Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation [GSRTC] Complaints & Reviews

Yesterday i was travelled in bus himatnagar - morbi (Gj 18z 1338). Due to monsoon season, it was raining heavily and because of that too much water was leaking from bus roof which was making uncomfortable for all passengers.

At least long route buses should not have such issues which makes journey uncomfortable for passengers.

Pease ask respective authorities to resolve this issue......

I book my ticket on (31st august 2018).
And i cancel ticket on (1st august 2018).
Yet, i not refunded my amount till (9th september 2018).
Why there is so much delay to refunding my money?
What can i do now?
Gsrtc's helpline number also not giving answer properly.
And when my money is refunded?
Please answer and help me to refunding my money of ticket cancellation....

I have booked a ticket from ahmedabad to shantivan and the cost of the ticket is rs. 242 but the amount deducted from my account is rs.484 ie. Cost of two tickets. So i request you to refund the extra rs. 242/-. I booked the ticket but i didn't get the message so i booked the ticket for the second time and again the money was deducted that means i have paid twice for one ticket. So please refund the amount of one ticket....

I have tried to booked 1 no of tickets (On 4th september) on gsrtc online booking system through my icici bank credit card for "gariyadhar" to ahmedabad”, my transaction was done successful but due to some reason i didn't get the ticket from gsrtc and i didn't get the option for print your e-ticket and some error message will displayed on the screen. It goes up to bank one time otp, transaction "success" and then no ticket!!br...

I have purchased two times ticket on line from ahmedabad to baroda for volvo bus for 10 am, on 5th aug (For travel on 6 th aug)
Both the time money was deducted from my account and both time ticket was not issued because of "some error"!!

I am a passenger who travels in bus every working day by using passenger pass scheme, my complain s regarding while i am issuing pass it only allow for 1 month every month i have to go to the bus depot which is 7 km away from my office.in 1 year i have to visit bus depot 12 times just for renewing my pass, also the time of pass creation office is only between 11 pm to 4 pm which is not appropriate, i have to take a half...

It's my suggestion to you. Plz put time & name plate of valvo bus infront of bus deskboard. So passenger will not confuse. This problem creat when we book our ticket on line. Bcz in your ticket message bus no. Not mentioned. Only time of bus mention. So when passenger reached on platform, he will confuse if bus is already on platform. At that time driver are also not available in bus.& therefore by mistake...

I have complaint for the vehicle palalpur to vapi bus is break down at mid night. Driver and conductor is not any help and manage the vehicle. He his said that you are manage independent of you. I am traveling on weekly basis but every time bus not come at time. Bhavnagar division's bhavnagar porbandar route bus daily comes late. Minimum 1 houre late daily but today 1 hour and 30 minutes gone but still bus not come. I am waiting at mahuva bus stand. Please solve this problem. If this problem not solve then change the timing of bus in portal.

We are everyday come ahmadabad, we are passenger pass user 4 user, 5 to 6 user cancel his pass because this bus not accept pass, main pint are conductor said your pass lasundra to cant seat at ladvel+ stand, and conductor not accept this pass and also talk, do whatever happens from you. We are request to conductor please drop to your bus legally stop, conductor said i can't drop in legally stop & i cant accept this pass....
