Sir, please change the sama pick up point to amitnagar again because there is unavailability of basic needs like water, shelter, snacks, rest rooms, etc
Which are easily available at amitnagar.
And around 200s of passenger of daily up-down for jobs are getting suffer due to this sama point.
Please change this to amit nagar because it is more spacious than this existing sama point is totally not reliable to all and every passengers.
In this busy time no one is free to complain against this..
And all are compromising which is ashamed for gsrtc.

    Sir am having exp pass from gandhinagar-kheralu upto 15 nov. Extra bus gjr47 charged me 78.00 for traveling from visnagar to gandhinagar and denied my pass. And the bus also halted for 30 min from 8:00-8:30 at a restaurant at balva there by killing my precious 30 min and other assignments.

    There was a Luggage on the seat and it was blocking the space of 2-3 persons so my father asks Ticket conducter for that but conducter say this is the luggage of post and argued with my father and says whom did you want to complain, complain it

      Please refund my ticket amount as bus was not reached at surat bus stand.. Till 8:40am. Time was 7:00am. My deatails are e ticket. Pnr numberg22771607, journy :surat to baroda, trip code 0700srtdhdexp51, 4 seats., as senior citizen was there so i have to travel by another option., on that day. We had waited there as much as we can but do not able to traveled by that bus on time.

      Dear Sir,
      I travelled From Vadodara - Bharuch (Zadesware crossing) on the date of 17/10/18 and 09/11/18 by GSRTC Express bus (same type bus ), I Paid Different Ticket Fare for same route and even the KMs also differ print on both time . Surprisingly less paid money for more Kms and more paid money for less Kms.
      how it possible . ?

      As per Gprs System deesa to dhanera timing show 21.00 but till not any bus not available at Deesa to dhanera route.

        I booked two tickets from ahmedabad to rajkot on date: 11.11.2018 for date: 12.11.2018 from gsrtc application.

        Rs. 841 was deducted from my account, but i have not received any message neither email of tickets.; in gsrtc application under view booking it is shoeing two transactions but both failed. Then i inquired on[protected] they told me to call at 11 as their server was down and told that it will take 1 hr.
        So i called again at 11, they still said the same thing that server is not working call at 12.
        Then i again called on[protected] at 12pm he told me that my tickets are not booked. He gave me same reply and has given me help line no[protected].
        I tried almost 10 times call not connected to the customer care executive.

        Then tried for 11th time still i listen only ivr.

        I am attaching screen shots of payment deducted and failed tickets history details.

        I hope i will get my money rs. 841 back which is wrongly deducted from my account due to technical error.

        And i hope i will receive some positive response on my query

        I booked my ticket from Baroda to Savarkundla. I paid ticket amount from debit card. But ticket has not booked.
        Reference number is: GS6765166.
        The Booking service is poor than expected. I want refund for this transaction. I booked same ticket second time and i paid amount 2 times for the same. Transaction Id[protected]

          Dear sir

          With reference to above. I would like to state that i am a passenger of jetpur. While traveling from jetpur to rajkot in porbandar mehsana bud at jetpur at 7.45 am on 12.11.2018. The bus is full of passenger (Gents) and there is no area to seat or stand. Being a lady i stand behind the cabin of driver. And driver is speaking non sense that i can't stand nearby area of driver cabin and there is a rule. Anf telling me to go out of the bus. Being a lady he is misbehaving and talking all non sense. Then after i go to behind. And he is allowing al other people to seat in his cabin.
          Kindly do needful. And please teach some manners to ur employees how to behave with lady.

          I booked Ticket from GSRTC website from android phone on date 30/10/2018 for the date 31/10/2018. As per respective authority of Palanpur S.T.Depot bus is Cancelled. They even did not inform about cancellation.
          Kindly proceed my refund including reservation charges at earliest.please sir.

          As gsrtc has started new ac bus but I have traveled book tickets two times and both of the time it's late. Also second time it's late by an hour and I have to go via another bus.
          In addition to that the staff of bus depo is very rude to answer your questions and it's very unsatisfied.

            As i have reasearved two seat in bopal deesa bus from pic up point at iscon cross road at 6:10 am in online gsrtc website.
            But it second time happen with me that i am not allotting researved seat. And also conductor said that it is not him responsibility.
            Conductor also said that he have no information regarding researved sheet.

            Kindly do needful. And take action.

              I was booked a ticket online by paytm on gsrtc bus gurrajnagari but bus came late also not announced by surat central bus depot enquiry reaction and while i talk with them they misbehave me and also i ask to the police person but also they are abused me and said u have to go and see when bus and in which platform... Also said that when bus arrives we know that number bus is came...
              And finally i lost my bus and time also.

                Respected sir/ madam,
                I start my travwling from navsari at 5 am on 7/11/18 via volvo and reached at ahmedabad aroud 11:00 am took around 6 hr for 288 km.
                Then after i caught other volvo 7/11/18 via gj-07-yz-6109 (Bus code inside aa8) from ahmedabad to palanpur.
                Hear i am complain against bus conductor because he do now about stoppage also he cut the tickets more than 47 from ahmedabad which is more than capacity of bus according to rules which is not acceptable rto rules.

                I am complain against driver also because he took around 4hr and 20 minutes for 152 km for single trip which is more than regular gurjarnagri bus and sleeper bus which is not fullfil of volvo service. Also he stop bus next to mahesana station chokdi for 2 pesenger who took the tickets of mehsana only similarly stop for one more
                Passanger who took tickets of previous station and drop on next station you can check cc tv of bus and bus station report on each station. So due to this gsrtc get financial loss and not able to give proper service.

                    I booked tickets from ankleshwar to mehsana on dated 9/11/2018 two times for my wife and daughter, they too money and transaction thru gsrtc portal and not giving any detail like notification, email, sms.. Nothing and they deduct money from net banking and no tickets booked this is pathetic portal and fraud even they do not send money back or any intimation about it. I am requesting please look into this case and i have attached my net banking transaction detail. Expect refund all amount asap.

                        I had booked gsrtc bus from bhuj to gandhinagar date 9/11/2018 seat no. 8 at 10pm,
                        I had to board from kukma station but bus had not came at the station,
                        I waited for 2hours yet bus not came and no one was also answering the call,
                        So tiredly i had to come at home,
                        I think gsrtc buses are flying because on road it is not coming.

                          Recently 2 buses, Junagadh to Mangrol bus not stop at Dipanjali bus stop, beside Swaminarayan Temple, Junagadh.

                          Buses were empty, . Driver was not even see passengers on bus stops, I observed even other route buses also not stoping here many times.

                          Junagadh bus depot contact number always busy.

                            Today i am waiting at sayla bus stop from 11.30 to 13.15 hrs. For want to journey from sayla to surendranagar but not a single bus. So very bad service of gsrtc bus.
                            Kindly request look into this matter.
                            This type problem frequently face every year due to our religious activity in sayla every year after diwali.

                              Sir,
                              I am booking my ticket in this express bus. But my experience for this bus like local bus. Becouse
                              1. Bus drive hold bus for 30to 35 min at 2 place means 60 to 120 min hold in my 8 hrs of journey.
                              2. Picking passanger every 5 min place during vasad tarapur highway.
                              3. Passanger harresment, children are filling boring and my next connectivity from jamnagar is totaly disturb.

                                Sir today at shirpur bus stand in maharashtra bus driver of shirpur to vadodara bus tried to beat a passenger requesting bus conductor to board the bus 10 minutes before the departure time. Other passengers and shirpur depot driver tried to control bus driver driver continuously abused the passenger., which was clearly against the image and good services. Of gsrtc. Date 19/11/2018

                                  I am travelling from thara ddr to mandvi (Bhuj) in ambaji to mandvi bus on 08112018 i have booking sleeper seat no 12 and window of seat no 12 not close due to some problem in setting of window glass, ihave inform bus conducter for help in closing window but my problem not solved i have asking for conplain book he deni said i have new and i have no complain books.                                     Hello,
                                    I booked 3 tickets from gsrtc app from android phone on date 02/11/2018 for the date 08/11/2018. As per respective authority of gandhinagar s. T. Depot bus is cancelled. So they told me to apply refund online. I am not able to cancel online.
                                    Gandhinagar s. T. Depot authority was very rude in their answers and very poor service from gsrtc. They even did not inform about cancellation.
                                    Kindly proceed my refund including reservation charges at earliest.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I had booked a ticket with pnr g22670690 boarding from vapi. I reached destination at 7.30 pm bus arrived at 8.30 pm. On arrival i came to know that my seats are already occupied by others pnrs. I need refund of 1160 rs also this was really horrible experiences travelling with gsrtc as no one surat controller vapi controller was supported. Finally i had to lot of begging with ahmedabad poladpur bus driver conductor for seat with paying additional 988rs.

                                        On the occasion of diwali i was at bhutdi zanpa bus station at vadodara, it was 3.15pm i did inquiry about savli bus from there, duty officer said no bus at all.. I was shocked.. Than i said can i have complaint book?? They said we don't have it.. U have to visit panigate bus depot for complain book.. Isn't it strange!!

                                        I have big hope from st bus nigam management, you guys will take action on this and do indirectly inquiry too so management can understand how common people suffer.

                                        This online complaint satisfaction rating is just 2% so i am worried about my this complaint action.. Hope bhagvan give u some sad buddhi to take action.
