I am chirag makasana and my journey date is 25/05/2019 from zadeshwar x bharuch to ahmadabad naherunagar ac sleeper bus. My pnr number is g27434315 and my trip code is 1230srtnhrnrv46. I cancelled my ticket but didn't get refund. When i cancelled my ticket it shows that your refund will be provided into your account within 7 days but i can't get my ticket money refund....

I have booked my ticket online via paytm at Rajkot to Ahmedabad. Bus time is 4:30 AM but bus is cancelled. This is not first time. This is second time and same bus. I have complete customer care executive via telephonic talk, email and website but he says no refund money this situation and called depo manager but depo manager not received any calls. Why? If This bus service always cancelled why online booking is continuing. Gsrtc is big fraud....

I would like to inform you that the onlin booking of ahmedabad to jafrabad via amreli, chital, babra, jasdan, paliyad, ranpur, dhandhuka, bagodra, amdavad is possible but the online booking of jafrabad to amdavad is not possible. And buses are not reache at depot on proper time. Beacause of this peaples are chose the the private sleeper loxury coaches. There are 5 or more private sleeper coach buses go to amdavad...

Today date(29.05.2019 i am travelling by Okha Rajula bus no..GJ 18 Z2089 is so late at mithapur on 7:05 a.m. and taking hault near kuranga village around 8:20 a.m.and i have reached my destination bhogat at 8:40 a.m.
I am working in a private company and daily need to travel in okha rajula because it will help me to reach around 8:00 to 8:10 a.m. but now a days taking too much time to reach my destination.

Kindly request to you, i am traveling from bayad to bhuj gsrtc and 11:15 bus stoppeg for food and refreshments at stanlpur hotel kamal but its not toilet proper facilities available also not light, also food is not edible. I hope as human beings personally checked and for public internet either change location or check foods.

I am doing this complaint about misbehaving of bus condoctor of rajkot ankolwadi afternoon shift with my sister today.when my sister ask him about to stop at bus stop he started misbehave.

This is to inform you that due to some circumstances the sleeper bus got cancelled and a gurjarnagri bus was alloted for the journey. So i was issued a ticket for the same. I was assured to get refund of the sleeper ticket, but still the amount has not been credited to my account. I dont know rules but i am traveling nadiad to ahmedabad with my daughter and i have one perrot which i protected from cat. Parrot enable to fly. Thats why i thought to carry to ahmedabad and give to animal rescue team. But in bus they charged ticket of parrot 53rs.

I have booked a volvo bus in gsrtc.in site from songadh plt to himatnagar from my hdfc bank debit card. But after success transaction with ref. No. Gsrtc23988, the ticket has not been booked or confirmed but from my account the payment has been cut.. Kindly suggest when will i receive my money to my account back. Now i have checked my gsrtc app for viewing ticket booked, its showing failed with ref no gs8322829...

This complaint is against the decent hotel where the volvo bus of gsrtc starts from surat at 6pm and reachs at baroda by 9pm daily.

The staff of hotel decent is absolutely indecent.

Requesting you ask your drivers to take stops at any other hotel.

There are lots of good hotel options.

I am regular traveler here atleast twice a week.

Expecting quick action is appreciated.br...
