Respected sir,

my name is sunil gohel & i am handicap person. I have handicap card but my problem is i can not book ticket online with handicap benefit. For that either i have to go bus station or travelling without booking. And travelling without booking is very complicated for handicap person. So my request please give option for handicap person to book ticket themselves either gsrtc website or gsrtc apps with handicap benefit.

    This is to inform that i have booked ticket online on gsrtc website from bhavnagar to Baroda in bus on 24th Feb 2019. From bhavnagar. The amount was deducted from my account and transaction was failed. Still not received any refunded amount and it was done second times and all the times it was same result. amount was deducted but showing transaction failed and could not book the ticket. i talked to customer care but there is no such response on it.

    Can I have solution for that?

    My ticket was booked from nasik to bhavnagar online. Rs. 886.

      I have tickets (ticket no.081280)from Ankleshwar to Surat.but my dropping point is simada Naka located before Surat but Bus not stopped at my station and driver stopped it 4km away from it so I want to know my rights.why don't dropped me while I pay for it.
      My time and money wasted also I abused.
      I can register complaints in consumer forum regarding it.
      Please GIVE me answers regarding this issue.

        Thank you very much for looking into it. I have received message from GSRTC that my refund request has been accepted. As I have booked tickets using paytm mobile application, so once GSRTC will provide refund to paytm, after that paytm will refund me back. I hope this is how it works.

        I am very happy to know that my concern was looked upon and has taken to right direction. I really appreciate assistance of Indian Consumer Complaints forum.

          I have tried to book two tickets on 11 january from gsrtc website but my ticket is not booked and amount is deducted from my account and i still did not get any refund from gsrtc.
          My ticket booking is saying success as i viewed in booking history but the seat no. Is not showing. Please find the attachment print of both the tickets.
          It is already been 45 days since booking. So, please issue me the refund.

            I traveling in the bus bhabhar to ahmedabad today i. E25.02.2019
            The bus capacity is of around 50 passangers but it carry more than 90 passangers between sihori station to patan station which is very harmful to the public and illegel so i would like to request that the driver and conducter should instructed that they should be stricly follow the rules. Otherwise it may create a problem in the future

              I am coming from ahmedabad to rajkot in gj18 y 1402 bus mangrol depot bus, in this bus conductor's behaviour is so rude not drop the place as guides by passinger... Intact he drop 20 km far from destination place...

                We all know that gsrtc employees were on a strike from 20th feb to 22nd feb 2019. Bus service was resumed from 23rd feb morning. All the passengers were dropped at a bus depot at 12 midnight. All passengers had faced lots of problems due to this strike. Private vehicle owners raised high amount for transportation fare. Many routine passengers of gsrtc including me have monthly passenger pass. Instead of having pass i had to pay high amount to private vehicles. What is our fault? All monthly pass holders must get compensation because instead of paying we had no service available. We must get extension for 2 days from the date of validity of our monthly pass. I expect true understanding from the gsrtc and request to compensate to all monthly pass holders against unavailable service during strike.

                  Dear sir,

                  On the date[protected] time 00-30 am i was at himmatnagar bus depot and i want to go to krishnagar near idar.

                  There was an bus from surat to idar express bus. I have entered in that to go to krishnagar and i have requested bus conductor to stop it at krishnagar but he replied that it's a express bus and it will not holt at krishnagar. I again requested him that please allow as it's a midnight and it will be helpful for me, but he didn't conveniced and replied take next bus.

                  Next bus timing is 1-07 am...

                  Can government are not supportive at this type of condition...?

                        Respected sir,
                        I am a student travelling in gstrc buses. I have appropriate document that student pass are valid in minibus (Metrolink). Goverment employees (Driver & conductor) are not validing the student pass and does't let me to sit inside the minibus (Metrolink). So please take some appropriate action against them & provide them proper guidance that student pass are valid in minibus.
                        Please work on this as soon as possible. I travel about 150km in gsrtc buses in a day. Please do something for this sir.

                          Date of travel - 18.2.19. Route - Nashik to Godhra, My destination - Surat, Departure time - 8:00 am. Seat no.5, behind the driver, Name Atul Sheth, Age - 58 years, Profession - Engineer
                          1. Bus leaves from CBS Thakkar Bazar or Mahamarg bus stand, not clear. I had to rush to Mahamarg bus stand, reached just a minute before the bus left.
                          2. Bus seats are not at all comfortable for an average size adult
                          3. Reached Surat at 4 pm, instead of 2 pm, mentioned on the website
                          4. Driver frequently talked on mobile phone while driving, frequently consumed gutka, frequently spat on the door (pl see the condition of the door)
                          5. Beyond Saputara @ 40 kms, brake liners (front right) got jam, there were lots of smoke from the tyre side, bust had to be stopped for @ half an hour to cool down
                          Overall experience was terrible. Though I had reserved my return ticket, I came back to Nashik via Mumbai. Never again, I will travel by GSRTC.

                              I'm regular traveler of bhuj, kutch yesterday i booked 2 tickets of bhuj... Krishnanagar naliya bus... Due to strike i already cancelled my ticket with bus conductor but still didn't get msg related to bus ticket cancellation... I want my money back
                              It's so ridiculous... If you want to to do strike let your customer know by news channel, msg etc... I want my money back.. I didn't take the seat and cancelled my ticket with the bus conductor... Reply asap

                                Today at 1:50, polytechnic to 27/28 bus didn't let me get off at Kudasan Highway bus-Stand, the conductor was rude in his way of dealing and said they don't stop the bus when they've just stopped it at immediate previous one, that's plain ridiculous and illogical, I want proper steps to be taken.

                                  Gsrtc express bus veraval-vadodara has not stopped/ breaking today at tarapur stop at about 10.30 am, while i am showing my hand to stop it at tarapur. It has been continuously shown that most of the drivers are doing his job on his way. It is very serious matter and also lower the value of gsrtc service and lower trust of passengers on your service

                                    I am complaining from thasra about inconsistent bus timing. I am talking about dahod - borashad bus.
                                    This bus arrival time at thasra is 7:30a. M and the bus arrived 8:15a. M onwards day. Also the bus is full of people no space to sheet. I am travel thasra to anand daily and many people are standing with me and wait and wait for bus. So please take action on it...

                                      This is mr prashant.
                                      I am traveling ahmedabad to jasdan and my family and i started journey at 6:35 instead of 6:10 which is actual bus timing.

                                      Other thing is the hault which is which is half n r which is terrible. One more thing is driver and conductor do one stop at one tea stall near vichhiya which is jay meldi tea stall. Which is totally out of rule. All passengers suffering from this irregular and unreasonable behaviour. Please do the needful and action accordingly as soon as possible. I send the photo of conductor nd the stall photo.

                                        I am complaining from morbi about inconsistent bus timing. I am talking about bhuj-jamnagar bus.
                                        This bus arrival time at morbi is 7:15pm and the bus arrived 8:15pm onwards daily. Also the bus is full of people no space to sheet. I am travel morbi to jamnagar daily and many people are standing with me and wait and wait for bus. So please take action on it
