સવિનય સાથે જણાવવાનું કે આજ રોજ આપ સરકાર શ્રી ની બસ (વડોદરા પાટવેલ)માં 7:30pm 07/02/19 ગોધરા થી શહેરા સુરેલી ઘરે પરત જતા રસ્તામાં વાગજીપુર નામના શટેશન પર મને બસના ડ્રાઈવરે બસમાંથી ઉતારેલ નથી . કન્ડક્ટરે બેલ વગાડવા છતાં ત્યાર બાદ દોઢ કિલોમીટર બાદ શહેરા શટેશન આવતા મને ત્યાં ઉતારેલ છે ડ્રાઈવર ને મેં ફરિયાદ કરી તો
મને એવો જવાબ આપ્યો કે ચાલી નાખવાનું ભાઇ પગ શું કામના છે તારા આવો જવાબ આપ્યો. આપ સરકાર શ્રી આવા ડ્રાઈવર સામે કડક કાર્યવાહી કરે એવી નમ્ર વિનંતી

This bus is running late it is 4:49pm 8/2/19 still this bus stopped at Udaipur bus stand.

It came by 4:40pm

I was waiting since 3:40pm

    Sir,
    On date 7th february 2019 thursday bus was stopped at unauthorised hold at bavla for tea break for driver and conductor and their relatives.
    Passengers had to wait for 5 minutes, already bus was late as scheduled time.
    Bus was for bhavnagar from ahemdabad via dholera bus no. Was gj18 z 0831.
    Bus is getting late at regular intervals
    On date of 1st january bus arrived after 7 pm the time for reaching was 4.10 at nehrunagar..
    On date 1st january same happened i was waiting at paldi after bus not arriving for 45 minutes i called customers care the suggested me cancel the reservation and go for another bus.

        I booked a ticket and i cancelled it on the same day & i did it before 7 days then too i did not received my refund. Please help me getting this it seems that online booking is not efficient because after the cancellation of ticket refund is not yet processed. Resolve my issue my money is deducted and i got a message that money will reflect back after 5-7 working days in account.

          I am doing journey from ahmedabad to surat dated 06/02/2019 day wednesday at afternoon 4 p. M. Driver was done drive good but when i reached vadodara after 6 p. M. And headlights are on and driver can't seen good vision. My personal opinion is some problems in eye side driver age was more than 55 years. He was doing 4 times serious overtake in wrong lane and his night vision was poor. Lots of time he loosed confidence. Please take appropriate action of driver of khedbrahma to navsari. Vehicle no. Gj18z3734. Without medical check up can't provide vehicle.

            I have booked ticket from dhoraji to jamnager on date 14th jan 2019 for journey dated on 15th jan 2019 through gsrtc android application, bus journey name junagadh to jamnager gurjarnagari class, seat number 15, and booking reference number gs7257830, and completed payment reference number[protected] through hdfc by axis bank credit card. Payment has already deducted from my account but still no booking showed. I want money back for that booking reference number gs7257830. Later on as i booked same seat again on second try and booking successful and it charged me again with payment reference number[protected] and booking reference number gs7258277.

              At 11th of jan i tried booking tickets for ahmedabad vadodara volvo for 3 times all the three times payment has been deducted and tickets haven't been booked. Same way on 14th of jan 3 times i tried booking vadodara ahmedabad volvo but same thing happened that day also. Amount deducted and transaction got failed. And till now no refund has came for the 6 times amount deducted of 231 rs.
              Kindly refund total amount 1386 total of all 6 transactions asap.

                Today on 4th feb 19 at makarpura vadodara bus stand i am waiting for valsad rapar bus. I enquir at enquiry counter for rapar buses at near by 1930 hrs at that time they told me that rapar valsad bus will be arrive at makarpura bus dipo at 2100hrs and presently i was seating at mkp bus stand from 2100hrs and now it's 2300 hrs till bus is not arrived... It's almost 2hrs waiting which is so embarrassing.. And here before some days banches available outside for seating and now it is not available.. So we have to either stand up or seat on ground with too much mosquitoes... Please impliment ur service

                  I am respected studentof gandhinagar. On 3 feb, at near about 5:30 one bus which number plat gj11y9234. This bus break busstop poin sola bhagavat gate. When my friends whos in bus they asked about it so driver tell ”dhyan na hoy to na ubhi rye, biji bus aave j ema besi jav”.

                  When bus came at gandhinagar depo and i asked driver about all of it then conducteur and driver tell "tya amaro stop nathi. Dhyan na hoy to na pam rye".

                  Sir please aks me they are right or am i??

                  And also this property for public not any person break rules.

                  I have bus pass also. So please solve our problem as soon as possible. I hope u will solve as soon as possible. And contact us...[protected]

                    I have booked 4 ticket on 19/01/2019 on gsrtc official site and our journey date is 20/01/2019 from gandhinagar to porbandar but at journey time bus came from sleeper and sleeper bus cancelled withiut inform us and bus conductor told : sleeper bus canceled by accident issue and take ticket again and your advance reservation payment is credit in your bank account but still today on 02/02/2019 (15 days) but not creding in my account.
                    I request you for check my complain status and revert me soon as possible and payment amount credit into my bank account.

                      My query is that which one is hasolpur chokdi, 1) near hasolpur village 2) near aasopalav hotel. Because of this some buses go directly through the village hasolpur and not attend the aasopalav hasolpur chokdi. So many passenger miss their bus. So i request you that solve this problems and start to attend the attend the aasopalav hasolpur chokdi those buses which are going through ahmedabad to surendranagar.

Not even the staff of contra office are giving proper answer.Whenever their is gov. program all the buses are going there not even a single bus is on right time. Students are coming from out of vyara there exams are going on. So, provide some extra bus..

                            This is about a 30 january 2019, night’s journey from bavla to jamnagar. On gsrtc website departure time was posted as 9:30pm & arrival time at ahmedabad was posted as 3:30am based on which we booked the tickets. But when i reached bus depot then i know from inquiry window that this sleeper gsrtc not came in bavla busstation so i go to sanad chokdi. But bus was not come and i wait for 10:15 pm then i take bus from bavla depot for ahmedabad and then at gita mandir i take palanpur-jamnagar. Bus driver call me at 11:00 pm when i already travel in another bus. So i want my refund for online ticket booking. Details of it are following

                                  My name is patel mausam and i live in khanpur located near dehgam. My complaint is whenever i try to get a student pass in dehgam branch with necessary documents always officer ask me to get unnecessary documents and wastes our 4 to 5 days and also the timing to get pass is worst it starts after the college time and end before the college time. And officer always screams on every one so i kindly request you to get a intelligent officer.

                                  I hope u will take strict action toward this.

                                      I am travelling in a volvo gsrtc bus from vadodara to ahmedabad (7:30 pm). I and other passengers had made a complain about non-operation of charging points in bus. The driver behaved very rudely with all of the passengers and i think we all never paid to face such bad behaviour of the driver and also not to get this incomplete services. It will be highly appreciated if the gsrtc will look into it and do the needful.

                                        Gandhinagar to himmatnagar has to map km is 62 by. Two station but. My ticket has to 83 km and he have to charge from 83 km. How is it possible. Only gsrtc to 83 km and other people hav to 63 km in map. It has to make to all people # on charge to 83 km all the person. I need to help from media another you don't the resolve this problem and don't show me too.

                                        Bus Surat to mundra timing 23:10 on[protected], Bus was overcrowded with passengers and driver is continuously smoking "bidi" It's heavily cocking breathe.

                                        Please help to make hygiene atmosphere to travel. Overcrowded bus like we can't even sit properly.
