2 days ago. I booked ticket from redbus app for 10th may 2019 at 00:15 am in st bus ac sleeper. The bus arrived time is 00:15 am and thethey reached at 01:28 am. When they reached at nahru nagnagar what i booked for i ask for the my reservation then driver and conductor of that bus just check and said that in our paper my was not. That time i have a ticket, i have confirmation message and also have the mail from the redbus. But they don't allowed me to enter and sit on my seat. And the behavior of them is very bad with me. The people stand there are also said that what they are doing is wrong. And we also called the higher authority but they are also don't support me. Last i need to take new ticket because at 1:28 am. I don't have other option. I'm girl so i don't feel safe there at the night. So i just need bus that time.

    Dear sir/madam,
    I am writing this letter to you regarding consistently late services of gsrtc buses. I have travelled recently in busese from bharuch (Zadeshwar) to surat (Central bus stand) at times 10.30 am and 10.05 am.
    The bus arrived late by an hour for both the durations.
    I am really disappointed by this service as having paid the ticked in advance still the service is not at all close to be satisfactory.

    I request you sincerely to please look into the matter and work immensely in correcting time tables as both the times my money to buy the ticket vent in vain as i reached my destination late by and hour and missed my most important work both times.
    I would also like an update on my complain. Please find details of booking below.

      I have monthly pass and running from 2 month.
      Suddenly, yesterday conductor said your id card have not stamp on photo.
      So that is not my problem, actually i given money & issue i'd and pass.
      From 2 month they accepted my id card & suddenly said your id is not valid, you have to take ticket.
      So that was wrong thing did by valsad bus depot service.
      Take action or i go for higher officer for this things.

        We sitted in gsrtc bus no. Gj18z0252 on 8th may'19 at 8:15 hrs for jamnagar to junagadh journey.
        As it is express bus we sitted in that bus and paid express rent.
        Bus is going very very slow not even crossing 40km/hr speed.
        We talk with conductor he said u want to complaint then complaint we can't do anything for this. We will go at this speed only.
        Usually from jamnagar to junagadh bus will take 3 hr or max 3:30 hr but this bus takes 4-4:30 hrs to reach junagadh.
        We paid express rent for the bus but it was go like local bus

            My complaint is that i booked 2 gsrtc non ac sitting ticket. My date of journey is 04/05/2019 from morbi to bharuch zadeshwar x. My pnr number is g26725855 and trip code is 1900mrvsrtstg30. Bus is on time and also pick up me right time but near unchi mandal bus having technical problems. I have urgent to i say conductor for other bus shifting. But conductor tell me that there is no other bus for bharuch from this route. So i left bus. So i want to refund my ticket money.

            In This bus seat number 5 is not properly work. Also not push back and down.
            Passenger are very troubling during the traveling time.

              I have booked ticket for volvo sleeper from surat to ahmedabad in bus surat - jaipur - tickets via po order no cb8120008 for 2 passenger for rs 1156 on gsrtc application, on date 5th may 2019, at nearly 4 o'clock noon.

              But on making payment through my icici bank debit card, neither i received pnr number for ticket nor i got refund of my transaction.

              Kindly give me my refund back asap.

                Dear sir, kindly note that, when i was on my way to official work through ahmedabad. Dated 7th may. 2019. Time approx 12.10 pm. S t depo. On main entrance via auto rikshow some security guards named malay kamle and aswin marvadi mis behave and tried to manhandle to me along with rikshow driver. Therefore you are requested to look into the matter and do needful. A oral complaint is given to mr. Kamal (Falcon force fighter). And also to mr. Dave (Depo manager).

                Many time i face the problem but a never complaint against bus for late come but today bus time is 1.25 am and bus is still not coming time 2.34 am
                And time show the on tv 3.44 am so what can i do i have proof and i also recoded video for so please take action your responsibility and half ticket price give me.

                  I am regularly up down from mithapur to bhogat on daily basis but i am not satisfied with services as i expend enough money for buying ticket and i am not getting services.
                  I frequently told driver (Navin babariya) regarding timing but he told me that i am saving diesel. I also told him that i will file a complaint against you bit he didn't reply and situation remains same.
                  I request you please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                    This is in regards with the heads free stoalen from my seat while i was traveling to ahmedabad from deesa on dated 6th of may.

                    Cctv camera is available near to seat.

                    I have full dobt that the person seating behind me on seat no. 15 has taken it while i was changing my seat as the same heads free i have seen and while asking hhe has denied.

                      Today, 6th may i was standing at gh-2 for going at sola bhagwat in morning at 8 am.
                      I requested to stop gandhinagar - ghuma route. Its driver did not stop at the bus stand and signed that the next bus is coming. This type of driver's approach is not proper. Everybody wants to reach on time which is very important for all.

                      You are requested to take action on repeated mistakes.

                        Today on 6th may early morning around 7:20am in ahmedabad when i was standing at jamalpur char rasta and waiting for kalol khambhat st bus, conductor misbehaved with me. At 7:20am when i was showing my hand to stop the bus though he didn’t stop the bus, i was running behind the bus shouting for stopping the bus but that arrogant conductor has not stopped the bus and shouting back to me that he will not stop the bus.. I’m requesting you to take a strict action against him. I was not standing in the middle of the road or without stand though he didn’t stop. Kindly do needful for this. I want action against him so he can not even dare to do this again to any passengers.. Kalol khambhat bus number is -8868 from kalol depo.. Thank you..

                          I am booking volvo gsrtc ticket from gsrtc official app, my amount is deducted but tickets not found, i am calling on customer care executive, but she is not giving reply properly and cut the call, then i am calling on customer care no, no one can take my call, thats not the good behavior of gsrtc customer care executive, gsrtc wants to hier good communication executive for this service.

                            I have booking from vapi to pune on 04.05.2019. bus time was showing at 21:00 i called to customer care it was pick up my phone after 1 hrs then I call to bus driver so he was in Sachin near surat at 22:00. This is very bad experience for me about GSRTC. In my opinion no one can book any time never never the GSTRC even if in wherever time. These people not respond well and incapable to operate system.Book any private travel but no go to GSRTC.

                                Regarding gsrtc volvo from ahmedabad to bhuj, on 4th may, 2019, at 5 pm, the bus smells too much. No air freshner.
                                Also, almost 45 minutes wasted in loading of too many parcels, including some oil gallons, dont know if it is explosive!!! That too of a private company called charted ahead of iscon. Bad service.. Kindly do the needful.. If this continues, gsrtc will not be preferred.

Journey date:01/05/2019 from vapi to bhuj volvo sleeper bus, pnr no.2675516, code no.72995, seat no.25 & 26, passengers age:59 and 57, bus ticket fright:3336/- (Three thousand three hundred thirty six only) bus timing 20.00 (08 pm) but bus not arrived 23:30 (11:30 pm) and vapi bus station master will not responsible answer. We are pay two time auto charge for home to bus station and bus station to vapi gunjan char rasta rs.150/- and 3336/- ticket freight. Please refund our amount.
