My complaint is about refund not received for ticket cancellation of gsrtc. Ticket information is:
Tripcode: 1900srtskdslp15, pnrno: g24086486journey date: 24/01/2019,
Departure time: 19:00hrs, seatno: 7, 8, total bus fair: 712.00

And ticket cancellation details are:
Cancellation date: 19/01/2019
Time: 9:00pm
Refund amount:602.00

Even after a week my ticket cancellation refund not received. I hereby request you to please credit my refund amount to my account.

    Booked online ticket from gsrtc.in, payment was successful (Money deducted) but after that site was hung and no confirmation provided by the online site.
    Journey date:27.01.2019 (Today)
    Gsrtc reference no. Gs7376584
    Internet banking payment reference no. Igafgtolc8 (Sbi), time of payment: 00:24 am on 27.01.2019
    Bus: surat to jalore (1700srtzlrslp15)
    The gsrtc has not provided any email address where one can raise his complain. I am unable to do so. So response is given on phone by gsrtc customer care phone.

      Gsrtc bus gj18z2339 diu-daman sleeper coach bus is in very bad conditions, almost 50 % of windows are broken and not close properly. Some of are jointed with nut and bolt but due to this they are not close properly. And my journey on 25/1/19 in night it is horrible due to wind coming from in. Also 80% of curtains are missing and bus also not have cleaning from few days.

        Dear sir,
        I have booked ticket online from Ahmedabad Nehru nagar to Vadodara central bus station on 12.11.2018 for Volvo Bustime 10:30 AM (13.12.2018) and my Rs. 231 deducted from my account but booking not done and also not get refund of that money.
        Pls help as soon as possible to resolve my problem.

          Today I tried to book online ticket from BHINMAL (Rajasthan) to Vadodara in Jalore to Surat GSRTC Bus which passes at 8.15 pm from Bhinmal (TRIP CODE: 1830ZLRSRTSTG30). The payment OF INR 291.00 was successful from my netbanking SBI account but after that site was hung. No update provided about booking. I tried to contact GSRTC CUSTOMER CARE NO. but there was no option for asking or confirmation of query. No email Id is provided in the online site where I can raise my complain. What should I do???

          AFTER HALF AN HOUR MESSAGE OF TICKET BOOKING RECEIVED FROM GSRTC AFTER COMPLAINT REGISTRATION IN CONSUMER COMPLAINT PORTAL. SO PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED. THANKS FOR THE PROMPT HELP.

            Subject : unnessory stoppage of bus no gj-18 4552.

            I naveen tanwar today's morning going to amreli and waiting for bus on neswad chowkdi... The regular sttopege... As the regular serviceman waiting for bus. I also stopped there and joined with them as suggested by an service man. But the driver mr. A a ramanuj did not stop the bus there. There after i followed bus till chakrda chowkdi and there he stopped bus due for passenger but there is also not a stop of this bus... I conveyed you to please stop this type o[censored]nnecessary stop or delay of apperiance.
            From neswad chowkdi i hired a bykeman to reach the destination... And i also paid him rs. 300.00 for the same...
            I also going to follow with rti...
            Your necessory action will be appreciated to continue headache free service by gsrctc..

                  I'm traveling from ahmedabad to rajkot via gsrtc volvo bus number gj 01 et 3969 and ticket number is 022312 at 20:50 pm. Travel date - 23/01/2019.

                  I don't know driver's name

                  Driver takes 50 min hold to restaurant without any information us.

                  After 50 he came and behave very rude and said we have do hold what ever time we takes. You cannot tell me if you have problem directly complain to gsrtc.

                  Conductor of nadiad didn't accept my studentpass I ask about it for depo but depo told me that pass was accurate but conductor want pass as he like he put me outside the bus

                    I am handiap 60% locomotiv disabled travelled in ahmedabad porbandar trip for rajkot on 21/01/2019. I asked conductor for ticket nehru nagar to rajkot but conductor has given me ticket up to porbandar while asking him why this ticket is made up to porbandar? He replied that their division will hain more revenue but it was not fair. Then he misbehaved with me and forced me to stand up, it was very difficult for me to stand while running bus. One gentlemen told him to justice to disabled then he told me to complaint anywhere, he is not bothered.
                    My ticket no. 117313 time 16:13:14, and bus no. Gj 18 z 4116
                    His behaviour was very rude, i hope i will get justice...

                    I want very serious action against him. I expected him behave politly with passengers.

                      On 20/01/2019. I have reservation for gnfc township Bharuch to HALOL in Bharuch to santrampur bus..but that bus don't come on time. On reservation tickit time for departure was 13.40. i wait for that bus from 13:15 to 13:40 but that bus not came on my bus stop.than i inform to bus stop officer. That officer trying to bus conductor contact no but he didn't get from bus tracking system because bus conductor mobile no not mention in that bus tracking system. Than after I told that officer please arrange my seat in another bus but that officer not help me for that and ask me we can't help you because you have online reservation. Than after I call on Bharuch main bus depo for help but nobody lift call. Than after next day means 21/01/2019 i give the complaint application in Bharuch bus depo.

                      ​i confirm bus departure timing from Bharuch and get the big problematic information. Actually that bust departure from Bharuch bus depot on 13:00. And Gnfc bus stop is very nearer to Bharuch main bus stop. It's take a 10 minutes time. So please change the bus timing in GSRTC website for this bust Bharuch to santrampur.

                        I travelled in surat jamnagar trip for rajkot on 19/01/2019. I had reservation ftom baroda. I asked conductor of bus gj 18 z 2164 to wait some time on baroda depo. As i wanted to go washroom. He misbehaved in public with me.
                        He has done a very ride behaviour. I hope i will get the response.

                        I want him very serious action against him. They should behave politly.

                          As there is less frequency of buses between manavadar and junagadh which is not able to meet the requirement. As many people are daily doing up - down from manavadar to junagadh. So, for them it would difficult for them to travel. And specially at the time of any festival like mahashivratri or parikrama there is too much of traffic. So i would just say that please first have a look on frequency of buses between manavadar and junagadh and take action according to it.

                              They take express ticket but bus is worst even local buses overtake this khatara bus. Who is the depo manager of lunawada bus depo?. I think he is one the worst manager. All the buses are worst. Not better buses. Not any luxurious buses till in 2019. I feel like i am living in stone ages. Improve the st buses or give this to private company. Government services are worst and worst. Take more money but give better service. People standing everyday in your buses because there is not proper timing.

                                Dear sir,
                                I am facing a problem to travel rajkot (Sastri maidan) to sayla highway road bus stand, your ticket issuer refuse to given tickets from sayla, i want to go sayla tomorrow 8:00 am, he say no need to buy tickets, you only communicate to bus conductor for travel sayla he will give you seat,
                                But another side, in your website "gsrtc.in" available for purchasing the ticket from rajkot to sayla and tickets price is less on online booking as compares to bus conductor demanding price for travel,

                                Also enquiry counter person tell same as tickets issue tell.

                                Please do needfully.

                                  I have booked tickets for gandhinagar to vadodara intercity (Naroda, ctm) bus, timing at 15.00 pm. Money has been deducted from my account but ticket was not generated and i didn't receive any msg or email for the same. So i have to travel by purchasing new ticket from the same bus. Please check and ask bus driver as well.

                                    Greetings of the day sir,



                                    i would like to draw your kind attention towards irregularity of the buses in the rural areas of nadiad and the rude behaviour of the s t depo nadiad staff members of old bus station.

                                    We asked them for our andhari amli route bus of 12:20 pm and they replied that it will arrive at time. When we further asked them at 12:35 they replied we will arrange it. Then further we asked them and they simply replied that they don't know about whether it will arrive or not. Then we contacted depo manager she told us to wait for the bus and added that they really don't when will the bus will come. Although 35-40 students of school are waiting for there bus. Although they didn't take care about the regularity of the buses on time. Even the buses doesn't come couple of days in a week.

                                    we hope you will take positive action against our problems as soon as possible. We are big fans of your style and attitude of working in nadiad.

                                      I have a request from dabhoi to baroda buses, there is no bus availble from 8:15 to 9:30 in the morning & baroda to dabhoi there is no bus available from 6:30 to 7:30, there is no response from the manager of dabhoi depot & baroda depot, we request many times for this problem but they not taking any action from there side, i request you please take necessary action & do needful as soon as possible.

                                        But received an old saree. The saree is so bad that don't want to touch it.Refund the amount asap or I'll make a complaint in consumer forum. Stop cheating common man.
