This is to complaint against the driver of gsrtc bus number gj 18 y 9202, as an accident occured on 19.09.2018 at s. G road (Aahmedabad) at 7pm between bus and my motorcycle, that driver was driving the bus on middle of the road for long time, he was bothering me and all other people driving aside as we were unable to move our vehicles ahead, and when i adviced him to drive properly, he got very much rude, stepped down from the bus and moved towards me to beat on me, but people arround me controlled him otherwise something major would have happened on the spot.

I request you to take strict action against the driver, so that our people can drive safely.

          Dear Sirs,
          Subject: GSRTC Conductor is making “Upkar on us” by allowing us to travel.

          As a conductor has threatened me to be beaten by police, if I complained, and he will come to know my identity by my phone number and address on the complaint, I will not disclose my full identity, till I am confident that GSRTC has some power to control their conductor.
          I am living in sector 2/d and resident of Gandhinagar for more than 39 years.
          Let me describe the incident.
          I boarded Baroda-Visnagar bus from Paldi on 16/09 after 10:12 PM for Gandhinagar. I have pasted ticket for your reference and to identify the conductor.
          As the conductor was shouting, direct pathikasharm no other stop, I told ok, but as I know GH-5; Gh 6: CH-2 and GH-2 are identified as drop point for Gandhinagar since long, and as if you are not given instructions, then I will ask authority to make it clear once again.
          Before new bus stands were built, on CH 2 bus stand it was also marked that all the express and Gurjarnagari bus have to stop here.
          On my asking, he started to abuse by saying “tamara jeva ***** Chudasiya ne bus ma besava na devajoeye “ Tamre vikas root ma javanu. etc.
          He was making that he is obliging me to allow to travel. I ask him bus services is to serve people, not to pay you salary only.
          (a) I demand clarification on this point from highest authority, or I have to file PIL.

          On my statement, he was shouting violently and was using abusing word. Meanwhile, in Ahmedabad he stops bus at many points, to the best of my knowledge all were not official.
          As the bus was approaching Gandhinagar, I asked, if you think CH 2 is not official drop point, don’t stop, but I will ask authority to make it clear to everybody once again.
          He was not in his control, he told nobody can do any harm to him, and he is not answerable to Gandhinagar depot manager, he will not give his number, identity and what not.
          As the bus approached Pathikasharam, he forcefully closed the door and asked driver to take bus to police station, and he will do something that police will break my legs, this was in response to my saying that I have ticket and I will refer your attitude in my complaint asking for clarification about drop stoppage.
          Driver was not taking part and was somewhat polite, he just told, if we will be instructed, we will stop the bus at CH-2. Faire enough.
          My daughter is serving at Baroda, and every 2nd, 4th Saturday she comes to Gandhinagar, she also told that most conductors’ stops at CH2 but one or two refuses.
          As it was late for all the passengers and driver took some initiative, we were allowed to deport and went our home, but he was shouting to do whatever I can with his good commend our ******* language.
          (B) My second question is, whether CH 2 is drop point or not? If for some reason there is communication gap, improve it and make it clear, as I know how and when citizens of Gandhinagar had demanded and was accepted.
          Every city has its own drop and pickup points for convenience, if there is anything otherwise, You should include said points and instruct everybody accordingly.
          (C) My third point is, as conductor has threatened me of physical harm, If I am not satisfied that GSRTC has done its role properly, I will ask for paid Police protection and GSRTC is responsible to pay for the paid protection.

          I request you to answer my question A and B promptly through email only so that, I can plan my further action in the matter.
          As your conductor has challenged me, I will do my best to make it clear what I can do and this first legitimate approach as a citizen should take before moving to another hard steps. I need not to mention, I have proof and evidences of the incident however, he said regular passengers of his bus will took his side. ????? Will make it clear whenever it is required.
          I am very angry and frustrated, don’t take it lightly.

            I had booked 4nos of seats of sleeping seats in 2*1 classe bus. But instead 2*1 sleeping class bus 3*2 sitting is comes. I had paid for sleeping class bus i have to travel in sitting class. My pnr no. Is:- (1) g21995415,

              Dear sir, i booked an online ticket from ahmedabad to shantivan on 16th september 2018 but i didn't get any confirmation messages though rs242 was deducted from my account. Please check it. I tried to contact on the number [protected] but i it is out of order. So please see that the issue is resolved. Really it is disappointing that though the amount was deducted ticket was not confirmed.

              Once more reminder. On 16th of this month I booked a ticket from Ahmedabad to Shantivan but it was not confirmed though the amount was deducted from my account. So please refund Rs242 to my account.

              I am traveling in vadodara to dabhoi bus no.1038. Conductors not even bother about give ticket . Because of so many rush i can uble to take ticket so next station he took fine 500 from me. And 76 for ticket but did not provide ticket of 76. Condoctor name mr. Imtiayj pathan.he told I will not provide ticket what you want to do you can do it.

                Dear sir,

                This is jay kevadiya, today (16th sep, 2018) i was supposed to travel via gujarat state road transport services idar-botad bus (11229) but unfortunately bus was on breakdown and then i was suggested to sit in another bus whichever goes to botad, so accordingly i went to sit in the bus ahmedabad-botad (Bus no: gj18 z 2876) but it was full of crowd. Crowd is okay but the uneven thing was that 4 sites on first row was marked up like normally reserved sites are getting marked while that bus do not have any advance booking system, when i asked to conductor about those marked sitting he said it is reserved for our staff and he added up that they have authority to reserve sitting for staff members.

                Even mr. Driver also replied me very rudely on this issue. Is there really a system to reserve sitting for staff members of gsrtc? Driver said they have authority to reserve sites. Is it really his authority?

                The crowd behind those sites did not have sites. And driver and conductor reserved four sites for staff.

                Sir, is this the way on communication with customers of government staff. I need your valuable positive action on this issue.

                  Dear sir,
                  I m writing this to inform you that inquiry counter nor inquiy number is operated at dahod depot after 12:00 midnight. I have booked a ticket from dahod to indore online dated 16th of september 2018 for which when one of my relative from dahod enquired, your employee at dahod depot replied that there is no such kind of bus. I request you to look into this matter seriously coz of this passenger suffers a lot..

                    I am from visnagar and my job is in gandhinagar... Dhorakuva area.
                    Daily at the time of 6.30 pm four to five buses are going through that route... But buses are not stopped at dhorakuva busstand even that is provided as a legal busstand... And we are 5 passengers over there... And in the last we are going at depo and going home at 8.30 pm with gurjarnagri bus... So this all are going wrong... So please take some actions over that all buses conductor and drivers... Please solve this problem as soon as possible... Thank you..

                      I am a girl studying at jamnagar city
                      I live in a small town named dhrol.
                      Whenever, i catch the bus with plate number
                      Gj18 z 0756 at 12 noon from jamnagar st bus stop, the lady conductor always denies me to catch the bus. She lies about the stand booking. She says the bus doesn't not stop at dhrol whereas i travelled in the same bus to dhrol with different conductor.

                      The lady conductor always misbehaves. I complained to jamnagar bus stand office. But i got very much disappointed with their reply, requesting me to catch another bus.
                      I am 23 years old girl. I have to wait at bus stop for hours and hours to travel just 50 km.

                      I have atrached the image of bus as well.
                      Hope to get soon action.

                          My complaint is that i booked 1 e ticket from gsrtc website. My date of journey was 02/09/2018 from vadodara to jetpur in 2x2 sleeper. My pnr no. Is G21764548 and trip code:

                          1840BRDLKSDSL15. My total bus fair is rs.321 /-. My journey time was 11.15 a. M. On my travel date, i reached VADODARA bus station at 11.15 a. M. And inquired about my sleeper bus from depo incharge of vadodara bus station. But depo incharge of vadodara told me that sleeper bus which you have booked was not come for some technical reason. He also told me that your reservation was confirmed in non sleeper bus and you might be travelled in non sleeper bus instead of sleeper bus which you have booked. He further told me that you would claim refund of difference amount of bus fare from gsrtc online. Considering his requests, we travelled from vadodara to jetpur in non sleeper bus. Considering above facts and circumstances, i hereby request you to please credit difference amount of bus fare in my bank account online as earliest possible and oblige.                             વિસનગર ડેપોની અને વિસનગર થી સાંજે 5:15 ના સમયે ઉપડતી સિદ્યપુર-માણસા-રબારીકૉની બસ કે જે છેલ્લા કેટલાય વર્ષોથી ચાલતી હતી તેને છેલ્લા કેટલાક મહિનાથી બંધ કરી દેતા આ રુટના તમામ ગામડાના વિદ્યાથીઁઓ કે જે વિસનગર ખાતે અભ્યાસ કરે છે તે તમામ લોકો માટે આ બસ ખૂબજ ઊપયોગી હતી તેમ છતા આ બસ ને બંધ કરી દેતા તમામ વિદ્યાથીઁઓ એ 1 :30 કલાક સુધી ડેપોમાજ બેસી રહેવુ પડે છે તેથી તેમનો અભ્યાસ પણ બગડી રહ્યો છે અને આ અંગેની જાણ વિસનગર ડેપો ખાતે વારંવાર કરવામા આવેલ પરંતુ હજુ સુધી કોઇપણ કાર્યવાહી કરવામા આવેલ નથી

                              This is regarding the refund of rs. 506 dated 21/08/2018 for journey from vadodara makarpura to ahmedabad nehrunagar timed at 3:15 pm. It's been more that 25 working days and i not recieved my refund. The below mentioned transaction got failed and we did not recieved refund.                               After transaction there was no confirmation message from gsrtc. As my money got transact from account. Please let me know as soon as possible when do i get refund.
                              And also i tried calling on toll free but there was not operational.
                              Bus is not available for Padra.
                              Bus is not is right time.
                              No answer of the enquiry office when we call it.
                              Manager is not responding.
                              No argument are listed and no result are come.
                              Bus is available but not are arranged by the depo.
                              No call responding for enquiry by the students.

                              I have booked my ticket for 4th Sep, 2018. But due to GSRTC application's problem, i have lost the amount of my fare Rs. 161 because it was debited from my account. I booked it of the route of SURENDRANAGAR-ANJAR. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

                                Yesterday i was travelled in bus himatnagar - morbi (Gj 18z 1338). Due to monsoon season, it was raining heavily and because of that too much water was leaking from bus roof which was making uncomfortable for all passengers.

                                At least long route buses should not have such issues which makes journey uncomfortable for passengers.

                                Pease ask respective authorities to resolve this issue...

                                  I book my ticket on (31st august 2018).
                                  And i cancel ticket on (1st august 2018).
                                  Yet, i not refunded my amount till (9th september 2018).
                                  Why there is so much delay to refunding my money?
                                  What can i do now?
                                  Gsrtc's helpline number also not giving answer properly.
                                  And when my money is refunded?
                                  Please answer and help me to refunding my money of ticket cancellation.

                                    I have booked a ticket from ahmedabad to shantivan and the cost of the ticket is rs. 242 but the amount deducted from my account is rs.484 ie. Cost of two tickets. So i request you to refund the extra rs. 242/-. I booked the ticket but i didn't get the message so i booked the ticket for the second time and again the money was deducted that means i have paid twice for one ticket. So please refund the amount of one ticket.

                                    Since I didn't get the message in first booing I booked for the second time. Though the amount was deducted from my account message of one ticket has been sent to me. So refund me the amount of Rs. 242/-

                                    Check today's booking list my name Sanjit is mentioned there for only one time but amount is credited two times. So please refund the surplus amount ie Rs242.

                                      I have tried to booked 1 no of tickets (On 4th september) on gsrtc online booking system through my icici bank credit card for "gariyadhar" to ahmedabad”, my transaction was done successful but due to some reason i didn't get the ticket from gsrtc and i didn't get the option for print your e-ticket and some error message will displayed on the screen. The amount of rs156+156/- was deducted from my icici bank account debit card. I request you to help me to get my refund as soon as possible. I am giving the particulars regarding my transaction below.

                                        Hello it happened 3 rd time that amount deducted and ticket not issued
                                        Try to book at 4.30 pm on aug 5 to ahmedabad to baroda by volvo for 6 th aug 10 am

                                        Ob ref..: gs6346476

                                        I even registered my self with different e mail id [protected]@gmail.com on registered form but error shows and transaction is not done

                                        It goes up to bank one time otp, transaction "success" and then no ticket!!
                                        So now total amount is rs 219 x3 = 657

                                        1. Ob no... Gs6343567... At 10.10 am...5th aug... Rs 219

                                        2. Ob no.... Gs6343765... At 10.33 am...5 th aug... Rs 219

                                        3. Ob no... Gs6346476... At 4.38pm...5 th aug... Rs 219


                                        Total 657.

                                        I will appreciate you refund this money and deposit in my account as soon as possible
