      As per my ticket booking bus not come to Ahmadabad depo. As per discussion your control cabin person he reply bus not come depo.

      Bus go know bypass ranip bus depot.

      So kindly refund my money as par attached screenshot.
      They are charging 5rs for urinal and 10rs for toilet. However, the price board says 1rs for urinal. And there is no charge sheet for using toilet. Toilet conditions are very bad. They are taking 4rs more than the actual charge and still not maintaing it. 4rs are directly going in there pocket as black. Please take actions asap! Thanks.!!!

      I booked ticket in volvo for Baroda.. I wait 2 hours in kamrej s t bus stand but volvo not come and do not pick up me and my life.at kamrej bus stand no person in inquiry office and it's also locked..customer care of gsrtc was make me wait.

        Dear sir,

        Please find the attached screenshot of my ticket.

        As per attachement, i was traveled baroda to ahmedabad (Ctm cross road) in kheralu depo's bus on 23.11.2018. Approx starting time from baroda 12 noon. My ticket amount was rs 96 & i was give rs 100 as note. Conductor said changes will give after sometime. He don't get till my stop was arriving & i was not tell. When i was tell for changes then he gave rs 6 between me & a another person. It means rs 3 per each person, but we will take rs 4 / person.

        This is one incident was tell by me. This type issue founds also on bhavnagar - ahmedabad route.

        Please take strict action on it.

          I have cancelled 1 ticket with following PNR no.
          PNR 1) G22406280

          Both ticket cancelled but refund amount not credited in to bank account.
          Ticket already raised with GSRTC but they are unable to reply my refund status.
          already 25 days passed and GSRTC tat is with in 7 to 21 days refund will be credited. called helpline number but did not get proper reply.. also sent email to [protected]@yahoo.com but did not get any reply.. this is 2nd time my refund amount not credited ... this worst services.. very bad experiend.

          Please help

            Respected sir/medam,
            In kotda sangani village of rajkot district gondal depo's bus does not arrive in time and many time they cancel the roots said that it is too late or driver or conductor not available. Particularly bus no. Gj 7689 gondal depos bus depart from rajkot to kotda sangani can not come in time after our lots of affort & conductor dilabhai rudely behave with passenger when they ask the reson for delay. Bus is depart from outside the platform. So the passenger have no idea when bus go. We have complained about this to gondal's depo manager in writing at two month ago but he did not take any action. So we desier your response.

              As we are very ashamed to be a passenger of gsrtc bus. We booked 5 seats this bus from somnath to dwarka time 8:55am but from the starting from somnath it got about 2 hrs late then driver and conductor started filling bus with passengers without ticket from somnath to porbandar. I made many calls on helpline no but no response. At 4:30 pm we crossed porbandar.

                I am writing this complaint mail to you because today we visited ahmedabad gsrtc gitamandir for book the gsrtc bus, we met the concern person but he told me that bus is not available for the date 13-dec-2018. Even i visited 21 days before the booking date. Still i received negative answer from gsrtc ahmedabad. What will i do now?
                Even all the personal bus service provider are not allowed to book the bus inside the city area.

                In this case what would i have to do?

                We need bus for one day on dated 13-dec-2018 8:30am.

                Requesting you to please consider my mail on top priority and do the needful.

                    My complaint is that i booked for my wife 1 e ticket from gsrtc website. My date of journey was 20/11/2018 from dayapar to ahmedabad in express bus. My pnr no. Is g23358295 and trip code is 1630nsrvabdex51. My total bus fair is rs. 256/-. My journey time was 5.45 p. M. On my travel date, i reached dayapar bus station at 5.42 p. M. But bus was not coming till 6.15 p. M. And inquired my bus from local person who is booking ticket of gsrtc online from dayapar he has contact of next bus depot control mobile no. And conform that bus was pass by dayapar in 5.30 p. M. Considering his requests, she traveled from dayapar to ahmedabad in another privet which cost is 660 rs. Considering above facts and circumstances, i hereby request you to please credit difference amount of bus fare in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige.                       Journey from junagadh to rajkot.. Meanwhile bus stop due to bus in bad conditions.. Bus is of keshod depot they stop bus near highway at hotel they took lunch for half n hour then said to passenger that bus is not working need to change bus then we go with child to virpur depot by walk.. I m female member go to depot meanwhile conductor said go in any bus and no need to take a ticket so i go in bus vadodara veraval conductor of this bus said to take ticket even though we already having a ticket as conductor of previous bus didnt given any report to us.. We not ever of the same thing we resist to take ticket both conductor n driver was started fighting with us against all the passenger... Now telly as passenger where we are wrong as not given report by previous conductor... This new conductor is of depot veraval code is. 4216 both starting shouting on me kindly educated this type of third class employee to educate pessenger in this situation

                        Sir bus condition is very poor no any facility, also bus make vey loud noise.
                        I have 300 rupees for sleeper.in this amount i can be travel by private bus with good facility.

                          I am student.. And regularly i m standing at bhijipura for vikas route bus.. But bus driver do not stop their bus at bhijipura even we raise our hands. Thats why sometimes we must stand 1 or 2 hours at bus stop or take a private vehicles even we have bus pass. I don't know why but drivers even don't see at us.. Ignore us... I request you to short out this problem otherwise i must complain in consumer forum.

                            I was pleased to hear that gsrtc have started facility of advanced booking on official web site. But all my enthusiasm got broken when i had very worst experience of online booking. I have tried to book tickets from nehrunagar ahmedabad to botad in bus called ahmedabad to botad for[protected]Dd-mm-yyyy) and time of arrival was denoted as 8.47 pm at nehrunagar bus stand and i booked 2 sits in that bus and paid rs. 234/-from my net banking. Payment was successfully done and i just got confirmation message from my bank saying your account has-been debited with 234-/ rs only. I didn't got any confirmation from gsrtc about my ticket confirmation neither via any acknowledgement nor any sms nor any email. And then due to the his rigid structure of your goody called department i have to travel 20 kms to reach nearby st bus stand called ranip bus stand at 9.44pm in hilarious trafic of ahmedabad city and this winter cold. And happily i found 4 inquiry counters there but then tragedy happened and i found all of them to be closed then after 30 minutes of inquiry with stall members i found one men there in terminal and that learned m experience officer proudly said you are nor first facing this problem and i don't know anything about only booking and then he gave me 1 24*7 toll free no called[protected] and i have tried to call that number more than 50 times and all time i lost my 5-7 minutes only no responsible person answered my call.
                            Then in early morning i again traveled to nehrunagar bus stand and shown them errors with gs reference no. But they failed to answer my query and they said you call toll free number mean while i have tried to call all major bus stands of largest city of gujarat called ahmedabad. But same way i also wasted my precious time only neither learned and responsible bus stand in charge have answered my call. I was standing at nehrunagar bus stand like beggers since 7.15 am with my family and surprisingly bus which have departure time at 7. 15 from nehrunagar arrived on 8.25 am called ahmedabad una gurjarnagri. Now i am worried about my 234-7 rs which i have wasted in booking my sits in advance. According to guidance of learned experience and prudent gsrtc officer i started my journey with other bus and they asked to call me for further proceeding. But developing government may have some more inspirational projects then solving queries o[censored]nsatisfied travellers and o request your good self to close down this hurdle kind of e booking process to facilate travellers for day of booking at least. I am attacking screenshot of time i wasted in contacting developed state gujarat's most economic transportation department called gsrtc help line and their responsible bus stands along with debit transactions from bank

                              I reserved my ticket in gsrtc bus... For going to vadodara to dahod... But starting point is vadodara but not coming till 4:30 pm... I should reach dahod at 7:00 pm but because of bus irregularity i reach after 7:00. So my reservation charged 236 rupees failed. Photo copy of my reservation ticket include... What a rubbish is gsrtc... I totally disappointed.

                                Firstly:- bus is running late since the starting point, bus has departed on 1.20 pm

                                Secondly:- bus has to be reached to baroda max to max @ 7.00 or to 7.30pm but still bus is reached at "tarapur chowkdy"'.!!! Is this our gujarat govt's transportation service, strict action must be taken against bus conductor and driver as they are not bothered about passenger's concerns and their valuable time,

                                Thirdly:- this has happned with me many times, earlier i have also put a twit on twitter at @gsrtc_service but till now i have not got any responce at all,

                                Please look into this serious matter and i request for my expenses which i had to spent due to late running of bus

                                Gsrtc DWARKA to Surat sleeper coach bus have high speed travel in city trafic area this is danger for everyone, Do control the speed and strategy of driving in city area

                                We notice that driver have pressure to reach in time and he drive more than standard methods
                                I had booked ticket from junagadh to Vadodara in Junagadh to rajpipla sleeper class bus. Because of some technical issues sleeper bus is not available. It is requested to refund my money of sleeping class.
                                A driver and conductor of a regular bus of having route Vagadi to Ahmedabad, starting at 6 pm from Vadnagar don't stop the bus at Ghodasar cross road which is on the way of regular route. However, they stop the bus anywhere for their personal work.Please resolve the issue at earliest.

                                  I am traveling from keshod to junagadh, in extra bus. Normali the ticket from keshod to junagadh is 32 in local, 46 in express, 52 in gujrat nagari but why today 57 rs.in extra bus. Ticket no.126860 dt.17/11/18 17:41:53 bus no.7174 depo botad so this is wrong, because in same distance rate of ticket is different and why the passenger to pay more rupiy.

                                    I have booked 6 ticket from surat to palanpur for[protected] timing of 2:15pm. During the booking the fees of 1488 rs. Has been debited from my account but i haven't received any e-ticket or mail. The tickets for automatically cancelled without any valid reason!. I request u to refund my money as soon as possible.
                                    And try to b more active about such issues!
                                    This felt like being cheated.
                                    The customer service says that it we refunded within 7-21 days, this is too much, what about the wasted time and at some point money too!
                                    I must say this isn't the right way to serve customers.

                                    Bus driver to lazy all time bus late ...and local bus not stop to local stand ...3 nd 4 pessanger to not pick up to local stand ...All passengers problems in my village ...always to late my college time...

                                      I reside at bhimvas-1, jamnagar.
                                      Today two buses no. Gj 18 y 5635 and gj 18 y 8991 passed through the jamnagar-rajkot road near bhimvas-1 where many passengers from bhimvas-1/2/3/1a and navagam ghed wait for bus.
                                      According to your scheme "hath uncho karo, bus ma beso", i raised my hand for picking up me before the drivers of the buses aforsaid, but the drivers didn't stop the buses there. Even though, they saw me...

                                      Complain agains GSRTC bus service.

                                      I have attached bus ticker & find ticket both.

                                      We have buy bus ticket, there was not sit available so we have conduct standing journey. After Unai station some seat empty so we seat on that sit.
                                      Now while your checking/vigilance inspector come and one inspector told me to pay difference of Rs 80 so I agree but on same time another inspector ask me to pay Rs 580 with penalty. It was mention if there is not ticket then I have to pay penalty but we have already ticket and use empty seat then why I have to pay Rs 500 as penalty ?? instead of just pay difference of sleeping seat Rs 80.

                                      Please clear the penalty rules otherwise refund of ready for legal actions against fraud.

                                      This is clear cheating and not we there are another 6-7 passengers also sit but all get down and stand as it was big "babal" (quarrel ) with us. they ask wrong words to us and it was shameful for us.
