I'm regular traveler of bhuj, kutch yesterday i booked 2 tickets of bhuj... Krishnanagar naliya bus... Due to strike i already cancelled my ticket with bus conductor but still didn't get msg related to bus ticket cancellation... I want my money back
It's so ridiculous... If you want to to do strike let your customer know by news channel, msg etc... I want my money back.. I didn't take the seat and cancelled my ticket with the bus conductor......

Today dated on 20 feb 19 due to sudden strike your bus service not working though i have a e ticket booking but it's get cancelled.
A very very poor, hopeless, bad, worst service from gujrat state.
Please don't use sir narendra modi name to hide all your inability.
Try to improve your performances by providing better service to comman man.

Gsrtc express bus veraval-vadodara has not stopped/ breaking today at tarapur stop at about 10.30 am, while i am showing my hand to stop it at tarapur. It has been continuously shown that most of the drivers are doing his job on his way. It is very serious matter and also lower the value of gsrtc service and lower trust of passengers on your service...

I am complaining from thasra about inconsistent bus timing. I am talking about dahod - borashad bus.
This bus arrival time at thasra is 7:30a. M and the bus arrived 8:15a. M onwards day. Also the bus is full of people no space to sheet. I am travel thasra to anand daily and many people are standing with me and wait and wait for bus. So please...

I am traveling ahmedabad to jasdan and my family and i started journey at 6:35 instead of 6:10 which is actual bus timing.

Other thing is the hault which is which is half n r which is terrible. One more thing is driver and conductor do one stop at one tea stall near vichhiya which is jay meldi tea stall. Which is totally out of rule. All passengers suffering from this irregular and unreasonable...

I have booked 2 tickets from surat to tharad on 17th of feb. But bcz of some technical issues
It booked from thara ddr to surat i didn't know that and then i cannot done journey so i want refund. My pnr no is = g25242687. And there is also some other technical problems. Please do something.
I want my refund as soon as possible in my bank account....

Rash driving even it's entered in ahmedabad city. The actually thing was happened that driving was very full speed n speed breaker arrived. Driver had shot break and turn the handle, i and other fall down from sofa and steel ladder pipe stroke on my private part.
Tell me if they will driving same then who will be responsible?.

I am handicapped person resident of adipur gujarat, i daily up down from adipur to bhuj but every day one local bus bhuj gandhidam bhuj not stop at meghpar kumbharni station of adipur kutch, local mls bus should stop at every station where passengers stand abd at meghpar kumbhardi there is a proper station is made by mla with cost of 1, 66, 000 rs. But still mls local bus bhuj gandhidham bhuj is running between 9:00 am...

The conductor didnt stop the bus for even 30 seconds... We had reservation so when i asked him about the reserved seat... He said it's not the same bus which you are looking for.. And he just didn't respond properly and we missed the bus now.. The bus timing was 9: 30 pm from ahmedabad and the bus route is chota udepur morbi gurjaranagari bus... I appeal you to take strict action against the bus conductor...

I was travelling to ahmedaba from surat on 11/02/2019 volvo departures from surat at 6:30.. I might have lost my wd harddisk which was in blue color cover.. Plz revert if you have any information

We have very important data in it and we really need it badly if anyone found that in bus or submitted it to any office it would be really great for me..

I have made reservation from surat to junagadh in gsrtc bus in class express on 02/11/18, but on that day the bus didn't come. I asked to enquiry office, surat, they told me that refund will automatically transfer in your account within one month. After one month i again asked about the matter, they didn’t give me satisfactorily answered. They told me trip was cancelled. My ticket details as below.

I have made reservation from ahmedabad to taloda in bus chopda mh

I have made reservation for seat no 17 and 18 and thereafter i cancelled under partial cancellation one ticket and received current travelling passenger mail on 11:05 pm 16/02/2019 after cancellation

Now passenger boarded in bus and not given seat and also help center not does not help and said go for refund, the passenger...

My complaint is that i had booked 2e tickets for the journey from ankleshwar gidc to sinnar, class sleeper on 13/02/19, but on that day sleeper bus didn't come, seater bus was come. I asked to conductor, he told me that register a complaint for refund so i am giving details as below.

So please refund the amount.

Currently i am travelling from ahmedabad to rajkot. I have booked 3 tickets from deesa to rajkot. My mom and sister got their seat and i was unable to join them from deesa.. And i joined them from ahmedabad.. During that time the bus conductor's behaviour was pathetic and unacceptable. I have paid money to state transport...

I have tried to book ticket of gsrtc Volvo bus from vadodara to ahmedabad on gsrtc site on 12/01/2019. Amount deducted two times as I tried twice .
l got msg from my bank for deduction of amount with reference no. [protected] and [protected] for gsrtc23988.My name is Parth Sheth . I tried to contact via phone several times but fail to contact .I also mailed to them but still today I have not got any response from them....
