I have booked 4 ticket on 19/01/2019 on gsrtc official site and our journey date is 20/01/2019 from gandhinagar to porbandar but at journey time bus came from sleeper and sleeper bus cancelled withiut inform us and bus conductor told : sleeper bus canceled by accident issue and take ticket again and your advance reservation payment is credit in your bank account but still today on 02/02/2019 (15 days) but not creding in my account.
I request you for check my complain status and revert me soon as possible and payment amount credit into my bank account.

My query is that which one is hasolpur chokdi, 1) near hasolpur village 2) near aasopalav hotel. Because of this some buses go directly through the village hasolpur and not attend the aasopalav hasolpur chokdi. So many passenger miss their bus. So i request you that solve this problems and start to attend the attend the aasopalav hasolpur chokdi those buses which are going through ahmedabad to surendranagar.

I want to complaint against gujarat state road transport corporation due to late bus services and that is why i could reach my destination at right time i booked tickets ahmedabad to rajkot 6 clock but its came at 7 o'clock totally 1 hour late. Due to that i reached late so please consider and take action against this department so they know time is important

My journey date is 24/1/2019 in sleeper coach, but this time sleeper coach bus not coming but sitting coach is coming so i am not jorney with sitting coach so my refund not receiving after week.

This is about a 30 january 2019, night’s journey from bavla to jamnagar. On gsrtc website departure time was posted as 9:30pm & arrival time at ahmedabad was posted as 3:30am based on which we booked the tickets. But when i reached bus depot then i know from inquiry window that this sleeper gsrtc not came in bavla busstation so i go to sanad chokdi. But bus was not come and i wait for 10:15 pm then i take bus from bavla depot for ahmedabad and then at gita mandir i take palanpur-jamnagar. Bus driver call me at 11:00 pm when i already travel in another bus. So i want my refund for online ticket booking. Details of it are following

My name is patel mausam and i live in khanpur located near dehgam. My complaint is whenever i try to get a student pass in dehgam branch with necessary documents always officer ask me to get unnecessary documents and wastes our 4 to 5 days and also the timing to get pass is worst it starts after the college time and end before the college time. And officer always screams on every one so i kindly request you to get a intelligent officer.

I hope u will take strict action toward this.

I am travelling in a volvo gsrtc bus from vadodara to ahmedabad (7:30 pm). I and other passengers had made a complain about non-operation of charging points in bus. The driver behaved very rudely with all of the passengers and i think we all never paid to face such bad behaviour of the driver and also not to get this incomplete services. It will be highly appreciated if the gsrtc will look into it and do the needful.

Gandhinagar to himmatnagar has to map km is 62 by. Two station but. My ticket has to 83 km and he have to charge from 83 km. How is it possible. Only gsrtc to 83 km and other people hav to 63 km in map. It has to make to all people # on charge to 83 km all the person. I need to help from media another you don't the resolve this problem and don't show me too.

The driver of the bus and the conductor is holding the bus at some weird hotel named : (the grand rushi restaurant and hotel) on the highway at charakhadi bypass near virpur (jalaram) for half an hour to have their dinner since last one month hence causing risky situations for passengers. Also the passengers reach late to their destination. Kindly stop such unauthorized malpractices. These practices cause problems to passengers.

I am complaining about the bus which from deesa goes to mount abu. Where i live that is iqbalgadh is 1 kms away from highway where this bus have to come to pick up the passengers but driver always fails to come inside even passengers go on highway to catch the bus but driver doesn't stop to pick up the passengers this is there so called attitude please take action against him. Passengers have to faced so many problems

My complaint is about refund not received for ticket cancellation of gsrtc. Ticket information is:

The gsrtc has not provided any email address where one can raise his complain. I am unable to do so. So response is given on phone by gsrtc customer care phone.
Please help me to resolve my problem.

Gsrtc bus gj18z2339 diu-daman sleeper coach bus is in very bad conditions, almost 50 % of windows are broken and not close properly. Some of are jointed with nut and bolt but due to this they are not close properly. And my journey on 25/1/19 in night it is horrible due to wind coming from in. Also 80% of curtains are missing and bus also not have cleaning from few days.

Today I tried to book online ticket from BHINMAL (Rajasthan) to Vadodara in Jalore to Surat GSRTC Bus which passes at 8.15 pm from Bhinmal (TRIP CODE: 1830ZLRSRTSTG30). The payment OF INR 291.00 was successful from my netbanking SBI account but after that site was hung. No update provided about booking. I tried to contact GSRTC CUSTOMER CARE NO. but there was no option for asking or confirmation of query. No email Id is provided in the online site where I can raise my complain. What should I do???

I naveen tanwar today's morning going to amreli and waiting for bus on neswad chowkdi... The regular sttopege... As the regular serviceman waiting for bus. I also stopped there and joined with them as suggested by an service man. But the driver mr. A a ramanuj did not stop the bus there. There after i followed bus till chakrda chowkdi and there he stopped bus due for passenger but there is also not a stop of this bus... I conveyed you to please stop this type o[censored]nnecessary stop or delay of apperiance.
From neswad chowkdi i hired a bykeman to reach the destination... And i also paid him rs. 300.00 for the same...
I also going to follow with rti...
Your necessory action will be appreciated to continue headache free service by gsrctc..
