Today date(29.05.2019 i am travelling by Okha Rajula bus no..GJ 18 Z2089 is so late at mithapur on 7:05 a.m. and taking hault near kuranga village around 8:20 a.m.and i have reached my destination bhogat at 8:40 a.m.
I am working in a private company and daily need to travel in okha rajula because it will help me to reach around 8:00 to 8:10 a.m. but now a days taking too much time to reach my destination.
so my humble request to authority to solve my problem because i am paying 81 rs. for journey and i am not satisfied.
also request you to told all driver that you cannot hault for tea and breakfast within 40 km because its long run bus.
Please note before few days ago i told driver regarding speed limit of bus.
as per conversation with driver(Divyesh Mehta) regarding speed limit he told me that speed limit is fixed 65 as it was fixed by depot manager (Naimisha gadhvi) as he told.
As per my knowledge gurjernagari bus speed is 80 but here driver saving diesel and we waste our time and money.

    Today i am traveling in gj18z-4838 *gsrtc m-ticket*rajkot madhapar x to bhuj name: chandresh dave tripcode: 0445rjtmdvgjr47 pnrno: g27555729 doj: 29/05/2019 deptime: 04:55hrs seatno: 31 class: express boardingpt: madhapar x rjt txn pass: 3gct6x1r and complaining that bus reached at my booking station at 5.20 am which was late by 25 minuts and driving at speed of even less than 49 when as to conductor regarding slow and late services he behaved an erogently.
    I am traveling the same timed bus from last so many years, when it has to be reached madhapar of bhuj at time of 10:15 am, bus just reached at adipur at 10:17 am.

      Dear sir,
      Kindly request to you, i am traveling from bayad to bhuj gsrtc and 11:15 bus stoppeg for food and refreshments at stanlpur hotel kamal but its not toilet proper facilities available also not light, also food is not edible. I hope as human beings personally checked and for public internet either change location or check foods.
      Kfi i was also talk with conduter but not respond.
      I hope as best indian my voice for people.
      I am awaiting my complaint action to be able to do with positive results.

        Iam traveliing from upleta to vadodara on[protected] with my wife. When bus stop at limbadi bus depo my wife go for urinal. There is more distance from bus to urinal. There is man seating near urinal not allowed her for use o[censored]rinal. He tell that charge o[censored]se o[censored]rinal is 2rs. He dont allowed her after request also. She came back and after that she go to urinal taking with me 2rs. Because there have no purse with her. After giving 2 rs. He allowed to use urinal. But urinal is very dirty. Distance o[censored]rinal from bus is very much so after she came i have no time to go urinal because there is time to run bus.

            Dear sir i booked online ticket from redbus nasik to surat on 26/5/2019 i am waiting for the bus at nasik bus stop after some time no bus coming then i called customer care people and they gave drivers number i talked to him and then only i know the situation actually bus halt at mumbai naka stop how can i know the stop by booking online they did not mention any where then i asked the driver why you are not call to me his reply was simply i doesn't have sufficient balance in my phone was it reasonable answer because off that i lost money and time extra mental tension for silly reasons bus name was gurjarnagari and drivers no:[protected] and pnr no g27471538 seat no 30 dep. Time 07:59 am so please take necessary action aginst the irresponsible people with silly reasons actually they don't know the value of money and time

              Hi there,

              I have booked the ticket on the date 27/5/19 with the seat number 25 which is shown at window side at paytm (Express) also i have paid the amount of 99ts but the problem is that when i show that the bus sent with the different seating alignments, i just wanted to say why this type of services? Then what is the meaning of booking a reservation then? Is this how you guys fool the customers like this? The conductor was so rude we can't even excuse him even though the window side is empty he didn't let us to seat there, we can't not enjoy the journey we seating alignments are different, the reason behind the booking at window side was ladie a girl you know that very well how important is that for her to seat inside. And remember i'm facing this issue since a 2-3 months as i'm a regular person to travel in this bus facing the issue the same with everytime!

              And another major issue is that but timing is noted at 5.20 am at palanpur, it's always reach here at 5.40 -5.45, 20-25 min late always... Like seriously? Do you guys have a value of timings? If bus can't reach on time then why does you guys change the pickup time from deesha instead at 4.45? I heard.. Drivers conductors always do a late pickup.. They were having gossips at the time of pickup from deesha.

              Please please it's my request to gsrtc management! Don't this to us! I'm a regular traveller... It's best in all cases but for me at this point it's worst! Totally worst and unfair!!! Seats... Timings are major issue! Please solve it asap, as i'm heading this mail to consumer forum too!!

              Please do something asap, either match with seat exactly on booking platforms like paytm and others or change the alignments so we can seat properly with our wish, i hope this issue will be resolved asap! Hoping for the best replay!

                    I have booked a ticket from baroda to gandhinagar on 26/5/19.

                    I was at bus stop since 10.10am, since then 2 express buses came, neither of them had reservations. One bus came at 10.15am, The driver and conductor of the bus said the actual time of this bus is10am and your reservation bus will come soon but dont sit in this bus, it has no reservations... And it departed at 10.30am.The other bus came at 10.35 am, as soon as I asked the conductor about booking, he said this bus does not have reservations. The bus with reservations just left, i asked at the query window, complain window, they said call the conductor and driver, the supportive driver and conductor came with me to the window, but did not solved the issue, after standing there for 10minutes, he orally said to the driver and conductor to allow me in the bus as reservation passenger. But there is no record of this thing, I have lost my precious time and energy to this thing which doesn't bother gsrtc much..Somehow I managed to be in 11 am bus. I am a doctor, I had an emergency work, how will gsrtc compensate? I need a solid answer.

                      I dont know rules but i am traveling nadiad to ahmedabad with my daughter and i have one perrot which i protected from cat. Parrot enable to fly. Thats why i thought to carry to ahmedabad and give to animal rescue team. But in bus they charged ticket of parrot 53rs.
                      1. Does perrot take a seat. Why charged?
                      2. Its unacceptable for me. And i will go further.

No. Gsrtc23988, the ticket has not been booked or confirmed but from my account the payment has been cut.. Kindly suggest when will i receive my money to my account back.                           This complaint is against the decent hotel where the volvo bus of gsrtc starts from surat at 6pm and reachs at baroda by 9pm daily.

                          The staff of hotel decent is absolutely indecent.

                          Requesting you ask your drivers to take stops at any other hotel.

                          There are lots of good hotel options.

                          I am regular traveler here atleast twice a week.

                          Expecting quick action is appreciated.

                              Please give us celerity for drop point weather ch-0 is an official stop or not and i yes then we want some action against ticket conductor.

                                I have paid rs.1, 058/-on 16/02/2019 for two persons per transaction number s73954430 for journey from nehrunagar to gandhidham on 21/02/2019. On 21/02/2019 there was strike by gst employee. Please refund. I have paid rs.1072/-on 18/02/2019 for two persons from nehrunagar to gandhidham for 21/02/2019 per transaction number s77428268. On the journey day there was strike by gsrtc employee. Sorry to note gsrtc has not refunded even after three months.

                                  I am always sitting to the bus in front not of Hero show room while go to home time...

                                  He replied me that slogan is use till time ..

                                    My name is romil maheta. I was waiting for way to junagadh. One bus was coming but it was not stopped while i have raised my hand.

                                    Gsrtc compain for customer "raise your hand and bus will stop and sit."

                                    I thought that those campaign is not followed by bus karamsad to somnath bus at gurukul road rajkot at 1:45 p. M on wednesday.

                                    Request you to take necessry action.

                                      My complaint is that l booked E ticket from gsrtc web site on 19/05/2019 at 5 50 a. m. My journey was Chhotaudepur to Lunavada my journey time was 6. 30 a. m. When I reached Chhotaudepur depot at 6.10 a. m. and inquired about my bus. The depot incharge told me that the scheduled of bus was changed the rute from chhotaudepur Modasa was converted in to chhotaudepur shmdaji and time was 6.a. m.
                                      So I could not attend my travel.
                                      So please refund my ticket amount

                                        Hello im sushil pithal from baroda [protected]. My pnr is g27110940
                                        I was travelling on surat bhuj bus on 19/05/2019, 9.20pm from baroda to anjar
                                        In ahmedabad bus meet with accident at approximately 1 o'clock at night we all are safe but bus was detained by police man after all this bus will drop us to ahmedabad gutamandir terminal. We all inform all the issues with gsrtc office person he told us i will arrange next bus in 10 min. After 10 min every person on gsrtc staff leave that cabin really very bad service from gsrtc staff we all are standing at bus station for 3or4 hours no one arrange the bus or not giving us solution gsrtc staff mobile goes switch off no one ready to help us appreciate 45 person with small child and ladies facing issue at night no any one told us what will we do even gsrtc helpline number was also not ready for help us after that at 5 o'clock we go back to baroda.
