i sat from sarkhej in the gsrtc bus no. at . There was lady conductor in the bus. I asked her to give me ticket to surendranagar and she handed me the ticket from Gita mandir to Surendranagar. I asked her very politely why you gave me ticket from gita mandir I sat from Sarkhej bus stand. So she started arguing me and said this the way gsrtc is working and you have to accept it. we will make the ticket from our wish. when i warned her that i will complaint about it. she said do whatever you wish to do.

I had some complaints regarding non refund for ticket cancellation, and during Bharat Bandh Bus didnt came and money was also not returned. I had mailed many times and Gsrtc didnt take something in favor of passengers.
Complaints of many passengers are unheard by you and thus these conductors and drivers are misbehaving with passengers and doing work as per their wish.

It is a request that you should take some actions against such workers. It is not the matter of money it is the matter of the service you are providing to the citizens of Ahmedabad.
Please look into the action and do necessary steps.

    Living in surat
    There is very insecure, uncleaned & poor seatting service in surat-bhuj gsrtc sleeper coach buses. Even it's long root, then also no seriousness about repairing & maintaining cleanliness of seats & vails in bus. So it's difficult to travel such a long root & they don't even stop the bus in good hotels where good foods are available.

      More than people always go to sanand from ahmedabad due to service in sanand morning at 8:30. Sanand depo bus was more than late arrival and when come bus conductor every day told no gas in bus so bus consumption more time due to filling gas so no body like to travel in this bus because daily gas problem in this bus (Jetapur bus). Today jetapur and nalsarower both buses not come at time and all passenger were late. Next 3rd bus is viramgam bus and all passenger start journey (90 passenger) in this bus so bus is over load and no space in bus due to no available bus for sanand (More than passanger was pass holders) all passenger were very tired. Ahmedabad depo control unit was not answered about this and not registered a complaint st staff was told we have no complain book you go to sanand and give complain i was already submitted a complaint two days before due to misbehave with me (Nalsarower bus conductor). So please take action against responsible person for this situation. Please watch this video. (I thank to viramgam bus conductor he always support to customers bus no is gj18y9511). Please continue all bus at right time and remove gas bus and replace same mini bus (Jetapur bus).

        Kind attention sir,
        We are 5 passenger come from mehsana and going to vatva.
        Before few week ago vatva bus time schedule change and before we rich at pathika bus stand round about 7.30 to7.35 am. Vatva bus was gone.
        According to my information jasoda chokadi bus also going on round about 7.15 to 7.25 am and after that vatva bus was back to back come and going early.
        Because of that we miss the bus and be late on duty.
        So i request you to change the time of vatva bus that they must not going from pathika bus stand before 7.35 am.

        I hope your management understand our situation and as fast as possible they solve it.
        Once again i reminded that we are 5 passenger from mehsana. And it's not possible to reach at pathika bus stand on or before 7.30 to 7.35 am.

        So please we request you to change the time of vatva bus

          Hello
          Today i was travel in vadodara veraval bus. Conductor and driver of this bus was too much misbehaving and rudely. When i was asking the name and details about them for complaining they didn't give and also said that they are don't care about any complain.

          When i said my ticket was at kesod and i want to drop near vanthali bus stop they also give ans rudely and didn't stop bus till the kesod. And give me stupid reason like they spend more diesel for taking a stop of bus. And also donig a same behavior with old lady who wants to drop at the madhuram junagadh bus stop. Also conductor is not in his uniform.

          I really not feeling safe and better ride in this government service bus.

          I don't feel like to recommend to travel in this bus to any one only because of the conductor and driver.
          And i don't so think conductor and driver follow the rules "hath ucho kro and bus ma beso".

          I also complain at the kesod depot abut the same matter, they advised me for complaining here so i write this.

          Hopefully you solve this matter immediately and make the ride better and safe for ladies.

          There is a worst quality of food in libmdi bus station they are taking higher amount of product and the quality was too dump so please do something about this because i eat dabeli and now i have food poison so please be a human and please do something 🙏🙏

            I booked ticket of tharad but they booked thara instead of tharad. And they send the messages also tharad. This is big mistake by gsrtc. We are very irritated. I am complaining in tickets windows at bus stand but they say this is online mistake so we can't help you. I am also buy insurance so give me refund. And solve this problem and take steps. Give me a justice.

              The below conductor whose image is attached misbehaved with me while in was travelling today i.e. 05/07/2019 nearby 6 to 6:15 in blue board sleeper coach bus from anjar to gandhidham. Muje pura raste khali seat thi fir b baithne nai diya bola reservation hai. Mene kaha reservation wala aye tb me khada ho jauga fir be nai mana. Then mene kaha upr sleeping wali me beth jata hu to wo bola "Is sofe ka bhada teri aukat k bahar h" to nai bethne ka. Man to kiya sale k muh pe rent marke bethu but ye tarika nai hota kisi b vyaktii se bat karne ka. Fir ticket k change ko lekar b sunaya ki "tumare jeso ki wajah se hum short route wale Bhikhariyo ko nai lete". Tab mene sunaya kaka change hai to bol bol kiye bina de do.

              Me ek bimar operation wala banda hu bus me travel b nai karta hu aj kuch majburi thi to zabardasti karna pada. Bar bar request karne k bawazud wo insulting way me bat krta raha. Ese logo k wajah se sarkari karmachari badnam hai.

              I request to take strict action against this man and reply to my complaint should be given within 15 days orelse further steps will be taken under RTI.

                  Me my wife and my 8 month old child were waiting for amreli junagadh bus for last half and hour and when at 11:20 am bus came for amreli junagadh bus didn’t stop at nana bus stand even after shouting and even conductor were aware that we are calling.. I guess there are serious misconduct because one private bus was there for the same rout and this was the reason why st bus didn’t stop there. I strongly recommend strong action against bus driver and conductor.

                    Bus not stop at the bus station i am a student and daily traveling in gsrtc bus bus bus driver not stop bus at.. Hansthal station gadhka to jamnagar and okha to upleta not stop bus so i am so late to attend my class and i face many problems. And all bus come too late they have no any fix time many students face this problem my villege is hanstal and i go jamnagar for study

                        To come from our village every day, we have to come back to st bus to sonangad but since the date of 11/06/2016, our bus service has ceased, so far from malangdev, so many villages and students of 10 villages have to travel very large and large. The problem arises, because of which you see this as a reason for shri taking this step properly and you request your request to start the bus service right from time to time.

                          Dear sir. I am students. Me and 25th other students daily updown to gandhinagar to modasa. Morning bus time is very well and satisfy.. Evening not receiving direct gandhinagar bus. All buses are going to ahmedabad. Those buses are hold at daily breakfast at ujediya, vajapur and salatpur.20miniuts are west at hold time. All buses are arriving at 08.00 pm. Dehgam depo. This not single bus received at going to gandhinagar. Because gandhinagar to nadiyad, anand bus arriving at dehgam depo. 07.45 p. M. So daily evening buses are west 20th minitus in breakfast. So please sir you are taking necessarily action by this issues.

                                Myself krutika mahala, this incident is at navsari depo. Today morning i have used washroom and pay 2 rs. Which i have change with me but contract person told me "ye sab tera bap aake clean karega benchod", 'bhar mutneka idhar nae aaneka', he told me a leady to go washroom outside of depo in open. Really? It's very very abbusive and rud things please look into.

                                  I am Ashish Patel I Book online bus for Ahmedabad to Amreli in AC SLEEPER on Date.23/06/2019 bus name GANDHINAGAR to DIU PNR NO-G28140715 and Second Bus booking Today 27/08/2019
                                  Amreli to Ahmedabad Bus name Diu to Gandhinagar AC SLEEPER PNR No- G28206286
                                  But This two bus Charging point show but charging Point not work any Condition.
                                  So GSRTC Very Bed service. And this is not fare.

                                  This refund was fast and this bus not online saw in booking
                                  I travel Ahmedabad-Baroda majorly on Daily basis by Volvo. Earlier Debit cards were accepted at NehruNagar Ticket Counter. But now this facility is not available anymore. It has been more than a year after discontinuing Digital Payment facility. Considering and promoting Digital payment by government, they should start accepting cards for ticket.

                                    As i have booked three ticket from jetpur to nadiad in sleeper bus on 17th may
                                    But bus was not arrived for journey from its origin point so i cancel my tickets from paytm but still i not get my refund
                                    Even when i talk with paytm they said gsrtc has decline to refund for this cancellation of bus
                                    Even i raised ticket on support center of gsrtc and he said in 21 days your refund will be given to you but still i dont get it

                                      Have booked a ticket from surat to gandhinagaron 25/06/19 and pnr no was g28180011 at departure time was 10:13 pm. I reached the station on time but the bus not arrived. I asked the people of depo and told me there are bus is coming soon
                                      But i had booked tickets and my money was already deducted.
                                      I was wanting a refund they told plss cancel the ticket but already bus time had passed it

I come know about this from one of my friend who was about to travel in the same bus. Please let me know the process of getting refund as soon as possible.
