Respect sir/madam,

I am a student who is studying in ahmedabad. My daily up down is from gandhinagar to ahmedabad polytechnic.
Everyday after my college gets over, every bus from polytechnic to gandhinagar are often delayed in their own schedule time.

If the bus even comes after being so late the driver or the conductor don't stop, while they pass through the brts route ignoring the student passenger's.

The similar situation is in the morning the depot people overflowing the bus full with passengers.

One of the bus which comes in the evening nearly at 6 00 p. M has its number gj 18 y 5403

So my humble request is that please take action against it as soon as possible and please increase the number of bus.

    When i am travrling from chikhali to valsad, he give me ticket of 24 rs and in exchange he is not giving 6 rupee by saying that last stop is valsad. He has done this to 4-5 passenger. When i am asking again his behaviour is insensible. I am complaining this 1st time because before that somany times i have experience this type of issue. They are saying that they don't have change but at the end they are not even try to give it back.

      I booked online ticket nasik to ahmedabad on dated 9/12/2018. But any reason bus not came at station. All passenger are awaited and shifted to express another bus. No any prior information of cancellation. I want to cancelle and refumd for the same but in my account there are no option of cancellation of ticket.

        I booked my ticket online on gsrtc website (Pnr - g[protected] my bus was scheduled at 5:30 p. M. From baroda, and i reached the station around 5:10 p. M..
        The bus was supposed to come at platform 6, 7 or 8 and i was waiting near that station, also to confirm whether bus will come here only i asked at the inquiry counter several times and he replied that it will come there only at scheduled time.
        However at 5:40 i got to know that the bus had already left and it didn't stop at any of the mentioned three platforms where i was waiting. Also the bus conducted didn't bother to contact once.
        So i request your interruption here and i want refund for my ticket for the inconvenience caused.

            And seats are almost full
            So i’m standing in the bus
            But literally it is not possible to even stand properly because our salamat savari driver is using break so shortly like a suv car
            I request to train drivers and make them realise that they are carrying 40-50 passengers with them.

            Matel jamnagar bus start time is 13:30 at matel but start at 13:10 .please solve this problem. I am very disappointed for this matter.

              I have booked two sleeper tickets from nashik to ahmedabad via shirdi nehru nagar pnr no g23573178 sear no. G 5 & g 6 through paytm but the bus got cancelled at time & nobody from gsrtc has informed me. I had an emergency & had to reach ahemadabad but this is a very bad experience with gsrtc. Kindly refund the amount of sleeper ticket charged to us & this is not what we expect from gsrtc as my mother is having health issue & hv to travel whole night sitting

                We are a students belong to vilages but patan depo bus timing is not proper and not panctual about timing. Every 2 days bus is late and the inquiry ofgicer is saing wait a moment, wait a moment but they are not speaking truly we are waiting waiting... I but bus is not come after 1 hr they saying bus is cancelled we belong from chandrumana our bus timing is very lase there are 5 to 6 in a one day and much timing bus cancel and this not a first time avery day we are facing this problem so please do something we are requesting you.

                      I booked 4 tickets total a round about journey from nadiad to bhuj to nadiad on 13/11/2018 but due to failure of transaction amount is yet not refunded.i registered complaint in gsrtc.in but no response and even no calls from the service are responded since last fifteen days!! And even the services for the booking are too slow the transaction was not suceessful many times

                        સાહેબશ્રી. જય ભારત સાથે જણાવવાનું કે છેલા35 દિવસ થી ભુજ ડેપો ની આ બસ કોઈ પણ કારણ વગર બંધ થઈ ગયેલ છે. આ બસ છેલ્લા30 વર્ષ થી ચાલુ હોય અને વિથયાર્થીઓ કર્મચારીઓ તથા અન્ય પેસિન્જરો પણ મળી રહેતા હોય છે. અને 150 km નો રુટ આ બસ નો હોય તે પીપર, વાયોર, નલિયા, તેરા, બીટા, નાનીવમોટી કોટડા, નખત્રાણા, ભુજ રુટ પર ચાલે છે તથા નલિયા થી સરકારી કર્મચારીઓ તથા વિથયાર્થીઓ રોજ બરોજ નખત્રાણા ઉપડાઉન કરતા હોય છે તો આપ સાહેબ ન3 નમ્ર વિનંતી કે આ બસ જેમ બને તેમ1જલ્દી ચાલુ કરવા વિનંતી સાથે નમ્ર અરજ છે.

I am regularly travelling through this bus but since last one week that bus is not coming.                                   I, umeshchandra vaidya, resident of navsari city, had reserved my volvo bus ticket pnr no. G23477788, dated. 02/12/2018, seat no.03,
                                  For vadodara to navsari. Deprtg. At 18.15 pm from central bus station vadodara.
                                  I was sitting infront of platform no.12.
                                  From 06.00pm onwards & waiting for volvo bus, for coming at prescribed platform. No.12.
                                  The volvo didn't parked on platform number (12), so i couldn't watch it.
                                  Then, i inquired at inqiry counter, the incharge told that at 07.10pm volvo bus departed. This is very sad for a reserved
                                  Ticket holder.
                                  Plese get me refund for the guilty of bus conducter.

                                    Karan here from palanpur gujarat (Pin code - 385001)
                                    I am a college student and i travel daily from palanpur to patan and same back. So my complain is, the buses from palanpur are never on fixed time. They are either too early or too late. The time gap is of like 20-30 minutes! And the second most irritating thing is that the call centre executive never picks up the call! Never! I have also attached some screenshots of the call log so you can check it accordingly. For the same thing, patan is very sincere... Their buses are on time and they give a proper answer when called. Kindly check this issue and solve it asap before i have to some constitutional head out there.

                                      I m complain about bus no 2676 rute rajkot - kalavad mini bus. Bus reaches kalavad bus stop at 7:30 a. M. Morning and depart form bus stand 7:31 a. M.in morning.
                                      Bus is not stoped only for 5 minits on his stands. Bus comes from rajkot to kalavd bus stand & not stoped only 5 minits stand. & goes to rajkot very quickly.
                                      Bus is also stoped un authorised stopes
                                      Beacouse of drivers friends is comes in this bus, & driver behaviour is very unauthorized with passengers, he ignors passengers of case tikit purchagers.

                                        I dipak tiwari, travelled from ahmedabad central bus stand to baroda central bus stand by ahmedabad - baroda intercity express. The procedure for getting ticket to board in intercity express is to line up in a queue in front of the counter (Near volvo counter) at the platform and get the ticket. Today queue for the same (About 4:45 pm) was so long that by the time my turn came there were no room in the bus so i had to wait for the next bus. Next bus for baroda arrived at the platform and i got the ticket and allotted seat no 4 which is a middle seat at first row. The person at platform counter was doing allotment of seats serial wise just for his own convenience so that it would be easy for him to count the number of seats allotted. I think such allotment of seats is certainly creating dissatisfaction among passengers. For example, in my case i was allotted seat number 4 but i had occupied seat number 32 which was a window seat but later on a gentle lady insisted me to vacate the seat as seat number 32 was allotted to her. I vacated the seat and sat on my allocated seat i. E 4. Therefore, even if you book your ticket at first, seats are not going to be allotted as per your choice which is totally unfair. Also if some one is traveling with his or her family it won’t be sure that all the members of the family will sit together. The journey from ahmedabad to baroda is of 2:20 hours. Since gujarat state road transport corporation (Gsrtc) is a public transport service, the allocation of seats as per passenger’s choice (On first come first serve basis) should be strongly considered which will maintain harmony among passengers traveling by bus.
