But received an old saree. The saree is so bad that don't want to touch it.Refund the amount asap or I'll make a complaint in consumer forum. Stop cheating common man.

        I have tried booking ticket online on 12-01-19 which failed twice but for which ticket amount was debited from my account.
        I have sent an email on [protected]@mail1. Gsrtc.in but no response received nor the amount was credited in my account.

          I had tried to book ticket from ahmedabad nehru nagar to surat central bus stand through online banking dated 15-dec18.516 was deducted from account & ticket was not booked. I have sent 16 time to refund amount on [protected]@mail1. Gsrtc.in, [protected]@yahoo.com but still not amount refunded.

            I would like to address your attention that please increase bus number from vyara to surat as available bus is not enough to accommodate the passenger majority are students they require rest so that they can sit and relax because it’s not only about travelling it’s about study which they have to do after this much hectic journey.

              Scheduled time for 1st shuttle bus service from sama (Vadodara) is at 6 am to start, so ideally conductor has to come 10 minutes prior to that or maximum at 6 am. But because of your improper checking and audit conductor (She) is coming at 6:20 am and unnecessarily passengers have to wait for that... I expect some action for same eventhough projected customer satisfaction rate is 2% on your website.

                Hello, authority
                The shameful accident happened when i went out from bus when bus stopped at chaiwala stall at the highway near jetpur and i waved when bus started but conductor ignored and didn't informed to driver that someone is left, stop the bus instead of doing so he completely ignored and made me sit on the bike of localist and chase the bus... Continuous dipper and horn still bus didn't stopped... Due to turn, bus slowed the speed and then i was able to step in.
                After getting into the bus i told that guy that why didn't you atleast stopped bus even if you knew that i was not return back and waving at you... He simply told in his words, "e amare na jovanu hoyy (In harsh language)
                I also asked to give me gsrtc ticket of online booking but he also denied to do so and said i won't give you you do print it's not our job...

                His (Conductor) name is arvind sinh.
                I am traveling from vadodara to upleta.
                Kindly please inquire in this matter as soon as possible.
                Also i'm going to lodge complaint at consumer forum.

                  I travell from patan (384265) to katpur daily on bus. During the evening time the local bjsses do not stop for the students. When they stop they do not wait for all the students to get in and start driving in the middle. One of my friends fell inhe process was about to die. You should take action against this issue, its the matter of life and death.

                    Very very bad service...
                    Because this is second time with me.
                    Bus reservation already confirm before 1 week but auto cancel from gsrtc.
                    1 days ago gsrtc had sent me message for "bus cancelled alert" so after i have checked others bus for book my another ticker but all bus's are already book so at that time i have faced very difficult situations from gsrtc bus service
                    And dont trust about gsrtc bus service because i have two time very very big of bus cancelled experience.

                      Do baar ticket intentionally di he aur phir no refund.. Bus number is 129494 himatnagar.. Time 5:22.. Iska koi option to hoga hi because it's just common mistake... And you should return one time payment.. Because we are not afforded to loose money like this way.. N conducter were so mean.. At this condition we are just helpless.. Your service is too appreciable that's why we choose this option but if this type o[censored]r silly mistakes.. We can not afforded

                          I have tried to resrve gsrtc bus seat., Nd due to server issue my ticket wasn't confirmed... Nd from my account balance was deducted ... So I want to my refund ... As soon as possible ... Please give me reply fast..., . ..

                          and i also tried to book seat few months ago from gsrtc online app in that time also my ticket was not confirmed and i had not got any kind of refund of failed ticket...in previous ticket failure as per gsrtc protocol i had waited for 1 month for refund but i can't achieved that...

                              1) booked on line ticket pnr no g24461499 for baroda to khambhat dated 13/1/19 @ 9 am. I waited for 1 hour but bus did not come & i came back without travel 2) one bus for khambhat came @ 8.50 but conductor did not allow me travel saying this ticket is not permissible 3) controller person was totally blank about the status of the above bus and their behaviour and talk was also very rude. I think their names were mr. Makarand and mr. Arvind - i don't know whether they told me correct names. 4) as now after making statue o[censored]nity baroda is d hub for all visitors including foreigners so to maintain our image we should have polite and responsible people even on bus station. 5) i could not understand the reply of controller because every time i asked for the status their reply was bus will come shortly. Spend more on updates of status of each route which is easily achievable with current technology. If simple auto like jug no can be traced out for location why not bus.

                                Dear sir,
                                My self harnish, i booked online tickets by gsrtc on date 11.01.2019. My reservation seat no is 13 & 14. I booked tickets from adipur to deesa. Bus timing is seen in online window is 9 pm from adipur but bus reach at 11pm. Also found my seats window is broken.
                                I complain same to conductor for timing & window misplaced that time conductor says time from bhuj is 9 so why time not corrected in online system. Also due to window broken i face problems during full night journey.
                                Pls refund my money as earliest due this kind of worst service provide by gsrtc.
                                Bus no is gj18z 3033.
                                Bus depo is radhanpur..

                                  On 12 january, 2019 i booked seat no 27 in ankleshwar - sawarkundla bus from vasad to amreli. The time of the bus to arrive at vasad was 19:25. I waited till 21:45 for the bus and at last i called customer care. They provided me number of the conductor of the bus. I called him and he said that the bus was late so he didn't drive through vasad station. Please take action for this inconvenience and give me refund of my money.

                                    GSRTC bus no. GJ-18-Z-3283 was running on service road from G-0 to GH-0 at high speed on 9:15 AM.As per rules, that road is not for bus.It can be risky for other small vehicles.If you will not respond than we will have to go further for our safety.

                                      Dear team, as mentioned in subject line brahmanwada is village of tal - unjha. And total 4 village connect with brahmanwada highway. But from since long palanpur route buses are not stop at brahmanwada as mentioned route in subject line.
                                      It's very difficult to common people's for travel to mehsana and palanpur.

                                        From bharuch gnfc bus stand to ahmedabad nehrunagar, i booked volvo bus coming to bharuch at 4:11 pm on 12th january 2019.
                                        Payment of rs. 761/_ was made for the seat numbers 9 and 10. But, i didn't get the online tickets. Moreover, your transection is cancelled message came. So, i booked ticket for seat numbers 5 and 6 from another mobile number.
                                        So, two times i had to make payment.
                                        I request you to kindly refund me my money rs. 761/-.
