      I booked 4 tickets total a round about journey from nadiad to bhuj to nadiad on 13/11/2018 but due to failure of transaction amount is yet not refunded.i registered complaint in gsrtc.in but no response and even no calls from the service are responded since last fifteen days!! And even the services for the booking are too slow the transaction was not suceessful many times

        સાહેબશ્રી. જય ભારત સાથે જણાવવાનું કે છેલા35 દિવસ થી ભુજ ડેપો ની આ બસ કોઈ પણ કારણ વગર બંધ થઈ ગયેલ છે. આ બસ છેલ્લા30 વર્ષ થી ચાલુ હોય અને વિથયાર્થીઓ કર્મચારીઓ તથા અન્ય પેસિન્જરો પણ મળી રહેતા હોય છે. અને 150 km નો રુટ આ બસ નો હોય તે પીપર, વાયોર, નલિયા, તેરા, બીટા, નાનીવમોટી કોટડા, નખત્રાણા, ભુજ રુટ પર ચાલે છે તથા નલિયા થી સરકારી કર્મચારીઓ તથા વિથયાર્થીઓ રોજ બરોજ નખત્રાણા ઉપડાઉન કરતા હોય છે તો આપ સાહેબ ન3 નમ્ર વિનંતી કે આ બસ જેમ બને તેમ1જલ્દી ચાલુ કરવા વિનંતી સાથે નમ્ર અરજ છે.

            Regular bus of garyadhar to palitana is not functioning. Instead of that bus alternative bus was running which is having very inferior quality in it. I am regularly travelling through this bus but since last one week that bus is not coming. When we have inquired about the same to concerning in charge he said that it will take 2-3 days but even after a week still it was not in work.

                  I, umeshchandra vaidya, resident of navsari city, had reserved my volvo bus ticket pnr no. G23477788, dated. 02/12/2018, seat no.03,
                  For vadodara to navsari. Deprtg. At 18.15 pm from central bus station vadodara.
                  I was sitting infront of platform no.12.
                  From 06.00pm onwards & waiting for volvo bus, for coming at prescribed platform. No.12.
                  The volvo didn't parked on platform number (12), so i couldn't watch it.
                  Then, i inquired at inqiry counter, the incharge told that at 07.10pm volvo bus departed. This is very sad for a reserved
                  Ticket holder.
                  Plese get me refund for the guilty of bus conducter.

                    Hey!
                    Karan here from palanpur gujarat (Pin code - 385001)
                    I am a college student and i travel daily from palanpur to patan and same back. So my complain is, the buses from palanpur are never on fixed time. They are either too early or too late. The time gap is of like 20-30 minutes! And the second most irritating thing is that the call centre executive never picks up the call! Never! I have also attached some screenshots of the call log so you can check it accordingly. For the same thing, patan is very sincere... Their buses are on time and they give a proper answer when called. Kindly check this issue and solve it asap before i have to some constitutional head out there.

                      I m complain about bus no 2676 rute rajkot - kalavad mini bus. Bus reaches kalavad bus stop at 7:30 a. M. Morning and depart form bus stand 7:31 a. M.in morning.
                      Bus is not stoped only for 5 minits on his stands. Bus comes from rajkot to kalavd bus stand & not stoped only 5 minits stand. & goes to rajkot very quickly.
                      Bus is also stoped un authorised stopes
                      Beacouse of drivers friends is comes in this bus, & driver behaviour is very unauthorized with passengers, he ignors passengers of case tikit purchagers.

                        I dipak tiwari, travelled from ahmedabad central bus stand to baroda central bus stand by ahmedabad - baroda intercity express. The procedure for getting ticket to board in intercity express is to line up in a queue in front of the counter (Near volvo counter) at the platform and get the ticket. Today queue for the same (About 4:45 pm) was so long that by the time my turn came there were no room in the bus so i had to wait for the next bus. Next bus for baroda arrived at the platform and i got the ticket and allotted seat no 4 which is a middle seat at first row. The person at platform counter was doing allotment of seats serial wise just for his own convenience so that it would be easy for him to count the number of seats allotted. I think such allotment of seats is certainly creating dissatisfaction among passengers. For example, in my case i was allotted seat number 4 but i had occupied seat number 32 which was a window seat but later on a gentle lady insisted me to vacate the seat as seat number 32 was allotted to her. I vacated the seat and sat on my allocated seat i. E 4. Therefore, even if you book your ticket at first, seats are not going to be allotted as per your choice which is totally unfair. Also if some one is traveling with his or her family it won’t be sure that all the members of the family will sit together. The journey from ahmedabad to baroda is of 2:20 hours. Since gujarat state road transport corporation (Gsrtc) is a public transport service, the allocation of seats as per passenger’s choice (On first come first serve basis) should be strongly considered which will maintain harmony among passengers traveling by bus.                           My complain is for the bus pass. The pass counter in himmatnagar is too much slow. Because of it nearly 7 pass are going to be removed per day. The net, server is reapetedly gone down. Many of the student have to drop from there school/collage for days. The speed of removing one pass is approx 30mins. The officers are also doing their work slowly and some times simply wasting their time by roaming here and there in the office. L want a prompt and effective reply regarding this complaint...

                              I undersign hiren khatsuria was travelling from himmatnagar to mehsana in bus no gj18z3070 which service from bayad to bhuj (Sleeper coach) and i had purchase ticket from himmatnagar to mehsana which ticket no is 109182, for rs 96. First conductor had not refund me 4rs balance and when mehsana bus stand arrived he had not informed me. After that he had used bad words to me. Like surti gali. He had told me to pay 30 rs more when i was given him 50 rs. And he was given me gali. I just want to know is it authorized to talk with passenger who are travelling in state transport have to here this kind of gali's from the employee of government?

                                  I have cancelled 1 ticket with following PNR no.

                                  Ticket cancelled but refund amount not credited in to bank account.
                                  Ticket already raised with GSRTC but they are unable to reply my refund status.
                                  already 25 days passed and GSRTC tat is with in 7 to 21 days refund will be credited. called helpline number but did not get proper reply.. also sent email to [protected]@yahoo.com but did not get any reply.. this is 2nd time my refund amount not credited ... this worst services.. very bad experiend.

                                      At the time of 2.30 am at night,
                                      Conductor denied me to drop me off at the stop where I wanted to be dropped off .
                                      And even he denied to give me ticket of the next stop from where I wanted to be dropped off .
                                      How ridiculous it is to behave like this at midnight when that stop is in that bus route ?
                                      It was totally ridiculous that when I asked him for getting me a complain book but he denied even for that .
                                      Where is all your promises of pick up and drop off ?

                                        When i bought tickit ahmedabad to rajkot and next day i forget tickit in my home so that reason all people driver with conductor and also inquiry window not help to me. He says first you go home and take tickit and come in bus. I have family and all people not help me and my family, he say baught another tickit, your tickit is not you have so baught new one and also i told me i have picture for tickit so all said its not valid.. And he given me new tickit my 800/ its wast and not given me refund, i also told him give me return tickit on that tickit but say no.
                                        Very poor service for government bus and government servent, thats why india is behind all service like this type of people working in gsrtc. Same on you.
                                        I decide dont go in gsrtc bus next time and also tell my friends and facebook, twitter wattsapp this type of service. Same on you gsrtc.
