The bus is bombay-bhiloda date 10/1/2019, i am sittinf a bus from navsari to kapadwanj college stand is stop for all local and express bus. But conductor not stop the bus (Base no.10.) and say me it is not a stopage. I complained in kapadwanj bus station controller. He announced the bus conductor to come in office but he not come and the receipt of the bus is dispatch other passenger.

    Amount deducted - 264 (Paid via netbanking hdfc getway - e-billing solutions pvt ltd)

    Also, i am unable to track of failed booking strange. If hdfc get way is not working properly, why it is on your site?

    Dear, i need full refund of this, as due to your inconvenience, i have to suffer with all this.

    Request your immediate action in this regards. I know, you guys are govt. Servants so even not bothered to read full complaint.

    Time has changed now.

    Do work and get paid. Faith in humanity. Respect.

      Hello. I booked 2 volvo tickets in advance (12th jan, 2019) from ahmedabad nehrunagar to baroda central bus station dated on 13th jan, 2019 at 20:15pm. The payment was done worth rs 462 on pos gsrtc23988 at gujarat state road tra txn# 790418.
      So kindly help me to get back refund or get me the booking details.
      It would be really great if the problem is solved earlier.

        Hello!

        Mr. Vijay r. Shah has booked ticket for two on 11th jan 2019 (Booking date) for journey from ahmedabad - nehru nagar to rajkot central bus stand for 26th jan 2019 (Travelling date) for volvo bus departing at morning 6:10. Amount of rs. 818 was deducted but ticket was not booked. Amount is not yet refunded after 12 hours of failed transaction. Attached is the reference for same. Kindly initiate the refund as soon as possible.

            I booked a ticket from ahmedabad to piplod, on 11th january, 2018. Selected seat number was 31. But after payment i didn't get any response of confirmation from gsrtc and instead i had to buy a ticket again in the same bus. I request for the refund of amount that i paid. And, in addition to this the website responds like this most of the time and the passenger don't get the confirmation regarding seat despite of paying the money. It is desirable that the website gets improved for the betterment of passenger who books ticket online and if they can't improve it, better they stop the service of online booking. Thank you.

              I have booked ticket online from talaja to anand sleeper coach on 15 november 2018. Rs. 151 deducted from my account but booking not done and also not get refund of that money.
              Pls help as soon as possible to resolve my problem.

                Respected sir

                Today i am traveling from ahmedabad to rajkot. I have booked ticket online and that was very smooth and quick experience. I impressed and happy that government services are batter now but unfortunately the bus arrives almost 30 minutes late and all passangers are suffering too much under the hit.
                I was very disappointed by government again.
                I want to inform my complain and again expect batter service in future.

                I hope i am sending this mail to right gentalmen person who is responsible and may be think positive.

                    Hi i m nilesh.
                    From village juna devaliya, ta-halvad,
                    Dist - morbi, gujarat-363330.
                    Currently gsrtc bus jetpar to surendranagar route are available for travelling from juna devaliya to halvad with local bus km 22.
                    Bus fair is so high rs 26 against km 22 from juna devaliya to halvad.
                    The bus fair is taken for old route of jetpar to juna devaliya to susvav to ishvarnagar to halvad.
                    But now this bus is run directly jetpar to halvad via juna devaliya only.
                    So it must change bus fair accordingly to current route.
                    So people from poor wealth can travel by government bus.
                    So please change bus fair for poor people of gujarat.

                      I have booked my ticket twice or thrice even more time but at last moment at make payment option it suddenly stops so i could not book my ticket.so i am not able to visit my goingplace at proper time. I have to ask for this because it happens again and again.before i refuse to complain but as it keeps on spoiling my journey.i have to complain about it. Please resolve my query.

                        What the hell is this, the bus named palanpur-patan-palanpur and bus number 8200 did not stop intentionally even we were waived our hands to stop the bus at kanodar hussain tekri bus stand. Date-07/01/2019 time 10.17 am.
                        The driver and conductor both were wayching that we were waiving our hands to stop then also they ran away.

                        Kindly register the complain against the both driver and conductor of that bus otherwise we will approach to the judicial office and also to the incharge of the gsrtc headquarters in palanpur with 'media'. Teach them the strict lesson or we will report this discriminating act of the driver and conductor to the media.

                          Bus is very late as same is schedule for 10.15, pm from makarapura, vadodara, whereas bus reach at 10.45 pm.

                          The driver is absolutely reckless, negligent in his driving. On four occasions driver had dash with ralling of express highway and on turning of bridge near kankaria, ahmedabad driver had almost dashed but fortunately we are save.

                          It is expected that immediately action may be initiated and driver shall be fired and departmental enquiry shall be initiated.

On my travel date, i reached surat central bus station at 07/01/2019 at 12:25 am. I am waiting for bus. When bolivali to nadiyad bus come at 12:55 i contacted that bus conductor. He said me that in that bus my reservation was not in the bus and other bus come wait for that. So was contacted to inquiry window and inquiry master said that my bus is borivalli and nadiyad so when i go for bus but bus gone. My reservation was confirmed.                               Today i have booked 2 tickets from iskon cross road ahmedabad to rajkot (For date 12 jan 2019) with pnr g24327232 ; ticket rs 298 but payment has been cut twice. (2 times)

                              Could you please look into this and do the needful to refund for other transaction asap to my account?

                              I am traveling NAVSARI to mandavi in NAVSARI netrang bus no GJ 18 Y8904 (GSRTC) on dated 27/12/18 at 7:30 am from NAVSARI after running of 1 km from bus depo breakdown found in bus as per talking with conductor he replied that maintence was done yesterday and which was poor

                                      Dear team,

                                      today i travel from a'bad income tax to kalol ambica by bus a'bad to tharad, bus no- GJ18 Z 4208 and i pick the bus on income tax bus stand on time around 7.15 pm and i have given passenger pass to conductor (may be name mr. ganpatbhai) for punching and conductor return to my pass.

                                      but today i want drop to adalaj bus stand and i request to conductor, but conductor not be agree any condition and conduct attack to me and warning for police station.

                                      and i told to conductor pls provide rules book or complain book regarding stand not be stop at adalaj, but conductor really third class behavior with me

                                      so pls do proper action and revert back to me on urgent basis

                                      letter send on 05/01/2019 but not any reply from depo till date, it mins all the staff support to conductor

                                      unbelievable our system but i m not stop, i will do continue fight for this problem

                                        My self - unnati from surat. I booked gsrtc 6 tickets on 22/11/2018 at 10:20 am from nathdwara to surat. The ticket charges rs.2616 (Two times) was debited from my account through debit card but ticket conformation message & booked ticket was not showed in my account or not got the message in my mobile device. So i booked for 2nd time from state bank debit card, and again 2616 rs deducted, pnr was g23403386, please refund my rs.2616 seat numbers - 21, 26, 30, 29, 16, 25. I am attaching 3 attachments for my money deduction.

                                        Kindly look into this matter seriously and consider it soon. As nobody is supporting from GSRTC customer care number from last one and half month. Still I have not received my 2616 rs from GSRTC. Please do the needful ASAP.

                                        You can also check my State Bank Account details, which is clearly showing that 2616 rs has been deducted for two times at the same time and same date.

                                        Kindly look into the refund matter, because I didn't got my refund since[protected], complaint has been raised since[protected] but still no response no reply from customer complaint side. Please look into the matter seriously, I want my refund amount of 2616 rs, this is not a small amount, I have beared two times deduction from gsrtc online ticket booking.

                                        Please do the needful as soon as possible.
