I was searched the bus online through gsrtc.in from deesa to vadodara central bus station for dated 25/12/2018 tuesday and i found the bus deesa to padra at 2:30 pm on so when i reached to deesa bus stop at 2:20 pm but the said bus not came till 2:30 pm so i inquired about bus timing on counter. So they informed me that the said bus was departed at 2:10 pm so due to this i missed the bus and the next bus for vadodara at 4 pm was informed...

I am travelling in this bus from rajkot to gondal but the driver is driving so rashely that at one spot we just missed the accident with truck. Please take some strict action against driver.
Please pay some special attention to this matter.
Travellers life are in danger in this bus so kindly don't ingrore this and take strickt action so we can save. Some life before accident....

Already i have submitted a complaint regarding this matter. I booked a ticket from ahmedabad to mundra but the ticket was not confirmed i sent a message through you but the amount is not credited to my account. So i request you to refund the amount to my account. The amount is rs.241. Abe chutiye 241 rupiya wapas karne mei kitne din lagta hai. Ye gsrtc mei sub ke sub chutiye bhare pade hain kya....

Date 23.12.18 na roj palanpur anand bus driver e chandkheda bus stand par ubhi rakhi nai. Chandkheda thi 3:37 pm e nikli. Bus driver e brts route ma thi bus full speed ma nikali didhi. Bus stop ma ubhi pan nai rakhi. Gadi no. Gj18z1420. Hu complain number par complain karu chu to khali cassette vage che. Koi phone par sarkhi rite response aaptu nathi....

Today i. E 23/12/18 time 6:45 am we have enquiry simply about dwarka bus from the enquiry counter staff rajesh (As he said) but he said so rudely that i do not know.

I request you to kindly take action against him for non performing duty and inspite of doing duty he is involve in gossip with colleague.

Hope gsrtc authority take proper action against inquiry counter staff nehrunagar...

Now my concern is that there is to much cold outside and the wind is very high so we requested to on duty bus conductor to close the door. But he denied and shouting on us. Rto people are denying to accept aadhaar as address proof but the universal known fact is this is the only most reliable and secured proof to show the proof of address. It has been enforced just to bring all information centred and gujarat government is trying to prove from this?
They are failing the mission of modi sarkar towards digital india who are relying more towards rent agreement and court affidavits which can be faked in seconds.br...

I booked a ticket from ahmedabad to mundra on[protected] for my wife shanti. Rs.241was paid from my account but the ticket was not booked and not confirmed. I think it is due to the server problem. It's the responsibility of the gsrtc to refund the amount since the ticket was not issued. I hope i will get back the amount as soon as possible....

On my complaint (Ticket #214806) solution is given to contact[protected], which is not contactable from any number...

For the first instance anyone is unable to contact with this no... That's why i raise this complaint.

I m a resident of surat city and today when me and my friend was going on a vehicle a gsrtc red coloured bus with vehicle number gj 5 z 1640 hit us and the driver was driving so recklessly that we almost had an accident i had an injury on my leg and we almost fell thank god our vehicle was in control i hope you will see this complain because there are reckless drivers in surat that almost always break the speed limit.
