I am student.. And regularly i m standing at bhijipura for vikas route bus.. But bus driver do not stop their bus at bhijipura even we raise our hands. Thats why sometimes we must stand 1 or 2 hours at bus stop or take a private vehicles even we have bus pass. I don't know why but drivers even don't see at us.. Ignore us... I request you to short out this problem otherwise i must complain in consumer forum.

I m traveling in vijapur to surat express bus from gandhinagar bus station, i have reserved 2 seat and no. 51 52 but in during reservation i have saw this ticket at first seat but while I m travelling conducted give me last seat...so which your system is right...Online layout ir conductor?...Pls give my solution
Rajpipla to bhakrie(van) express bus but speed limit 50 to 60 km/hr. Bus very old model, this bus on route last 3-4 months, this bus give a highest income in Rajpipla depo

    I was pleased to hear that gsrtc have started facility of advanced booking on official web site. But all my enthusiasm got broken when i had very worst experience of online booking. I have tried to book tickets from nehrunagar ahmedabad to botad in bus called ahmedabad to botad for[protected]Dd-mm-yyyy) and time of arrival was denoted as 8.47 pm at nehrunagar bus stand and i booked 2 sits in that bus and paid rs. 234/-from my net banking. Payment was successfully done and i just got confirmation message from my bank saying your account has-been debited with 234-/ rs only. I didn't got any confirmation from gsrtc about my ticket confirmation neither via any acknowledgement nor any sms nor any email. And then due to the his rigid structure of your goody called department i have to travel 20 kms to reach nearby st bus stand called ranip bus stand at 9.44pm in hilarious trafic of ahmedabad city and this winter cold. And happily i found 4 inquiry counters there but then tragedy happened and i found all of them to be closed then after 30 minutes of inquiry with stall members i found one men there in terminal and that learned m experience officer proudly said you are nor first facing this problem and i don't know anything about only booking and then he gave me 1 24*7 toll free no called[protected] and i have tried to call that number more than 50 times and all time i lost my 5-7 minutes only no responsible person answered my call.
    Then in early morning i again traveled to nehrunagar bus stand and shown them errors with gs reference no. But they failed to answer my query and they said you call toll free number mean while i have tried to call all major bus stands of largest city of gujarat called ahmedabad. But same way i also wasted my precious time only neither learned and responsible bus stand in charge have answered my call. I was standing at nehrunagar bus stand like beggers since 7.15 am with my family and surprisingly bus which have departure time at 7. 15 from nehrunagar arrived on 8.25 am called ahmedabad una gurjarnagri. Now i am worried about my 234-7 rs which i have wasted in booking my sits in advance. According to guidance of learned experience and prudent gsrtc officer i started my journey with other bus and they asked to call me for further proceeding. But developing government may have some more inspirational projects then solving queries o[censored]nsatisfied travellers and o request your good self to close down this hurdle kind of e booking process to facilate travellers for day of booking at least. I am attacking screenshot of time i wasted in contacting developed state gujarat's most economic transportation department called gsrtc help line and their responsible bus stands along with debit transactions from bank

    Today my booked tickets from Unai fata to Ahmedabad. As per booking bus arrival time is 11:00 AM. But bus still not arrived. I m waiting of bus. I wass call to Ahawa bus depot but still not receiving our call.

      I reserved my ticket in gsrtc bus... For going to vadodara to dahod... But starting point is vadodara but not coming till 4:30 pm... I should reach dahod at 7:00 pm but because of bus irregularity i reach after 7:00. So my reservation charged 236 rupees failed. Photo copy of my reservation ticket include... What a rubbish is gsrtc... I totally disappointed.

        Firstly:- bus is running late since the starting point, bus has departed on 1.20 pm

        Secondly:- bus has to be reached to baroda max to max @ 7.00 or to 7.30pm but still bus is reached at "tarapur chowkdy"'.!!! Is this our gujarat govt's transportation service, strict action must be taken against bus conductor and driver as they are not bothered about passenger's concerns and their valuable time,

        Thirdly:- this has happned with me many times, earlier i have also put a twit on twitter at @gsrtc_service but till now i have not got any responce at all,

        Please look into this serious matter and i request for my expenses which i had to spent due to late running of bus

        Gsrtc DWARKA to Surat sleeper coach bus have high speed travel in city trafic area this is danger for everyone, Do control the speed and strategy of driving in city area

        We notice that driver have pressure to reach in time and he drive more than standard methods
        I had booked ticket from junagadh to Vadodara in Junagadh to rajpipla sleeper class bus. Because of some technical issues sleeper bus is not available. It is requested to refund my money of sleeping class.
        A driver and conductor of a regular bus of having route Vagadi to Ahmedabad, starting at 6 pm from Vadnagar don't stop the bus at Ghodasar cross road which is on the way of regular route. However, they stop the bus anywhere for their personal work.Please resolve the issue at earliest.

          I am traveling from keshod to junagadh, in extra bus. Normali the ticket from keshod to junagadh is 32 in local, 46 in express, 52 in gujrat nagari but why today 57 rs.in extra bus. Ticket no.126860 dt.17/11/18 17:41:53 bus no.7174 depo botad so this is wrong, because in same distance rate of ticket is different and why the passenger to pay more rupiy.

            I have booked 6 ticket from surat to palanpur for[protected] timing of 2:15pm. During the booking the fees of 1488 rs. Has been debited from my account but i haven't received any e-ticket or mail. The tickets for automatically cancelled without any valid reason!. I request u to refund my money as soon as possible.
            And try to b more active about such issues!
            This felt like being cheated.
            The customer service says that it we refunded within 7-21 days, this is too much, what about the wasted time and at some point money too!
            I must say this isn't the right way to serve customers.

              I reside at bhimvas-1, jamnagar.
              Today two buses no. Gj 18 y 5635 and gj 18 y 8991 passed through the jamnagar-rajkot road near bhimvas-1 where many passengers from bhimvas-1/2/3/1a and navagam ghed wait for bus.
              According to your scheme "hath uncho karo, bus ma beso", i raised my hand for picking up me before the drivers of the buses aforsaid, but the drivers didn't stop the buses there. Even though, they saw me...

              Complain agains GSRTC bus service.

              I have attached bus ticker & find ticket both.

              We have buy bus ticket, there was not sit available so we have conduct standing journey. After Unai station some seat empty so we seat on that sit.
              Now while your checking/vigilance inspector come and one inspector told me to pay difference of Rs 80 so I agree but on same time another inspector ask me to pay Rs 580 with penalty. It was mention if there is not ticket then I have to pay penalty but we have already ticket and use empty seat then why I have to pay Rs 500 as penalty ?? instead of just pay difference of sleeping seat Rs 80.

              Please clear the penalty rules otherwise refund of ready for legal actions against fraud.

              This is clear cheating and not we there are another 6-7 passengers also sit but all get down and stand as it was big "babal" (quarrel ) with us. they ask wrong words to us and it was shameful for us.

                I booked a ticket for ahmedabad-bhuj on 15th november and the payment was done but ticket was not provided. Ticket reference number is gs6839655. Payment was deducted from my punjab national bank account named prasen joshi but booking was not confirmed. Please help me with this i would like my refund of rs. 313/-. Booking was done on bus ahmedabad central bus stand - mata na madh. Please provide me my refund. Thank you!

                  I suresh prajapati had online ticket booked in gsrtc, satlasana to surat central bus stand in sleeper class, seat no. 7, 8, 9 journey dt:14/11/18 on dt: 31/10/18 and pnr no: g22764620 amount of rs.1002/- but on that journey date the bus was cancelled (Sleeper coach) from gsrtc technical problem and the sitting bus (Two by three) gj-18-z-4258 arranged by gsrtc kheralu depot and i have to take another tickets for journey satlasana to surat (Forced by conductor and kheralu depot manager) my new ticket no was 190429 of amount of rs.663.00.

                      I was travelling by express bus with ticket no : 079722 dtd. 16.11.18
                      @ 09.02.28 from madhapar to gandhidham by gsrtc gadhda / gsrtc bhavnagar bus. I m a regular traveller from madhapar to gandhidham.

                      This bus has stoppage at gandhidham railway station but despite of my several request, conductor ignored & took the bus directly to the bus depot which is appx. Half km away from rly station stop.

                      Due to his this type o[censored]nethical misbehaviour, i had to reach late to my office clearing the said distance by walking as there is no local transportation available for this short distance, hence i was penalised for 01 day salary deduction. Now who is responsible for this penalty.

                      I strictly request the management of gsrtc to take strict action agaisnt the conductor of the subj bus in order to avoid this type of issues in future.

                          Morning bus from anand to khambhat (8.00 am) and evening bus from khambhat (17.30pm) both bus timimg getting late due to overbridge construction at petlad. Overbridge construction since 2017 and it is under stay. Divergen given via petlad city. Due to this bith the bus getting late daily.in this route maximum persons up down working in govt, semi govt. State govt. Pvt company, banks etc. All are getting late in duty timimg as well as reached home very late.

                          It is requested to change the diversion route from via fangni-sandeshar so that time could be saved. Already two bus timings implemented by depo authority vis fangni sandesar. Written complain alreadt posted to dto nadiad as well as sr dto naroda, but till date no replay come. This request is till the construction of overbridge at petlad. Pl do needful and help.

I have been standing here in rajkot city bus station in quack for nearly one and half hour due to error in booking online tickets for the destination i want to go!                               I have book online bus ticket of gsrtc from junagadh to vadodara on 14.11.18 & bus timing is 8.00 pm from junagadh bus station but bus of gsrtc arrived at junagadh bus station on 9.00pm so, it seems to be one hour late & bus is in faulty condition informed to us by junagadh gsrtc staff. & they told us to cancle my tickets due to technical fault in bus.& also told us there is no responsibility of gsrtc in case any problem arise on the way. So, pls consider my complaint & do needful as soon as possible due to face inconvenience from your side. My seat no 11-12.

                                My name is mehul mehta. I booked 2 tickets in gsrtc volvo. My pnr no. Is g23181659. I got damaged seat and it didn't work properly. Even the handles are broken. You can not put your legs properly. You can not put your water bottles properly. They are not going to refund me even they don't give attention on it. I am paying for it and getting damaged seats. It happened second time with me. I want my refund. Why should i pay more for this kind of service.

                                  અમે મહુવા જૂનાગઢ એક્સપ્રેસ બસ નઁ:GJ 18 Y 7773 મા મુસાફરી કરી રહ્યાં હતાં ત્યારે બગસરા થિ થોડે આગળ જતા માણેક વડા પાસે બ્રેક ફૈલ થતા કુલ ૮૦ જેટલા મુસાફરોને હાલાકી નો સામનો કરવો પાડ્યો હતો.
                                  જૂનાગઢ તથા બગસરા ડેપો નો પણ સપોર્ટ મળતો નાથી એક્ષટ્રાં બસ ની પણ વ્યવસ્થા કારી નથી આપી.
                                  આ બસ બગસરા ડેપો (Division:અમરેલી) ની છે.

                                  ડ્રાઈવર અને conductor કોન્ટેક્ટ કરે છે પણ કોઈ પણ રીતનો સપોર્ટ મળતો નથિ. તેમનાં જણાવ્યા અનુસાર છેલ્લાં એક અઠવાડિયા થિ આવી રીતે બસ હેરાન કરે છે.

                                      Using swear words during on duty to senior citizen and female by conductor. There was no space to get in the bus. And also no space for seat properly on reserved seat. Senior citizen was going to fell down but conductor did not care. He started quarrel without manners. He don't know about how to talk with passengers.
                                      And who allowed him to swear?
