I will book the ticket on gsrtc site on date 24/2/2019. I ticket book the surat to ahmedabad.in sleeper class. At that time i make payment but seat is not book. And not get refund the my bank account. Transaction amount is 203. The ob reference no. Is

Hello. I booked a ticket yesterday for my mother. The gsrtc procedure was completed. And i also paid the money. And the page which shows the details of my journey afte the payment also showed up. We did not recieve the message though. But we thought it must be because of a technical error because the website confirmed our booking. When my mother went today morning to board the bus, her ticket was not booked and there was no redund....

On Feb 24, 2019, I tried to book tickets on gsrtc.in for 3 people traveling from Ahmedabad - Vinchhiya (vichiya) at very next day 25th feb.
Once the amount has been deducted from my account there wasn't any ticket generated and instead, it showed internal server error.
So I tried to book again from my another bank account, and the same thing happened again.
Hence a total of Rs. 804 (402 each time) was deducted from...

We are still here from last one and half hour.

I have booked ticket on 06/03/2019 for date 18/04/2019 from naliya to ahemdabad central bus stand.

The route of kheda× to tarapur× distance beetwen 26 kilometer. But ticket no. 165583 dt. 11/02/19 is collected rs. 37. It is more than g. S. R. T. C. Regulation. Under 30 kilometers the fare is 24 ruppes. So i request to you sir stop this fare & collect actually as per norms.

Conductor told me to stand a depature point and a already reached 5 minitus before the exact time and when i call him he told that bus already gone.. And bus didn't stop for us we are three passangers at 5 o'clock morning running around and we lost our bus... This is completly disappointment for us.. That conductor don't talk us truly so we lost our bus...

Madhapar chokdi gsrtc pick up stand in rajkot has good facility for sitting. But, the washrooms are locked. There is no public washroom in nearby area. Most travellers face problems due to it. I have also seen some doing open defacation nearby. Most travellers have bags and interstate travellers of jamnagar and dwarka route also use the stand to change bus from gondal chowk. I m at bus of narayan sarovar. Mangrol route bus from bhuj. They are stopping bus after madhapar n buy pomegranate on duty. When i have no option to choose for departure place in bhuj. I am seating from jubilee then conductor told me u get not seat i[censored] r coming from jubilee.

I am travelling in the bus from anand to ahmedabad via express highway. The seats were already unreserved and i occupied it on the first come first serve basis.
