Today I was travelling from Mata na madh to nakhtrana. From. Nakhtrana bus was to depart at 1.30 pm instead it started at 1.40 pm
Driver is answering time is of 1.30 pm ### tym was 1.40 pm
Than refilling tank. All this to be done before.
Than again at Bhuj I arrived at 3 pm
I asked at enquiry counter when will bus for gandhidham, but all giving vague answers, in 5 - 10 min.
No one at enquiry counter at Bhuj was bothered to answer properly.
Please raise issue who is sitting at enquiry counter

During the journey from rajkot to keshod in Rajkot-somnath AC luxury bus at 7:00 AM at[protected], there is not proper cooling in passanger area because of GSRTC's conducter mistake.
My self Nehalkumar Shah. I am traveling from Gandhidham to Ahmedabad at 9 PM sleeper bus. I was booking my tickets online but as per sleeper tickets seats number not match with bus. I was booked 3 nos.of double sleeper sofa, but physically found 2 no's of double sleeper sofa and 2 no's of single sofa. This is not acceptable..

      Dear sir/madam

      Today (18may2019 - morning) my parents traveling from new morbi to dabhoi by bus morbi-kawat.
      I book 2 tickits online for that. Beging of jurny from morbi conductor misbehaviour with my father for why not come in bus stand instad to 2nd bus stand. (2 bus stop in morbi. Depo and housing.). Its not complsery to go in bus stand as we traveling always from 2nd stand housing. Also not mainsioned pikup point in e-tickits.

      After complite 80 km jurny that conductor asking for id proof to my father and mom becous of e-tickits. I undertand its rulse of e-tickits but before no one check as we traveling from 3-4 years in bus. Finaly my father and mom both haven't id proof and cunductor charge agin and re issue new tickits and we pay 2nd time full amount of 2 sets. I requste to please contact that conductior and teach him to how to speak with aged person. And mind his languge.

        Bus timing of gandhinagar sanjali is 2 pm which is specified in routien and also on red bus on date 18/5/2019 but the bus is still not here and it's 3pm the inquiry box is not answering properly and asking us to wait from last 1 hour.

        There is no proper time management not any one is not giving any propper answer not even nagrik suvidha kendra

        As it is summer and due to very much croud on gandhinagar depo and i'm proper condition of sitting, it is very hot here temperature is verv much in this month of may so we are really frustrated here and lost our hope of reaching home, me and my brother are suffering very much so please alteast take a not of this and do what u think is to b done so no one else can suffer like this.

        Please take necessary action on this topic.

          Bus name : deesa to surat, i am doing travelling right now in this bus what i see that bus is loaded by conductor and manage to seated in bus gallery this is uncomfortable to me that at least in the reservation bus this should not be done. Why we are per-reserving seat because of that we can get possible facility and what your crew is doing liked this, so please try to improve this one as possible as!!

            At dhrangadhra st bus depot, 363310 dist surendranagar, official refused to issue new st bus pass for one month as per scheme of st corporation gujarat. From dhrangadhra to halvad on dated 15/05/2019 at 15:30 pm. With reason there are application form is not available at this st bus station.
            Please confirm is it true or false? Why application form not available at st bus depot dhrangadhra.

              At halvad st bus depot, 363330 dist surendranagar, official refused to give st bus pass. On dated 15/05/2019 at morning 11.00 am. He say as no such types of service available at this st bus station.
              Please confirm that why issuing pass service not available at halvad st bus depot. He also suggested me to go at dhrangadhra st depot because at halvad bus station is not authorized for issuing such type of monthly passenger pass.

                However the ac has not been working in the bus since the starting of journey and no action has been taken.

                  Yesterday, i booked ticket from kamrej x road to ahmedabad ctm.
                  My gsrtc ob reference number is : gs8223128

                  After make a payment of rs.871 from credit card, it redirect back on gsrtc site and show again same gsrtc ob reference number gs8223128 and continue button. So i again click on continue button and make a second payment. It redirect back with success page.

                  So please refund my first transaction payment amount.

                  I was travelling from gsrtc from junagadh to Ahmedabad. I forgot my Two devices on my borth number 7, 8 with glasses to be exact two MIVI collar Bluetooth headphones worth 3.5k each. And titan glasses frame. Someone will steal it. Please contact asap.

                    Myself priyanka solanki.. I was only one ladies traveller left to gandhidham from rajkot. Bus left from rajkot @7 p. M date 15 may 2019... Please rectify who is conductor... I am traveling first time to gandhidham... So i book ticket one day before only for gandhidham... After reaching gandhidham i just asked him to help me for oslo circle.. I asked if bus will stop at there or not he said yes that's why i sat and wait meanwhile i check on google map, distance was showing just 5 min to oslo circle from gandhidham bus stand... He came to me and asked me to show ticket again and then he demanded for another 64 rupees for new ticket... Or else stop at mid of the way... At 11.45 he stop bus middle of the way and asked me to leave the bus... That was so embarrassed moment when in india.. Alone girl can't travel safely.. As a humanity he could have help inspite of he misbehaving with me at middle of the way among all men's and at midnight.. His words are literally like that ma'am i know your person type... And this is government transportation not public...in volvo if we could face this kind of problem that what else we can expect for... Please give me favourable reply.. Please check whosoever is conductor over there in that bus

                      Gsrtc patan to dahod gurjarnagri bus no gj 18 z 1514 is not stopping at vankanala stop of santrampur for pick up. As per approved pick up points vankanala is also pick up points for all the express/local bus.. But then also today patan to dahod bus has not stopped at vankanalapick up point. So please take actions against driver/conductor & inform me about the action taken.

                        I have try to book ticket 11 jan 2019 but i have try 2 time but money is deduct but not got any confirmation via mail or text message.
                        After i have call to gsrtc call center but his employee tail me try to book ticket tomorrow because of currently server is down so all of you facing same issue.

                        My ticket gsrtc refrence number :g24421232 and g24432907

                        After i have raise ticket in gsrtc portal erefund help desk my raise ticket number is 581888.

                        I have talk with call center and call center employee tell me try to talk bus depo manager and convience to ticket cancel.

                        And i have also try to talk with rajula depo manager and he said your ticket is confirm but you have not travelling on your time. So this is your probem you have not come on time but i say i have not got any confirmation so he said talk with gsrtc toll free number.

                        After long conversation with call center he not give me proper answer and he said work in progress.
                        I have more than 30 time call with call center but not solve my problem

                              I have already booked my tickets from bechraji to ahmedabad on 18.02.2019 for doj for 19.02.2019 and other was from ahemdabad to bechraji on 18.02.2019 for doj 19.02.2019.
                              Due to one tickets was wrong booked on 18.02.2019 from bechraji to ahemdabad. It was cancelled by me on 18.02.2019 i received message from gsrtc. Message is as under.
                              *gsrtc m-ticket* ur seat cancellation confirmed; doj: 19/02/2019, trip code; 0600bchpgdgu47, pnr no. G25288800, seat no.16, 17, amt. Refunded rs.133.00.
                              I contacted to sbi credit card department. Till to day i have not received any reply. Then i personally to sbi credit card personally at ahmedabad he told me to contact personally. Till to day i have not received my cancellation ticket for rs.133.00.

                                Every day i updown from dakor to ahmedabad and i have valid pass for it. Yesterday we all are standing for a bus at night from ahmedabad hathijan (Ring road) there is 15 more passanger with me who already wait for same bus bus number gj-18-y-4103 bus regular stay or stop on station but yesterday driver coudn't stop bus for passanger and in bus route this bus stand is clearly mentioned then why shoud he didn't dtop the bus date and time[protected]:01 at night

                                I live in ANJAR Kachchh which is a Depot Head Quarter for GSRTC busses coming from or going to Bhuj there two roads in Anjar namely via Savasar gate and Varsamedi gate . GSTRC has authorized the route via Savasar Gate even if most of the busses are plying via Varsamedi gate. so many times complaints are lodged but there is no effect. Pl. do needful in the matter.
                                I live in ANJAR Kachchh which is a Depot Head Quarter. One volvo bus is running between Nakhatrana - Bhuj and Surat. My Anjar falls on route even if Anjar has no stop in this bus and the bus is going through the city of Anjar Sad to say that this bus stops at Adipur(the part of Gandhidham city) and Gandhidham both are control point under Anjar Depot. Is this justice? this is nothing but insult of Anjar, We think that this is a scandal to remove name of Anjar from the minds of people and we are not going to tolerate this ignorance of our city which is Prant H.Q. of whole of Eastern Kachchh. pl. doo needful in the matter and let ANJAR may get justice and facility.
                                અંજાર બસ સ્ટેશન ડેપો મથક છે પણ આ સ્ટેશનમાં ગંદકી ખુબ જ રહે છે. સ્ટેશન અધિકારીની કચેરીઓ કચરો સ્વીપર સીનીયર સિટીઝનના વોક વે માં નાખે છે આખા બસ સ્તએશનમાં પણ કચરો ખુબ હોય છે. આના માટે ડેપો મેનેજ્ર્શ્રીને રજૂઆત કરી પણ કોઈ પરિણામ આવેલ નથી.
                                બસ સ્ટેશનમાં બાંકડા પૂઠ વગરના છે સીનીયર સિટીઝનો અને થાકેલ મુસાફર કેમ બેસી શકે? બસ સ્ટેશન કોઈ એન્જીનીયરે પ્લાનીગ કરેલ હોય કે બાંધેલ હોય તેમ જણાતું નથી દિવસનો મોટો ભાગ બસ સ્ટેશનમાં તડકો રહે છે લોકો બેસી શકતા નથી. સ્ટેશન બિલ્ડીંગની ખામી ભરેલ લે આઉટ હોવાને કારણે સ્ટેશનના પ્લેટફોર્મ અને બહાર નીકળવાનો રસ્તો એટલી વિચિત્ર દશમાં છે કે બસોને ઉંધી ઉભાડવી પડે છે. બસ સ્ટેશન બંધાતું હતું ત્યારે જ અમે મુખ્ય ઇજનેરને મળ્યા હતા પણ તેઓ કોઈ વાત સમજતા ન હતા અને પોતાની વાત જ સાચી રાખતા હતા પરિણામે વાતાવરણ વધુ બગડવાની ભીતિથી અમે તેમના ચેમ્બરમાંથી બહાર નીકળી ગયા. માફ કરશો પણ લાગતું હતું કે તેમને ખાસ ટેકનીકલ નોલેજ ન હતું એ જોઈ અમે બહાર નીકળી ગયા..
                                I dont think so that they deserve even a single star. I booked ticket form Somnath to iskon. First they don't inform us regarding our stop and once the bus leaves the stop they will shout on passanger. Is this a way to respond the passenger. They are not coparative, we have our parents with us even they don't give us time to drop them out from seats to.. Government provide you salary to supports the people not to shout on him so please take action on such type of behavior on every Garth driver or conductor otherwise I will reach on higher.

                                I live in ANJAR Kachchh which is a Depot Head Quarter. One volvo bus is running between Nakhatrana - Bhuj and Surat. My Anjar falls on route even if Anjar has no stop in this bus and the bus is going through the city of Anjar Sad to say that this bus stops at Adipur(the part of Gandhidham city) and Gandhidham both are control point under Anjar Depot. Is this justice? this is nothing but insult of Anjar, We think that this is a scandal to remove name of Anjar from the minds of people and we are not going to tolerate this ignorance of our city which is Prant H.Q. of whole of Eastern Kachchh. pl. doo needful in the matter and let ANJAR may get justice and facility

                                  આજ રોજ હું અને મારો મિત્ર અમદાવાદ થી સાપુતારા જવા રાણીપ થી A.C કોચ બસ માં બેઠા રાત્રે 1:00 વાગ્યે કરજણ ખાતે આવેલ ગુરુકૃપા હોટેલ માં બસ હોલ્ટ થય... ઉતરી ને જોતા GSRTC ની 10 થી વધુ બસ પડેલી હતી. અમે જમવા બેઠા મારી બાજુ માં 10 થી 15 GSRTC ના કર્મચારીઓ પણ જમવા બેઠેલા. મેં એક નાની પ્લેટ શાક લીધું 3 રોટલી લીધી અને 1 છાશ લીધી. જમી ને બિલ જોયું તો 150 રૂપિયા... મેં હોટેલ ના કાઉન્ટર ઉપર બેઠેલા ભાઈ ને પૂછ્યું તો કે એટલા જ થાય..મેં કહ્યું મને ગણાવો ને.. તો કે શાક ના 90..રોટલી ના 30 અને છાશ ના 20 મેં કહ્યું 10 શેના તો કે પાપડ ના જોકે મેં પાપડ તો લીધો નહોતો.. મેં કંડકટર સાહેબ ને કહ્યું કે આતો ખોટું કહેવાય આ હોટેલ બધા ને લૂંટે છે તો પણ તમે અહીંયા હોલ્ટ રાખો છો તો એ કહે કે અમારે ઉપર થી આવે.. હવે સેટિંગ ઉપર થી છે કે કર્મચારીનું છે પણ લૂંટાય છે પબ્લિક.. તો આપ જેટલું જલ્દી બને એમ આની તપાસ કરી પગલાં ભરો જેથી સોનલ મિશ્રા સાહેબ એ જે પરિવર્તન કર્યું છે એ સાર્થક થાય..

                                    Hello gujarat depo.

                                    I want to share one serious common man' issue that i have faced today at limbdi gujrat depo.

                                    I have ask shop keeper to give me kaju drakh ice cream of vadilal brand. He said that you need to pay 35 rs. Then i have just check mrp & it was 30 rs. On product. I have asked him that why are you taking 5 rs more?. Then he said that we are talking 5 rs more for freezing products in refrigerator. Then i have explained him about meaning of mrp. Then he started talking in other direction with me. He said that i don't want sell my product to you. Then i have asked reason for not selling product to me. Then i got wrost answer from him that you are not citizen of limbdi that's the reason. Then i go back to my bus having route baroda-dwarka.

                                    From this incedence i can imagine howmuch coropestion is going in gujarat. I am hope some serious actions against shop keeper in limbdi from government of gujarat.

                                      2 days ago. I booked ticket from redbus app for 10th may 2019 at 00:15 am in st bus ac sleeper. The bus arrived time is 00:15 am and thethey reached at 01:28 am. When they reached at nahru nagnagar what i booked for i ask for the my reservation then driver and conductor of that bus just check and said that in our paper my was not. That time i have a ticket, i have confirmation message and also have the mail from the redbus. But they don't allowed me to enter and sit on my seat. And the behavior of them is very bad with me. The people stand there are also said that what they are doing is wrong. And we also called the higher authority but they are also don't support me. Last i need to take new ticket because at 1:28 am. I don't have other option. I'm girl so i don't feel safe there at the night. So i just need bus that time.

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        I am writing this letter to you regarding consistently late services of gsrtc buses. I have travelled recently in busese from bharuch (Zadeshwar) to surat (Central bus stand) at times 10.30 am and 10.05 am.
                                        The bus arrived late by an hour for both the durations.
                                        I am really disappointed by this service as having paid the ticked in advance still the service is not at all close to be satisfactory.

                                        I request you sincerely to please look into the matter and work immensely in correcting time tables as both the times my money to buy the ticket vent in vain as i reached my destination late by and hour and missed my most important work both times.
                                        I would also like an update on my complain. Please find details of booking below.
