My self - unnati from surat. I booked gsrtc 6 tickets on 22/11/2018 at 10:20 am from nathdwara to surat. The ticket charges rs.2616 (Two times) was debited from my account through debit card but ticket conformation message & booked ticket was not showed in my account or not got the message in my mobile device. So i booked for 2nd time from state bank debit card, and again 2616 rs deducted, pnr was g23403386, please refund my rs.2616 seat numbers - 21, 26, 30, 29, 16, 25. I am attaching 3 attachments for my money deduction.

Kindly look into this matter seriously and consider it soon. As nobody is supporting from GSRTC customer care number from last one and half month. Still I have not received my 2616 rs from GSRTC. Please do the needful ASAP.

You can also check my State Bank Account details, which is clearly showing that 2616 rs has been deducted for two times at the same time and same date.

Kindly look into the refund matter, because I didn't got my refund since[protected], complaint has been raised since[protected] but still no response no reply from customer complaint side. Please look into the matter seriously, I want my refund amount of 2616 rs, this is not a small amount, I have beared two times deduction from gsrtc online ticket booking.

Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Kindly look into the refund matter, because I didn't got my refund since[protected], complaint has been raised since[protected] but still no response no reply from customer complaint side. Please look into the matter seriously, I want my refund amount of 2616 rs, this is not a small amount, I have beared two times deduction from gsrtc online ticket booking.

Please do the needful as soon as possible.

    The s. T. Buses of gujrat, particularly ahemadabad depot avoid taking halt at mausam bridge malegaon. The employees drive empty buses from malegaon to shirdi. This can be proved on the basis of the bookings of mp and maharashtra buses. The bus no. Gj 18 z 3016 via malegaon to shirdi avoided stoppage on 3/12/19 at 6:15 am. I recommend to take strict action against these employees. Or stop sending empty buses to shirdi. Why this wasting of diesel, time and energy?

          I had booked 2 gsrtc bus tickets online from abu road to ahmedabad for 22/09/2018.
          The details are as below:

          Departuretime was 13:25hrs
          Paid amount: rs. 322/-

          But during that time, rajasthan state road transport service workers were on strike, so they were not allowing even gsrtc buses to enter in rajasthan. So my bus did not come at boarding point on time. I had immediately sent an email to gsrtc for refund. But i did not get any response, later i called after 1 week but they said wait upto 21 days, so i waited for 21 days, after that i again called 2 times but they answered that your request is in process!! So i have not received the refund till date!!!

            I travelled in mandavi - gandhinagar bus boarding from vadodara. I wanted to get off at ch 0 circle which is reguar stop for all buses coming to gandhinagar. When i asked bus conductor to stop, he straight forwardly denied saying that he has decided not to stop bus other than main bus stop. It was 11 pm. When i asked that this is regular stop then why he is not stopping, suddenly he started ignoring me till stop was gone and behaved rudely saying "tu kyathi chadyo bus ma?". Considering fellow passenger's time and safety, i did not forced driver to stop the bus but question remains about professionalism of st staff. What if they start behaving like this with female or elderly? They should feel ashamed for such behaviour. Many driver-conductor do not stop bus at ch 0 as they want to complete their trip as early as possible. Since there is pressure from their seniors, they take passengers from multiple stops and delay the bus but doesn't stop even at regular bus stop.

            Strong actions must be taken against such st staff members. Ultimately they have to serve the passener keeping aside their urge to reach home early.

              I am travelling from dholka to surat in surendranagar-surat busus with my luggage costing over rs.20000. At vadodara station i got down for 5 minutes with driver's permission and driver drove the bus to surat. My seatmat told him to wait for me. But he told "he will reach surat anyway". Requested to initiate actions against him.

                I had booked ticket from tarapur to bhavnagar at 6 pm. But when i reached at tarapur, i got some news regarding sabarmati bridge renovation. So that i had called gsrtc help centre and told him about my situation. They provided me only conductor number. And tell me that call him and ask. Is it my responsibilities??. No!! Even though i had called to bus conductor and tell him i have booked ticket from tarapur to bhavnagar in your bus. But he was ruldly behave in call and tell me that complaint to gsrtc and don't call me. Also he was told know that i have booking and it's my own responsibility. The route was changed.

                  Here i am talking about the krishnanagar-jafrabad gsrtc service. The bus number is gj18z2161.
                  I complained regarding as listed below issues.

                  Bus route : krishnanagar to jafrabad.
                  And return rout also : jafrabad to krishnanagar.

                  1. Bus not came on time.
                  2. Not for only one day everyday bus came late. So please need to change timing or coming on time.
                  3. Staff behaviour is very bad, not even listen our concern. And say do whatever you can. They didn't aware or fear of any future action.
                  4. Bus schedule is wrong and even bus type and name is also not compatible.
                  5. This bus never come on time always late around 1.5 to 2 hour late.

                  So, i requested to please take action against this staff for not performing their duty to the public. This problem is not my problem only so many people face same.

                  Please provide the best solution for this.

                      I am travelling to bhuj to mundra in mini gsrtc bus i having copy of my viklag odhkan patra but still they charged me, i talked to depot manager still he answered it is not permissible, is soft copy are not allowed if allowed then where should i complain, other forms of state government luje police are allowing soft copy in rc book, licence so why not here???                         I am doing up down from rajkot to jamnagar every day, but when i showed that pass to conductor of mini bus intercity he doesn't allow it and has taken rupees from me,,,. Please do the needful as soon as possible. And make a rule for it.

                        I need my money back at any cost...
                        It is cleary written that mini bus should allow student pass.
                        So please don't be ford and tell the conductor to be humble enough.

                          પ્રિય સાહેબ શ્રી ને જણાવવાનું કે નડિયાદ થી સુરત ની આગળ કોઈ પણ બસ જતી નથી. એની લીધે કેટલાય મુસાફરો ને રજડવું પડે છે. બિચારા ઘરડા લોકો ને પણ આનો સામનો કરવો પડે છે. અમે કૉલેજ ના ૨૫ બાળકો ને અપ ડાઉન માં પણ બહુ તકલીફ પડે છે. જુવો મોડાસા તો નડિયાદ થી વસ્તી અને વિસ્તાર બંને માં નાનું છે તો પણ મોડાસા થી સુરત ની આગળ જવા માટે કેટલીય બસો છે.

                          નડિયાદ થી નીચેના શહેરો માં જવા માટે એક પણ બસ નથી.

                          નવસારી, વલસાડ, વાપી, સેલવાસ, બગદાણા, રાજુલા, સાપુતારા, મુન્દ્રા, બીલીમોરા, ધરમપુર, ઉમરગામ, ચીખલી, તળાજા, પાલીતાણા, મહુવા, ઓખા, માંડવી, માતા નો મઢ, દીવ,... વગેરે...

                          નડિયાદ થી નીચેના શહેરો માં જવા માટે ફક્ત એક જ બસ છે.

                          ભાવનગર, સંતરામપુર, પોરબંદર, નખત્રાણા, રાપર, આહવા, વાંસદા, સોનગઢ... વગેરે...

                          જુવો તમારે બસ નવી ચાલુ ના કરવી હોય તો તારાપુર ચોકડી પરથી જેટલી પણ બસ જાય છે એ વાયા નડિયાદ થઈ ને જવા દો કા તો અમદાવાદ - વડોદરા એક્સપ્રેસ હાઈવે પરથી જે પણ બસ જાય છે એ વાયા નડિયાદ થઈ ને જવા દો.

                          પ્લીઝ પ્લીઝ...

                          અરે યાર તમે લોકો નડિયાદ ના બસ સ્ટેન્ડ માં જઈ ને જુવો ક કેટલાય લોકો ૩ - ૪ કલાકો સુધી બેસી રહે છે

                          બસ ની રાહ જોઈ ને કે એક જ બસ છે જો જતી રહસે તો સુ થશે એમ..
                          હવે તો તારાપુર બગોદરા હાઈવે પર પુલ ખરાબ હાલત માં હોવાથી બધી બસો વાયા નડિયાદ હાઈવે પરથી જાય છે પણ નડિયાદ શહેર માં જતી નથી. હવે તો બસ ખાલી હાઈવે પરથી અંદર શહેર માં લઇ જવાની છે તો પણ તમે આવું કરો છો.
                          અને બસ શહેર માં લાવવામાં જો ડીઝલ વપરાતું હોય તો હું એના પૈસા આપી દવ પણ તમે લોકો બીજા મધ્યમ વર્ગ ના લોકો ને આમ તેમ રખડાવસો નઈ.

                            I got an online ticket booked for Baroda Central Bus Stand to Ahmedabad today i.e. on 23rd Dec 2018 for a 18:00 volvo. I reached the bus stand at 5:30 pm and kept waiting for the 6pm volvo. With every volvo thst arrived, i kept checking with their drivers if this is the 6pm bus and i they all denied.Finally when at 6:15 i asked your help desk guy here at the station, he was ready rude and started shouting at me. Then told me there is no other bus before 8pm and charged me for that and gave a ticket.But in between there were more than 2 volvo buses.I was charged twice without any help and solution.This is pathetic.Your staff needs to be trained on conveying thr right messages.There has to be a notification also at the bus stand about the bus timings and arrival.I am a single lady and this does make me feel unsafe as no one ever helped.

                              I am private employee of local company at surat. I am trveling from kathor village to surat city daily on 8:10 a. M. By bus. Some students and some other passanger do same in bus which timing is 8:10 from kathor bus depo.
                              But regularly, bus some times coming and some times not, some times arrived late which will affect on our daily routine.

                              Please solve our daily up and down problem and take care of civilains as well as students.

                                I was searched the bus online through gsrtc.in from deesa to vadodara central bus station for dated 25/12/2018 tuesday and i found the bus deesa to padra at 2:30 pm on so when i reached to deesa bus stop at 2:20 pm but the said bus not came till 2:30 pm so i inquired about bus timing on counter. So they informed me that the said bus was departed at 2:10 pm so due to this i missed the bus and the next bus for vadodara at 4 pm was informed me by counter but still said bus timing shown on online portal was 2:30 pm and aslo there was no display of time changing of deesa to padra bus was on notice board. So how can they change timing of bus without giving information on online portal.
                                Due to this i have suffer more and wait for next bus for almost one and half hour.
                                So my request to higher authority to look in this matter and if the any change of timming took place then update it in online portal so the passenger don't have to go through problems.
                                And till now the bus timing was showing 2:30 pm for deesa to padra. I have attached the screenshot of bus timing here with.
                                So do needful in this regard.

I booked a ticket from ahmedabad to mundra but the ticket was not confirmed i sent a message through you but the amount is not credited to my account. So i request you to refund the amount to my account. The amount is rs.241. Abe chutiye 241 rupiya wapas karne mei kitne din lagta hai. Ye gsrtc mei sub ke sub chutiye bhare pade hain kya.

                                        Today i. E 23/12/18 time 6:45 am we have enquiry simply about dwarka bus from the enquiry counter staff rajesh (As he said) but he said so rudely that i do not know.

                                        I request you to kindly take action against him for non performing duty and inspite of doing duty he is involve in gossip with colleague.
