I had my tickets booked online 1 day prior as i had to go it was important. The bus schedule time was 10:00 on the 28th april. I was at the stand since 9:30. The bus didn't show up till 11. Nobody was there at inquiry counter as well. Then at 11:15 the bus came and went straight away. It didn't even stop. All the other gsrtc buses stopped there but this bus didn't even slow down. There is no place to complaint or no number to contact. I don't know what to do. I've attached the ticket for reference.

I have to complain against gsrtc recruitment class 2 post in 2018. Gujarat government all recruitment postponed because central government announce after 10 % reservation so I have object why did not reservation in this post so please sir give the reservation in class 2 post by gsrtc department ...

Bus is not on time daily it gets 30 minutes late daily very bad and slow conductor and driver. If you complaint about it they will speak you with bad words and very poor service.

    થોડી ઇંગલિશ મા અસભ્ય વર્તન કરેલ છે તો મને એવું લાગે છે કે અમને કોઈ ફ્રી મા લઈ જતા હોય અને મારી ગરીમાં ને ઠેસ સાથે બસ માં નીચું જોવડવાની શરમ જનક વર્તન કરેલ છે...
    તો વિનંતી છે કે મારી આ ફરિયાદ ને ધ્યાને લેવી અને સાથે યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરવી.

    I booked ticket from valsad to bhavnagar. Amount debited but ticket not conform.

      My mom got seat reserved in the bus travelling from ankleshwar gidc to navsari whose departure time was 18:45 pm but bus was nowhere in sight till 2 hours. Since my mom being heart patient the long waiting duration for the bus became tiresome experience for her. If anything happens to her then who holds responsible for any unwanted situation as there was no staff available on enquiry counter..

      I was travelling in gsrtc AC sleeper from Vapi to ahmedabad. I have lost both my Bluetooth Earphones and wired earphones at same time. Please if i can get those earphones back. It was a gift from my sister. I forgot these bluetooth in bus scheduled 10:45 pm on 23rd april from vapi to ahmedabad.

      The bus in A/c was not working Despite the regular enquiries from passengers and the behaviour of driver was very rude. The time as well as money of passengers are wasted.

        My complaint is about refund not received for ticket cancellation of gsrtc. Ticket information is:

        Departure time: 13:00hrs, seatno: 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, total bus fair: 636.00

        And ticket cancellation details are:
        Cancellation date: 11/04/2019
        Time: 11.30 am
        Refund amount: 488.00

        Even after a week my ticket cancellation refund not received. I hereby request you to please credit my refund amount to my account.

          Today, 26th april, i was standing at gh-2 for going at sola bhagwat in morning at 8 am.
          I requested to stop gandhinagar - ghuma route, vehicle number tentatively 4670 but its driver did not stop at the bus stand. After this, i spoke loudly to stop and show my hand twice, driver looked at me but did not stop and went.
          At same time, i tried to call gandhinagar depot for his matter bus there was nobody present.
          You are requested to look into this matter.

              Gsrtc bus are not stopping there bus at metoda (Gidc).
              I am doing up down from there to rajkot and having always problem with bus because only sometime they stop at 8 o clock. So cannot able to reach my job on time.                 I am deven prachchhak, working with ambuja cement (Kodinar). I am traveling every day (To & fro) from veraval to kodinar and back.
                At evening, una to keshod (Local bus) and una to keshod (Metro link - mini bus) pass by ambuja fatak (Highway) near at 7.00 p. M. Daily.
                I put hand today (24/4/19) but they did not stop. Most of the days, they do not take passengers from ambuja fatak.

                Please direct concerned depot managers for assigning bus stop at ambuja fatak if possible.

                  As i approached the bus from sevalia, on 5.15 pm. I boarded the bus and stood in the corridor, the driver started shouting at me to go back. As there was no space to go back i told that there is no space, but he kept shouting at me.

                  If this is the way u treat ur customers i am taking this complaint to a higher level. If the sorry note is not submitted by the driver to me for saying things he said and the way he has behaved i am surely taking this complaint further to higher level management.

                  But till 10:18 bus not reach at gondal almost I am waiting from last 55 minutes

                    I am a regular traveller of gsrtc volvo. Today i had a worst experience with driver for the first time.

                    While traveling from vadodara to ahmedabad on date 21 april in surat to ranip bus, i told driver (Old man) to let us get down at traffic signal near shashtri nagar which was closed for 58 seconds so it was not causing delay to bus. I requested him in very gentle tone 2-3 times and in respectful language and he refused very rudely. On my persistent request he opened the door but then start speaking abusive language loudly.

                    When i will told him that i will complaint against your abusive language as you can't use it on me, he responded carelessly "complain kari de ja kari de", like he don't care about review and response of customers.

                    Is there any threat in staff for review? For response of their way of being? Is this the importance of customers' review?

                    This kind of behavior is never ever tolerable for any citizen. Writing here to get an improved service and gentle staff. Before this incident i was very happy with gsrtc volvo bus service.

                    This is my request to gsrtc management that please look into it and do needful.

                      We booked tickets from ahmedabad to baroda on 24/3/2019 vide pnr no-g25981531 but transction failed and booking was not successful. So we booked another ticker with pnr no-g25981752. But when we reached station conductor told us that both bookings were confirmed. No msg or email was received for pnr no-g25981531 for successful booking. So as a loyal customer i request you to refund amount of rs.477/- to my account for failed booking.

                      We called customer care 4-5 time every time they told me plz wait we will refund but nobody give answer perfectly

                            Today i am travelling from ahmedabad to gandhidham in gsrtc volvo pnr: g26362511. The was scheduled for pickup at 1:00 pm, but all thanks to gsrtc service that the bus arrived too early at 3:00pm. As gsrtc has the tag line of quick travelling they proved that. Waiting at bus stand for 2 hours without getting informed and even on asking nehrunagar station they told that ask the same on geeta mandir station and gave the number which always remains busy.in short worst customer service with worst staff. I had my doctor appointment which i cannot reach and thr appointment get cancelled. I want serious action against this or i will go with rti.

                              Myself rakib anarwala mobile number-[protected] travelling from jarod to lunawada.

                              Daily i am travelling to lunawada to jarod and jarod to lunawada, in the evening at 18:05 o’clock vadodara to santrampur bus is going daily from jarod, and jarod is a one of stop of this bus. Almost all bus seat is not full still driver and conductor is not stopping at jarod station. Weekly they stopped once. There are two to three passengers is like me to travel lunawada.

                                    Respected gsrtc manager,

                                    While gsrtc bus journey in babara bus stand, i observed the st depo authorised sellers taking more then mrp in cold-drink bottle (Thumps up 750 ml bottle mrp taking 45 rs), rudely behave when questioned regarding this,

                                    Same problem face at rajkot bus depo

                                    It is create very bad image of our tourism and traveling experience.
                                    Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I am traveling from rajkot to ahmedabad non - stop on[protected] bus whose bus no GJ 18 Z2535, bus is not running properly, driver is stoping at all places instead of non stop service, he is rude and arrogant. requested you to provide proeper detail and take suitable action against driver.

                                      Bus no gj18y9745 on the route of dahod to vadodara was puncture on the highway from 1:30 hour before and yet there is no vehicles for passenger and very inconvinience and rediculas behaviours of the other route buses driver and conductor and the conductor of this bus is missing. Passengers are in trouble but they have no duty no humanity... Such a third class service

                                      I have travel on every Monday on kalol to zalod bus and the bus is stop all the stand which is not good and I because it's express bus so stop is limited but this bus stop unlimited.This is kalol depo bus

                                        Hi i am vipul barot, today i am traveling with family from palanpur to mehasana in palanpur to chhotaudepur bus (Gz 18 rz 4988). Bus departure from palanpur at 7:30pm and reached to unjha bus stand at 8:30pm. They stopped the bus at stand and went for dinner & at least 20 min bus stopped there. When i have asked for complaint book for complaint registration. He told that i dont have the bool amd alsp used abuse words & misbehaving with me. Badge no of conductor is 648 and his name is vajesinh. Me n my family as well as almost 45 passengers along with us are mentally harresed, some children was crying n they were hungry also.

                                        Kindly take proper action on this.

                                        I was booking online 2 ticket date 23-2-19 from bhavnagar to ahmedabad for jurny date[protected] to my DABIT CARD of sbi but ticket not confurmed and dabit 246 Rs. in my sbi account and there is no return steel today so please return my rifund in my account.
