I have booked 2 tickets from kalol to somnath there after one ticket cancel but refund amount not received in my account. Ticket details are below mentione.

My PNR number : G22382961 and

Date of journey : 6/11/2018

Seat number : 10
So please any suggestions for how to return my refund amount in my account.
Any kind of process for that can inform me. I have cancelled the ticket but not received refund amount in my account.

    I am complaining about a very noisy journey through our bus transportation... Like all the glasses of windows of bus are so old and unfitted properly that while travelling so much noise created and it is just difficult to all passangers so please try for our benefit by reducing this noise through your active action... So here it can be damage to health of all and it will be harmful to those who have to live in silent or peaceful space and to whom travelling is not avoidable.. So please do something for this so it wil give impact on noise pollution and decrease in it all over city then in district and gradually all over nation... Your single action will give rise to multiple opportunities for development of country...

      hotel stop

      Palanpur to mata na madh bus hotel stop at navrang hotel, this hotel food quality is very bad and higher prize than mrp. During the night bus pessanger haven't any other option for take food. Hotel owner strickly obtain the high rate compare to mrp. Hotel owner revome the prize shown in packed food and obtain high rate as per his wish so this is not fair. Bus driver and cunductor says that we are not able to say any statement because gsrtc...

      Today, i wanted to be booked tickets on online app. Gsrtc, for going to palitana, for 23.11.18. Only 3 bus times were available for booking. I personaly contacted st depot booking centre, where more bus times were shown, and booked there.
      Same situation was also seen in other booking, for going to shankheshwar sami, only 3 times were available. Why different showing between st booking centre and onlinebooking.

      I request you to add/update all bus times in booking.

      Always may be updated gsrtc onlinebooking software, showing all bus times.

        Dear sir,
        I have tried to book the seat on gsrtc.in on 2nd november, 2018 with reference no: gs6694083.
        The amonut of rs.125 was debited successfully from my account but my ticket not confirmed.
        I have made online complaint on the gsrtc portal but process regarding refund of the amount is not initiated yet.

        I am seeking the refund of amount as early as possible.
        Also i request you to make gsrtc more accountable towards it's customers.

        Kindly do the needful.

          Gsrtc online ticket service is very poor...

          I booked my ticket from mehsana to halol but unfortunately ticket is not booked and the ticket amount is deducted in my account, still i couldn't get my refund in my account, they provide very poor online service, money deducted in online account but they not provide ticket...

          GSRTC only have to improve there online ticket booking service, the website and there modules are good, but the payment mode should have to be improve, specially NET-BANKING payment mode...because whenever we choose NET-BANKING payment gateway we faced difficulties to in ticket booking, payment deducted in bank account, but ticket PNR number is not generate, in simple word ticket is not booked...So GSRTC only has to focus there online ticket booking payment gateway, because there lots of customer facing this problem...

          Hello sir/mam,

          As i am travelling frequently from Rajkot to diu route for work purpose. So this route is having long distance and long timing to reach at destination therefore it is full tired journey.

          At present GSRTC planning Ac bus / volvo bus for long route so the same buses also can make for RAJKOT to DIU route.

            Actual time of arrival - 9-30 pm

            The bus arrived around 1 hour and 45 minutes late and nothing about regarding the expected late arrival was communicated to passenger. The gsrtc enquiry number was always busy.

            How does gsrtc plan to compensate for the time and the inconvenience caused to the passengers?

              We have booked online ticket for junagadh in rajkot to una (Extra) bus and paid 354 rs. And bus was not on time it shows 18:00 online and announced by rajkot bus stand 7:45. We have to reach on time therefore we have take another bus and paid another 204 rs. Is this a way to cheat customers? We are not provided with refund of 354.00. Expect a positive response for society benefit that whether we should trust public transport or not?

                I am a passenger pass holder of gsrts and we are facing problem with bus schadual from dhandhuka to botad. At evening we have no bus during the time 6:30 to 8:00 pm so request to you please arrange bus between this time. Almost we are 15-20 passanger to updown from the dhandhuka to botad location.

                  I am trying to book gsrtc ticket online for my next journey tomorrow. I am not able to do it as when i choose bus, i get a message that "system is facing some difficulties to process your request at this time. Please try after some time."
                  Kindly tell me how to book my ticket. I heard that there is one gsrtc office at paldi, ahmedabad where i can go personally and book my ticket. Please send me complete address and phone number of that office. Best is... If i get some other link from where i can book online. Thanks.

                    I booked a bus ticket from paytm which cost around ₹103. I reached the vadodara station well within time but then the worst part was experienced by me. I reached the helpdesk as i unable to find the bus, but they are not able to answer the bus platform. I wait for bus on the station from 9:25 to 10:30 am then after frustration i took another bus.
                    After this situation i will never wish to book ticket for bus journey. As it was very annoying that they are not able to locate me the bus.
                    Highly disappointed from your service, i will suggest you to improve your service.

                      Driver of 8.15 bus from baroda to ahmedabad.. Gsrtc volvo is really rash and driving roughly... Please address immediately.. Honking a lot. Driver was very rude in body language and very rash, continuous honking drive. No lane discipline. All 40 plus passengers or so were unsafe for 2 hrs. Its pathetic. Need to take some action inorder to keep some check on the drivers. What about people on the road?
                      You must hire drivers with proper stable driving style. Safe and sound
                      I request to take strict action against these drivers and warn them.

                        Bhavnagar to gandhinagar bus which is running at 6:15 am is very old and running very very slow.
                        Need to replace the bus.
                        We have been facing so much difficulties and all passengers are very frustrated. Also all cities bus stand are getting new, even small village's bus stand is getting renovated but bhavnagar has still old bus stand. I think it needs some work from government.

                            Hello Sir,
                            I have booked ticket from BARODA CENTRAL BUS STATION to JUNAGADH on 22/10/2018 for date 06/11/2018. At the time of payment, Money is deducted successfully but my ticket was not confirmed and after some time it showed as fail transaction. but transaction was successfull.

                            I raise Complaint regarding Refund on http://mail1.gsrtc.in/helpdesk/open.php but never get my complain number on mail or Mo. number.

                            Please response asap as i need to pay my credit card bill and it's deducted from my credit card.

                                The new a.c. Volvo buses started between bhavnagar and Ahmedabad is running late by 1.15 hours. The website claims the bus takes 3.15 hours to complete the journey. The driver of the bus says it takes 4.30 hours. The depot manager, customer care, and Volvo depot manager does not know about the whereabouts and status of buses. The bus conductor is not carrying a complaint book also. I have spent 1 hour talking to various gsrtc employee to and customer care executives but no one had any answers.

                                  અહીં જૂનાગઢ થી 29/10/18 ના રોજ રાત્રે 11:40pm વાળી વેરાવળ - ભુજ સ્લિપર બસ મા મારા mother ઑનલાઇન જૂનાગઢ થી આદિપુર ની ટિકીટ બુક કરાવી મુસાફરી કરતા હતા (pnr no.[protected] ત્યારે ગાંધીધામ પહોંચ્યા પછી ગાંધીધામ થી 3 km દૂર રસ્તા વચ્ચે બસ ઊભી રાખી ઑનલાઇન ટિકિટ જેણે કરાવી હોઈ તેવા મુસાફરો પાસે આદિપુર સુધીની ટિકીટ છે કે નહી તેમ સિનિયર સિટિઝન મહિલા મુસાફરો ને પૂછી ને હેરાન પરેશાન કરવા મંડ્યા..
                                  પહેલો પ્રશ્ન એ કે સુ મુસાફરોની કંડક્ટર ને અપાતી યાદી મા મુસાફરની છેલ્લે ઊતરવાની જગ્યા ની સુ જાણ કરવામા આવતી નથી?

                                  વળી ટિકિટ ના લીધી હોઈ તો રસ્તા વચ્ચે લેડિસ મુસફરો ને ઉતારી દેવાના?? આ છે "સલામત સવારી ST હમારી" ??

                                  મણસાઇ ના હોઈ તો કઈ નહિ પણ્ તોછડાઈ આટલી વધી ગઈ છે તો આવા GSRTC મા જૉબ કરતા કંડક્ટર કે ડ્રાઇવર ને છુટા કરો..
                                  કંડક્ટર પોતે પૅસેન્જર ની સીટ મા સુઈ જાઇ એ કેટલું યોગ્ય છે?? ફરજ પર સુઈ જવાનો પગાર ગવર્મેન્ટ કંડક્ટર ને આપે છે??
                                  ઑનલાઇન બુકિંગ વાળી બસો મા કંડક્ટર ને રાખવાની સુ જરૂર?
                                  ગવર્મેન્ટ પર નુ ભારણ ઓછું કરો.

                                  આ ફરિયાદ મને પડેલી એક મુશ્કેલી માટે નથી કરી પણ્ આવુ કેટલી વખત બન્યું છે બિચારા અભણ માણસો તો કેવી રીતે ફરિયાદ કરવી એ જાણતા પણ્ નથી ને વળી ફરિયાદ લખે તો પાછળથી ફાડિ નાંખવામાં આવે છે.
                                  વળી વેરાવળ થી આવતી ને ઉપર જતી બસો જૂનાગઢ ના સ્ટેશન થી વહેલી ઉપાડી દેવાઈ છે.
                                  આ બાબતે આપ ઉચિત પગલા લેશો તેવી અપેક્ષા ભારત ના દરેક નાગરિક રાખે છે...

                                    We are standing on the bardoli station around 10 a. M. On 30 october, 2018. At this time dharampur-olpad bus has to be came and do not stay on the bardoli bus station. We are shown almost seat empty. This problem is not today. Every day we are facing this problem...

                                    Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    There is no bus arranged by Rajpipla depo in evening 5:00pm from Dediapada to Rajpipla. For last 15days.i am suffering from this problem many days.there is no proper reply from control officer at Dediapada. Do the needful.

                                      I had booked two e-tickets for me and wife from nashik to ahmedabad vide booking id : nu[protected] pnr - g22612433 doj: 22/10/2018 time: 1930hrs from nashik to ahmedabad. When i reached at busstand i was intimated that due technical reasons sleeper bus will not go either you travel by ordinary bus or cancel your tickets. I cancelled my tickets but refund not received yet. My cancellation ticket no is #73847298 dated 22/10/18. It is requested that necessary action maybe initiated for an early refund.
