Respected sir, for last several months i updown from lunawada to balasinor regularly due to job.. Sometimes i face the problem with express bus from lunawada to palitana. The bus doesn't stop at my stand. Where the driver and conductor stop the bus without pick up stand. When we talk about this issue to depo manager. He literally impeach me and talk like he is not responsible person. Their conductor base no 6741 jignesh patel scrolled "tamare jene fariyad karvi hoy enw kari shako chho tame kaho em karvu evu jaruri nathi"however we believe gsrtc stepaunt against him.. And solved my issue as soon as possible..

    Respected gsrtc officer,

    I m doing daily updown from surat to ankleshwar with bus pass since 4 years. My worst experience for first time for conductor of given below dated: 25/10/2018 from ankleshwar to surat root. Bus no-gj 18 z 3976 depo mansa. I told him for that i want to step down at kim for some reason so he asked me reason & started speaking proudly that you have not right to step down at kim because you have pass for direct surat. He didn't let me go to kim. He said also that new rules is that if pass is for direct surat so you are not allow to go between this rout. Even he didn't give his name & badge no.
    If there is any rules for pass holder so mention in advertisement or mention on pass. Otherwise give some knowledge and manners to your such conductor.

      Bus booking facility not available at keshod bus station, dist. Junagadh area.
      And they told us only more than 9000 rupees bus are available. For short distance bus is not available for low price. And if bus will be not available for that date they will inform us before three days from the booking date. Further clarification please contact me -[protected]

        On 7.30pm (24/10/18) gsrtc bus terminal ranip - ahmedabad - patan via unjha bus. Driver was driving so rough he didn't see the bumpers and small vehicle. Whole bus passengers were frightened. On complaining to conductor about driver he spoke very abusive words (Gali) and didn't take it seriously. So its not safe for us to when driver is so careless for passengers and conductor so rude even not hearing our complaint. So please take some action.

Then I have call in customer service tall free number two time but nobody give me answer and cut my call at 04:58pm I'm trying lots of time but phone pick up and cut my call on date 23/10/18 so please sir help me

            I was travelling by bus on 22nd october with my family we board on bus from surat in ukai-bavla sleeper bus there was only three seat available we adjusted our selves with that but it was very cold n windy night mainly there was not any glass on window n we wanted to occupy sleeper seat but mostly single person had occupied all sleeper seat how i completed that journey toward ahmedabad that my mind n capacity know, it was worst experience for me howmuch driver n conductor is irresponsible for this??

              Kindly note that, i have booked four tickets in navsari to dhanera sleeper bus on traviling 21st oct_2018. But one passenger could not come due to some emergency reason and i could not cancel one passenger ticket. So i said to conductor, please cancel my one ticket.
              And conductor said it is not possible to cancel. And my seat given to other passenger.
              So i said him to please give me complain book, but he said i have no complain book.
              He also said complain book is not provide me.

              So please do needful action urgent.

              There is gents sitting on women's seats even though there is written 'for women's on it in every bus. And the conductor even don't take concern about it even though he was told about it.

                My father aged 72 years senior citizen was traveled from nehrunagar bus stand, ahmedabad to
                Khedbrahma on dated 18th october 2018 when we search for bus on gsrtc
                Application and we find that bus wide number gj-18-y-0002 bagasara-ambaji
                And reached to sit in bus around 1.00 oclock afternoon and inquired at inquiry booth where and when bus wide number gj-18-y-0002 bagasara-ambaji is coming but person at inquiry booth said me i will not give any answer where bus will stand and where is bus stand where bagasara-ambaji bus stop and where is bus stand but person is not ready to give any answer and his behavior is very rude with my father who is senior citizen and aged 72 year but person is not ready to give any answer and say i am abide only to give answer about this bus stand so how it possible bus is
                Showing on gsrtc application and there is no bus stand. Finally my father
                Go to geetamandir and pick bus to go khedbrahma so i am very disappointed
                And socked of person behavior who serve his duty on 19th october 2018 so please take action against that person and clearly show where
                Is nehru nagar bus stand where bus stand of bus going towards ambaji

                I carry a TV with me n he charged ticket for that and don't know is this chargeable or not. For that he starts shouting on me that you must have to buy a ticket price Rs.89. And for this misbehavior I asked his name bcz for complaint I asked his name, he once again starts shouting on me. He doesn't have manner how speak with a lady.
                Today I was trying to do current booking for journey from Mehsana to bhabhar in the Gurjar nagri express bus at 7:00am. I completed all procedure to book a ticket and money was debited from my account by ticket was not booked..

                        I a single lady was traveling by 1800 hrs volvo bus from ahmedabad to vadodara on 19/10/2018.
                        My seat no was 8.
                        I had booked my ticket to makarpura bus stop through paytm.
                        The conductor of the bus made me get down in midst of a traffic road saying my ticket is only upto main bus stop. Moreover he was very rude with me in his behavior.
                        Doesn't know how to talk to a lady.
                        Request an appropriate punitive action.

                          I booked a ticket from patan to malegaon of date 19/10/2010, reference number gs6581009 on gsrtc website this morning. The bus timing was 17:15. I entered my bank details of sbi and rs.643 amount got deducted but the ticket didn't get cancel. There is no option on the website for the refund workout ticket confirmation.                               I'm traveling through Volvo from Baroda to Ahmedabad.
                              - Booking through other applications like Paytm, redBus, etc., All the pickup options are not available.
                              - Although I have booked tickets upto Nehrunagar, driver is rudely telling your ticket is upto Gitamandir.
                              - Driver is driving volvo in quite high speed in city traffic but on express way he is driving slow. NOT WORTH TO PAY 200 PER PASSANGER WHEN IT TAKES SAME TIME DURATION AS THE BUS SERVICE FROM CTM TO BARODA.

                                My name is Ramiz Kazi and i am traveling vadodara to Ahmedabad by intercity bus opposite railway station vadodara dated 17oct 2018 at 3.35 PM.

                                Person at the ticket counter didn't accept my 100 rs not and said its invalid. I have taken photograph of the note i am ready to show you the 100rs note which he is not ready to accept
                                As per his opinion its coloured note and other costume will not accept the note. He also stated that its invalid nots. As per government law he cannot state its not invalid. Both the end number of the note clearly seen. Yeah there is color on back side of the note.
                                I am genune Indian citizen and i need lost my bus because of his rudeness. He is acting like he is boss of GSRTC. As i asked him he is not ready to give his name or batch number. Thats why i have mentioned time date here.
                                Please solve rhis issue.

                                    Bagodara gsrtc canteen charging higher price for everything available.

                                    For example - chocbar candy of rs 10, gsrtc canteen charging rs. 15/-

                                    They are charging rs 5 for 2 water pouch which is normally priced rs 2

                                    On asking about this, the person said this is the price here

                                    We passangers do not have other option and we have to buy form gsrtc canteen

                                      સર, તા.11/10/2018 ના હું મહેસાણા આવવા માટે રાણીપ સ્ટેશન 14.00 વાગે પહોંચ્યો.પેસેન્જર ઉતારવાની જગ્યાએ મીની બસ ઊભી હતી.હું તેમાં બેસવા ગયો ત્યારે ડ્રાઈવર કોઈ બીજા 2 ડ્રાઈવર કે કન્ડક્ટર સાથે વાતો કરતા હતા.ડ્રાઈવરે મને ત્યાંથી બેસવાની ના પાડીને કહ્યું કે પ્લેટફોર્મ નં.4 પર બસ આવે ત્યારે બેસવાનું.હું પ્લેટ ફોર્મ ઉપર ગયો.બસ 14.15 વાગે પ્લેટફોર્મ નં.5 પર આવી.અને 14.16.32 સેકન્ડે બસ ઉપાડી દીધી.
                                      6 થી 8 પેસેન્જર બસમાં ચઢ્યા.હજુ બીજા ચારેક ચઢવાના બાકી હતા.ત્યાં તો ડ્રાયવરે બસ રીવર્સ કરીને રવાના કરી દીધી.પેલા મુસાફરો હાથ હલાવતા રહ્યા.તો પણ ડ્રાઈવરે બસ હંકારતા કહ્યું કે 14.00 વાગ્યાનો ટાઈમ છે.
                                      સર, તેમણે વાતો કરીને ટાઈમ પાસ કરવામાં 15 મીનીટ ફાલતુ બગાડી તે વખતે બસનો ટાઈમ નહોતો થયો.અને હાજર પેસેન્જરોને લેવામાં બસનો ટાઈમ થઈ ગયો અને બસ લેટ થાય છે.તો મારુ કહેવું છે કે બસ પ્લેટફોર્મ પર ઉપાડવાના 5 મિનિટ પહેલાં લાવી ના શકાય? અને હાજર પેસેન્જર ને લીધા સિવાય ખાલી બસ ફેરવીને પબ્લિકના નાણાં વેડફવાનો શું મતલબ છે? ટીકીટ પર તારીખ પણ ખોટી લાગેલ છે.11/10/18 ની જગ્યાએ 1/10/18 પ્રિન્ટ થઈ છે.
                                      સર, બસમાં બેસવાનો અને પેસેન્જરને બેસાડવાનો બંન્ને તરફી હક્ક અને ફરજ પણ છે.

                                        Respected sir,

                                        I m doing updown from ahmedabad to kapadwanj. Ahmedabad to zakhariya bus is daily going at 6:40 p. M., but this bus conductor & driver not stopped bus everyday at gsrtc bus stop on s. P ring road odhav ahmedabad.

                                        I am requested to you that, please inform them to stop bus at that point.

                                        Please sir, help regarding this point.

                                        સવિનય સાથે જણાવાનું કે, તા-9/10/2018 ના રોજ અમે નવસારી થી હિંમતનગર નું બુકિંગ કરાવેલું અને બસ નો નવસારી થી પીક અપ સમય 23:00કલાક નો હતો, પણ બસ એના સમય કરતા વહેલા એટલે કે 22:42 કલાકે નિકરી ગયેલી, અને એમને અમને ફોન કરીને કોઈ જાણ પણ ન કરેલી. અને કન્ડક્ટર સરખો જવાબ પણ ન આપતા. અને અડધી રાતે અમારી પાસે બીજો કોઈ વિકલ્પ પણ ન હતો.
                                        એ પણ જણાવાનું રહ્યું કે અમારા બુકિંગના રૂપિયા એટલે કે 502₹ વેસ્ટ ગયા એનું શું?તેથી આના પર જેમ જલ્દી બને એમ એકશન લેશો એવી હું આશા રાખું છું.
                                        જો આનો કોઈ જલ્દી જવાબ નહિ આવે તો હું, રૂબરૂ લેખિત અરજી અને મારા થી જેટલું થશે એટલું હું કરવા તૈયાર શું.તો મને આશા છે કે તમે આના પર એકશન લેશો.

                                        હજી સુધી આનો કોઈ રિપ્લાય નથી આવ્યો, જેથી જેમ બને તેમ આના પર કાર્યવાહિ કરવા વિનંતી.

                                        Vary poor service
                                        Ahmedabad to bhavnagar time 4 hours 30 minits As per same local bus
                                        But charge volvo Rs. 350

                                        I am living in Gadhada. But the issue is timing of bus. Their is no bus reach in time so keep update time or improved time table. Bus Savarkundla to Pitol Boarder time as per booking 17:30 but it reach in Gadhada at 18:45. Huge difference in time. Do needful help regarding this issue
