pm there after condctor contact me on my gsm & we pickup the bus so please mention in eticket proper detail the bus is coming from & going to last destination stop i think this is a most useful details for all passenger so please do needful for this topics and add proper detail in all bus eticket bookings.

Gj 18 y 9909 i was waiting at the paldi ahmedabad bus stand since 25 minutes for the bus ahmedabad to vijapur via mansa local. The bus arrived at 5:09 pm at paldi stand i was literally waving for the bus to stop but the driver even after watching me didnt stop the bus and left away. He was driving at the bus stand lane but even after watching me waving towards them he changed the lane to the 1st lane and ran away.

Even depot person was advising us to come 7-8 mins before bus time. It is none of his business and he has no rights to talk to public like this.

Hello sir,
I book the ticket on 19 July from palanpur to vadodara, Bus is reach on time in palanpur at 11:30 pm but Bus is come to at 00:45 am in palanpur bus depo. I am contact to help center and to give me the conducter mobile number. But the conducter mobile number is not available.
When the bus is come to palanpur i talk to him bat the driver is not give the answer.
I request to you take action on driver and conducter.

Today i got bad experience from gsrtc. I am insulted in bus by driver. At nagalpur bus pickup stand me and my some friends take mini bus gj-18-z-4063 with board of mehsana to ranip. I have bus pass of nagalpur to mandali and my friends has pass of nagalpur to bhasariya. We showing our pass to bus driver. He accept all pass of bhasariya. But when he saw my pass he stop the bus and ordered me to get out from the bus and he insulted me. I have bus pass even then i pay money for my travel because i traved with local vehical. After this i lose my self esteem.
Driver throw down me from the bus. If this is his right then i dont want anything. But if this is wrong then i want justice. I am student of ba and after this don't want to travel through bus. I want answer of this question; if bus stops at bhasariya then why not stop at mandali even though i have bus pass?? And why he throw down me from the bus??

આજે ઉના રાજકોટ રૂટ ની બસ no. 3825 જેતપુર બસ ડેપો માંથી બહાર નીકળવાની હતી એ સમય અમારા દ્વારા બસ રોકવા ડ્રાઇવર બેજ નંબર 4869 ને હાથ ઊંચો કરી અવાજ કરી રોકવા પ્રયાસ કરેલ પરંતું તેમના દ્વારા બસ ઊભી રાખેલ નહોતી. અમોએ કંડક્ટર બેજ નંબર 9381 ને પણ બસ રોકવા માટે વિનંતિ કરેલી તેમણે પણ બસ ઊભી રાખેલ નહોતી અને અમોને આગળ ઉભી રાખું છું સાઇડ માં એમ કહી અમોને રોડ પર દોડાવે રાખ્યાં બાદ પણ બસ ઊભી રાખી નહીં અમારો સમય બરબાદ કરી ત્રાસ આપેલ છે

I was booking tickets online from adipur to morbi new on[protected] for[protected] in morning volvo ac bus bhuj - rajkot. Amount of rs. 504/- for two tickets debited from my bank of india account but no ticket, message or email received by me. On calling to helpline number no response was given to me in this regard.
I have again booked online ticket in same bus same date and time for my old age mother father.

Hello gsrtc team,
I am very glad to writing to you that gsrtc doing wonderful work. But still some imporvement is required.
Currently i am traveling in surat to radhanpur bus at 23:00 clock and in this bus there is problem with seating arrangement and many people are facing with this problem due to old seating format. I have also booked window seat number 30 but it is at another place. Like me many people specially ladies and family are also facing this problem so kindly solve this as soon as possible.
