While travelling from palanpur to surat in gsrtc bus on dt 20/3/19 pnr no g25652706
There was no curtains for seat no 1, 2 sleepe le coach, and gsrtc is taking reservation charges etc from us.
When asked to bus conductor he himself doesn't know anything and did respond to me.
This kind of service is not expected from a govt transport service.
Kindly take up the matter seriously and respond urgently or else i ll take up the matter to higher authorities.

    I have booked the ticket from ahmedabad-nehrunagar to morbi bus with pnr number g25340161 but due to strike, bus didn't come so i couldn't travel and i had to cancel my return ticket. Here are the details of my ticket.

      Sir,
      This is with regards to the services of the bus.
      I frequently travel through gsrtc from ahmedabad to rajkot. The rates have gone high equal to the private buses and the facilities have reduced.
      The t. V. Is either not present or rarely working, the charging ports are not working, the fans are damaged.
      The conductors are very rude too.
      What's the use to opt for state transports if everything is so poor with high rates?

        And pass is generate from s.t. depot
        And pass renew from only depot near the school or college.
        And system is online then why I not renew pass from near my address depot?
        And I am not generate student pass from any depot by online?
        Why my college name is not add in my village depot?
        How can I add my collage name to my village depot for student concession pass?

          Today, the bus number gj18z0475 surat amreli gurjarnagari 's bus conductor did not allow to sit in the seat number 1-2 as he reserved for his use.! Further he said that he had complaint to the higher authority about it as he felt uncomfortable on his reserved seat! Further he misbehaved with the customer who sat the seat number 1 or 2!! I am sending the user ticket and the bus picture for the same!!

            I was unware neither i was inform that bus wouldnt arrive because of strike going on, so i reached the nehrunagar bustop around 7:30 where i came to know from the police standing there about the strike and they informed me that bus isnt going to arrive and i have to mail for getting refund. Now i have booked onwards as well as return ticket but as the bus didnt came i couldnot travel. So kindly provide me the refund of to and fro journey. The total amount is 384/- rs.

              We all daily passangers travels from anand to ahmedabad in the bus gj18-z-4250...in early trip of 5 :30 am from anand and last trip 5:30 pm from ahmedabad... Since last few weeks we noticed that bus's speed limit are fixed and we daily reach our destination late... And another thing that our driver conductor are also not fixed... And this bus was not run properly on express highway... From all above this problems we are getting so annoyed and we requested you to slove our these problems... Waiting for ur favourable reply...

                Jafrabad bardoli bus is very poor in condition of seat and also it doesn't take hold for the dinner... Always have to suffer in this... What is the management doing. This bus is just a long journey bus and that is the only reason to travel else no one would ever go through this bus. Only a request to get proper steps to get this issue to be resolved

                  I have said to stop and pick me in above bus number but driver not done. I seated from hospiyal chowk rajkot. Driver and conductor said that we cant stop without gsrtc official bus stop. But they stoped bus at madhapar chowk bus stand and also at madhapar petrol pump. Is madhapar petrol pump is gsrtc valid bus stop. If not then why they stop? Please take action against staff. Bus is rajkot jamnagar rajkot and incident is made on 2 o clock.

                    Im chetan jadav i am from kodinar. Currently traveling from rajkot to ac bus and now the bus conductor said that this bus is nonstop and is not a stop for food. For me so disappoint. So i request you to take a fifteen-twenty minute meal stop in between rajkot to diu so that we can eat it comfortably.. Please take it action immediately. And bus route is afternoon so its should must need to eat on lunch time.

                      This is to inform you sir i am daily passenger of rajpipla to dabhoi bus.
                      In morning one of your ticket checker stopped nearly four to five buses at one place and they were checking tickets of all passenger in standing bus. We can understand it is there duty to check tickets but they can do this in running bus. This will help to all passenger also.
                      Many passengers like me have to catch buses or other emergency works. While when we told him about this he misbehaved and abusively answered that he is not my servant.
                      So i request please do the needful about it as early as possible.

                        The bus named bechraji to zalod (Gj-18-z-4126) not picking passengers at ctm bus stop as bus is bypassed before the ctm bus stop & even today the driver not stop the bus at express highway.

                        As a result we have great troubles to get the bus & also the next bus is 45 min. After this bus.

                        The driver also misbehaves with the passenger.

                        So, i request you to look at this issue seriously, hope you will understand our situation.

                          Sir... I msrtc conductor on my vapi to shirpur duty on the way at navsari depo. The parcel person forced me to transport parcel through my bus with out showing proper authority letter as msrtc administration yet not delivered any order /notice as per such transport. This person threatened me (On duty conductor batch no.4690 dondaicha depo. Dhule division)

                            I was traveled ahmedabad (Ranip) to radhanpur on 15.03.2019. Approx starting time from ahmedabad (Ranip) 21:35. My ticket amount was rs 226 for two ticket, my ammount id deducted from my account but ticket was not confirmed please check amount debited but ticket is not confirmed (Failed transaction)

                                Hello. I booked a ticket yesterday for my mother. The gsrtc procedure was completed. And i also paid the money. And the page which shows the details of my journey afte the payment also showed up. We did not recieve the message though. But we thought it must be because of a technical error because the website confirmed our booking. When my mother went today morning to board the bus, her ticket was not booked and there was no redund.

                                  On Feb 24, 2019, I tried to book tickets on gsrtc.in for 3 people traveling from Ahmedabad - Vinchhiya (vichiya) at very next day 25th feb.
                                  Once the amount has been deducted from my account there wasn't any ticket generated and instead, it showed internal server error.
                                  So I tried to book again from my another bank account, and the same thing happened again.
                                  Hence a total of Rs. 804 (402 each time) was deducted from my both accounts and no tickets were generated.
                                  It has been more than 16 days and no refund has been granted or no followup has been taken place by them.

                                    We are here at punapatiya waiting for gsrtc bus but they all are drived from bridge made at punapatiya, surat
                                    We are still here from last one and half hour.
                                    Bus driver directly driving buses from flyovers both at punapatiya and parvat patiya surat suggest us how to get bus from here?

                                      I ravi katara (31) junior engg.in raj govt at bicchiwada dungarpur. I travelled on[protected] at 7:50 pm from bicchiwada to keshariyaji of bhavnagar depot bus. Conductor misbehaved and used abusive language at the time of ticketing and at my destination stop he ordered me to open the bus gate, and after i tried to open the bus gate it does not opened then he came and scholded at me used abusive language and said you foolish can, t open a gate and pushed me out side bus even when bus is not stopped completely. I think conductor might be drunked and with his rude behavior and mis managment i can fall from bus and might get accidental chances on highway. Stict action must be taken against this type of employees.
