On Feb 24, 2019, I tried to book tickets on gsrtc.in for 3 people traveling from Ahmedabad - Vinchhiya (vichiya) at very next day 25th feb.
Once the amount has been deducted from my account there wasn't any ticket generated and instead, it showed internal server error.
So I tried to book again from my another bank account, and the same thing happened again.
Hence a total of Rs. 804 (402 each time) was deducted from my both accounts and no tickets were generated.
It has been more than 16 days and no refund has been granted or no followup has been taken place by them.
