Dear sir
I booked a ticket from ahmedabad to mundra on[protected] for my wife shanti. Rs.241was paid from my account but the ticket was not booked and not confirmed. I think it is due to the server problem. It's the responsibility of the gsrtc to refund the amount since the ticket was not issued. I hope i will get back the amount as soon as possible.

    For the first instance anyone is unable to contact with this no... That's why i raise this complaint.

    No call back received from ur end and now complaint closed... What's this???

Saheb te contnrol officer mane, kaidhu puchva nu nahi ahii to ek vat no javab apo ke su temne ahi inquiry ma mukya chhe tem nu kam chhr javab apvanu pan temnr na padi puchhvanu nahi su revu kehvanu temni faraj chhe. Biju limbdi to moti kadhhechhi bud no time 8.10 a. M no chhe pan bus befor 7.55 a. M bus ravana thai gai su jaldi upadvi jarurri chhe. Hu regylar customer chhhu. It that gsrtc service.       (Bagasara- junagadh via Kanavadla) Our bus is coming everyday late bcz our bus time is early morning 5:45 but that start from 6:30 so always we are reached of 1hrs late for the college.

        I m a resident of surat city and today when me and my friend was going on a vehicle a gsrtc red coloured bus with vehicle number gj 5 z 1640 hit us and the driver was driving so recklessly that we almost had an accident i had an injury on my leg and we almost fell thank god our vehicle was in control i hope you will see this complain because there are reckless drivers in surat that almost always break the speed limit. I hope you will see this complain and do something about it.

            I was very much disappoint and broken with the high penalty of rs 563 as my ticket was from vadodara bus station to ahmedabad bus station and i was travel upto nehrunagar by mistake as i did not know that my dropping point was ahnedabad bus stand. My husband had booked my ticket online. I was now aware of this. At first vigilance ask me to pay 63 rs fare for ahmedabad bus stand to nehrunagar and then ask me for 500 rs penalty. When they talked me at that time i was at paldi and i am ready to left rhe bus there but they were not understand my mistake and took 563 rs from me. Then i searched that bus fare of vadodara to nehrunagar is 231 and vadodara to ahmedabad 219 then why they charged so high? This is highly charged by government to public like private transport. Even in private transport there are no extra charge for any dropping point after setting one and drop at different point. I attached my ticket

              My name is Ashish Patel. I had reserved tickets from Anand to Ahmedabad, departure time was 5:20.p.m., on 13 December 2018;albeit, bus was being already driven late where I was misguided by other Ahmedabad's bus and seated. So I had to be removed by conducter. Meanwhile, I called Anand bus station where they answered me:it's not our problem. It was very pathetic reply for commuter like me. I'm very furious on Anand bus stations help care centers.

              In addition to this, I shall take legitimate action in police station as well as grahk surksha centre, if my complain and refund will not be processed because I hadn't travelled by that bus just because of their mistake.

              They putted all stands names according to road sarkhej to gandhinagar so there was also a stand beetween that two places named Gota so they also have to stop them bus at that stand then they don't stopped the bus and shouted on me "it will not stop here go direct gandhinagar" and tooked more money from me and here is the bus number GJ 18 Z 3565.

                I was traveling from mundra to rajkot in GSRTC our bus made a halt on BABRA BUS STAND almost each and every bus stops at there.
                After the stop i saw there's only one shop for food and cold drink so i purchased one hide and seed buiscut MRP 20 but he asked for 25 and for coca cola MRP 20 but he again asked for 25 . He charged me 10 rupees extra on 40 ruppes completely looted me i argued with them but they behaved rudely. SHOP name is ST UPHAR it's under the roof of BABRA bus stand sadly even though this type of dirty business is going on under government supervision.
                PLEASE TAKE STRICK ACTION AGAINST THEM.

                  A regular bus from dakor to chanod at 5.45 in the morning, conductor and a regular passenger regularly smokes in the bus. Eventhough telling him so many times not to smoke in bus, the conductor never listens. He joins a fellow passenger on his seat between customers seats and smokes regularly. Smoke regularly irritates the passengers. Conductor argues saying that, if we stop the bus for smoking, you will be late. Thats his excuse. He says its not illegal to smoke in bus. He is the most regular conductor who smokes.

                    I have booked a bus from vadodara to ahmedabad @ 7:45 am is the scheduled depature. But the the actual departed from bus stand at 7:55 am and it was reached ctm express highway @ 9:45 am.
                    And 15 min waiting time at toll plaza.
                    Journey time in volvo is very bad. Express services are better than volvo in time punctual.

                    Start introducing fast tags for volvo’s at least to save the waiting time at toll plazas.

                      While i was travelling in gsrtc bus no gj18z 1799 somnath padra sleeper bus; i lost my luggage woth rs. 25000. Can you please guide us what can be done in this concern. While we gone for check our luggage the luggage box lock was found already broken. This is was accepted by driver and conductor too. Please help in this.

                        આજ રોજ લાઙવેલ ચોકઙી થી ઙાકોર જતા માગૅ લાઙવેલ ઓવરબી્જ થી આગળ ઙાકોર તરફ જતા રાતી્ના 8:30 ની આસપાસ આણંદ થી કપઙવંજ જતી બસ નં જીજે 18Y 8731 ના ઙાઇવરે બસ ને એટલી બઘી બેફામ ગફલત ભરી રીતે હંકારતો હતો કે અમો અમારી કાર ને બાજુ ની ઝાઙીમા ઊતારી દઈ અમારો જીવ બચાવયો છે. બાદ અમો બસ નો પીછો કરી કપઙવંજ ઙેપો મા પહોચયા કંટો્લ ઓફીસ મા જાણ કરી, બસ ઙા્ઈવર ની તપાસ કરતા જાણ થઈ કે ઙા્ઈવર પીધેલી હાલત મા બસ હંકાવી લાવયો હતો ઙા્ઈવર ને ઙેપો મેનેજર પાસે આવવાનુ કહેતા ઙાઇવર બસ મુકી ને ચાલયો ગયો હતો.બસ કંઙકટર ને પુછતા તેને કાઈ જવાબ ન આપયો તદ ઉપર થી આ બધી વિગતો પુછવા વાળા કોણ છે તુ, મને કંઈ ખબ નથી અહી થી જતા રહો નહી તો પોલીસ બોલાવીશ હુ્ં જીએસઆરટીસી નો કમૅચારી છુ, આમ કહી ને ઘમકાવતો હતો બાદ મા કંટો્લ રુમ માથી ઙા્ઈવર બેઝ નં 9809 કંઙકટર બેઝ નં 10780 તથા બસ ઙાકોર ઙેપો ની છે જાણ મળેલ છે, અમારા તથા અમારા બાળકો ના નસીબ જોગ અમો બચી ગયા, શુ આ એસટી અમારી સલામત સવારી છે? બસ મારી એજ અરજ છે કે આવા જોખમી ઙાઈવરો ને કારણે અનય માણસોના જીવ ગુમાવવનો, તથા તેના આશી્ત ની જીદંગી જીવવાનુ્ં મુશકેલ થઈ જાય છે.

                          Respect sir/madam,

                          I am a student who is studying in ahmedabad. My daily up down is from gandhinagar to ahmedabad polytechnic.
                          Everyday after my college gets over, every bus from polytechnic to gandhinagar are often delayed in their own schedule time.

                          If the bus even comes after being so late the driver or the conductor don't stop, while they pass through the brts route ignoring the student passenger's.

                          The similar situation is in the morning the depot people overflowing the bus full with passengers.

                          One of the bus which comes in the evening nearly at 6 00 p. M has its number gj 18 y 5403

                          So my humble request is that please take action against it as soon as possible and please increase the number of bus.

                            When i am travrling from chikhali to valsad, he give me ticket of 24 rs and in exchange he is not giving 6 rupee by saying that last stop is valsad. He has done this to 4-5 passenger. When i am asking again his behaviour is insensible. I am complaining this 1st time because before that somany times i have experience this type of issue. They are saying that they don't have change but at the end they are not even try to give it back.

                                I booked my ticket online on gsrtc website (Pnr - g[protected] my bus was scheduled at 5:30 p. M. From baroda, and i reached the station around 5:10 p. M..
                                The bus was supposed to come at platform 6, 7 or 8 and i was waiting near that station, also to confirm whether bus will come here only i asked at the inquiry counter several times and he replied that it will come there only at scheduled time.
                                However at 5:40 i got to know that the bus had already left and it didn't stop at any of the mentioned three platforms where i was waiting. Also the bus conducted didn't bother to contact once.
                                So i request your interruption here and i want refund for my ticket for the inconvenience caused.

                                  I am completing about the bus of jamnagar depo, gj18j3839 jamnagar rajkot intercity, which never stops on dhrol highway on wawing hands, driver always ignore the passengers standing for waiting of this bus. Kindly take urgent steps. Driver of this bus is very rude, please transfer driver if possible and recruit other good fellow, do as soon as possible, thank you

                                    I’m travelling by st bhavnagar to rajkot bus
                                    And seats are almost full
                                    So i’m standing in the bus
                                    But literally it is not possible to even stand properly because our salamat savari driver is using break so shortly like a suv car
                                    I request to train drivers and make them realise that they are carrying 40-50 passengers with them.

                                    We have booked tickets online but bus not reach till 6:30 at sabarmati bus station. Then I have to take a pvt vehicle. How we can wait beyond 1 hour of schedule time. Also ticket not include any bus number. Following details as under.

                                      I have booked two sleeper tickets from nashik to ahmedabad via shirdi nehru nagar pnr no g23573178 sear no. G 5 & g 6 through paytm but the bus got cancelled at time & nobody from gsrtc has informed me. I had an emergency & had to reach ahemadabad but this is a very bad experience with gsrtc. Kindly refund the amount of sleeper ticket charged to us & this is not what we expect from gsrtc as my mother is having health issue & hv to travel whole night sitting

                                      The bus is extremely dirty at all corners.

                                      The conductor do not have complaint book.

                                        We are a students belong to vilages but patan depo bus timing is not proper and not panctual about timing. Every 2 days bus is late and the inquiry ofgicer is saing wait a moment, wait a moment but they are not speaking truly we are waiting waiting... I but bus is not come after 1 hr they saying bus is cancelled we belong from chandrumana our bus timing is very lase there are 5 to 6 in a one day and much timing bus cancel and this not a first time avery day we are facing this problem so please do something we are requesting you.
