We booked the gsrtc ticket online on 11 th feb.2019 for travell date 22 th feb.19 from ahmedabad krishnagar to surat, but suddenly there was undefenite strike call by gsrtc union on 21 st feb 19, as it was urgent for us to travell on 22 nd feb.19, we wait till 22 nd evening for strike call off bit strike not call off by union, we are force to do travel by another costly mode & we have have cancel the ticket of 22 nd feb.19

Our pnr no is g25130204, seat no 9, 10

Mow even after so many follow-up for refund i have still not received my refund amount against above pnr no date 22 nd feb.19

Buses are very less in number from Junagadh to Ahemdabad and also from Junagadh to Manavadar. There is urgent need to check bus frequency in suggested routes and i request to take immediate action for this issue

    Dear sir, the bust driver was personally stop bus at dumad chokadi for waiting there knowing person at 10 minit. Howery every there is time wasting to stop bus and reached destion late. They are strickly take action to bus driver. Bus no is gj184076. Bus service is vadodara to gandhinagr. And the driver is contionusly talking to his personal knowing people. The route bus is vadodara to gandhinagr intercity. Bust departure at date 11 march 2019 at vadodara 6:pm. I complain about this bust driver. And i also attached my ticket given by bus driver

        Bus route from sama, vadodara to ctm, ahmedabad started at 13:00 hrs. On 11.03.2019, is making itching high pitch and intolerable noise. Driver is not holding any complaint book. On asking for complaint book, he stated that he has not been provided. Driver name is balvantbhai and his mobile no. Is [protected]. Bus no. Is not visible anywhere inside the bus.

            I have booked ticket on 06/03/2019 for date 18/04/2019 from naliya to ahemdabad central bus stand.
            But when i was booking ticket for 18/04/2018 money has detucted but didn't got the seat confirmed even not received the message of getting seat confirmed but money detucted message has been came. Later i tried to book once again same thing happened to me and this time also money detucted but didn't got seat confirmation.
            So i request you to please return back the money

                The route of kheda× to tarapur× distance beetwen 26 kilometer. But ticket no. 165583 dt. 11/02/19 is collected rs. 37. It is more than g. S. R. T. C. Regulation. Under 30 kilometers the fare is 24 ruppes. So i request to you sir stop this fare & collect actually as per norms.

                  Conductor told me to stand a depature point and a already reached 5 minitus before the exact time and when i call him he told that bus already gone.. And bus didn't stop for us we are three passangers at 5 o'clock morning running around and we lost our bus... This is completly disappointment for us.. That conductor don't talk us truly so we lost our bus

                    Madhapar chokdi gsrtc pick up stand in rajkot has good facility for sitting. But, the washrooms are locked. There is no public washroom in nearby area. Most travellers face problems due to it. I have also seen some doing open defacation nearby. Most travellers have bags and interstate travellers of jamnagar and dwarka route also use the stand to change bus from gondal chowk. It is really shocking to see washrooms locked. Washrooms are made for travellers convenience with taxpayers money. The washrooms should be open and functional. If you can't do that, request a public washroom with local municipal corp. There is no washroom at gondal chowk also. The two points are main bus points for travellers. Washrooms are needed here the most and not 1 km away from that in the city because of luggages.

                        I m at bus of narayan sarovar. Mangrol route bus from bhuj. They are stopping bus after madhapar n buy pomegranate on duty. When i have no option to choose for departure place in bhuj. I am seating from jubilee then conductor told me u get not seat i[censored] r coming from jubilee.
                        One time it was late by 5 minute i failed to pick up the bus from bus station n then many difficulties i bared. If i m single lady what can i do?

                          Hello sir, i'm traveling from dahod to ahmedabad and all time we getting late just bcoz of conductor is not available in bus and in all destination place of intermediate routes driver have also manage conductor responsibility and and all time we getting late 5 to 10 min in all intermediate place.                               I am travelling in the bus from anand to ahmedabad via express highway. The seats were already unreserved and i occupied it on the first come first serve basis. Then the other passenger comes in and argues that he has kept his handkerchief there (Just on 1 seat) and so all the three seats belong to him. I denied that and refused to get up. Then he started quarrelling and pushed me out of the seat to occupy it.
                              Hence i argue that the person is caught and legal complain is filed. Also the conductor did not hear to the complain and raised her hand from the matter. The bus number is 4265 as i remember just last 4 digits. The conductor says that she does not even remember the bus number.

                                This is pratik bhavsar from mandvi
                                I want to give you a complaint about irregularity of our morning bus gj 18 v 1381. Timing 8s 6.45 am from mandvi to surat.
                                So many times we have complaint about problems to. Mandvi depot manager but he is not taking any necessary steps till now.
                                Every day most of people came to surat for job and we have bio metrics attendence systems in our offices.. So we have to reach at our office on time. I just want to tell you that pls look in to this matter for bus speed, regularity of drivers and bus timings
                                Because you also know about the traffic when we enter in surat at sardar market and sahara darwaja we are not able to reach at offices and got salary cut for being late.

                                Kindly do needfull regarding this and solve this problem asap..

And i also asked at enquiry he didn't confirm me bus number. And at online ticket also no bus number or conductor contact number. And he also not allowed to check in another bus that ticket. Totally ridiculous system. So please update you system

                                        I have lost my grey leather jacket with important documents at vadodara gsrtc depot. I spoke to the security there. I would be really really really grateful if you could help me find the jacket. Most probably it was in one of the volvos that i had mistakenly boarded and then driver told me i was in wrong bus so i got down. It could be also in the waiting chairs around the gsrtc bus stops. Kindly help.
