Address: Bus depo bardoli bus stand , surar, Surat, Gujarat, 394601

In bardoli bus depo, they have servel problem about bus pass, before 2 week our server has not working, all students have strugge about it, and also absence in our collages and schools, they are about 300 to 400 studerts are have not passes and that is why they can not come ni schools and colleges so plz resolved this problem. I hope we will solve this problem... Thank you

    સવિનય જણાવવાનું કે સોમનાથ ડિવિઝન નિ જેતપુર ડેપો ની બસ નંબર-GJ18Z4394 બસ કંડક્ટર જે રાજકોટ ડિવિઝન ખાતે બદલી ઓર્ડર માટે સ્ટાફ મિત્રો જોડે અસભ્ય વર્તન દ્વારા મહિલા સ્ટાફ જોડે બસ સ્ટોપ પર ઉતારવાની નાં પડતાં અસભ્ય વાણી નો ઉપયોગ કરતા રાત્રિ નાં સમયે મહિલા સ્ટાફ ને બસ સ્ટોપ પાર એકાંત માં ઉતારવાનું કહેતાં બસ માં બેસવાની નાં પાડી દીધી હતી.જેની જાણ સારુ છું તારીખ ૨૫/૦૬/૨૦૧૯ નાં રોજ ઉપ ડાઉન જૂનાગઢ થિ કૃશનનગર બસ નાં કકડકટર ને વર્તન સુધારવા વિનતી કરશો.

    Conductor un behavior in ladies staff in rajkot.

    Dabhoi deesa bus no gj 18 z 3804 have orignal time is 3:00 pm but its not coming on time still i am on platform its inform tgay its coming 4:00 pm means 1hours improve services take immediately action on it

    Dear Sir,
    It's observed that in every bus station they charge for washroom(for ladies) but no where charge display.
    Please take necessary action it's chargeable or free if chargeable then please display Bord.

    Ticket fare is 55 from bechraji to ahmedabad but I had two luggage bag. I initially paid 100rs for ticket but conductor didn't return change. If I asked he told remaining money is for your luggage.
    Inspite of asking tickets for those luggage he didn't give
    This is the way u treat people came from other states

    Finally I received remaining amount after lot of arguments.

    I was traveling in a bus from Rajkot to Gondal. Only Driver was there in mini bus without conductor.
    But very sorry to say his behaviour with one senior citizen lady was worst n inhuman.
    Administration must educate this driver for good behaviour with customers.

      I have booked a ticket from ahemedabad to surendranagar on 19/06/19 and pnr no was g28063214 at departure time was 11:48 pm. I reached the station on time but the bus not arrived. I asked the people of depo and told me there are no bus available and will not come.
      But i had booked tickets and my money was already deducted.
      I was wanting a refund they told plss cancel the ticket but already bus time had passed it was 11:50

      જામજોધપુર - પોરબંદર બસ સવારે ખીરાસરા થી ઉપદે એ બસ સવારે સખપુર ગામે મોડી આવતી હોવાથી અમને વિદ્વદ્યાર્થીઓ ને ભારે હાલાકી પડી રહી છે તરસાઈ થી અમારે બીજી વાયા બીલેશ્વર બસ પડકવાની હોય છે એ બસ નીકળી જાય છે

        I booked a bus of gandhinagar baroda of date 24/06/2019. I have tried to make payment twice with dena bank debit card but payment not successfull was displayed. So i made payment with axis bank debit card then payment was successfully done. My problem is my payment with dena bank atm card is not done but money cut from that account twice because i retried. Total extra 236 rs taken by this site.

          The scheduled departure time of daily from deesabus depo to morthal is 2;00 pm, but today the driver on leave. (This reason not given by controller, they only give asque) that's cause depo controller cancle this bus trip. Today's passenger for morthal is min 15 students girl, 8 person we, and villager 9. We request to controller for adjustment some other person but he denied. Before this on being asked, the controller said departure time has changed to 2:30 pm. And depo manager tried to avoid the question on telephonic talk on number[protected]. (I have recording). On this number another person received call and give reply as a manager not present right now call back latter.
          This is not one time problem, mostly this bus irregular.
          Check their gps system with their time and route and take action.
          Strict action required against the depo manager, driver & conductor.

            We have booked ticket from red bus to travel from baroda to ahmedabad for 22/06/2019. We have conform tickets and seat number but still we don't abel travel by that bus because the conductor of that bus said we are not listed in their list and he do not allowed us to travel after that we complaint this to the depo office a d the person seating over their rudly said that we do not attempt for that bus and go over their to complaint.
            As a lady with two kids i have fase a lots of trouble a miss behave from gsrtc staff
            I attach a screen shot of my tickets and massage of gsrtc for conforming my tickets with this

            I demand a refund for this mischief from your side

              રાજકોટ જિલ્લાનાં ગોંડલ તાલુકામાં આવેલ ગામડા ની બસ ચાલતા બંધ રાખી દેવામાં આવે છે.. અમારા મોટા સખ્પુર ગામે સવાર બપોર સાંજ 3 વખત બસ આવે છે. ગામમાં થી વિદ્યાર્થી નોકરિયાત અને ધંધાર્થી દરોજ અપ ડાઉન કરે છે. સાંજે ખાલી એક જ બસ ૬.૩૦ વાગ્યે ગોંડલ થી મોવિયા થી શ્રી.ગઢ. કમધિયા થી મોટા સખપર નાના સખ્પર વિંજીવડ અને સનાળી (૬-૭ ગામડા) થી જાય છે. તેને ચાલતા મન પડ્યે બંધ કરો દેવામાં આવે છે.બધા હેરાન થાય છે.બીજી બસ ની સેવા ન હોવાથી બધા હેરાન થાય છે.તો આ બસ તો એક જ હોઈ જે ચાલુ રાખવા આપ શ્રી સાહેબને નમ્ર વિનંતી.જેથી ગામના લોકો રાત્રે મુશ્કેલી ના અનુભવે.

                  I wanted to go Mehsana from himatnagar.
                  I had to take this express bus and i am not complaining about that. I have problem with the time they take to reach. I took the expressway bus and paid almost double amount for ticket. And what i get is even less speed than a local bus. And also the bus driver is driving carelessly ignoring that someone might have some emergency. The express bus are not any different than local. Why are you taking double for that. I go regularly in the himatnagar-mehsana local bus on 5pm. Which do not go inside of the vijapur bus station so that no one get late. And this bus called 'mata no madh-zalod' which ilis an express bus and still going in the local bus station. How irresponsible of this gsrtc corporations.

                    The scheduled departure time of daily Intercity Bus from Vadodara Bus Depot is 6:45AM, but today the driver & conductor delayed the departure as they were late. On being asked, the driver said departure time has changed to 6:10AM. And conductor tried to avoid the question. This delay of 20minutes will cost one day's salary to working people like me who do up-down in this bus. Strict action required against the driver & conductor.

                          My bus number 3895 -surat to Ahmedabad gsrtc Volvo. which is supposed to come at 3.20pm at ankleshwar. But it was came on 3.55pm and after that bus driver has stop the bus at ankleshwar station for 1 hour just because of waiting of another passenger. For 1 passenger he has waited 1 hour. We are 25 passengers inside. That means he has wasted our 25 hours. Who will take the responsibility of this?. And this bus driver has not any scenes to talk with the passenger. Because of his fault we have waited our time and when we argued, he spoke very badly and abusively with us. He has not any sense to talk with girls.

                          If you are not capable to take action on this then let me know i will forward this complaint to your head.

                            Today I cam from my long flight to pick up the bus towards ahmedabad and I came to know there is nobody at nadiad bus station around 4:30 to even let the people know that there is no bus.
                            I am amazed with modi’s make in india’s step.

                            We book a ticket for navsari to pune 11:55 pm which suppose to reache pune at 7 am. So we booked further jeourney accordingly. But now bus dealyed by 1.5 hours. So who will be responsible for this? And who will be reaponsible for connecting train that i will missed.

                              I am traveling from ahemdabad to vadodara in metrolink gsrtc bus. When I am purchase ticket from conductor (Manish Patel). I want two ticket of 120₹ but i have 500₹. So they I asking change but I had no change so I says no. And they give me change of
                              380₹ but they give 10₹ note was completely worst so i tell to change; instead of change(they have already good note available with him) they are tell me if you want ticket take these note otherwise gateout from bus and tell me bad word after i was also complaint tollfree number but they talk me to register online gsrtc website but I was trying for last half our but website link was not open then I need to complain in consumer complaint. So please take necessary action against this conductor and tell him they are on duty not working free. So working freandly or in system not rudely.

                                I am wait for bus in junagadh bus stand 9:40pm And now it's 01:11am but here bus not come now also. I ask in enquiry department he told me bus gone directly bypass. And second bus gave me a time from enquiry department 12:30am but now also bus not come. What I do now. Can I complain in narendra modi website?

Installed at very high.I complained to depo manager; Ats valsad but did not get any positive response.I request you to need ful .Due to this public become very in difficult position

                                  I and my sister is traveling in the bus named veraval to vadodara, we are in this bus from rajkot nd app shows that bus would take 5:25 hrs to reach baroda. We sat from rajkot at 2:45 pm and its 8:51 still we r in navsari only we have another bus at 10:00 pm what we r supposed to do now. They should give proper information that how much time they'll take to reach the destination.
                                  And even people sitting on the rajkot inquiry bus station were not giving proper answer, they should be aware of timing if not they should provide true information not wrong!!!
                                  Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Recently I have visited Limdi bus depo and I have seen dirtiest platform condition ever of new bus station. And also plastic water bag's are available in the depo which is harmful for people health.
                                  I booked tickets in Upleta to Kavant Bus. Date:31/05/2019 journey Rajkot to Baroda. Depart time saw in tickets is 19:15 but bus reach on 20:30. So I am mentally torched. Driver and condecter not given proper reason for bus late. Please give me a proper reason for bus late. And not a proper reason give me a refund for mentally torched.

                                    Mundra Gsrtc depot, they have appointed such a person who is not aware of the stations, cannot use computer.
                                    Strict actions need to be taken against it please
                                    I asked for Nehrunagar ticket, he said no such station and keeps shouting.
                                    These people over here are not professionals, they behave like illiterate peoples, do GSRTC recruit such people, because they just spoil our image

                                    I recently booked ticket from baroda to Ahmedabad but I didn’t get the confirmation of ticket and my money is deducted from my card.
                                    I want the money refund back to my account as there is no booking done for my travel

                                      My self harshil upadhyay,

                                      I booked gsrtc volvo bus for the date of 14th June, 2019 for 6:00 AM. From ahmedabad to. Bhavnagar and time for arrival of bus arscon Station is 6:15.. And i reach there before arrival of bus. But before we enter into bus.. Bus driver departs before taking us into bus..
                                      And because of the same our one hour is wasted and i need to take another ticket to travel..

                                      I attaching copy of my ticket. And also attending my uber ticket to show that i m reach there before time...

                                      I wasted my money as well as time..
                                      I request you to repay my money ASAP.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,
                                        I had booked a ticket from dhule to silvassa but conductor reploes that bus will drop at vapi only & rest of journey we will have to travel by other GSRTC Bus but vapi to silvassa bus conductor does not accept the ticket nor she talks to head office call and was very very rude and she says that she is saying that she is doing charity what it means... she is an government servent
