I have been waiting for the bus surat-zalod since long early morning between 5:15 to 6:00 a.m today to reach zalod in time but when the bus arrived the bus driver did not stop the bus at stopping point at moonlight cinema, Godhra. And due to his carelessness I have suffered a lot today. So kindly help me and do something in my favor regarding to this complaint. And respond me as soon as possible. Thank you.

We have booked tickets from Sanosara to Rajkot. Bus time morning 7.35 pickup stop. When the bus arrived in Sanosara, I showed him the ticket on my mobile and the conductor said that there is no reservation in this bus, it is 10 km away. The conductor called Me that if you want to come to Rajkot, come to Bhavnath Hotel after Ranghola. Conductor has been treating with us ladies 3 and 2 year old child with us. Strict action should be taken against such conductors so that no public nuisance is caused. Bus no. is GJ-18-Z-7182. Bua root is Bhavnagar to Kutch.

buss named Rajkot to Dhari actual departure time is 01:30pm but Everyday buss driver is departure buss 01:25pm at place of 01:30pm time. so passenger face lots of difficulty to pick bus. so sir you are requested to please ensure bus disnature on time.

In mehsana bus port one your employee service is bad and ruddly behave with passages who are come for get passenger pass he is CHAUDHARY... his not proper giude passenger about his duty related work etc..Pass, ticket booking.So, please, take it strictly action and need to his transfer in heavy area.

Today i booked ticket from ahemdabad to surat in GSRTC volvo PNR No.G[protected], Bus was breakdown near paldi they took to much time to change another bus and bus was delayed already by an hour. Even after that bus was halted for an half an hour in intermediate station like vadodara central and makarpura also. they even didn't try to reach out customers as per schedule given time.

I am traveling from bhuj to rajula in bhuj-rajula bus today the bus was stopped at aashirwad hotel as per the bus tender..
The quality and the quantity is zero of this hotel and the behaviour of the owner was too rude towards passanger and bathroom and toilet was extremely dirty when I went there ...
As a passanger I m requesting to you sir, please cancel this tender for good health of your passanger

સવિનય સાથ જણાવવાનું કે અમે ગાર્ડી કોલેજ(રાજકોટ)ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ દરરોજ કાલાવડ અને જામનગર થી અપ-ડાઊન કરીએ છીએ.તા.૨૯/૦૩/૨૦૨૩ સમય ૩:૪૧ વાગ્યે ગાર્ડી બસસ્ટોપ એ આવી બસ ખાલી હોવા છતાં પણ ઊભી રાખી નહીં.તેના આવા અયોગ્ય વર્તન ના લીધે અમે દરરોજ ૫:૦૦ વાગ્યા સુધી હેરાન થઈએ છીએ અને સ્ટુડન્ટ પાસ હોવા છતાં પણ પ્રાઈવેટ માં ભાડું ભરીને ઘેર આવીએ છીએ. અને આવું અયોગ્ય વર્તન તે દરરોજ આમારી સાથે કરે છે.
આથી બધા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ની નમ્ર વિનંતી છે કે તમે આ કંડકટર સામે યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરો .

I'm Doctor from Palanpur
I'm traveling to GSRTC bus since long time this is the first time I have to go with complain about conductor
On 28/3/2023 I was traveling in Khedbramha Depot bus route Khedbramha to Deesa the conductor of bus using slang words and inappropriate sentence when the bus stops in aeroma circle palanpur at around 6:30 evening in traffic since more than 5 minutes and I told him to stepping me out
I was regular passenger pass holder from very long time I never complaint against any one but today the conductor miss behaving a lot

I'm reputed doctor in palanpur and he is insulting me in front of passengers it's not acceptable at all

Kindly to inform that we are all students of gardi college upp-down daily from kapavad and jamanagar.after 3:30PM bus no.GJ-18J-3510 from Rajkot comes to gardi college but not stop there and if we complaint is filled it gives an excuse that gardi college does not have a stop.as we have daily bus we all students kindly request you that bus should stop at gardi college because no other bus is coming we have to wait at college from 3:30 to 5:00PM and either have studied pass, one has to pay rent in private and come home

તા.૨૧-૦૩-૨૦૨૩ ના મંગળવારના રોજ જંબુસર થી વડોદરા જતી બસમાં આશરે ૧૧ વાગ્યાના સુમારે મુસાફરી કરી રહ્યા હતા ત્યારે જંબુસરથી ૧૨ કી.મી. દૂર ઉચ્છદ બસ સ્ટેન્ડડ પર ટિકિટ મશીન ખરાબ થતાં અમો ત્રીસ થી પાંત્રીસ મુસાફરને ત્યાં ઉતારી દેવામાં આવ્યા તરત જ એની પાછળ પાદરા ડેપોની બસ જીજે૧૮ઝે૧૧૬૯ આવી રહી હતી જેને હાથ કરી બૂમો પાડવા છતાં બસ રોકવામાં ન આવી સદર બસમાં માં પાંચ-છ મુસાફર હતા જે આપ ટિકીટ મશીનથી તપાસી શકો છો .આમ બસ ખાલી દોડાવવાનો શુ ફાયદો ? આ બસ ન રોકવાનું કારણ શું ? આપે આ કર્મચારીઓને પોતાના મન્સવી ઉપયોગ માટે બસ આપેલ છે કે જનતાની સગવડ માટે ? આપ આવા કર્મચારીના જવાબ માંગી શિક્ષાત્મક પગલા લેવા જોઇએ
